In all continuities before New 52 they have husbands in old Temiscira and after relocation to the island they still have contact with the mainland until the rise of Rome. Since then the trips outside were discouraged and most of the Amazons stayed, once in a few centuries there was one or more of them who wanted to start the family or simply have a child so they went out. Most of them stayed with new families and didn't get back. Rape of man is signature of the Amazons lead by Antiope who became galaxy wide known band of pirates and cannibals - Citizenry
