I still felt drowsy as I was waking up, and I started looking around to see unfamiliar surroundings as I was in a room far smaller than what I had grown used to. I immediately started to feel anxious, and I let out a breath as I began my taijutsu meditation. It was one of the things I had regained from my previous life, a way to keep my mind focused even under the most stressful of situations. And, right now, this was my first time in this life seeing any space other than the nursery I had been raised in for the past half year or so.

 

The meditation, while lessening it, did not completely eliminate the stress or anxiousness. But, I had realized it was at least something that kept me from crying which seemed to be something I had been doing a lot more easily since being reborn as a baby. It does not eliminate or control my emotions, it only allows me to continue functioning and making effective decisions while in a stirred up emotional state, preventing me from acting purely on instinct. And, due to having become a baby again in this life, my instincts were now to cry whenever I was upset. It made me glad somewhat that this focusing of the mind at least allowed me to not do something as embarrassing and non-productive as acting like the baby I've literally become.

 

With my meditation focusing my mind, I was able to keep alert. However, with me not being able to let it out by crying, the anxiousness I was feeling quickly decided to take another form as I instantly became restless despite how drowsy I was. Before I even managed to fully confirm my surroundings, I was already violently struggling against the confines of the blanket I was wrapped in. I looked around and noticed that Levin was not holding me. In fact, he was not next to me at all. This managed to make my infant brain even more anxious as my body was now almost completely controlling my actions and emotions while my mind full of my past-life experiences was now only able to just barely constrain the urge to break down crying as loudly as I could.

 

Without even thinking about whether or not it should be shown in front of others, I immediately sat up the moment I threw the blanket off. I found Gaerien next to me, but after that I immediately identified Rolwen and Levin across the room. This looked like it could be an opportunity to find out from Gaerien exactly what the situation was. That is probably what I would have done had my past-life consciousness been in control. However, my baby Aerien brain had completely taken over by this point. Before I could even stop myself, I found myself reaching out toward the boys.

 

"Levin! LEVIN!!!" I started crying out in a distressed voice. I was sitting on some kind of mat of some kind of organic matter, which in turn seemed to be on top of a low table. As soon as I saw Levin, my urge to go toward him was enough to overpower any rationality, and my meditation did not help. In fact, if anything it backfired on me. The main cause of this was that my taijutsu meditation almost demanded that my body remain active. Image training or preparation for action can become a weak substitute, but nothing beats actually moving your physical body, and so since what my baby mind wanted and what the meditation demanded were one in the same at this point, I leaned forward and took a tumble right off the edge of the low table.

 

"Wow! Aerien!" One of the boys exclaimed, and I was happy to realize it was probably Levin.

 

In my case, as soon as my mind realized the crisis I was in, baby Aerien's impulsive desires were instantly banished and the old 60 year old taijutsu master was back in complete control. In my old life, if I was falling a distance of my body length or greater like this, I would have put my arms up over my head , ducked my head down, made my body into a ball and attempted to make my elbow get first contact with the ground before going into a tuck and roll. However, there were two things working against that here. One, my head was now more than twice as big compared to my body as it was when I was an adult in my previous life. The second was that the entire length of my body was only about a foot and a half. And, if gravity in this world was even close to what it was on Earth, this meant that instead of the 1.1 seconds I would have to pull off this maneuver at 6 feet, at 1 foot I would only have 0.4 seconds. That difference of over half a second really mattered.

 

Fortunately, 1 foot was not enough to build up a lot of momentum. Unfortunately, it was still just enough to kill me if my head hit the floor. So, what I ultimately wound up doing was something very close to the instinctive action of any falling person. I used my arms to brace myself against the fall. I did not, however, throw my hands out in front of me. That was a really good way to get a broken arm. Instead, I pulled my hands toward my chest and allowed myself to land on the backs of my hands, which were then followed immediately by my forearms and finally my elbows, and I managed to land like a cat as my knees touched down at exactly the same time as my elbows.

 

"I old yuuu dat uss a bad idea!" (I told you that was a bad idea!) Rolwen's voice said as the two of them were now up and running in my direction. In the meantime, I was kinda surprised that I didn't feel much pain from having my knees and elbows come in such hard contact with the wooden floor. Well, it wasn't that far of a fall, I didn't weigh a whole lot, and I still had baby fat, but still! It was like there was zero pain at all. And, if anything, having to face a crisis situation and awakening my full past-life mind had made my meditation which emphasized physical movement deeper. And, without pain and the crisis situation averted, baby Aerien's innocent desire to be close to the person she was used to being in physical contact with her 24/7 managed to re-assert themselves in an instant and I began pushing myself to my feet.

