That's a high bounty on East Blue where people are weak as p*ss, I remember reading somewhere that the average EB bounty is between 3 mil or less. Of course that there is the outlier EB big names that surpass 10 mil but they are the minority.

Yeah for such an expensive item one would think they are high quality material, I guess not.
A few minutes passed, and soon a golbat appeared. I looked at it's stats, and I noticed that golbat has an increased in potential. Now, it has the same potential of beedrill. He also learned two new moves which are Venoshock, and Screech. Not only that but it's power level also reached beginner level (3rd tier).
