Author, i think you mistake luffy for natsu because luffy is a glutton, not a musclehead mc in fairytail who only knows how to fight. If luffy meet someone, he will make him/her his nakama. If rejected once, sure no hard feelings.

Hey, since he is currently using the "quirk vision" as a cover for his original op quirk, which allows him to see the quirk energy or whatever, that results to the birth of many quirks (i realy thinks this quirk energy is wrong but since the author used this for the fanfic, go ahead). Why dont he practice the naruto's hyuga clan fighting style where they seal the chakra (which is quirk energy here) to negate the opponents quirk. You know, they press the chakra points to seal the flow of chakra so that they can't use it. If the mc used this fighting style, the opponent won't be able to use his/her quirk or possibly lower the ap points based on the number of points pressed so, the lower the ap points, the weaker the quirk which can also be the other way to prevent the opponent from using his quirk