 

"Levin!" I yelled again when he got up to me. I grabbed at his shirt, almost pulling him down on top of me as I used him as a support to pull myself to my feet.

 

(Oh jeeze! Aerien!) Levin, meanwhile, plopped himself into a sitting position right in front of me, causing me to have to put my hands on his shoulders in order to stand. As soon as I was standing, not even consciously aware of the fact that this was the first time I had actually stood up on my own in this life, I threw myself at him and clung to the front of his shirt. Now that baby Aerien was happy, my previous-life mind started laughing and scoffing at my actions inside my mind. It was perfectly normal and understandable for an infant to act this way, given the circumstances, but it was like some sappy love reunion of some sort. Considering he was actually a boy and I was a girl now, that immediately made me feel somewhat embarrassed.

 

Up until now, I had been realizing more and more that I seemed to have some kind of a double consciousness. I had already figured one was my new self as a baby and the other was my past life self. The two seemed to be slowly merging together over time, but in periods of high stress like this I found more often than not it was my baby self that asserted itself with my past self only able to mildly guide my actions. Well, when you get right down to it, it's not at all different from being in a dissociative state. I was not entirely unfamiliar with this experience. In my past life, I had found my mother after she had passed away from an accidental overdose of her pain medication. I knew that she was dead just from looking at her, but that didn't stop me from yelling and shaking her in order to futilely try to wake her up. My mind kept scoffing at the pointless actions my body was taking. Finally, my disconnected mind told my body which seemed to be acting on its own 'you have to call 911.' That finally got me taking the appropriate actions.

 

In much the same way, when I was under stress in this life, it was as though I lost control of my body. In those times, anything that comes from my past life knowledge stops guiding my actions and it is the impulsive baby Aerien that does the moving. And, for a baby's mind, there were a lot of things that were stressful that would seem perfectly normal to an adult. Such as, in this case, waking up without my living "security blanket" next to me, especially when I was in a strange place I had never seen before.

 

"ueres dat uguy?" (Where's that guy?) I asked, clinging to Levin's shirt with my little hands as I looked around anxiously.

 

"Huh?" Rolwen responded.

 

(That was scary! Ok, we shouldn't have them up there, maybe we should get Gaerien down too.) Levin said. After I had gained the ability to talk, I had finally straightened them out that I was Aerien and she was Gaerien, so they have been calling us correctly since then.

 

(Yeah, I told you it was a bad idea!) Rolwen says again, pulling Gaerien off the table and holding her to his chest as he flopps down on the floor himself.

 

"Ahh!" Gaerien responds, apparently awake as well. I realize about now that they are not planning to answer my question about where that bastard was, so I begin looking around more and straining my ears in order to try and locate him.

 

(Well, he said that we didn't need to hold them as much while we were here, but I didn't think they would get up and fall off like that!) Levin said. I felt my breath catch in my chest as I heard it was him that was a part of the reason why I was by myself when I woke up. As I felt myself finding yet another reason to dislike him, my past-life mind just had to laugh at how illogical my baby thought process was. Indeed, it may be the case that my baby self completely took over when I was stressed, but I could feel my two minds in action almost all the time now, the baby self and the past-life self.

 

Most of the time, it just gave my past-life self a good source of entertainment as it laughed and tried to straighten out my baby self. Indeed, my past-life self seemed to be quite capable of teaching my baby self, and since my baby self never had trouble understanding my past-life self's meaning, I learned very very fast and was considerably smarter than a normal baby. At some point, I had reached the conclusion that the source of this was probably the difference between my physical brain and my memories from my past life that were too advanced for it. Both were the real me, and when I was alone in my thoughts I could easily access both, but in order to make it something natural for me my past-life self had to teach my physical brain these concepts it couldn't currently process.

 

In this case though, both my baby brain and past-life mind hated that Eirlathion guy, and so the admonishment from my past-life self did nothing to calm my baby self. I was still accepting the poor logic concept that it was his fault that all that just now happened, even though I knew it wasn't.

