The daughter isn’t a super genius just a little girl who wants a daddy in her life. Overall the novel is bland. The beginning sounded like a similar novel on here (forgot the title) but the more I read the less developed character growth. It’s very wishywashy and the ml and his bestie are idiotic towards schemes and the fl and her bestie are brainlessly forgiving and yielding. The ex as scheming as she is is written as the biggest baddest villain but I blame the author for the bad taste of what she goes through. Why can’t she be an antagonist without the sa and unwritten rules? I really should’ve dropped the book to begin with but I kept reading because I had wanted to see if things would change. The men are portrayed as like they can do no wrong and the women are weak minded. It really is a waste of time to read don’t waste your coins.
