After collecting everything, the brothers made their way back to Sum City. ZeLin intended to go directly East to get rid of the irritant, ZeLin wanted to do so more than ZeRen as he wanted to test out his new pet's attacks.

ZeRen on the other hand told ZeLin to relax, both dragons were just hatchlings, even though their stats were probably higher than the wolf lord, they probably would not be able to land a hit as the wolf lord was very agile. So much so that ZeRen had to remind ZeLin, that they had died even though they didn't see the wolf lord move.

Nodding and sighing, ZeLin agreed that they should not be hasty, they could always explore North, South and further West. 

Upon reaching Sum City, they were greeting with the a system message.

[System Notification: Welcome back masters ZeLin and ZeRen. Your guild hall is ready for operations.] 

Entering the guild hall, ZeRen's jaw dropped, his eyes widening the more of the place he saw, "How much money did you spend!" he asked.

Face going sour, ZeLin replied: "Don't remind me. By the way, you should off auto recruit, set it to approval only; I'll be seeking out lifestyle players first, how does a 50-50 spread sound like?"

New guilds only had 10 spaces, including the guild leader, so having a 50-50 spread for now meant recruiting 4 each of adventures and lifestyle players. 

"ZeLin, I'll leave it up to you. I will continue to farm for materials, lifestyle guilds are hard to maintain and also sitting ducks. But I'm sure you can manage, your lifestyle guild previously was a monster in sheep's skin." said ZeRen. 

ZeRen was referring to Dark Empire, calling them a wolf in sheep's skin was looking down on them. Contrary to popular belief, they were based from a lifestyle guild, not adventuring. The adventures were mostly guards, the core players were all lifestyle, except for ZeLin. Due to the overpowered equipment made internally, their "guards" were almost as powerful as NPCs in smaller villages.

Dark Empire's assassin platoon was a nightmare for all, they were at least equipped with full sets of unique tier equips, some even having Epic or Legendary pieces. In the early days, adventure guilds would always aim to raid lifestyle guilds. Lifestyle guilds were famed for having zero to no defenses at all, but under ZeLin, every guild that attacked, ended up being disbanded, to avoid getting hunted back to level 1.

The only reason why Dark Empire wasn't linked as a lifestyle guild was because, they weren't named Dark Empire at the time. ZeLin trolled and made some sissy named guild, but the core members were all his ex-guild mates from the first edition of Aegis. Only after the core's foundations were stabilized, did they change into a raid guild, but even as a raid guild, they still maintained a 70-30 ratio of Adventurers and lifestyle players.

So going 50-50 wasn't a bad idea, their guild was already gaining fame, so opening up recruitment now won't hurt, instead would make ZeLin puke blood. 

Server wide announcements were only possible via achievement, or by paying. It would cost 5,000 US dollars for each announcement. 

ZeLin paid for it, then crafted the message [Yggdrasil is open for recruitment! 8 slots only! T&C apply.]

Server announcements rang thrice, although all was calm on the surface, ZeLin could feel the rumblings of a million guild requests coming towards him in a tsunami like fashion.

Everyone wanted to be part of this awe inspiring guild, barely a day since launch and they had already notched two worldwide achievement results, no other guild has yet managed that. 

As expected, the guild inbox maxed out at 999,999 applications within an hour. People started to take to the forums to complain that they could not submit their applications, the hype was real.

ZeRen left the management to ZeLin, he would head out to scout for farming locations to gather materials for the lifestyle players. The four incoming adventurers would also be given similar tasks, in-house guild quests will mainly be collection of materials. Of course there would also be quests for the lifestyle players, so no one was left out in gaining guild points.

ZeLin opened up the application tab, then set the system to only show lifestyle players and their lifestyle ranks. ZeLin himself was categorized as an adventurer, but his inheritance class was a lifestyle type class. 

Looking down the list, only 8 out of 999,999 applications were lifestyle players. That was shockingly little, but then again, he didn't inform his past members of the name of the guild he was making in this version.