 

For the most part, I had managed to make this two minds thing work out alright for me. However, right now, the far more impulsive baby Aerien had taken far too much control and, not finding any nearby sign of Eirlathion in this room and not hearing him in the immediate vicinity, decided that now was the right time to deliver a message my past-self and been meticulously preparing for quite a while, but never finding the right time to say it.

 

"I haf to tell yuu zomething." I said, holding on to Levin's shirt. "Levin! I haf to tell yuu zomething!" I was shaking him, trying to make sure he was paying attention to me this time. I was a little annoyed that they didn't answer my last question about where Eirlathion was.

 

"Whad!?" Levin responded, looking down at me. It seemed my activity and insistent tone had gotten Rolwen's attention as well, and he was curiously looking over in my direction. At that moment, I decided to deliver the one line that would leave no doubt to the claims I was about to make. I had picked it out as something they could instantly relate to, and it was something that only someone from our previous life could possibly know. More importantly, it was not something either of them had ever talked about when they were chatting with each other about their previous life before they started becoming more cautious about it.

 

"doughnald rump us bresident before we died." I said. After these words, what greeted me in response was pure silence. Not a single person said a word. "I'm like you!" I said after they had enough time for it to sink in. "I'm like you nd Rolwen!" Despite being impulsive, my baby self had managed to deliver the exact message, down to the exact word, that my past-life self had decided on.

 

I had noticed from their conversations that they seemed to have been a lot younger than I was, and so they talked about a lot of pop culture that I didn't know about. And, due to the generation gap, I was not at all sure if they would be able to relate to any cultural references I might be able to make. However, naming the US president was something that any English speaking person would know immediately, regardless of what generation they were from. So long as they were not an elementary school age child, they would know who the current US president was, even if they lived in another English speaking country like the UK or Australia, and even if they lived in some other non-English speaking country and just happened to have learned English themselves, chances are they would still know it.

 

As for why I said that as the very first thing out of my mouth before I delivered the actual message that I was like them, well, there were two reasons for that. One was that my hard palate had not fused yet, so no matter how hard I trained my ability to speak it was impossible for me to say something like "reincarnated" without it sounding like a total mess that they would never understand. I had to stick to simple words such as "I'm like you." However, if I had said that first, chances are they would mistake my meaning as something along the lines of "I like you," since that wouldn't be too unusual for a baby to say once they knew how to speak as well as I did. They simply would not understand what I meant until I said the thing that could not possibly be disregarded or misinterpreted.

 

And, going by the shocked expressions on their faces, it seemed like it had the exact intended effect.

 

"What!?" Levin said, looking down at me with eyes bulging out of his head.

 

(I'm sorry I didn't tell you before.) I said, looking down in my embarrassment and shame.

 

"Wow!" Rolwen said, looking over here as he cradled Gaerien in his lap.

 

(Wow! Seriously, Aerien!? You… why didn't you ever say anything!?) Levin says, lifting me up and looking me in the eyes with an excitement so great it actually started to scare my poor baby self. Fortunately, she trusted Levin, and because my past-life self kinda expected this kind of reaction, so did my baby self, and thus I was kinda prepared for it, so I was able to keep my cool and asnwer his question calmly.

 

(Well, I couldn't talk well enough before. I'm only about half a year old! And also… them.) I looked toward the nearest window as I finished this sentence, and upon following my gaze Rolwen and Levin seemed to immediately understand.

 

"Yeaah." Levin said with a far-off and somewhat darkened expression. (Well, I'm happy to know you're like us though. It would be scary if it was just me and Rolwen in this house.) Levin said.

 

It is at about this point my past-life self realizes just what was probably going through my baby self's mind when she decided to pick this moment to spill the beans. It seemed like a rather inappropriate time, but.. really, it turns out my baby self was probably thinking about how Levin and Rolwen were feeling. Did this mean, somehow my baby self was expressing empathy? No, no, that's WAY too freaking advanced of a mental concept for a baby to have. She could have picked it up from my past self though. While we oddly separate on the level of surface consciousness, this was not the first time I came to notice that my baby self was able to access what could only be subconscious knowledge from my past self. Of course, that was the exact reason why my baby self was always able to understand what the past self was trying to explain to her immediately, and why I was able to understand these things so quickly.

 

At any rate, well, it was an impulsive action but it was definitely for the right reasons. And, even if Eirlathion was near by, I don't think he's likely to understand the contents of this conversation very well.

