Mandated by the government doesn't sound as nice as voluntary. Some countries *cough* NK *cough* Ch *cough* use the term voluntary to make themselves look better in the eyes of the world, and to brainwash their own people.

Supernatural means something like not natural or beyond what is (precieved to be) natural. Literally every thing that was described as supernatural so far is natural in that world. You can cut out every single supernatural from the chapter and the story doesn't change at all.

This is without a doubt one of the best stories here. The writing is excellent, with rarely any grammatical errors. The story is well paced. Fast during matches, to capture the action. Slow during training and everyday life. Because the slower everyday sections there is time to sprinkle in a lot of characters that each have their own personality and don't feel like robots or cannon fodder. It also helps to prepare the bigger stage that will no doubt come. The only downside I have with this story is the very slow and inconsistent updates. If we are lucky, we get 1 chapter per week. If not we get 3 weeks of chapters that only say "This is not an update.". I really hope the author can get his stuff together, because I really want to read more of this. 4.5*/5* highly recommended.
