That’s what the Flock of Doves is. Wildlings, they were called once, creatures that descended from the skies one day and cleaved from their royal flocks. Zero wasn't too sad to see that his sending off party had so few people. Merlin wasn't present and Lovina told him that his teacher was still having a bad hangover. Zero didn't point out that Merlin could have easily cured it away using some healing magic. In fact, he was a little thankful that he didn't have to see Merlin otherwise it would be difficult to part. Although he wasn't going to cry when he parted with Merlin like how he did when he had to part with Truen and Baal, Zero would definitely feel sad if Merlin showed up.
Steve wasn't a very talkative person to Zero's surprise. The God of Technology stepped through Zero's portal and arrived in Heaven at the House of Gods where they parted ways. Zero wanted to take a look around Heaven and drop by a few places since he was early. He had about an hour before he had to meet Freya at the entrance of Valhalla and decided to buy some souvenirs. Steve agreed and sent a text to Merlin informing him about his student's intentions.
Zero wasted no time and left for one of the residential districts where there were all sorts of small shops selling handmade crafts and unique food. As a foodie, Zero couldn't pass up the chance to check it out. Thanks to the business he started with Merlin, Zero wasn't dead broke like he was before. The communicator was a very convenient tool, especially in Heaven. Zero had to thank Mii for helping to connect the communicator's function with Mind's Eye. The strawcherry fairy outdid herself once more when she linked the currency to the system's void inventory and conversion. Although Zero didn't need it now, he could convert the money he had in heaven and Hell to a different currency if required, especially when he was on Earth.
As Zero hopped from street to street, buying snacks of all kinds and carrying his purchase with one hand while eating with the other, he noticed that there were many caged white doves.
"Excuse me," he called out to a lady who was selling caged doves. "Why does everyone here sell doves? Are they some sort of delicacy here?"
The lady gave him a scandalous look and Zero backed away when she threw a huge tantrum. Not wanting to cause a scene, Zero quickly apologised and explained that he was a tourist who didn't know much about the culture in Heaven. That worked like magic and the lady quickly calmed down, even apologising to the teen.
"These doves are used to answer the prayers of our loved ones who are separated from us in the world of the living. If you buy one, you can ask these holy doves to send a message on your behalf to your loved one from a different place. Of course, every resident is only given one dove a day. Those who no longer have loved ones among the living like me sell it to those who have many loved ones who are still among the living. These birds are certainly not for eating!"
Hearing this made Zero curious. "If I want to send a message to someone, what do I have to do?"
The lady smiled. "You need to first have an existing connection with the person you want to send the message to. They need to be aligned in feelings with you to receive the message. Many people buy doves and send messages to loved ones who have long closed their hearts off to them in hopes that one day their loved ones will receive their message. I've seen it happen one too many times and I can assure you that it wouldn't work no matter how many doves you send."
Zero nodded. He had a very strong connection with the person he wanted to send it to. "Does it work on sleeping people?"
The lady smiled. "That's the second criteria of using the dove. The person you send it to will only receive it when they are asleep. These doves will take the form of an angel in their dreams to deliver their message before their spirits return to Heaven again."
The young doctor was pleased when he heard that. "Are there any other criteria?"
The lady laughed. "Other than paying for them, there isn't anything else. Young lad, are you interested in buying one?"
Zero thought about it. He could store some of his doves in the void inventory and use it to send messages when he wanted to. For now, he had to check his available funds and Mii calculated that Zero could buy about four hundred birds.  Unfortunately, the lady only had ten birds to sell.
"I'll buy all the birds that you have," he told the stunned shop owner who happily obliged. Zero used his communicator to transfer the payment and the lady's jaw dropped when Zero started stuffing the birds into his sling bag that never seemed to grow any bigger.
"Pardon me for asking, is that a dimensional bag?"
Zero smiled. "How did you know?"
The lady smiled fondly. "My son was once an adventurer too. He used dimensional bags but they never could store more than five items. It must be a very well crafted dimensional bag to store all ten birds."
Zero laughed to over up his unease. Enam did tell him to use the cover of the bag to not be so suspicious to others but if an ordinary dimensional bag could only store five items, wouldn't his bag that could store just about anything a legendary grade accessory?
After learning about the value of the items he was gifted, Zero was starting to learn that he was actually asset rich. Artefacts, divine-tiered objects, legendary potions and powerful companions... Zero really didn't start with the beginner's package at all! No wonder Hua Tuo was always trying to get him to experience the humble life. If Zero became too used to special privileges, he would never be able to adapt to the ordinary lifestyle of peasants when he travelled. The young doctor was beginning to appreciate Hua Tuo's teachings more now.
For the rest of his time before he had to meet Freya, Zero spent it buying doves. The teen looked at his financial balance and sighed. Despite having money, the teen still couldn't buy four hundred birds. It was a long search but Zero only managed to buy about a hundred and eighty birds. That was only enough to last Zero six months of writing to Baal if he wrote one every day. That was barely enough... Zero wondered if there was such a thing as a word limit for these messages. Would Baal be annoyed if he sent him a prayer twenty thousand words long?
It wasn't very early after Zero spent his time touring the small markets in the residential area so the teen borrowed a portal and calibrated it to the entrance of Valhalla.
Zero couldn't recognise Freya immediately. The Goddess looked rather different. Her long scarlet hair pulled into a messy bun behind and she was wearing some heavy-duty armour while she carried her spear and a shield that reflected light. The goddess looked very serious and Zero became slightly nervous. It was the first time Zero understood why Freya was the Goddess of Beauty and also War.
"Are you not going to be using a bow?" Zero asked.
Freya smiled. "Normally, I would. However, we are going to visit the gorgon sisters today. It's better to carry a long-range weapon and a shield. I will be your escort today, none of my other followers can handle the three gorgon sisters. Of all the criminals, outcasts and prisoners that reside in Valhalla, they're one of the worst. Athena's curses tend to be very powerful and can draw out the worst in anyone."