 

(Oh! Levin! I just got an idea! Can you take care of Gaerien for a little bit?) Rolwen said, gently placing my sister next to him. Gaerien got an irritated look on her face and began pulling off her own blanket as soon as she was on the floor. Meanwhile, Rolwen ran off toward a set of stairs leading downward that I hadn't noticed before. And, as soon as he got there, he crouched down, put his hand on the bars holding up the hand rail, and began trying to creep down the stairs as quietly as he could.

 

Levin and I were both watching what he was doing, and it was immediately clear what he was doing. So, neither of us said another word about it and instead Levin's gaze fell to Gaerien for a moment and then he looked back at me with a concerned expression before talking to me in a hushed tone. (Hey, what about Gaerien?) He asks.

 

(Yeah, me too!) She answers for me finally getting the blanket off successfully. Unlike me though, she is not yet capable of sitting up on her own, so she is just left to flail around on the floor for now. Well, at least she can more easily look around now and turn her head to take in the room.

 

(Yeah, her too.) I confirm. (That's how we can both already talk. Also, both our English is better than our Elven.)

 

(Yeah, that's right.) Levin comments. (Why didn't I ever notice that!?) Levin has a face that looks like he's kicking himself.

 

[Hey Rolwen! Is that Aerien I hear up there?] All of us immediately freeze at the sound of those words spoken in Elven. More to the point, the person who said them. Rolwen seems to take the most reasonable response for a kid in our position to take in response to that. He does not say a word, and simply runs right back up the stairs, and then immediately comes straight to us, only stopping to reach down and grab Gaerien before huddling in with us and holding on to Gaerien protectively.

 

Well, it seems our important conversation has been cut short for now. We all hear a sigh, and then with barely a sound in the seconds to follow we eventually see the head of long dark hair and pointed elven ears attached to Eirlathion cresting from the stair well. And with that, the excited conversation is switched to silence and a heavy atmosphere between the four of us as the man who betrayed our trust enters the room.

He had lived a good life. A man who traveled the world, saw the cultures, learned the languages. For a period, he had even discovered a historical preservation of a martial art practiced by the Samuri and Ninja in Japan that caught his interest. He learned it until he had attained a level of mastery worthy to instruct those back in his home in the United States.

Before he settled down to become a teacher, he first became a nurse. It was too late to go through the intense schooling to become a doctor, but he had been inspired by the Indian and Chinese traditions of the strong link between the ways of healing and the ways of body mastery that are the core of the martial arts.

He settled down and had his family, opened his school, and taught several students. It was a good life, his 60 years. But then, when he had finished the children’s class one day in which his own grandaughter was a student, he decided to take her for icecream. That was when it all went wrong.

He was fine after the accident. His grandaughter… was not. In that moment, someone claiming to be a fallen goddess promised him the ability to take the consequences of his mistake entirely onto himself. He would die, his grandaughter would live on in perfect health. In this moment of weakness, he could not possibly refuse.

The last thing he knew in his life was that his precious granddaughter had been saved. The first thing he knew in his next life was that he was in the womb, and he was a twin. A twin he would later discover was the very goddess who helped him to save his granddaughter.

"No matter how much I begged or cried, it was useless! Meng Xuimin, Li Roulan, and Chen Yufan... I will never forgive these three people Zhehan. I can never forget the humiliation and betrayal of my past life" she cried. 

"Zhehan do you know why I am pyrophobia? Because in my past life, they burned me alive in the fire. They burned me alive Zhehan. They killed me..... " 

Hearing her hysterically crying, Zhehan's heart ached for her. He could feel all of her pain. As she was talking about her past life, he could already form a vivid picture of all these events in his mind.

But apart from all of these, what he felt was anger. He was angry at himself for not saving her in her past life. When she was helpless, where was he? When she was in pain, where was he? When she was dying, where was he? 

He could have saved her in her past life. Because according to his calculations, he could make out that he was there in her past life. He knew he loved her in her past life too, then why didn't he save her? Where was he? He could have tried harder maybe he could have saved her from all of these. 

After Li Xiaolu cried her heart out, she felt alive. She felt free. It was as if some kind of burden was taken away from her shoulders. Wiping her tears, she faced Zhehan. 

