I crashed at a cheap hotel, after a meal from the DC universe version of McDonald's… O'Shaughnessy's. It was different in subtle ways, like the pickles on the burgers were sweet and the whole place has a heavy Irish theme, four leaf clovers printed everywhere. Really dissonant, when they used most of the same naming practices, like the Big O burger. I was constantly reminded of that giant robot anime… the series which doesn't exist and probably never will here. I always intended to watch that, some day. Shame. - JarnOLD2yrCommented

I stole a handful of Mom's better jewellery and skipped town on my accumulated pocket-money… I had been saving for the eventuality I'd become a runaway. Just as well Dad was by no means able to judge a decent amount for a child's spending. I had a nice amount in US bills, it rounded down to three hundred thousand. So anyway, I knew my body was strong, but the feeling I was getting right now had to come from my past life. For some reason, I never really got over my fear of heights, and it happened to be affecting me right now. After thinking back to what happened at the orphanage, I really wanted to fly, and I had the big idea to throw myself off a tall ass building. Yeah was not the best idea I have ever had, but I seem to be stuck right now, and I wanted a way to get through this bottleneck. - JarnOLD2yrReplied to Axes

I was able to lay the flooring over two beams that held them up, but the middle would sag, and any weight on them would cause them to fall. That is where the four-by-fours and rebar came into play. I was able to push the four-by-fours into the beams like they were being squeezed in between. I then folded the rebar around the beam into a hole I made with my finger in the flooring and around the beam to hold everything up. I put two four-by-fours and four rebars per flooring panel. I only used six-floor panels, so my home was about 15 feet by 20 feet. - JarnOLD3yrCommented