The brothers had agreed not to divulge to their previous members because they felt that it was time for new blood. While the old ones were good, there was also the chances of some unknown and unfunded player who could have been even greater if they had the backing. 

Of the 8, there were 2 smiths, 1 chef, 1 alchemist, 2 herbalist, 1 mason, 1 combat butler. Looking at the last person, his eyes were wide, what in the world was a combat butler? Clicking on the name, he sent the player a message.

"Hey there, could you explain more about your "Combat Butler" class?" While waiting for a response, he looked into the profiles of the chef and alchemist. Both were familiar names, one was WeiMing from Dark Empire and the other was Sim from Holy Empire. 

WeiMing was a junior chef in Dark Empire, he had joined rather late, but had proved that he was very good at his tasks, more often than his peers, he could cook gourmet food that gave additional stats or longer duration on the buff. 

Sim on the other hand was not a well known alchemist, she only started playing the game near the end of the 2nd edition. According to ZeRen, she was very time efficient on her brewing, providing them with endless supply of potions especially during raids or guild wars.

ZeLin sent the both of them each a copy of a Non-disclosure Agreement. As both ZeRen and ZeLin were high profile players, they would want to keep their secret as long as possible. Be it the secret of their identities or the methods they used to govern the guild and its affiliates. 

"Hey, thanks for the interest, as a combat butler I'm usually in charge of the defenses and overall upkeep of the guild or nation. I'm a hotel manager in real life and have had experience in managing properties for almost 30 years. I also worked in a defense contractor for 5 years prior to my management roles. In the previous edition, I was a combat butler for the Butterfly Nation."

ZeLin read the reply and jumped up and down with excitement. In the previous edition, Butterfly Nation was one of the small nations that no one could conquer, they held the sole ownership to a diamond mine in the area. It was as though some divine being was looking over them, no matter how big the guild, they could not conquer this small nation. 

ZeLin drafted a short reply with the NDA, "So it was you, the god-tier player who was defending Butterfly Nation. We're honored to have you, if you'd join us!"

Now came the hard part, he had chosen 1 alchemist, 1 chef and 1 combat butler. He only had space for 1 more lifestyle player. He had to choose one from 2 smiths, 2 herbalists and 1 mason. 

All 5 names were not familiar to him, considering the short term, since he was already a smith, the guild would not need another smith, at least not until they expanded, thus he eliminated the 2 smiths.

As they already had an alchemist, having herbalist would be redundant, for now. What's more from what he remembered, alchemist could brew a lot more than herbalist. So he eliminated the 2 herbalists. 

It wasn't just an outright rejection message, ZeLin said that they were currently out of space and would keep them in view, so that in future once the guild expanded, they could apply again and would be given priority over other players.

"Competition?" ,Jimmy asked as he felt that this competition is quite interesting.

"Hahaha! I know that you don't know anything. But since you people are like one of the best in the campus, I am going to tell you details in advance." ,Jovan continued, "The Solar City is considered to be very big by the common people. But those common people are just frogs in the well who hadn't seen the outside world. But since you people are my friends, I will borden your view a little."

Jovan continued, "There are total of nine province in the empire. The name of our empire is Wing Empire. And the nine provinces comes under the jurisdiction of the Wing Empire. They are Eagle Province, Crane Province, Wolf Province, Lion Province, Tiger Province, Serpent Province, Hawk Province, Fox Province, Turtle Province."

"Wing? Wolf?" ,Lucky asked in amazement, "What the hell? Why all the names has animals and birds involved in it?"

Jovan sighed and said, "Our first Emperor is very fond of forest life. He has high interest in the forest life to the extent where he named all the provinces under his jurisdiction with animals and birds names."

Lucky said, "And our Solar City comes under Eagle Province."

"That's right." ,Jovan replied, "And this is the reason why this competition is very important for every fighters in not only the Solar City, but for all the Cultivators in the Wing Empire."

