I think you have a few things wrong here, first of all Beerus is probably the strongest God of Destruction. In the manga he faught against several other Gods of Destruction and they couldn't beat him. In the movie when Goku said that Broly was stronger than Beerus was utter BS because Beerus neven came even close to using his true power. Now I know that Marek with his Ikari state and his Divine Rinnegan is very OP but he still shouldn't even come close to scratching Beerus, with all that I think he's on Jiren's level but not the cat God, but if he was at Full Power LSSJ and with his Rinnegan, maybe then he can make Beerus get serious. Full Power LSSJ
