Rockhill King Boosting Kinjutsus in the Narutoverse

A gang affiliated black american drug dealer dies in a drive-by and gets reincarnated into the Narutoverse where he will grow stronger and collect Kinjutsus. READ THE AUXILIARY CHAPTER! I will respect who the characters are, I will try my best not to butcher a characters ideals and worldview, but I WILL take some liberties with the PLOT in the sense that the only 3 villages that have received development are: Konoha, Kiri and Suna, the other 2 villages are empty shells that didn't really do anything in pretty much all of the series. For example: Kumo, Iwa (and Suna a little bit) have next to none clans despite having bloodlines in the village and being as big as Konoha, I will come up with names and fit the bloodlines into clans just like in Konoha. A village never really stole a bijuu or a bloodline from any other village, the only ones who did were the Akatsuki and Orochimaru despite 3 wars happening. Anyway, I will spice things up. If you want to read about a MC that cares for the plot, you are in the wrong place.