Smiling at him she hugged him, "In that fire, I had already lost my consciousness. I thought I would have died in that fire. But who knew, when I opened my eyes I was alive. At first, I was shocked because I knew I was fire and what I felt was real. So according to that shouldn't I die? Why was I alive? " 

"Many thoughts came into my mind? Was I saved? But when I looked in the mirror, I realized that I looked way younger than before and there were no burn marks on my skin. So, I omitted that possibility." she explained. "Later, when I saw the calendar I was shocked, the date was of four years before. I was so confused. I didn't know what was going on. " 

"My mind was a total mess. So many things were going through it. Was it all a dream? Everything that I went through, all that pain and suffering... was it just my dream? I was so confused." 

"Later I realized that I was given a second chance. It was my second life. I was reborn and then I vowed to make them pay. For all that I went through, I vowed to get my revenge. "

"That day I decided to change my life. I decide to avoid that so-called fake family and achieve my dreams. And that's what I did, Zhehan. But then you came into my life...." 

"When I realized that you were in love with me I got scared. But slowly slowly you changed everything. Later, we got married Zhehan and I can't tell you how happy I am Zhehan...." Li Xiaolu smiled looking into his eyes.

"I'm so sorry Xiaolu. I am so sorry baby... I could have stopped all of these. If only I would've tried harder. Maybe I could have stopped all of these. I'm so sorry baby... " Zhehan apologized with his eyes full of tears. 

Li Xiaolu was startled. She thought maybe he was feeling bad for her, so that's why he was apologizing to her. Shaking her head she smiled, "Zhehan it's all in the past. Now I am thankful for this life because I have you with me. I can't say that I am glad about whatever happened to me in my past life, but I happy that it made me this strong. I am happy that this life gave me a chance to achieve my dreams and get to fall in love with you." 

A teardrop fell from his eyes and he cried. Pecking her forehead he held her chin gently, "Baby that's not what I-i am saying... I'm sorry because I could have stopped everything. I could have stopped your death. I could have protected you.... but i-i didn't. I failed you... and I-i failed my love... " 

Pain, shame, guilt, and anger could be clearly seen on Zhehan's face. Puzzled Li Xiaolu glanced at him, wiping his tear away she carefully asked him, "Zhehan what do you mean?" 

"Xiaolu have you ever thought when did I fall for you? Do you know when and how I started loving you? Or when did I first saw you?" 

"Wasn't it at the Li Mansion? That party... " Li Xiaolu asked hesitantly. She never thought about it before, but now when Zhehan questioned her she indeed never knew about it. 

"No." Zhehan shook her head. 

"Then? "

"Wait... " Zhehan chuckled as he kissed her forehead before getting up. Li Xiaolu blushed seeing him naked as he got up. No matter how many times she looked at him she knew she will always blush. Wrapping a bed sheet around him he picked up his pants from the floor.

Searching for something he held something inside his hand. Taking it out he walked towards Li Xiaolu and sat next to her on the bed. 

"Do you remember this? " he asked showing the bracelet he held in his hands.

On the day of her marriage, Li Xiaolu was forced to watch her beloved younger sister marry her fiancé. 

Betrayed by her love, her family, she was killed. However, she is reborn to three years before where it all began. She aims to take her revenge while also fulfilling her dreams at the same time. 

Still one day, she falls for her sister's underhanded schemes where she meets the domineering CEO. 

Zhe Han: "You dare to run away after sleeping with me?"

Li Xiaolu: "Umm... can you consider it a one night stand?"

Zhe Han: "Take responsibility."

Li Xiaolu: "What???"