"Why would a competition conducted by the Eagle Province is very important for all the cultivators in the entire Wing Province?" ,Ram asked, "If it is conducted by the Eagle Province, then the one who should give more importance to it are the cultivators from all the cities that comes under the jurisdiction of the Eagle Province right?"

"That's right. But this competition is conducted by none other than the Emperor himself!" ,Jovan said, "To be honest, everyone were surprised with the emperor's decision to conduct the competition. This Wing Empire's competition is actually conducted by the emperor once every hundred years. The reason for this is to see the improvements made by all the fighters in their cultivation. And simultaneously, it is to look for any possible new talented fighters."

"Alright. If that is the case, then why exactly the people in the empire are surprised with the emperor's decision? What is so strange about this?" ,Jimmy asked.

In the millions of years of history of this tournament, no contestant has ever reached close to the experts from other cities. It was according to the rules of the competition that the top ten candidates would go to the Royal Capital to compete for the championship. "We understand." ,Jimmy said, "But this competition is meant for the combat masters. But we are not a combat masters. We all are Lifestyle Masters. So how is this competition is anything helpful for us?

Jovan smiled and said, "The Combat Masters fights in the battle. But they need accessories and battle equipments like weapons, pills, formations and stuff like that. The Combat Masters has the rights to choose their own Lifestyle Masters before the competition starts. And until the end of the competition or until that candidate disqualified, that Lifestyle Master has to work for that combat master who chose him."

"Then is there a restriction for how many Lifestyle Masters could work for a Combat Master?" ,Jimmy asked.

"That depends." ,Jovan replied, "It will depend on the Combat Masters decision. A Combat Master would actually employ just one Lifestyle Master. It is on the normal occasion. Most of the Combat Masters would go with only one Lifestyle Master. Because most of the Combat Masters needs to pay for the selected Lifestyle Masters on their own. I said only most of them. Because there are some Pavilions, influenced families, and organizations who has their own Combat and Lifestyle Masters. The matter regarding the salaries for the Lifestyle Masters would be handled by the elders of that organization."

"We Understand." ,Jimmy said, "Thanks for the trouble of coming here and giving us the information in advance. But I think we will pass this time. We don't know anything about this place. So it's better to be a spectator until we get enough understanding about this world."

"You can't pass." ,Jovan sighed and said, "This is also a weird decision made by the emperor. All the cultivators has to participate in the competition. This is the rule set by the emperor himself! The group of druids headed towards Anna. The Herbalist glanced at the group and said to the Avaths; "So you have finally succeeded on my request?"

"Flattery wouldn't do you any good, hand over the items, and let me judge your efforts." 

Anna was disappointed with the Avaths and doubted if these Druids are worthy of their title. So she gave them the strictest conditions. Originally the demerit points would only lower the chance of acquiring a rare skill from the random skill book, but because of their title, not only did they lose the chance to obtain rare skills, they are even required to fill an equivalent of ten requests.

After submitting the items and fulfilling the requirements of Anna. The Avaths received their rewards and were stunned when their price was deposited in their inventory.

"Do you think she will buy these Vials?" GurinBare asked while looking at Sai.

"Why are you looking at me? Just ask if she is willing to purchase it, I mean you guys helped me a lot today, reaching lvl 8 for a none combatant is quite a feat and it's only been a few hours when I started playing. Besides, you could have left when you guys reached the lvl cap and head to the main city, but you stayed to boost me. I appreciate that... So do as you will, you earn it."

They indeed reached the lvl 10 cap in the town of beginnings, the group can not gain experience unless they finish their registration as a Druid Class and leave the town of beginnings.

The Group came to a silent agreement when they discovered the use of the Flowers Aura, that they would see to it that this friend of theirs would leave the town with them.

"As compensation to you, we will help you level until you reach lvl 10." Declare VerBoss.

"How about this, you help me find the NPC that gives the blacksmith sub-class. That's the compensation that I need right now."

