Idk, sounds like maybe he can’t control his ice powers and he accidentally hurt or killed people and got put here. Or maybe he got himself here on purpose after so he couldn’t accidentally hurt the inoccent anymore. Don’t always think so negative lol.

Technically his skills level up temporarily a level at night, but yea even then I wouldn’t say they were drastic improvements.
He still did his best to try to find opportunities when he could, which was why he had even increased in strength by this much. What was more apparent was his skills that he had gained, which had leveled up. Those people had the regeneration ability and it was fex who did that. They needed his influence skill cause Quinn’s was still to week at the time.

Garys system told us exactly what the grey werewolf traits when when he inspected him lol. We’ve known this for a long time now.
'The grey fur and the strength that's rising with him. This is not good, I should have noticed it sooner, this means he's a shapeshifter class, and the special trait of the shapeshifters is a boost in power the more werewolves there are in the area.