Zero nodded and Freya threw him a blindfold. "Cover your eyes with them," she told the young doctor who gave her a questioning look but complied. 
Once Freya was certain that Zero was thoroughly blindfolded, she told Zero to follow close behind her. The teen nodded and used echolocation to determine where he was. The goddess didn't comment about how Zero was using a strange skill to get around Valhalla but she did constantly warn Zero about not getting too close to the sides. The walls of Valhalla are alive after all.
From the information gathered using echolocation, Valhalla was like a huge town or castle. It was also very huge, reminding Zero about the House of Great Gods. Was Valhalla actually the town of giants? He could easily imagine Camie growing up in a place like that.
"This used to be Odin's kingdom," Freya said. "But he is no longer here, just like all the other Norse gods. I'm probably the only one left."
Zero didn't comment on it and allowed Freya to give him a brief history of the new place. It was a shame that he had to be blindfolded. Zero was willing to bet that the architecture here was beautiful in a way that was different from Heaven. Valhalla would have looked very grand during its glorious moments. The structures weren't as detailed as Heaven's but for some reason, Zero liked it more. If Heaven was like a high-end shop on La Boutique, Valhalla was like Bells and Begonia in Listless Town. It felt like home for Zero and he wondered if Freya felt nostalgic visiting something that was left behind by someone she once knew. Valhalla might just be the place Freya grew up in but Zero couldn't be sure.
For a long time, they walked in a spiral heading upwards and Zero wondered why the town was built on a hill. Was the kingdom built on a mountain like Mount Olympia before it was destroyed? Giants should try to live on flat ground instead of on a hill because it was harder to build structures that big on such uneven surfaces. Maybe there was a reason why they built it on such difficult terrains.
Zero wasn't too far off the mark with his guesses. Valhalla was indeed built on a mountain. Freya was walking to the temple where the gorgon sisters were held in place by a very ancient and powerful barrier. The reason why these sisters were cordoned off and imprisoned in the remains of Valhalla was because of how deadly they were.
Zero listened to Freya explain about the curse Athena put on them. It sounded horrible to the young doctor but he finally understood why Freya chose to wield a spear and carried a shield that could reflect light.
"Wouldn't the gorgons turn into stone if they saw their own reflection?" he asked.
Freya smiled. "That's right. They will be petrified but Athena's curse is cruel. She wouldn't let them simply die from that. After they've been petrified, the curse will bring them back with a vengeance and repeat the never-ending torture of not being able to die and being so horrifying that nobody can get near them."
Zero cringed as they neared the temple. He could hear the shrieks already and the voices of these gorgons would have caused hallucinations in a normal person. Thankfully, Zero had Michael's feather that can negate all these effects. Still, it didn't make it any more pleasant on his ears. Every shrill cry was like a whip to his mental health. Freya continued to walk steadily while Zero struggled to keep his headache down. These weren't ordinary cries, they were sonic waves amplified with mana.
"Freya," a beautiful woman's voice greeted when they stopped in front of the temple. Zero couldn't see anything but with echolocation, he made out the shapes of three lamia-like creatures. If Zero didn't know what they looked like from Freya's earlier description, he would have thought that Medusa was a great beauty like Cleo. She had an alluring voice that sounded magical.
"Medusa," Freya greeted but averted her eyes and raised her shield.
"What brings you here?" the gorgon asked deceitfully calm but Freya knew better. The woman was only bidding time before she tried to attack her if she got too close. For now, none of the sisters took interest in Zero who was hidden behind her.
Freya smiled. "It's been a while. All of you look like you're doing well. I've actually brought over a doctor after I heard that the three of you were hurt during one of your usual fights. It looks like there was no real need."
Stheno threw herself at the barrier, creating a loud crashing sound as she hissed. "Is that the doctor behind you?"
"Doctor?" Euryale asked and slithered closer to get a better look.
Zero shivered a little under the scrutiny of three dangerous women. He knew a little about Medusa and her sisters.
Apparently, Medusa was a human queen of the old world who was known for her cold beauty and arrogance. Poseidon, the God of the Oceans, whom Athena had a crush on was seduced by Medusa with the help of her sisters. When Athena found out, she got so angry that she cursed all three mortals to become gorgons and banished them away. Initially, they were held in Tartarus but after Heaven and Hell broke apart, they were transferred into the empty city of Valhalla so that the Great Gods could keep a closer eye on them.
Stheno was the strongest gorgon and the oldest of the trio. Her strength was terrifying enough to rip apart a manticore with her bare hands. A slap from her tail meant instant death. Looking in her eyes would be the last of anyone's concern when faced with such overwhelming might.
Euryale was the youngest of three sisters and was terrifyingly agile. She was also very cunning and often used her siren-like voice to mislead people before turning them into stone. Zero felt that while Euryale was the least dangerous of all three gorgons, none of them could be treated as harmless.
Freya and Zero discussed earlier that Zero would visit them on the pretext of treating them and hoping to find a way to break Athena's curse. Freya would always escort him and guard him personally in case any of the sisters try anything funny. The entire Valhalla was under Freya's control so she was the only one capable of keeping the gorgon's under control. The only thing Freya couldn't control was the power of the gorgon's eyes. It didn't matter who the opponent was, Athena's curse was strong enough to threaten even Freya if she got careless. Zero was told that Freya wasn't immune to the effects of petrification even if the curse can be dispelled when she regained her powers. It was very risky and they had to both be careful.
"We wouldn't refuse a visit from the doctor," Stheno smiled. "However, he looks a little too young to be a doctor."
Zero smiled. "I understand your reluctance and hesitation but I am a student of both Merlin and Hua Tuo. As a full-fledged doctor and magician that my teachers acknowledge, I can assure you that my skills are reliable."
Freya felt slightly proud of Zero who was able to hold his own position against three gorgons. for some reason, the blessing she gave Zero was working and the goddess wondered if the gorgons would figure out that their unusual interest in Zero was because of her Charmer blessing. Hopefully Zero would charm them enough to get the information he needed before they figured it out.
"Doctor, my tail hurts," Euryale whined and Zero started asking about symptoms, getting into work mode quickly with Freya following closely behind.