While they were negotiations with each other. AleyaNala approached the herbalist showing the vial of purple Aura. And said; "Would the lady be willing to purchase this item from me?" which caught everyone's attention.

"You have such a valuable thing." the Dryad exclaimed, which interested everyone of the group.

[System: You have attracted the attention of the herbalist Anna. Grant her request and receive her praise.]

"A System notification appeared." Narrated the Avath.

"I will take every vial you have of that precious thing. A piece of gold for each." - Anna

Taking out all the vials she had from her inventory, and surrendering them to the Herbalist one by one. Then a when the tenth Vial was relinquished a the sound of the system was heard.

"Young Druid you have brought me such a rare material, as a token of my gratitude please accept this gift." everyone was stunned when they heard Anna say this. Her interaction with the Avath earlier was quite indifferent, but now it was with a hint of appreciation.

Inner garments are items that most people would call fashion, used to cover their high-quality gears from prying eyes, without using any appraisal skills. Though some garments have the function to hide the equipment status underneath, the cost of such an item would be extravagant. The Inner garment was originally used to cover the figure or give comfort to the exposed parts of the players, especially worn under the immodest equipment in the game, But the discovery of inner garments with the passive skill to hide the status, it became the norm to hide equipment underneath instead.

Inner Garments with skills and status are hard to find and to think that one could be acquired in the town of beginnings is quite fond of the team. Much to the ability to grow with the equipment is unheard of.

To some rich players out there, the herbalist gloves are complete trash, with no notable stats, and some lifestyle skills, it is a waste of space. But for the lifestyle players out there its is a treasure. With the 10% success rate, it could boost their production by leaps and bounce, not to mention the Gather, Refine, and Grow skills.

What truly wonders AleyaNala was not the Lifestyle skills or the stats. It was the 'Special' that appears right next to the skill Firm Grasp. This would allow her to wield two two-handed weapons to fight, not to mention the skill and stat bonus from both weapons. 'This will be a game-breaking existence.' she thought to herself.

"Do you still have more of these Vials, I would be willing to trade gold or items." with this exchange a shelf appeared on the side of the Herbalist, only available to AleyaNala, no one else can see it.

On the shelf, were skill books exclusive for druids, instruments used by Herbalists, and an assortment of weapons and items.

Every item was exchangeable with their current bargain chip, Vial with purple liquid. Scanning the items on the shelf, AleyaNala spotted two items that piqued her interest, one is a sphere; Portal Orb, as the name states a teleportation device, that can store up to five coordinates. The other is a Crescent; a bladed weapon shaped like a crescent moon, exclusive to Druids. But on further observation, the item is used only to allow the player to have a feel on the crescents use and would later become useless because it can't be sold nor dismantled. Also, it is not a growth type of weapon.

So the leader decided to get the Portal Orb. And stepped back, whilst commanded: "Everyone should finish their quest now. So that we can see if Saya would still need a boost."

GurinBare steps forward and did the same thing as AleyaNala, he also took the same Portal Orb saying: " Saya! thanks a bunch, this thing will surely make our traveling time a lot shorter."

Listening to this the others questioned: "What are you talking about."

Which he responded: "See for your self." and stepped back not opening his mouth anymore.

The Azhil and the Eryu submitted their loots, exchanged their leftovers for gold which summed to 34.9 gold coins, 9.9 units higher than the Avaths because their requirements we're at the standard without penalty. Sold the Vials, received the same gloves with their respective names on it, not so surprisingly selected the Portal Orb.

Finally, it was SayaShins turn to finish his quest. When he approached the Quest NPC, it just stared at him for the longest time.

"Unfortunate child, what have you done to deserve such a fate?"-Anna

The others were stunned with the NPC tone. Then from the tip oh her hand appeared a globe the size of a tennis ball and entered SayaShins Body.

[Anna The Great Vates had seen through your Soul and started extracting the dead spirit within. Severe discomfort will be felt throughout this process, please do not turn off pain receptors or the process will fail.]

