I don't really think that webnovel authors use correct scientific terminology. It makes more sense and is more commonly seen in webnovels that time passes faster for the inside of the space. I'm pretty sure the author is trying to say that however long you spend inside the space only 1% of that time has passed outside.

I mean sure, it's a little unbelievable that his family wouldn't tell him about cultivation, but ten chapters into the book isn't that early to reveal his family. I'd honestly like it less if they didn't mention his family at all for 50 chapters and then had his sister show up at the inn as a super powerful cultivator.
Authors Note: I'm adding this here to make sure the people who encounter this chapter get a chance to read this. I've noticed that the family being cultivators has been a point of contention for many readers, but I can assure you that the novel is not going for a cliche "family disregarded him for being a waste" type trope or anything. Maybe the revelation is a little early, but regardless, this is something that had to happen for many things to make sense in the future. If you like the novel so far, continue to give it a chance. As far as I know kinetic vision is just your capability to register things that are moving quickly, and predict the path it will travel, like a baseball. It wouldn't affect the clarity of the image, to say nothing of registering details at that high of a speed. If the truck is moving straight towards the mc, kinetic vision would have no relevance, and if not the above applies.

How would they know what it looks like from space when they name it. The name Earth derives from the eighth century Anglo-Saxon word erda, which means ground or soil, and given that the world is made up of ground or soil, we call it Earth. That's also entirely disregarding the fact that if they were advanced enough to see the planet from space they would know better than to name a planet Star, as there is zero correlation between the two.

You're completely right, but an argument could be made that it's referring to the metaphorical fire, or even the burning fire in general, as in a cooking fire. In general though, your way would be much easier to understand, or you could simplify and just say "put on fire".
