TL;DR: Not low tier trash, but MC is basically a logic-bot the whole time and is OP for 95% of the story This is a pretty entertaining read. The protagonist has a usb that lets him take items from movies into the real world. His main motivation is basically just self preservation, so he tries to gain as much influence as possible. He goes about this by creating a "black technology" company, and most of the story is spent on endeavors related to facilitating research. It is definitely a light read, and the usb and its origin are well explored during the story. A part I didn't like is that, while very cool, the main character essentially developing as a character by chapter 50. Also there is really never any tension because his capacity is always 2-10x the challenges he faces. The ending is rushed, but not so unsatisfying as to ruin the experience. As far as the novels you usually see on this website it is definitely in the top 10% and is well worth the read if you have the time.