I regretted a lot of things in my life. Things I did that I couldn't take back, but that was the past, and I moved on. I enjoyed the way I moved on from everything from my past life, and now here I am. I was crossing the road when it happened so fast. I did not have time to run away that a car crashed into me. It was not my fault but the driver. I had fallen to the ground, and I could see my hands covered in blood. I could not move, and I realize this was the end for me. My life as Iga Rio was no more. 
I was a Japanese man in his mid-20s in the modern-day, and everything was perfect, so why did this have to happen to me. I thought everything I had gone through in the past was over, yet here I am dying. Why did that driver have to speed? I bet he was drinking and did not notice the lights.
"I guess this is the end." Rio closed his eyes since he could not stay awake anymore.
It was painful dying once again, but what could he do at this moment. If I had another chance in life and I hope that I could live my life without worries.
I felt something warm hit my face. It was strange because I was supposed to be dead, right. So why did I feel alive?
I opened my eyes and was shocked that I found myself in a room that I have not been in such a long time. It was the room from my past life, but how was that possible. I looked around my surroundings and saw it was his room from his past. I thought this was some sick joke, but I was alive and back to the past.
"Why?"
"Young master, Shiki." I was surprised to hear that name after so long. It was a name that was called out a lot in the past.
What I did not understand is why I was brought back to the past. I wanted to forget it all, yet here I am still alive.
I was called Kurusu Shiki, and yes, I was still a Japanese in my past and not to mention I had a horrible personality. I recalled the things I did, which makes me embarrassed now. What the hell was I thinking?
"Your bath is ready." The maid looked scared of me, and I could understand. I used to yell at her a lot and make it hard for her, but she was always by my side even though I did so many bad things. I did not understand why she stayed with me. She also died for me, which was something nobody would do.
"Thanks," I said as I got out of the bed that I was lying in. The maid looked at me, confused. Of course, because I from the past never thanked anybody in my life.
I went to the bathroom to clean myself. I looked at myself in the mirror—the image of a young man with brown hair with a little red where my bangs came out. My eyes were crystal blue like the ocean.
"This is the real me," I spoke to nobody in particular.
I got into the bath and cleansed myself with fresh, clean water. It has been a long time since I have been in such a big bathtub. I lay there thinking about what I should do. I do not want to end up dying the way I did again. I need to change who I was in the past.
I had made up my mind and was determined to fix my past mistakes. From what I could tell from my appearance, I was fifteen that meant my coming of age ceremony would be happening soon.
Once I was out of the bath, I went back into my room and saw some clean clothes out for me already. It was probably that made. She did care for me even though I never showed her any kindness, but this time I will be nice to her and treat her well.
I had already made up my mind.
Even though I was noble, that did not mean I was treated well. My father brought me in when I was ten years old when I found out about everything. My mother had died when we were still living together. She did everything on her own to raise me well, but she could not handle the stress and died. There was nobody there at her funeral but me. I was her only family member; she never spoke about my father, but one day a noble came to visit and told me he was my father.
I wanted to ignore this man and live the life I wanted, but I could not. How could a ten-year-old live on his own without money? I ended up going along with this man, who is my father.
I was a son to this nobleman, but I was not treated like that and maybe that is why I had a horrible personality that I treated people bad back then.
I sat there in my bed and thought about what my next action should be. Considering the fact, I lived this life before, and it should not be hard to guess what would come next.
There was a knock on the door.
"You may come in." It was the maid again.
"Sayoko." That was the name of the maid if I recalled.
"Young Master, your older brother has arrived home."
I remember I had an older brother, but we did not get along well. I mean, we always got into arguments. It always ended up me throwing things, and it was not his fault. I was a horrible little brother, but I mean that man never thought of me as a brother to start with.
When I arrived at my new home with my father, he was the first one I met. He glared at me even though we just met. I tried my best to get along, but that did not work. In the end, I did not care anymore, and maybe that's why we fought so much.
I did not want to meet him. Not right now. I need things to deal with first.
"Are you not going to greet him?" Sayoko spoke, and I turned to her. She made a frightening face like she had said something horrible.