"Out a little far, are you not?" "Us? We're just dropping in to chat to you, Troublemaker." "Is that how you know me? Man, I feel so inferior." "Oh, I'm sorry. What do you want us to call you?" "The Controller." "Why That?" "Because I am in full control. Of it all. I can pick and choose what I want at will, and I use it how I like." "As if you'd fit in that category." "With four Kagunes, I beg to fuckin' differ."

"Oh really? How about we take a gander?" "Spoken like a true English Gentleman, Kureo. You incompetent freaks don't deserve a look, but if I am to kill you, you may as well have a peek, as a last request at least." Two different Kagunes emerged from Arrow's back half: 4 Ukaku wings, and 3 Bikaku tails. Touka looked at his monstrous Body, to see that he was floating a few inches above ground. "This is what I call 'Independence'. 

"Ah, Very intriguing." "Yeah, and I'm not the only one. My Best mate has similar characteristics. Do you know him? He's called Chaos Razorblade." "Perhaps so. Perhaps not. Perhaps we already took care of him." "I don't think so." Amon turned to see Chaos. "You never miss a cue, do you mate?" "Nah, but it seems as if the cues aren't missing me either." "I like it when you don't make sense." "I like it when I don't make sense too." "See?" "Yeah. Now, about these Doves..."

Chaos walked around them, showing his own Kagunes. "Orange blood." "Yeah. Unique, like yours." "Yeah. Like mine." "Battle stance?" "Yeah. Remember my training?" "Never forgot it, never will."

Arrow jumped up, Chaos crouched down. Chaos charged at them with his Koukaku covering his arms, his Ukaku crystallised, and leaped at Amon with brutal force. Arrow flew down like a missile, Bikakus following him, and he swung them at Kureo. The Investigators held their Quinques in defence, as Arrow and Chaos delivered multiple harsh attacks towards them. Mado returned a blow, that destroyed Arrow's flowing onslaught and Chaos was sent away by a large swing of Amon's weapon.

"Arrow, what's our objective?" "To distract them while Touka runs away." "Who?" "I'll talk to you about it after. Remember our trademarks?" "Which? The darkside?" "Yeah. Remember it?" "Yeah." "Let's see how far it takes us."

Chaos jumped onto Arrow's back and their Kagunes extended and multiplied until they had looked unstoppable. Arrow's Ukakus were put away at that point, and then Arrow charged at the two Ghoul slaughterers, with Chaos hanging onto him. The Koukakus and Bikakus faced at their opponents and without hesitation, Kureo pulled out another Quinque, except it looked like it originated from, Mr Fueguchi? 

Arrow was fuelled with hatred and a sensation of rage triggered his charge, pacing with more force than he needed, and attacked unhesitantly. Chaos joined Arrow, attempting to strike Kureo and Amon. The investigators slowly edged back, until it was safer for them. The 3 Ghouls ran the opposite direction afterwards.

10 minutes passed, and by that time, Arrow, Chaos and Touka returned to the cafe unharmed. They walked in. It was silent. The three went to Touka's room. "Arrow, man! What happened?" "It was Kureo's Quinque. It means that Mr Fueguchi is dead." "Who?" "Hinami's father. Trust me on this." "Okay. And about this girl?" "Long story. Prefer to cut it short and just say that she thought I was with the Doves." "Arrow. Please, don't." "I wasn't, Touka."

*Shit went down today. I hope I can tell Chaos the full story, and the reason for the Doves to be here. Perhaps he already knows. I'll just have to see, when I get some time with him. For now, I'll make him feel welcome.* After Arrow and Touka told Chaos about the cafe and guided him through it, they heard Hinami shouting at her mother. "It's not fair! I wanna see daddy!" Hinami ran upstairs. "Hey, Mrs Fueguchi." Arrow caught her attention. He sat down with her. "Sorry to bother you, but I saw what happened, and I just wanted to know what's going on." 

"Hinami wants to see her father again." "Well, I'm sorry." "Sorry? For what?" "She can't see her dad again." "Why?" "The Doves..." Mrs Fueguchi stared at him. She was speechless. "What?" "Mr Fueguchi is dead, Ryouko. The Doves killed him." "No. Arrow. Do you really...? Is he...?" "Yeah, his Kagunes were used to attack me and Chaos." "Arrow..." She quietly started to cry. "Mrs Fueguchi, please don't cry. I'm probably as pissed as you are." "How are you angry? What did he do for you?"

"While he was at work, I used to occasionally see him and vice versa. He made me things, taught me stuff. He was the closest to a father I've had since my Dad's death. I respected him, and he cared for me in return. I still wear the watch he made me 6 or 7 months ago." "So that was his little secret." Wiping the tears off her face, Ryouko looked at Arrow, smiling slightly "Arrow. How about I make you an official member of the family?" "Really?" "Yeah. It'll be nice to strengthen your bond with us. What do you think?" "Of course." Arrow paused, thinking. "And, after Mr Fueghuchi's unfortunate death, they'll be likely to come for you and Hinami, as well, which I will prevent with my life." "Okay then. I'll talk to Hinami. Perhaps spoil her a bit sometime."

A few hours later, Arrow and Chaos went to the shops, where they saw a few old friends. Fury. A muscular, short lad with beige hair and deep blue eyes. Trace. An average, slim, boy with Green hair with glasses covering his crimson eyes. Daisy and Holly. Both were girls, same height - average, brown hair on one, blonde on the other, sky blue eyes and both were holding each other's hand.

They recognised the four, and went to greet them. Arrow started the reunition process "The empire has come together once again!" Fury responded eagerly "Sure has, Arrow. But where have you and Chaos been?" "We were doing our own things. I was in the 11th Ward, while Arrow was working in a restaurant, here in number 20. We met up earlier today, takin' on the Doves." Trace continued "Okay. Us four met up, like, yesterday." "Okay, how about we all go to the coffee shop then?" "Is that what you meant by restaurant?" "Yeah."

Arrow settled his 'brothers' and 'sisters' into the shop, got them all something to drink, and then sat himself down with them. It was silent, until Touka walked to them and sat down next to Arrow. "Goals." Chaos' one-word sentence seemed to have a lot of effect on Touka, as she grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him towards her. "Don't. Fucking. Start." "Touka. Put him down." Arrow was ready for her to throw him back into his seat, but she wasn't going to. She simply let go of him.

Arrow looked at Touka. She stared back, with a sense of guilt. "Sorry." She stood up, and walked away. Arrow looked over his shoulder, and out the window. An elderly, largely built, well dressed man. He had short, sharp yellow hair, white shirt, trousers and jacket with a red tie. *Why does he look familiar?*

"Hey, Guys. Do you see that man over there?" Daisy looked out of the window. "Yeah. Why ask?" "He was in the shop we met up at." Chaos peered over. "Yeah, and he's coming this way." Arrow reviewed his movements. "Shit. He is." He had a Machine Gun slung around his back. "Yoshi! We got company!" Yoshimura ran to Arrow's location. "Oh my Lord. Kids, get upstairs." Fury stared at the man. "Dad?"

The man entered. It was silent. Yoshimura was at the desk, Arrow was sat on one of the chairs, hoodie up. "Hello Yamori! How may I help?" "Cut the shit. Where is he?" "Who?" "My son! That's who!" "I don't know." "For fucks sake, Yoshi! I saw him! Fury! You know him! He was here!" Yamori grabbed Yoshi by his shirt. Arrow placed his hand on Yamori's back. "Leave Old Man Yoshi Alone." "Tough guy, eh?" "Yeah. Name's Arrow Chaotica Legion." "Well then, Legion. You got power? prove it. Just outside." "Sure. If you literally want your ass handed to you." "Come on then, runt."

