well the counterpart i guess is guarding the day and is related to sun, fire maybe while that one IS the moon (you know cold affinity, stronger in darkeness, crecent shaped Blade) would also fit the eternal Twilight Themen. so Something was done to the sun and moon or the entitiys enbodiing them in this realm. Just my guesses from this encounter

beides the conversation Feeling... off. the greatest Problem i See ist that you try to make the lion seem more intelligent by making the Rest Look stupid. this feel really wierd especialy when writing from the pov of someone Like tywin. since If Lion knows These Things throigh repords and the Likes He would too and He IS far more experienced at the Game He wouldnt Miss Something so obvious.
