This is solid and is a must read. There is character development. Although it is based off One Piece, the story development is different and I would say better compared to other fan fics of One Piece.

Do what u think is right. Honestly going off of what is happening now, you should just stick with 2. Maybe in the future u might add more if the situation is like that. Don't go overboard tho.

A - You've already came up with an idea of how the story progresses and it would be best if you don't make more work for yourself. It has been short and I've enjoyed it. Most authors are not perfect and you don't have to be either. Continue the story and grow as you write it. If you so that, it would be more enjoyable for you as you will see yourself grow, and it would be more enjoyable for the readers as you are continuing what you have written.