They exited the Cafe. Arrow stood on one side, Yamori on the other. Arrow punched Yamori in the chin, almost breaking it. This was followed by a set of underarm smashes into his jaw, ending with an all-out uppercut, sending Yamori back slightly. He gave a single punch to Arrow's stomach, nearly piercing into it. Arrow, however, stayed still. "You're dead meat, pal." Arrow kicked his chest, which helped create an onslaught of demonic attacks. Arrow then grappled Yamori and threw him Into the ground. "You're officially grounded."

Yamori laughed. He stood up. "You're a worthy man. How about you join me? The Aogiri Tree will gladly accept." "Aogiri? No. I've heard about you. Without humans, we won't have the ability to live." "There's always other ghouls." "Are you serious? We can't resort to cannibalism. How'd we live with ourselves?" "Never came across my head." "You're insane. You have no emotions - just, like, me." "Yes. Anyone can see that, my boy. How about you live with those like you? You'll be accepted. You'll easily make allies with everyone." "Yeah. I'll be like all you lot. Lost when with the others. I'll be unidentifiable. I'll be another creep. Fun." "Yeah. It will be." "Sarcasm, bitch. Please." Arrow turned to walk away.

"And here I thought you cared about Marcus." "Excuse me, what?" "And. Here. I. Thought. You. Cared. About. Marc-." Arrow pinned him to the floor. "Listen here, twat-face. No one. NO ONE! Talks about my father like that but me! Unless you want your tickets to hell now, shut your fucking mouth and walk away. You and I never met. You and I never saw each other. You and I never knew each other existed. Got me?" "Or what?" Arrow smashed his head onto the gravel. "Do you get me?" "Yeah. Whatever." Arrow let go and stood up. "Good. Now Fuck Off."

Arrow walked off, taking the gun with him. He re-entered into the coffee shop, and sat down. The rest of his life-long friends had returned to the table, except for Fury. He stayed upstairs, meditating. He had no intention of going back downstairs until he knew that Yamori was no longer there. Daisy looked over at the pile of well dressed bones and flesh. "Arrow. Did you do that?" "Yeah. He pissed me off." "Why? How?" "Not important anymore, but I can assure you that he won't be messing with me again." Arrow looked at Fury, who was on the stairs near ground floor. "Hey, Fury. Come here mate." Fury walked over. "Yeah?" "What the fuck? 'Dad'? What are you talking about?" "Let me explain..."

"So, Yamori's after you because of what you did to him a few years back." "Yeah." "Okay." Yoshimura walked out of the room temporarily. He went upstairs to Touka's room. He knocked gently. A faint voice came from inside. "I know." Yoshimura thought carefully. He knew she knew from her little statement, didn't want to piss her off and had to tell her what her next job was. "Do you know what your next task is, Touka?" "Yeah, and Arrow will hate me for it." "So?" "I want Arrow to like me." "Some things must be done. You must accept it. Fury is a danger, and while he is alive, we are all at risk."

"Get that dumb ass Kaneki to do it." "He's inexperienced. He can't kill Fury." "And I won't!" "You know what you want, but not what you need. If you do not end him by today, I'll end him for you." "You kill him. I'm not risking anything." "I will." Yoshimura walked back downstairs. He looked at Fury and Arrow. *Their friendship is strong. I can see now why she declined killing him. After Fury's removal, it would be evident that Arrow would seek retribution. I'll keep an eye on him and determine his allegiance before making a move.* Kaneki walked in and went upstairs. He passed by Touka's room. Crying could be heard from inside. "Hello? T-Touka?" Nothing. He went back downstairs and walked to Arrow. He whispered into his ear. "Hey, go check on Touka. Something's up." Arrow looked back at Kaneki, then to his mates. "I'll be back in a minute."

Arrow walked upstairs, to where Touka was hiding. She could tell that it was him. She felt his presence. "Touka?" He stood still, and waited for her assured reply. "Yeah?" "What's up?" She delayed her next words, lost in thought. *I need to tell him, but how'll he react? He might not display any emotions, but he might still have them.* "Arrow." "Yeah?" "Yoshi says that we need to get rid of Fury. He thinks that Fury will change, now that he knows who his real dad is." Arrow thought carefully. *How's she angry? She doesn't like him. I can be assured of that. Why is she pissed?* "Why are you angry?" "Yoshi told me to do it, but I didn't want you to hate me." Arrow froze. *She wants me to like her? Since when did she have a need to please?*

"Touka. Come out from there." She wanted to, but she'd already said too much. "No." "Why not?" "I can't. I don't wanna embarrass myself further." "You're not embarrassing yourself. I personally don't see how. I know that much, and I'm unable to have emotions like that. How about me, you, and the others go to the cinema?" "I don't know." "C'mon. I'm doing it for you." "Okay. I guess I can at least have something to cheer me up." "There we go! Let's get the others."

Hinami and her mother went to the book store. It was noticeably quiet. There was only a few people there. They'd bought a couple of stories, and made their way home. On the way back, Hinami stopped. Her mother saw her pause, and waited. Hinami stared blankly onto the street. She sniffed. A grin was then present on her face. "Daddy?" Her mother looked at her in fear. She was aware of Mr Fueguchi death, and the fact that Hinami found her father's scent was concerning. "I smell daddy!" Hinami rushed passed her mother, Mrs Fueguchi trying to catch up. Hinami ran to an alleyway.

She looked in. Kureo Mado and Amon Koutarou was stood in the way of the other side. Hinami's mother caught up with her. "But... That was Daddy's scent." The two became worried. The Doves, against a mother and child. Kureo chuckled. "What'd I tell you? I knew that it would be the perfect bait." "Bait?" Hinami was scared. She feared her life, for it may end at any point. "Yes, little one. And your father can't help you." "But I can." Mrs Fueguchi stood tall. She spread her Rinkaku, a bright, light yellow. Amon stood still. Amazed at the stiff, strong design. "Allow me to show you the new Quinque in my collection." He pushed the button on his suitcase. It transformed into the beast which Arrow and Chaos saw in their last fight against the Doves.

Mrs Fueguchi turned to face her daughter. "Hinami." "Yes, Momma?" "Run. Find Arrow, Kaneki or Touka, and stay with them." Kureo swung his Quinque at the two. Mrs Fueguchi shielded herself and Hinami with her Rinkaku. "Momma?" Hinami was on the boundary of tears. "Go, Hinami. Don't look back. I'll be with you soon."

