Didn't it say that he honed his body so much in the past 3 years that he was stronger and faster than most elementalists his age? Only slightly slower than some wind or lightning elementalists and no mention of who he would be weaker than. If so, how was he getting beat up all the time? Seems like a plot hole to me.

So, through simple things like getting rid of added sugars, watching caloric intake, and increasing activity, I dropped from 340 to 310 (~13.6 kg/30 lb) in about 3 months. Then I got stuck there for about a year, started trying new things with my diet, and came across carnivore, then I dropped from 310 to 250 (~27.2 kg/60 lb) in about 4 months while also building muscle and having more energy. Honestly, diet is about 90% of it.

Let's be real, 150 kg (~331 lb) at 6' 1" is definitely obese, but it's not like he's completely hopeless. I was 340 lb at 5' 10" at one time (~154 kg) and was still able to do standard push ups, walk for several miles (but not run, lol), and go about my life mostly normally. I'm now down to ~250 lb (~113 kg) and losing, but the depictions of his weight seem kind of ridiculous coming from the perspective of someone who was even fatter, lol.

Seriously, I don't even have explosive rounds for my Glock.

So, I've been reading this elsewhere with the magic of g**gle, and I think it's actually pretty interesting. The MC stays loyal and doesn't even flirt with other girls. He also takes his wife to events and stuff.The system is actually very minimal. It gives him notice of future happenings on occasion and skills or knowledge rarely, but he isn't given billions of dollars for existing, or cars, or villas, etc. Everything is achieved through him using the opportunities that he learns about and by honesty just being intelligent. His personality is great as well. There is very little arrogance, and any face-slapping is in response to others being aggressive for relatively realistic reasons (jealousy, mainly).I honestly think this should be picked up by some translators, because it's a pretty good story without relying on clichés. review as of chapter 148
