Not really, author was new then and there was lot of stuff that was bit hard to explain. You can directly read from around 250 Chapters, concepts and ideas becomes easy to understand there, and it won't spoil your read in any way, that's how good it's is written.

Did you even read it, or is it just your biases getting in your head. Even I had reservations about reading it, but once I did get through around 250 chapters it's becomes a pretty solid read. 🤔 And i understand the hate towards Cultivation novels, most are just pile of rocks put together and called a monument.