White light started to leak out of SayaShins body, and he slowly levitating from the ground. To the onlookers, this was a marvelous sight. But for Sai, this is the most terrible sensation, the young Wolf was slowly being pulled from his soul essence, a terrible feeling of loss was all he felt during the entire process. And when finally Anna stopped, everyone was stunned with what they saw.

A golden furred wolf was extracted from Sai's body, it was a sight to behold. But not for long, bared for everyone to see a red mark hovering above the creature [Golden Fur (Dead Spirit)], the rarest of the wolf spirit, lay there motionless.

"My deepest sympathy, to you young Vates. Perhaps you can grow yourself anew, from this calamity of your soul."

Following this, the wolf icon on his skill tab turned gray. The Wolf skill tree no longer appears on his skill interface.

It was devastating for every one of his friends to see. Their saving grace had received the greatest drawback. The loss of its spirit beast.

The Golden wolf that lay before him slowly vanishes leaving three items; A golden fur, a golden crystal, and a golden Book.

While everyone was following in the loss of such a precious beast. SayaShin promptly collected the drops and spoke to the dryad.

"I would like to exchange these vials."

He too reached the Dryads barter system, after receiving the gloves that contain his name. Fortunately, he has more than a hundred vials in hand, browsing the selection he found a strange skill book, after purchasing the Portal Orb, he still had enough to purchase the skill book.

"I saw a skill book for Aura Collection, why didn't you get it?" asked Sai.

"The orb costs 40 Vials, and that's all we had. Besides, the Random skill book became Aura Collection skill book." Said Shapeless.

"Yours too?" - VerBoss

"Ting." - GurinBare

"Anyways condolences to your loss. To think that a Druid can not transform into a wolf." - someone said and everyone sympathizes.

It is indeed true that the wolf was the shape that symbolizes the Druids, and it is a symbol of their strength. And to further the loss it was one of the rarest, Golden furs.

" It's alright though." - SayaShin 

His friends were puzzled with this response of his.

To their realization. He indeed, not even once, transformed into the shape.

Everyone in the team received this notification and looked at each other. Having a sub-class in this early stage of the game could spring many opportunities, But only select few are willing to do the arduous work to receive recognition from the master.

There are two ways to acquire a sub-class. One is to purchase a skill book from an NPC in the main city or kingdom. The other is to receive recognition from the masters or grandmasters located in each town of beginnings.

"Accept!" not letting the opportunity past them, they all agreed.

Pulling out his Tempest Blade, Kaiden positioned himself between the 4 wolves and caravan so that it wouldn't receive damage as it also had a health bar for the quest.

Instead of confronting, Kaiden waited for one of the Ash Wolves to confront him. 2 seconds later, just that happened. Providing suitable protection throughout the whole encounter the caravan wasn't experiencing any damage, causing the merchant Penni to be jubilant. "Yes! Perhaps I won't experience any merchandise damage, unlike others."
Sucked into the sensation of completely controlling battle momentum, Kaiden repeatedly rotated his attack pattern between all 4 wolves, his presence harmonizing with the surrounding. The battle extended well past 10 minutes as he had to deplete over 35,000 Health alone.

As the Ash Wolf's were normal monsters, their equipment drop rate was abysmally low even with Kaiden's higher than average luck, becoming entirely good for nothing other than coins and material drops. Dropping [Tough Leather]x12 and 40 Bronze coins.
As they traveled deeper into the forest, the Caravan began experiencing ambushes in increased intervals. However, now that they crossed even further into the forest the monsters began to increase in volume and rank.

Now inside a pack of 5 wolves, 2 would be Elite. However, after experiencing a sublimation of his mind, the latent calmness in his bone started to slowly morph into his forefront personality. Rather than complain where no one would hear, Kaiden swallowed his complaints.

