The last 30-50 chapters could have been condensed to 3-10 chapters, drastically improving my personal enjoyment. Not even the power ups felt satisfying because of all the "filler".

He never said, that he "loved it". He told you that you were plagiarising the first 40 chapters and that you already have the habit to pad words/ use info dump/filler chapters.
