can you just put quotation marks when a character is speaking? It's difficult to tell when they're speaking because you sometimes do -this- to indicate it and -this. to indicate it. Just do "this" for speech and 'this' for thoughts. It makes it so much easier.

If we're a year into what would have been the three years timeskip, shouldn't Gohan be 8? Because I think I remember him being 11 when he fights Cell (unless I am mistaken). My thinking is that he is 7 when trunks arrives, then add 3 years, plus the one year in the time chamber. Again, perhaps I'm not remembering it correctly.