Engaging the pack this time further away from the caravan as he was unsure just how important the caravan would be to the elites. Kaiden started with Sword Wind and Fleeting Surge, using Sword Wave – Dispersion.
'This would be so much easier if I had extra AoE skills or at least dealt some type of splash damage. But how exactly do I create a skill like that? I'll have to ponder that.'
Treating this quest as an experimental training, Kaiden began performing incapacitating moves. Incorporating jugular blows, knee strikes which was actually recognized by the system.

Landing, once again Kaiden powerfully jumped before the other wolves could pounce. Stabbing his blade through the torso of the wolf, approximately where its heart would be located. Kaiden used its fur as a brace and rotated to the top of its body, using it to perform another jump, the counterforce sent it plunging straight towards the ground 7.5 meters below.
Reaching a height of above 12 meters, Kaiden reveled in this exhilarating feeling before closing his eyes and performing an aerial twist now facing downwards as he began freefalling. Opening his eyes with a piercing glint, he drew back his sword, homing in on the wolf's head in the crater.

Secondly, you have Vital Critical which are Criticals happening on a vital spot, doubling the effect. Lastly, you have Execution Criticals which in abrupt terms means a Critical superimposed with a Vital Critical. Creating a whole new tier of damage. The effects become multiplicative not additive.
Stumbling upon an area devoid of an abundance of trees, Kaiden picked up the presence of multiples monsters as well as auras that were much more oppressive. 50 meters ahead was a pack of wolves guarding the entrance however they were much bigger than even Crescent Mark Wolves.

'Oh, what perfect targets. However, not altogether. But I know for a fact that they will aggro at the same time. Well, this will just have to be the perfect time to create skills, instead of relying on skill books.'
Gripping his blade, Kaiden continued to proceed forth on the endeavor to create brand new skills to fortify his arsenal.