Hinami ran. Her mother stared at her soon-to-be killers. "Mado?" "Yes, Amon?" "475 just ran away." "Never mind that. We can have her instead. Fueghuchi 1 and 2. The 'daughter' can wait." Hinami saw Arrow, waving goodbye to the others. He was on his way to see how Hinami and Ryouko was doing on their book shopping. She ran at him, stopping when she caught up. "Arrow! They've got Momma! The Doves got Momma!" "Oh, Sh-. Okay Hinami. I'll teleport you to the cafe. Have a rest when you're there." He placed his hands on her shoulders, and with a single-toned whistle, she was taken to the coffee shop, and into Touka's room. Arrow then ran where his instinct lays. The alleyway which he'd once named 'Shadowless'.

He ran to the opening. His adoptive mother was sat on her knees, with Mado and Koutarou in front of her. "Mrs Fueghuchi!" Kureo swung his Quinque. Blood splattered everywhere. Arrow was reduced to tears, soon pulsating rage. "You Bastards!" He tensed up, his whole body emitting an Indigo smoke. When the cloud had erased, there was a whole new being in Arrow's place.

This being had Claws the size of swords, wings made entirely out of bone and cartilage, a shield of darkness, and a Hunger for Fear and Death. It had a cat's ears, a tail of an unknown creature, the teeth of multiple murderous animals and had a body of a man made of muscle, grizzle and bones. It walked to the Doves. The two had no idea what they were up against, but they were gonna find out. Mado took his secondary Quinque and used it to smash the new monster in the side of the head. It didn't move, wasn't even scared of the weapon. The Quinque was the thing that suffered, though.

It shattered like a plate of glass. The Demon-Man raised an arm, it's palm facing the two. The hand glowed purple, creating an orb of indigo light around it. There was a loud bang, as a set of gasoline barrels exploded in the allay. The only purpose was to make the creature look more intimidating. The Doves didn't know the Demon-Man's move patterns, but 'it' knew full well of what it was doing. The Doves ran. They deal with Ghouls, not Demonic Entities. The creature fell as soon as the investigators were out of sight. Another cloud emerged, with a result of Arrow laying on the floor.

Touka walked into the cafe, Yoshimura, Kaneki, Itori and Nishiki were all in the same room. "Touka." Yoshimura didn't look at her. He didn't need to. He knew she was there. "There was an attack earlier today." "What?! Seriously?" "I'm afraid so. The attack was towards Ryouko and Hinami. I'm afraid to say that Ryouko hadn't made it out." "And Hinami? She's alright, yeah?" "She's alright. Just laying down in the other room." "And Arrow? Where's he?" "He hasn't returned. Hinami saw him last. He told her that he'll help Ryouko, but no one knows his location."...

There were cans of beer, cigarettes, melon seeds, and a large pile of trash littered on the ground.
There was also a guitar, broken voices singing, and three drunk people.

Fatty Wei kept singing the same part of the lyrics from earlier up until now. At the instant when Fatty Wei shouted "It's a wrap!" after the movie had completed filming, his emotions suddenly became abnormal.
This situation was strange and sudden. Earlier, he was still smiling with satisfaction and seemed very happy. But at the next instant, it was like he had gone mad and was crying.
At the start, Li Qing thought that Fatty Wei was too emotional. But after the tears of Fatty Wei kept flowing, Li Qing felt weird…

