Pretty bad in my opinion. Horrible math, bad translation, unlikable mc (hes an asshole whos ready to kill because of a misunderstanding he caused, also in general is very bland), bland side characters, uninspired abilities, MC is too overpowered too quickly for this type of novel, finally the various character reactions to the events that happen are pretty weird. For example when he comes out of a portal with his undead people freak out. But they literally saw him summon those exact skeletons like a day ago. Or when a female assassin mistakes him for a cultist and puts a knife to his neck, mc summons his skeletons to surround them and she immediatly gives up, asks him for food, acts pitiful, weird behavior like that. In general the females are potrayed in a way to make them seem weak, flirty, rude, and dumb. My conclusion is that the author may not get outside too much and may have incel type views of women.

Just want to balance out the nonsensical 1 star reviews. The novels is pretty decent in my opinion and is more like a 4.2 kinda novel. Give a couple chapters a try.

It's been so long since I've seen a decent novel in trial reads that this almost brings a tear to my eyes. First of all I just want to say that the title must have been mistranslated or something because it has nothing to do with the actual content of the novel, so don't let the shitty title dissuade you; This isn't some copy paste, half ass translated shit that's usually pushed out. It has a unique setting and world background apart from the whole game transmigration thing. It has different POV's for side characters but its done at a level where it doesn't take away from main character.

I read about 5 chapters and that was enough to make me quit. 1. Really poor translation, I'm guessing very lightly "edited" MTL. Like second chapter the MC's name keeps changing. 2. Practically no character design or personality. 3. Another transmigrated into a game setting. 4. System lacks logic and is convoluted needlessly, can't make heads or tails what the author is trying to portray half the time. That could also be from bad translation idk. 5. Story is dog water, actually feels like its written by a 14 y/o Chinese author who somehow is already into the grind of pumping out shitty stories. Could write more but just read the first 5 chapters and you should get a good grasp on quality of novel. You know its kinda crazy that when the voting new stories thing was still fresh, there would be tons of stories that never made it to the the final vote that would stomp the stories given to vote on nowadays. Like can some of you translators should give some of those stories another chance. My library is full of bangers that are hard stuck on 60 or 40 chapters.

Highly recommend avoiding this novel. The explanations, math, etc; Is complete dogsh*t. My brain is now fried from trying to reread and understand. I realized you cant understand something that didn't make sense in the first place. I don't know what i expected from another god damn "game descends to the modern era" novel.

Was really confused for awhile until I realized he can't reverse attacks not considered a skill. He will take damage from a dude punching him normally, but will get healed if it was a skill (like Rock Punch or something). Also I guess his ability can't differentiate between skills so a healing spell and buff spell will mess him up. Pretty OP until people learn the abilities functions. This was explained earlier in the novel but it didn't kick in till now.

Really enjoyable read for once. Definitely looking forward to this being translated. Hope they skip the other trash novels in que and just start working on this one right away.

Translation quality suddenly dropped

I mean not to burst your bubble but this novel isn't exactly unique either. Miles better writing sure, but the concept has been done often.

Trash novel as expected

Really enjoyable novel compared to the trash that's been released lately. The novel definitely has a darker tone in it's theme and really gives off a feeling of suspense and cutthroat world. I like how MC's naivety is lessening as the story progresses and he's becoming more cold and calculating to survive in the environment that he's in.

Don't like the mc in this story, typical Mary Sue where mc can do everything instantly and gets all the best stuff right off the bat. No work, no suspense, no strife. So if you like wish fulfilment then i guess you might like this.

Straight to the point this novel is trash. I really question peoples taste when this dumpster fire that seems like its a fanfic written by a teen gets above 4 stars. The premise of this novel seems decent in theory (even if it is a rip off of fairy tail and D&D). But the author is straight trash at writing even with a decent idea; the translators doing no favors either cause they are pretty bad too, not unreadable but enough to constantly take you out of the story. Anyways if you feel like reading this novel which is practically 90% exposition I won't stop you, but I don't take responsibility for any brain cells lost.

Thought the exact thing. It almost seems like theres a sweatshop with kids that write these books or something. The novels put into trial reads this time are all trash. Cant even be bothered to create a decent intro or setting.
