They might seem the same, but there are differences. The creation domain allows the owner to create whatever he desired besides souls and such. The creations remain by using fuel and disappeare the moment the fuel cut off. Illusion domain is similar in this aspect, however, illusion domain is more flexible and less energy consuming since the creations are still considered illusions and those with illusion immunities can see through it. While the creation domain doesn't have such limitations as the created things are considered real for all even the owner, but they are consuming too much energy, which means, it will be extremely difficult for the creation primo to create a bigger domain than the illusion domain. One of the similarities between the creation and illusion domains is the aftermath remains even when the fuel was cut off. For example, if Noah was given a natural treasure to eat and his strength was boosted, after he digested and got stronger, even if the fuel was cut off, the aftermath remains permanent. If a background can't even win a game from five in a row, it only means that they are weak and shouldn't be direct members of the alliance. Those backgrounds get absorbed and annexed by much stronger kingdoms and empires.
