I don't think you should put such a low rating just because the company Webnovel decided to start charging from that chapter. Clearly everyone who has been reading deeper into the novel seems to be enjoying the development. Giving such a low rating only affects the original author and official translator negatively. This is an issue you need to take up with the company, and not bring down the rating of a well-received novel.
