Bruh... The author didn't try to hide how he force all this "deductions." Really, authors cannot have some organic interactions between Tang San and their MC. They force the plot to make Tang San an enemy instead of letting the plot have a more natural flow.
I don't think that the Grandmaster is wrong at all. It is true that top-tier Martial Souls are better in comparison to average Martial Souls. However, that doesn't mean average Martial Soul are useless. The issue is how they are expected to perform the same than other Martial Souls in battle when such Martial Souls are meant to support, growth and daily life activities. I bet a sickle will be better used for farming in comparison to a sword. And I bet it will be easier to develop and get Soul Rings when the Rings are related to support and plant manipulation. On the other hand, I do think that people in Soul Land have another aspect that could be actually related to talent. The compatibility with Spirit Energy. If two people are born with the same Martial Souls, then their talent will be related on their compatibility with Spirit Energy. But I am no so sure about that.
He got the skill of Third Magic quite ago, plus he mastered in the simulation. After all, he lived for 3000 years. And he gets all the experience from them.
Then the MC can start to win for the real Big Fishes of the Ocean (DC Multiverse), such as "The Darkest Knight," "Dr. Manhattan," "Trigon," "The Real Dark side," etc.
Is this even character development? I mean, he is not growing emotionally or spiritually to become a better version of himself regarding his ego and character. More like power out of control. Which is a bad thing.
Just wait till the author decide to generate some good pics of her. He will debate about that... Most likely.
What about present Lucian, will he be stronger than the manipulative future Lucian playing with his past self?
WTF are you trying to prove? Are you comparing a Galactic level race of conquerors to "Supernaturals Human"? Hanma is certainly a race with potential, but just when it is compared to normal humans. Viltrumites are a race with much more potential than any Hanma. They have higher stats and higher limits to reach.
If grows requires to mentally nerf a character that it is a high level genius. Then, it not growing as a character it's just forcing the character to act brainless for plot. They are different.
Stronger in what? If we are talking about the Baki Universe, then they much more weaker in comparison to Viltrumites.