The Marrakath System slowly succumbed to the Hexers!
With the introduction of the amazing Blessed Squire model, the Wrathful Doves Mech Army Group embraced the new addition with remarkable speed.
Initially, DIVA pushed the Blessed Squire onto the Wrathful Doves through backroom deals and secret agreements with the upper ranks. Later on, the positive reactions of the rank-and-file mech pilots who drew strength from the new model ensured that no one would be able to reverse the tide.
No one within the Wrathful Doves wanted to deprive their fighting boys and women the incredible utility offered by this odd new supportive knight mech.
Even if its design was not as optimized as regular Hex Army models, the Blessed Squire somehow possessed its own slightly foreign charm. Even when word started to spread that a boy of all people played an integral role in its design, the Wrathful Doves simply accepted the news without any controversy.
This was because anyone who experienced the Blessed Squire's simply couldn't imagine getting rid of it! Many Hexers believed that the mech was literally blessed by the Superior Mother.
With such a mythical Supreme revealing her presence through a mech model of all choices, how could the Wrathful Doves reject this sacred mech?
No amount of external pressure would convince them to give up a mech that had helped them achieve victory after victory!
Weeks after the Blessed Squire energized the ground forces of the Hex Army, the territories of Marrakath III quickly fell to their offensives in quick succession. Like falling domino stones, the rapid conquests rapidly caused the defenders to lose an enormous amount of supplies and war materiel.
In too many cases, the Hexers advanced so rapidly that the Fridaymen were only just beginning to evacuate their exposed fortifications!
The Fortune Legion and more specifically the Opal Trident Mech Army Group suffered calamity after calamity. The constant defeats and retreating actions depressed the morale of every Fridayman mech pilot.
The dark cloud looming over them not only caused the Opal Tridents to lose their edge, but also made them more susceptible to the Blessed Squire's glow!
Only a fourth of the available land surface of Marrakath III remained in Fridayman hands.
Ordinarily, any invasion would slow down at this point. If the Opal Tridents kept pulling off orderly retreats, then they would have been able to concentrate their remaining strengths across a much tighter defense line.
This was not the case this time! Too many times, the Fridayman failed to retreat in order. They either sacrificed too many valuable supplies or failed to make it back to friendly lines.
Without enough mechs, supplies and other equipment, the Fortune Legion simply couldn't resist the Hex Army on even ground!
With the rear of the Fridayman-occupied territory in disorder, the Hexers pushed themselves to the limit. They had to advance as fast as possible! The sooner Marrakath III fell, the sooner they breached the gates to the interior of Carnegie Group space!
The momentum of the Wrathful Doves couldn't be stopped at this point. High command decided that the cost of slowing down the enflamed Hexers was too much for them to bear, and began to issue orders to evacuate from the fortress planet!
"Marrakath III will fall!"
"We've given up on this planet!"
"Those damn Hexers!"
The Fortune Legion elements attempted to retreat as orderly as possible. Crucial production equipment and other heavy machines were shipped away first. After that, various mechs and high-value supplies were taken away next.
The war-stricken orbit of Marrakath III became even more hazardous due to the non-stop struggle for orbital supremacy.
The battle in orbit and in space unfolded more evenly as the spaceborn elements of the Hex Army lacked the support of the Blessed Squire. Yet even that started to change as the Wrathful Doves started experimenting on putting Blessed Squire in space!
From attaching external flight system harnesses to its frame to simply placing it onto an armored flight platform, the Hexers tried many ways to deploy this remarkable mech in space.
Some of these inelegant solutions actually worked!
While it was very wasteful to employ Blessed Squires in this fashion, the amplification effect provided by their glows made the calculus worthwhile to the Wrathful Doves. The performance of every spaceborn mech increased remarkably!
Under these circumstances, the Fridaymen became more desperate than ever to evacuate their ground troops and as much equipment as possible.
Near a large, military spaceport, an entire city had almost become flattened and cratered due to the sheer amount of fighting that unfolded recently.
Much of the structures had been built with large amounts of bulk exotics, making them as thick and tough as starship hull plating. Some key structures even boasted better protection than capital ships!
Now, many of these structures had either collapsed or exhibited a lot of holes. Just a day of fighting had turned a key defensive bulwark into a broken mess. Mechs from both sides trampled over fallen debris, broken mech parts and other junk.
The air constantly cracked and thundered with exchanges of energy beams, projectiles and missiles. Entire mech regiments advanced and retreated along a slowly-receding line.
The Fortune Legion put up a stiff but increasingly hopeless resistance as the hotblooded Hexers relentlessly assaulted their lines without stop!
Flying very low over the ruined streets was one of the few morale boosters left among the Fridaymen that had gained more prominence during the current campaign.
The Charlemagne and the Scara had become famed in a matter of weeks! After its foreign expert slayed seven Hexer expert pilots in total, the Fridaymen no longer turned up their noses in front of Venerable Ghanso Larkinson.
His heroism and valiant performance paved the way for the introduction of other foreign expert pilots. The Coalition Reserve Corps would have encountered a lot more resistance if Ghanso and his Charlemagne hadn't killed so many enemy expert pilots.
Unfortunately, the blood on his hands enraged the Hexers!
After losing a string of valued expert pilots to the Charlemagne and his fifty quasi-expert mechs, the Wrathful Doves finally put down their arrogance and treated Unit L as a serious opponent.
The Hex Army analyzed Venerable Ghanso and his assets and tried to figure out a way to counter him. With all of the protection that the Opal Tridents bestowed on him, it wasn't easy to take out the Charlemagne.
However, the Fortune Legion couldn't protect all of the Scara!
Above a ruined supply depot, the Charlemagne hastily flew back while firing a resonance-empowered positron beam!
The quasi-expert mechs that accompanied the expert rifleman mech fired their rifles as well. Unlike before, their volley of beams looked ragged and not as nearly overwhelming as before.
The Scara incurred many losses!
With the Hexers focusing their fire on the cheaper and less well-protected rifleman mechs, Unit L gradually lost more and more of its teeth.
By now, only twenty-three intact quasi-expert mechs accompanied Charlemagne in battle! Their beams, though still fairly potent, barely even scratched the armor of Venerable Ghanso's current opponent!
"Marrakath III shall fall, and so shall the Crestfallen Stars! The Carnegie Group will be the first to fall to ruin, and the rest of the Friday Coalition shall follow next!"
Ghanso did not even bother to reply to his current adversary's taunts. He was too busy with trying to keep the remainder of his Scara alive!
The loss of a couple of dozen quasi-expert mechs was not regrettable. They were just mechs that could be produced at any time, though they weren't cheap by any means.
What truly pained Unit L and Master Huron was the loss of their 'mech pilots'! Not even a powerful Master was able to replace the dimwitted clones so easily. Something about them made it very difficult to cultivate them in greater numbers. The losses suffered by Unit L might take quite some time to replenish!
Venerable Ghanso instinctively felt acute danger. He immediately responded by commanding his Charlemagne to dodge to the side as fast as possible no matter how disgraceful it seemed!
His urgency also passed on through the neural network, causing the surviving Scara to split up as fast as possible.
"Too late!"
A glowing shell rapidly reached the position that the Charlemagne occupied just half a second ago and exploded, unleashing a fiery blast that was large enough to engulf several quasi-expert mechs that hadn't moved away fast enough!
Venerable Ghanso felt a spike of pain and strange emotions. Three of the nodes within the neural network had disappeared, which meant that a single explosive shell had taken out three of his Scara at once!
"Damnit, you witch!"
He hastily reorganized his scattered Scara and began to unleash another empowered volley against his current attacker.
Twenty-one positron beams empowered by rage struck one of the largest mechs on the battlefield.
Though the concentrated attacks managed to pierce the resonance shield, the attacks had lost so much potency that they only managed to burn away some coating. The upper-most armor layer suffered negligible damage!
Surrounding by numerous mech companies, a Doom Crawler that was half as taller and much more wider than the Charlemagne steadily advanced with the help of its six, spider-like legs.
The armored limbs were thick and plated with broad slabs of armor. When linked together, they could even form an impromptu shield that could withstand nearly every form of attack!
This huge expert mech was the infamous Death Blossom, an extremely powerful doom crawler that outputted a mindblowing amount of damage at various distances.
It was one of the most renowned expert mechs of the Wrathful Doves! Piloted by Ginevra Costa, a high-tier expert pilot, the appearance of this infamous doom crawler spelled the end of the Fortune Legion's stand in this city.
This was because the so-called Ruination Witch was one of the most powerful artillery specialists in the Hex Army!
Six different weapon mounts fired in an alternating pattern at various targets on the battlefield. Even as the Death Blossom put the Charlemagne under pressure, entire Fridayman mech companies and defensive fortifications succumbed under its prodigious firepower!
Each and every attack unleashed by the huge doom crawler was powered by as much resonance as the Charlemagne's fully-charged attacks. Whereas Ghanso had to exert himself in order to magnify his expert mech's attacks, the Ruination Witch could easily empower all six weapons of her Death Blossom in quick succession!
A ruinous positron beam bore straight through a thick and powerful bunker, penetrating through meters of armor plating and inflicting untold damage from within.
Another weapon mount fired a split laser beam that lanced in over a hundred different directions, intercepting missiles, blasting through aerial mechs, taking out sensor arrays and more.
A thick and heavy gauss cannon fired a powerful projectile that slammed straight through the shield of a heavy knight mech. Immediately afterwards, the round pierced straight through the mech itself before punching through eight more mechs further backwards until it finally slammed into an evacuated headquarters, causing the entire structure to be blasted into pieces!
As the Charlemagne and the Scara continued to give ground, the Death Blossom's gravitic cannon fired a strange orb that rapidly landed in the midst of some of the quasi-expert mechs.
Soon, the orb expanded, causing four more rifleman mechs to be caught in a powerful localized gravity well!
"No! Not again!"
The plasma cannon mount of the Death Blossom ruthlessly fired, causing all of the trapped mechs to melt into pieces due to the incredible energy and heat impacting their frames!
Throughout this entire rampage, the largest weapon mount of all thundered once again. The howitzer placed on top of the expert doom crawler had fired an empowered explosive shell that arced over everyone's heads.
Despite the various mechs and turrets that attempted to intercept the incredibly powerful shell, the glow surrounding the shell easily resisted the hasty attacks!
Soon enough, the shell landed within the perimeter of the military spaceport many kilometers away.
BOOM!
A huge explosion engulfed several transports, hundreds of Fridaymen, and a large amount of critical equipment and strategic supplies!
An exultant war cry erupted from the ranks of the Hexers!
"Women shall reign supreme!"