I would have yelled at her or slapped her, but that was my past self.
"I'm not feeling so well, so maybe I will see him next time."
I know what happened in the past when I met my older brother around this time. I had another argument with him as usual, and then he confided me in the darkroom. After that, he left on a business trip, and we got even worse after that.
I do not want the same thing to happen again. I rather avoid him right now, even though I know I will not act the same way.
"Should I bring some medicine for you." Sayoko looked concerned.
"No, it's fine. I just need some rest." Sayoko left the room since I implied that I wanted to be alone.
Once I was alone again, I went to my desk and took out a pen and paper and wrote down the names of the people I knew in the past as well as what I had done to them to make them angry.
"I wish I was reborn from when I was a child." I sighed; there nothing I could do about that.
In the hallway, Sayoko was heading back to her room since she was done for the day. That is when the maid bumped into the older brother of Shiki.
"Master Subaru-sama."
"Were you just with Shiki?" He asked.
"Yes. The young master isn't feeling well, so he's sleeping it off."
"He's sick." Subaru found it strange since his little brother never once felt sick in his life. If Shiki was, then he was making it up.
"Are you going to see the young master?" Sayoko asked.
"Yes. I would like to speak with him before I take off." Subaru smiled and walked away from the maid and headed to Shiki's room.
Subaru opened the door to Shiki's room. The older brother was the only one who does not knock on his room compared to the other people that Shiki knows.
Subaru looked around, and like the maid said, his half-brother was lying on the bed. It was a strange sight to see because the young man he knew was always active. It was odd for Subaru to see his brother like this.
Ever since their father passed away, Subaru was in control of the household, and things went south with their relationship than before.
Subaru wanted to say something but decided against it.
The older brother left the room, and the moment he did, Shiki let out a sigh.
"Why did he come in without saying anything?" I was glad nothing happened.
I need a plan to survive and live my life free from this noble life.
Trying to get along with the people that he wronged was going to bed hard, including my brother.
I was known to have bad reputations that it shamed the house, and Subaru would lecture me about it every chance he got. It always when we had our arguments.
I could not sleep well; it's not like I was anyway. I needed to get out of this house, but I knew that I could not do that now, considering the fact my brother is still here.
I had an idea and then went to the window. I opened the window and looked how far down it was.
"This is perfect," I smirked.
In my new life in modern times, I was a good athlete that this looked like it was nothing.
I took out huge clothe and wrapped around the bed edge and throw it out the window. I then grabbed the cloth and jumped down while holding tight.
It felt like nothing, and nobody noticed.
Once I was down, I headed to the entrance gate.
"Young master, are you heading out?" One of the guards asked.
"Yes." The guards did not care much about me, so I thought this was perfect.
They let me go and did not even ask if I needed an escort. Back then, I always got mad about this. The guard looked like he was ready for the attack from me, but I did not say anything and walked pass him.
I did not need a carriage since I was a fast runner. I mean, I was in the track and field when I was in high school.
It is pleasant to be out in the open like this. I felt alive; then I first realized what had happened to me. I went to some shops but ended up just looking around. There was one shop I was interested in, so I popped in looking more curious than ever.
I was always interested in pocket watches and used to come here even before. The owner was kind to me, too, and I always came back here. Nobody knew about it since I did not want anybody to find out.
As I was looking around, I noticed the sad expression the owner had. I knew what was going to happen.
"Is something wrong?" Back then, I never asked him this. The owner looked at me with confusion. "It looks as if something is troubling you."
"Ah, it's nothing like that." The older man tried to deny it.
"You know it's always better to say these things out loud."
The man hesitated for a bit, but then he let it out.
"This place would be shutting down soon." I was right about the events that would happen. That time I did not care what happened since I did not have any powers to do anything, and I was a brat who did not care what happened to others.
"Why?
"My shop isn't doing so well, and people aren't interested anymore."
The older man looked like it was the end of the world.
"Hey, what if I told you that there is a way for you not to close down?" I smiled at the shopkeeper.
"What do you mean?"
I would never have done this, but I loved this shop a lot and see things more clearly now.
"I can help so that people will be interested in your shop, but I need your skills."

