The entities inside are still in control. I think The Polymath could only exert that level of control thanks to the crown and possibly her own portion of the scroll. I think it would it would take a God King Creator or maybe higher to actually control it.

I can see why Gloriana would be a good choice, but I feel like she would use all of the AP all of the time unless they specifically set goals, and she makes too few products. So, maybe Ketis or other disciple could be a good choice because they gain more AP at lower ranks AND the rewards would help them rank up faster and accumulate more AP, creating a feedback loop.