I breathe deeply because of tiredness playing basketball but it is okay because I enjoy it. I am here in the park near my house to rest for a while because my feet are killing me. Who invented the uphill road so I can kill him or her. It is really hard walking uphill -_____- 

I sat on the bench to rest my feet when I heard something, a person singing back in the tree near me. 

"Do you remember how it felt like 

I still remember how we end in days,weeks and month 

We were together for so long I haven't notice that we fallin down to fast~~" 

I slowly walked to the one who sang and I saw a girl who was crying while playing guitar. 

"I wanna go back to the way we used to be 

I wanna feel your skin,your lips so close to me 

I wanna go back when I called you mine all the time 

Every smile and every moment if only I have 

A Time machine~~" 

After she sang, she hugged her guitar like it was because of her guitar why she was crying. 

“I miss you so much Vince. I wish you’re still here beside me, singing and playing guitar together. I wish---If I could turn back the time I would not do those things, then maybe you would still be here with me.”she said while crying. “Please Vince come back to me.” 

And because I can’t afford to see a girl crying in front of me I approached her and offered her my handkerchief. Don’t think anything else, I just don’t want to see a girl crying and also my handkerchief is clean. 

“Miss stop crying, it is not suited to you.”I said it while giving my handkerchief to her. 

She looked up to me but instead getting my hanky, she touched my face. I was shocked. Why is she touching my face? Is it because she is in love with me at the first sight? I am that handsome? My mind turned blank when she spoke. 

“V-vince?!”I saw her face shocked and started to cry more. Did she call me Vince? Who is Vince and why is she calling me Vince? Do I know her? Many questions pop out of my head. 

I removed her hand and smiled slightly. “I’m sorry but I’m not Vince, my name is Ekie and can you please stop crying? I don’t want to see a girl crying.”I said to her. 

And again, I was surprised when she started laughing and touched her forehead that it feels like she didn’t believe it. She sat again in the grass where she was sitting before. 

“Yeah, right. How is it possible you’re Vince if he was gone and he will never come back, I will never see him again.”then she put her face on her palm. “Vince is gone.My Vince is gone. He will never come back.”and she cried again. 

I sat beside her and tapped her back. I don’t want to leave her like this especially because it feels like she has a going through in her life. If I leave her like this, she might think of ending her life and if that happens my conscience will never leave me. 

“Miss stop crying, other people may think that I made you cry.”I said to her. 

She wiped her tears. “I’m sorry if I’m bothering you or disturbing you.”It feels like she will cry again. 

“Please don’t cry again. Pretty please.”I begged her and she started to laugh again. Is she kinda weird? Crying and laughing at the same time. “Why are you laughing?” 

“You’re just like Vince, he doesn't want to see a girl or woman crying.”she smiled while telling it but there was a tears escape in her eyes. I feel the sadness in her eyes even though I was her smiling. 

“Who is that Vince?”I can’t restrain myself asking who Vince is that Vince. Why did I feel like I heard that name before? 

When I asked her about that, the smile on her face faded and the sadness came in again. 

“Vince is my boyfriend.”she said. “Today is his birthday and also his 2nd death anniversary. He died two years ago.”Then tears came in again and I can’t ask her again to stop crying when I already know why she was crying. If I was her, maybe I may be like her. Crying while remembering that one that loves. “Because of me why he was gone. If I tried to fight for him, maybe just maybe he would still be here, laughing, smiling, crying in front of me.”she added. 

I am a person that the student look up to but I don’t why that stupid question pop out of my mind. 

“Are you a killer?”I touched my mouth when I asked and I didn’t mean to say it. Oh my God Ekie, all of the questions or words that you will ask her why that stupid question. 

She bitterly smiled, “Maybe I am a killer because I am the reason why he died, if not because of me maybe he will still be alive.”she said while looking down. 

“I’m sorry miss, I didn’t mean to. Please don’t cry. Maybe it wasn’t your fault why he died.”I start to panic because I feel she has become more sad. “And maybe he’s sad too because he saw you being sad.” 

Once again, she started laughing again. Is this girl crazy?! 

“You really are both alike.Hahaha.”she said. “Maybe his spirit is with you so I can feel his presence.” 

I started having a goosebump because of what she said. His boyfriend’s spirit is with me?!! No way and I hope that is not true. 

“Miss don’t say that, it makes me feel a chill in my body and I’m getting scared.”I said to her why caressing my arms because I really feel the chills in my body. 

“Hahaha. Are you really scared of ghosts?!”and she laugh again. 

“At least I made you smile. You’re not crying anymore.”I said while smiling at her. 

She just smiled and played her guitar. 

“How long have you been playing guitar?”I change the topic so she can forget her guy. 

“I've been playing guitar since high school, five years ago maybe. Kuya Acrille taught me how to play guitar and I enjoy it.”she answered. 

“Your brother?”I asked. 

“Nope, he was a friend of my brother, Tri-----”she said when my phone rang. 

“I’m sorry, I need to answer this.”she just nodded. 

I just step away from her a little bit before I answer my phone. 

"Hello Marcky?!"I answered my bestfriend call. 

[Where are you?!!] 

"I’m in the park?! Why?!" 

[What are you doing there?! I said already that we have things to do today?! We are here in your house, please hurry up.] 

“I’m sorry bro, I forgot. Just wait, I’m on my way.”I ended the call and I walked again near to the girl to say goodbye. I really have a gut feeling that I forgot something. 

“Miss?!”she looked up. “I gotta go. My bestfriend called me and we have something to do that I totally forgot. I’m really sorry.''I feel that guilt because I left her like this. I want to comfort her now but I can’t because first of all we just met today and I don’t know her at all but some things are bothering me. I feel like I met her but I don't know when or where. 

“It's okay,”she said. “Thank you for listening and for comforting me even though we’re just met.” 

“Take care Miss---”I totally forgot to ask her name. 

"Skyler but you can call me Sky." 

“Okay Sky, take care and stop crying okay.”she nodded. 

I started to run fast to the exit of the park. I hope I can see her again because I kinda like her. 