Ash looked at Scarlett who slowly nodded at him. He turned his attention back to Tate and let him go. Tate went running over to Manson and sat down next to him and began aiding their wounds. Ash saw an opportunity to educate them.
"See, Scarlett is quite important to me. To anybody really. She is a very intelligent girl. She sees opportunities and goes for them, she also tries bringing out the best in people even when she is down herself. Scarlett is a very strong and determined person and I'm sure anyone could agree with me if they knew her as well as I do although she doesn't think so but, everyone knows so. She overcomes anything she puts her mind too and she is loyal to the person she loves which is me and her friends. I can connect with her on a new level and not have to worry about not being myself. No, They don't do the whole turning into a werewolf at midnight. That's false and stupid and very untrue. So, a wolf. Wolves are genetic, usually born into a tribe it doesn't take a genius to figure that much out. Then we go into the whole hybrid thing. Wolf/Vampire hybrids are actually a lot stronger than normal vampires, werewolves or normal wolves but they're also rare, its more common to be a werewolf/vampire hybrid than a wolf/vampire. So that's why I owe everything to her. She increased my strength, and thrown me into rare category, without even realizing herself. " Ash explained.
"Now, I am sure you are both aware of mythical and herbal items that can damage a wolf or werewolf right? Well to a wolf/vampire hybrid, were immune to most things like that. So its practically impossible to hurt us. you can try, But we wont be the ones in pain after it maybe a few scratches that's all. Now moving on, those items can hurt a werewolf or werewolf hybrid. The only way you can kill a wolf/vampire hybrid is decapitation. You know like a vampire? Stake to the heart, head cut off or wooden bullets, stuff like that." Ash explained.
Manson and Tate soon rose after aiding their injuries caused by Ash and Scarlett. They both began trying to grab a hold of Ash but he kept dodging their every move. Until something snapped, almost like a switch had been flicked in his head. Ash began punching and fighting against them both. They tried counteracting his moves and attacking him but suddenly Ash stopped. He turned around when suddenly there was a loud thumping noise, Ash had slammed his fist into Tate's face, Tate went crashing to the floor.
"Tate!" Manson yelled, running after Tate.
"Oh my gosh, He'll be okay you idiot!" Ash snapped.
There was a sudden gun shots. About three, Repeatedly.
"Ash!" Scarlett screamed at the top of her lungs.
"Now I know why I hate you both. Fucking Vampires, Wolves and Hybrids, You're all the fucking same." Manson snapped.
"Seriously. You decided to shoot me?" Ash laughed.
"Yes, Cause you're all the same and you'll all die the same way." Tate snapped.
"Seriously? all the same! That's a joke right? We aren't, They're all different and actually if you didn't know I'm actually a Ex-hunter. I use to be a hunter then I got involved in the vampire lifestyle you see. Change is possible but you two, Doubt it." Scarlett said in a cocky attitude.
"Oh shut it you. You're the one in chains right now. So you have no saying in all this. So just keep it shut otherwise I will kill you too along with this mutt." Tate snapped at Scarlett
"Don't you ever speak to her like that again. Scarlett is more than you think and not some entertainment purpose for you. You cant change what she has become now. Nobody can, Completely her choice." Ash snapped back
Manson instantly walked towards Scarlett and held a gun to her head. Tate walked towards the door. In a flash Ash had grabbed Tate and slung him against the wall. He then picked him up smashed his head against the wall and proceeded to break his leg. He picked up the closest thing to a knife and dug it straight into Tate's chest. Tate let out a scream of pain. Ash pounced onto Manson, knocking him to the floor. He then began swinging punches into his face one after another. The room just filling up with the smacking noises and Ash's fists began covering in a crimson red colour. Ash took a hold of Manson's wrist, snapped it and grabbed a hold of the gun, pulling the trigger and Shooting several bullets into his stomach, Arms and legs.
"Don't move again and don't ever hold a gun up to Scarlett again or the next bullet will be in your skull. Understand me? Ash warned.
Ash dropped the gun and walked over to Scarlett and began helping her out the chains.
"I'm sorry you had to see all that, Don't worry I'll get you out of here. We need to get you out of  here, I cant stand this place, I'm sure you cant either, its disgusting here. It's disgusting what they did to you." Ash said to Scarlett snapping the last few links of chains with his blood bare hands.
Scarlett instantly fell to the floor, Ash picked Scarlett up and placed her hands around him as he placed a arm around her for support and walked over the door and left. He took Scarlett home.

Ash instantly knew what to do. He went to go get something sharp like a knife, and returned back to the room Scarlett was in. He sat down and dug the knife into his arm and dragged it. Ash got up and left to go to the bathroom  to clean his now cut arm up. 
Scarlett soon later woke up, with the taste of blood in her mouth. A soothing sensation with a iron after taste but sweet and warm. She liked it. She knew it was the blood of Ash, But Ash was nowhere around. She climbed out of bed. Got her balance, Walked over to the mirror and held her hand to her mouth, wiping all the blood away.
"What the hell?" Scarlett whispered to herself.
Ash soon waked in the room. Holding two cups of steaming black coffee, filling the room with the strong smell of expresso. He placed the mugs down and turned in the direction of Scarlett, watching her wipe the blood from her face.
"Good. You're awake" He exclaimed.
Scarlett's eyes drifted to the sight of his bandana once again tied around his arm.
"What happened? Why are you wearing that again. What did you do?" Scarlett asked as she walked over to him
She removed the bandana to see Deep red lines. Swollen. Dried blood covered parts of his arm. Wipe marks and lip marks in the places of where Scarlett's lips has been pressed against. This was all over his arm.
"I had to do something, you passed out from all that stuff those two hunters did to you. I needed to make sure you were okay and actually alive. Its nothing, I'm fine" Ash said tying the bandana back around his wrist again.
"But Ash, listen to me please. I'm fine. I can look after myself. I would of came to and drank my own blood or grabbed a coffee." Scarlett tried to convince.
Ash placed both of his hands on her waist, and pulled her close, until Scarlett's Crystal blue eyes met with Ash's Cinnamon brown eyes.

Description:
