As non-him photons would simply pass through him without being disturbed. As long as he controls every photon he is made of, other people wouldn't be able to see him as his photons wouldn't reach their eyes....

Yeah. They would be. If he wasn't Light himself that is. He just has to redirect every photon hitting him back towards the ground or sky. That's not something that should be very hard. Someone above him would see him in the latter case, but they would need to be looking down at him and flying above him to do so.

The Wizards are IMMENSELY stronger than they should be. (The average are on par with MID LEVEL DEVILS. That's WAAAYYYYY too high for people that got annihilated by a small terrorist of 30 persons without doing anything.) Harry goes to Hogwarts for no reason and acts like a doormat. And really, a Devil learning HP Magic is just plain stupid. Devil Magic is just immensely better on EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. Stronger, More flexible, Easier to use, No Focus needed, No incantations to remember... Voldemort should have been a footnote. A mere Omake that just gets obliterated because of just how immensely more powerful Devils are compared to HP Wizards.Also, Harry doesn't seem to hold any grudge against the person that kidnapped him and put him in the abusive situation that led to his DEATH ! Yeah sure, let's go to the school directed by the man that killed me thanks to his incompetence to learn spells I can replicate with simple thoughts. What could go wrong ?

If it's a Basilisk, it may potentially matter A LOT depending on how powerful their gazes are in this AU.

I don't think it would be THAT useful.It's gaze would probably not work on somewhat strong entities and the venom would be on par with a hydra I would say. So in the end it would be a powerful close range snake. Or his gaze doesn't give a f- and can kill ANYONE ! Then it's a Tsar Bomba in terms of power.
