what do you mean? you can change your name legally.. after that any other document will be in new name.. like my sister.. she change her name because her name often misspelled.. it cause some trouble when she need to deal with bank problem back then.. since then all her document using her new name.. beside her birth certificate.. but her id, her bank, etc using her new name..so, it doesnt matter if the gov know your old name.. cuz in the document.. you will use your new name..