Skyler's POV 

I’m here in the park when I saw Vince for the last time, my boyfriend----or should I say my ex-boyfriend. I sat in our favorite spot where we could see the beautiful view. I play my guitar while singing the song that makes me remember him. 

"Do you remember how it felt like

I can’t help but to cry. How many years can I endure this pain because of what happened?!! I really can’t forgive myself because of what happened, because of me I will never see him again. I can’t speak with him or touch him again just like our old days. I can’t be with him again because of my stupidity.

After I sing, I can’t help but to hug my guitar and start crying more. I want to release all of my emotions right now. 

“I miss you so much Vince. I wish you’re still here beside me, singing and playing guitar together. I wish---If I could turn back the time I would not do those things, then maybe you would still be here with me.”I said while crying. “Please Vince come back to me.”

“Miss stop crying, it is not suited to you.”a voice came from my back. 

I was shocked when I heard that voice, not because I thought that I’m the only one here but because I heard that voice again. I turned to my back and I saw a guy giving his handkerchief but I never took it instead I held his face. Is it true?! He’s in front of me, the person I’ve been looking for. The reason why I’m crying right now. The guy that I love the most---- 

“V-vince?!”I was shocked and started to cry more. He’s here in front of me and I’m not illusioning. I can touch him and I can talk to him. 

 “I’m sorry but I’m not Vince, my name is Ekie and can you please stop crying? I don’t want to see a girl crying.”

I feel that he sat beside me and patted my back and it makes me feel more sad. He really reminds me of Vince, he always pat my back and head when I’m down or sad. He is always beside me even on my worst day.

“Your brother?”I shake my head as an answer.

He stepped away from me a little bit. While he answering his phone, I stared at his back. 

“Vince I’m sorry for what I’ve done to you but the truth I still love you until now. I just did that because I don’t have any choice. If I knew what will happen, I will never leave you and I will never break up with you, then maybe you are still here. Please remember Vince, I love you so much.”I whispered and another tears came out from my eyes. 

I can’t stop crying every time I think Vince. I really miss him to the point that I nearly go crazy. After a few minutes I saw Ekie coming back to me, maybe to say goodbye. I wiped my tears, I hope he didn't notice it. 

“Miss?!” I gotta go. My bestfriend called me and we have something to do that I totally forgot. I’m really sorry.”he bid goodbye. 

“It's okay,”I smiled at him. “Thank you for listening and for comforting me even though we’re just met.”and to make me feel that Vince is alive even though I know he’s not. 

“Take care Miss---” 

"Skyler but you can call me Sky."I introduce myself to him. 

“Okay Sky, take care and stop crying okay.”I just nodded to him. 

After that, he ran fast far away from this park but me, I stayed here just for a while. I saw the sky starting to get orange and red because of the sunset. I can’t help but get a flashback from two years ago. How I ruin the life of my love. 

*Flashback* 

I’m here in the park waiting for Vince because I said to him I need to meet him, right now. I can’t smile because of my decisions that I made now. I want to back out and run away but I can’t, if I don’t do this my family will be in danger. After a while, I saw Vince coming. He was smiling and I can’t help but to feel nervous. This man is my love of my life, he is the only one I will love for the rest of my life but maybe after this day he will hate me forever. 

“Hey Kyle.”he greeted me and kissed my cheeks. 

I didn’t smile but I kept holding my tears. I don’t want to cry in front of him. I don’t want him seeing me crying. 

"I want to talk to you."I asked in a serious tone. 

“Why are you serious right now Kyle? It makes me feel nervous for what you're gonna say.”he smile uncertainly. 

I’m sorry Vince but I hope you don't hate me for what I’m gonna do. 

"Vince---"I breathe deeply before I continue what I’m gonna say. "--let's break up." 

After what I’ve said I saw him becoming pale. I’m really sorry Vince. 

After a while I saw him laughing hesitantly. 

“Are you kidding right?! Tell me that it's just a prank.”I shaked my head as an answer and his face became serious when he saw not smiling at all. “It is because of my Mom?” 

“No.”I lied. 

“I thought you love me?! I thought we would never be affected by them?! Then why are you breaking up with me?!”and he started to cry. 

I look down because I really can't shed my tears right now. I don’t want to see him hurt, I don’t want to see him like this, crying because of me. 

“I’m really sorry Vince.” 

I’m sorry if I’m gonna leave you but please understand. I really love you, more than my life. 

He held tightly in my arms, it hurt but I let him because this is nothing compared to what he feels right now. 

“YOU SAID YOU LOVED ME!! THEN WHY ARE YOU BREAKING UP WITH ME?! WHY?!!”he shouted that cause of people staring at us. After a while he loosen his grip. “If it is because of my Mom I will talk to her, please don’t break up with me.”he begged at me. 

“I’m sorry Vince I can’t do that and I said already, she didn’t know about this.”I answered and after that, I stepped away from him because I can’t bear seeing him like this. 

I was shocked when he hugged me from the back. 

“Please Kyle, I’ll do anything but don’t leave me.”he was crying and begging at me. “Please Kyle.”he whispered. 

All the tears I kept were starting to flow. I need to get out of here before I take my words back. 

“Let me go Vince.”I said to him while loosening his hug. 

“No!!!I can’t release you until you say what are the reasons why you are leaving me.”he said with a firm tone. 

“Do you really want to know why I am breaking up with you?”I said with a higher tone while my tears kept flow. “I DON’T LOVE YOU ANYMORE!!!!”I shouted and he suddenly released me. I look back at him. “I don’t love you anymore because you became possessive!! You always want to stay beside me, you always want you to be the only one I should talk to!! I am getting tired of it!!!” 

“No, that’s not true.”he said in a low voice. “NO!!! THAT’S NOT TRUE!! YOU ARE STILL LOVE ME!! I know you still love me.”he was crying desperately and stared straight from my eyes. “I know you still love me, you are lying.”he said with bitterness. 

I didn’t answer him, instead I turned my back and walked away from that park. 

I’m sorry Vince. I really love you so much. All of the things I said to you was a big lie. I hope you will forgive me in the right time, for what I did. 

Because I’m crying hard I didn’t realize that I’m in the middle of the road and suddenly there was a car coming towards me. I’m just standing there and didn’t move because of the shock. 

"KYYYYLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!" 

In just a split second I saw myself lying on the side of the road while Vince was lying where I was before. His white shirt became red because of his blood. 

"VVVVIIIIIIIINNNNNNNCCCCCCEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

That day, I didn’t know that he would be gone forever, the person who taught me many things. I never thought that I would never see him again, in just a blink of eyes.
