First of all a bullies goal is not necessarily to hurt you but to torment you for the sake of their enjoyment, so yes a kryptonian won’t get hurt no matter how hard they hit, but egging him, soaking him with water or mud, etc. this things are anoyying even if the victim is a Superpowered individual, so unless he has self cleaning magic/Power I don’t see how that doesn’t affect our mc. Even with your ant analogy, an ants bite still hurts. And “It’s no matter what they do, they will never hurt him” is basically “they are beneath me” with more words, one is literal and the other one chineese cultivation term
