just caught up with all the chapters in one day and l gotta say l love an actual smart protagonist that's not pure evil nor straight up benevolent but a flawed human being like everyone else, separate from his flaw lol. The way the author crafted his schemes in the beginning was absolutely spectacular to watch, gotta give an applause for the rollercoaster l just witnessed.The story took routes l never expected and l was gladly surprised with the results. Great story with interesting power system and interesting cast. World building is on its way since its still in its beginning phase, l can already tell l'm going to be in for a long ride hopefully if the author doesn't abruptly end it anytime soon. If you loved solo leveling, this is somewhat a similar but entirely different premise and a darker take on magical realism/fantasy. All in all it was worth unlocking the chapters with my now empty pockets. Cheers! Keep up the hard work Guiltythree and you'll eventually rise to the top rankings for sure.

it's not really scummy mate, there are so many pirate sites that can give u any books content for free. if the author can find a way to support himself/herself and get money why not? World building is good, just wished they focused on the characters more and gave them more emotional growth and made me actually care about them. the ending was also a bit all over the place but overall decent read. Personally l enjoy something like the wandering inn over this, a world much larger and with better characters.

showering twice a day can actually be bad for the hair or skin. showering once a day is fine if you're exercising or moving about. but honestly if you do nothing, skipping one day isn't bad.

omg, l just realised, l had a theory that lilith at some point would die and pass on her heritage artifact or whatever it's called to the ice princess because logically that makes sense with both having ice powers. wouldn't make sense for ice princess to die so lilith gotta die for ice princess to become much stronger eventually but when l realised this, l was confused why this would happen until now. ice princess and lilith are the same person. that's why lilith was interested seeing the interaction between ice princess and bai zemin without jealousy. lilith is prob from the future who was very close to bai zemin and was sent back to save him or something. if this is true, this would be awesome to see. I feel like a genius but the author prob hinted at this heavily early on and on recent chaps.

yeah that's a fair opinion, l recently finished reading the story. it's good but l realise the author's writing by the end wasn't for me. I can appreciate it but l can't say l love it, only like it. me personally, the wandering inn is by far the best world building story better than even mainstream books not because it's one of the longest web serial ever written but due to it's characters that each draw you into different lores of the fictional kingdoms and races. It's like the one piece of web novels.

Overall very addictive as any good webnovel should be, world building and characters are unique. I wouldn't say this story is the best webnovel of all time but it executes itself very well. If you got time and want a fun vampire ride, this is the book for you.

Look l can't deny this is a good story but everyone stating this is the best story is simply false. This story wouldn't go in my top 5 list of favourite web novels but it does barely nudge itself in top 15. I've dropped this novel once when l read past 30 chapters because of the info dumps nearly breaking my brain but managed to pick it up again and read past 200 chapters on a different website. It's written well and is definitely unique but l can't say l was emotionally invested at all in the characters. There were some character deaths that l just read and felt no remorse for them apart from one where if l didn't it would truly mean the 200 chapters l read were a waste of my time. Honestly a high 3 but not a 4/5. Plenty of other more unique stories that can easily make you cry/ make you more emotionally invested in the characters: The wandering inn, praise the orc, Adonis, release that witch, full marks hidden marriage, I've transmigrated into this movie before, second coming of gluttony, the great storyteller. These are what you can call as great stories, truly unique.
