In a sense, she is the oposit to Lee, like him, she can't be a "ninjutsu" specialist but contrary to him, she doesn't have a strong body, is smart and have complete control of her chakra. Making her perfect for the medical field, but her lack of chakra would have limited her to the hospital. It's the "Strength of a Hundred Seal" that allowed her to store chakra and thus became viable in batle.
