well i guess i'm a little late but any way. i always thought he would be more of a guy usin rokushiki as it is incredible flexible, and even passable for him to Design a own one, about steath or so. it can also be a bridge to the Armor haki allowing it to come later as to Opera Charakters are pretty hard to write(in my opinion) I personaly never pictured genus as a sword fightet but with is own style and not a regular "sword" it could be cool ( for example him using scalpels and his Signature move beeing "dissection" or something like that. as for the observation haki first i don't think you ever explain where he learns the word haki and second i find it still early for him to grow further in that regard. best probably if he works on his mental stammt so he can us3 this longer. but then again there are already 60 or so chapter still befor me so i guess i started reading ro late.
