at some point I can relate. In German we would say 'sie ist ein gebranntes Kind'. her marriage began because of love she through but ended with her cheated and hurt. can she trust enough to say yes?
Kate's first instinct as he said those words were to say yes. Kate had never felt so wanted in her life, she was basically starved of love at this point.
