The only individual who could control Iron Sand in Naruto is the Third Kazekage, also one of the 2 unnamed Kages of the 5 Great Shinobi Villages.
There were a few other big names at play on that front, Sakumo Hatake and a dangerous man that could control iron sand named Russo were quickly becoming household names themselves. Bruh... An extreme perfectionist is someone who couldn't be comfortable without fixing things they see as imperfect. That means, it would be in any aspect they see or thought about. Now, the only thing that fuels that pathological mindset lies in where their interest finds in. Usually, it starts by physical observation, then developing insights of any visible flaw, then would go on into deeper conclusions. They could be disgusted by what they perceived as imperfect, and will have the urge into avoiding, admonish, or guide it to perfection; the mindset of intolerance against anything not of perceived proportion. But at the same time, the subject would also be presented with the problem of their own imperfection; their flaw. Now, what they usually do is fix their flaw by leading by example before they could go and fix the imperfection he found needs fixing. Result, this would be a cycle of being a Jack of All Trades, yet a Master of None; unless they'll have unlimited lifespan that could go on forever till they could fix all imperfect things.
Perfectionism is a disease that ruined his past life, leaving him doubtful all the time, not daring to do anything for fear he would do it imperfectly.
