Depends, if it's restricted to DXD i would probably go for Dragon because of their high lifespan and high end power, if it isn't restricted i would go with a bio-android that mantains a human shape but is combination of angel, majin, saiyan, kai, human, frost demon and yardratian DNA.

If my efficiency was only 20%, then the chakra I needed would have risen 2.5 times. Interrestingly enough the dragon that attacked Whiterun wasn't actually revived, Mirmulnir was one of the few remaining dragon that weren't killed by the Dragonguard, imagine surviving all that time just to be killed by the one thing that can kill you forever.
