love that show, especially that psychotic duo brad and jo
why are these supernatural beings talking about normality with edward, when edward is basically supernatural too, there's no need to force someone superhuman to act normally if he/she doesn't want too, it's not like it would affect their health badly and what's the point of rest skill if you don't use them.
The real question is how two highschool student connected its servers to undersea fiber-optic cables. Having data centers (those "ball thingies") is one thing, but how do they actually link up to ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and IXPs (Internet Exchange Points)? I find it ridiculous when stories like this or even companies in real life claim they can fully protect user data because, no matter what, your data still has to travel through physical infrastructure stations, cables, and exchange points. That means there are multiple points where data could be intercepted, especially by governments. Governments subsidize or regulate the construction of these undersea fiber-optic cables, and if a company wants to build or use one, they have to lobby, get approval, and work with officials. Even big tech companies like Twitter or Facebook don’t own the whole internet they pay service providers to connect their data centers to these infrastructure hubs. So, no matter how much they talk about "protecting user data," the reality is that data still passes through government-monitored and regulated points before reaching users.
the novel will turn into urban, world building genre tho instead of superhero shit, besides all super heroes are sociopathic that uses fighting crimes to fuel their ego, their savior complex won't allow them to think complexly so don't expect the mc to actually build world changing tech that would actually improve lives
how is that insane that's normal, it would be insane if the government actually never tried to investigate super powered individuals
should've said alien raptor, and crystal alien, it feels like the author use gpt and never bother to re edit things like this even tho the people shouldn't have know the alien names
ai generated?
why do authors think that an ai with loyalty in its underlying code can freely think and evolve that logic just contradicts itself wtf
how can emotional, empathic and no betrayal even be in the same sentence, i don't think its even possible for an ai with that characteristic to happen, maybe it can simulate or fake emotions and have fake empathy within its constraints of being loyal, but i don't think it would actually have real human emotions if you limit ai with no betrayal in its underlying codes