Rio was living his life the way he wanted since in his past life he did horrible things that are until he gets into an accident and dies but when he opens his eyes he realizes that he has come back to the past as Shiki who he used to be. Now he will do anything to survive and not die again.

"AND KIHO, I wasn't the woman you loved in the past."
To say that Kiho was shocked by what Tilly revealed would be an understatement.
I didn't love her in her first life?
To be honest, he was still confused by what Tilly was saying.
But he knew that she wouldn't lie to him. Most of all, the pain and fear in her eyes were very real. It broke his heart to see his strong wife suddenly crumble and become this vulnerable in front of him.
He wanted to hug her and protect her forever.
"I don't know how it happened but after I died in my second life, I woke up in this world again," Tilly said in a cracked voice. "I returned in this lifetime a few days before we met, Kiho. Do you believe me?"
Kiho nodded because even if he still didn't understand what was going on, he knew in his heart that he would always believe her. "Tilly, what were you saying about your first life? Winter and I didn't love you? And I fell in love with another woman?"
He wanted to go back to where Tilly came from and punch himself. And scold Winter as well. How come they didn't love Tilly then?!
"It was my fault, Kiho," she said in a sad voice that broke his heart even more. "I was a bad person in my first life. I was greedy for the throne."
"For the throne?"
She nodded before she explained. "I didn't tell you this but in my first life, Her Royal Highness took medicine that made her infertile."
He was too shocked to hear that.
"In my past life, I found out about the princess's secret," his wife continued. "I exposed that secret to the public. Her Royal Highness was exiled. She was supposed to be executed but I made a deal with His Majesty."
"What kind of deal?"
"During my past life, I was influential to both the Royal and the Noble Faction," she explained. "I told His Majesty that if he made Winter his heir to the throne, I would convince the higher nobles to have the princess exiled instead of executed."
Oh, god.
"I know what you're thinking and you're right," she said with a hint of guilt in her voice. "I was a horrible mother for using Winter that way. I was that obsessed with power that I neglected you and our son. No wonder you fell in love with another woman."
"I'm not sure if I want to know who this woman is."
She smiled bitterly at him. "You've already met her, Kiho."
His eyes widened in shock. "I did?"
"She was the woman with the jet-black hair."
His heart thumped hard and loud against his chest when he remembered that woman.
Is that the reason why I felt that way when I saw the woman with the jet-black hair?
"I know that you said that her hair changed into brown," she continued. "But I'm certain that she just used a spell to conceal her real hair color. When she appeared in my past life, she created fuzz because her hair was darker than mine. People said that she was the true woman in the prophecy and not me."
He frowned at that. "I don't care about that. And if you weren't the woman in the prophecy, how come you got pregnant with my child? Were people in your first life stupid?"
She smiled at that. Then, she gently pinched his cheek. "I'm so glad that you are so different from the Kiho in my past life, hon."
He felt gutted. "Tilly… did I cheat on you?"
"You fell in love with her while we were still married."
He closed his eyes to control his anger. Kiho of Tilly's first life, I want to murder you.
"Do you still want me to continue, Kiho?"
"Yes, please," he said, then he opened his eyes. "I want to hear everything, Tilly."
She nodded before she continued. "After meeting her, you asked for a divorce."
Again, he was gutted. He wanted to cry for Tilly because he could clearly see the pain in her eyes. And most of all, her voice was filled with fear.
My poor wife.
"I agreed on the condition that I would still be acknowledged as Winter's mother, especially once he ascended the throne," she continued sadly. "But Winter eventually grew distant of me. Actually, our son developed a split personality because of how horrible of a mother I was."
His brows furrowed in confusion. "What kind of split personality?"
"He appeared like a perfect noble but in the shadows, he was a merciless killer," she said in a voice filled with guilt. "And he was only a young boy then, Kiho."
He gently pulled her and hugged her tight. "Shh. It's okay, Tilly. It happened in your first life. Not in this lifetime."
"But I'm scared that it might happen again especially when she appeared earlier than expected," she said. "I don't want to die without being loved by my family."
"What do you mean by that, Tilly?"
She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face against his chest before she spoke again. "After you married her, I was found guilty of the crimes I committed against Her Royal Highness and your new wife. I did many awful things to her because I blamed her for Winter's hatred towards me. And all of that led to my execution."
He felt like his heart stopped beating when he heard that. "You were executed?"
"You, your new wife, and Winter watched my execution in my past life," she said softly, her voice filled with pain and sadness. "I don't know if you'll believe me but I saw Lucina Morganna laugh at me when I was beheaded."
That killed him.
"May I know the name of that woman, Tilly?"
"It's 'Lucina Morganna,'" Tilly said, then she raised her head to look at him. "Why?"
"I'm going to kill that woman," Kiho said, anger rising in his chest. "I won't let her hurt you in this lifetime."

"I'M GOING to kill that woman," Kiho said, his golden eyes glowing menacingly. "I won't let her hurt you in this lifetime."
Tilly couldn't help but smile at what Kiho said.
She wouldn't lie– it made her happy. Well, she wasn't fond of violence but after she saw how Lucina Morganna laughed at her after she was executed, she felt an ungodly amount of anger for that woman.
I won't let that woman steal everything away from me in this lifetime.
"Calm down, hon," Tilly said, then caressed his face with the back of her hand. "I was manipulated by Her Royal Highness in my first life."
That effectively calmed him down. "You were?"
She nodded eagerly. "Her Royal Highness tried to control me in this lifetime as well. She tried to make me expose her secret to the public. The princess also tried to turn me into a power hungry maniac. Kiho, Her Royal Highness was the reason why I acted that way in my first life. But when I snapped out of her control, it was already too late."
"How did you know that, honey?"
"When I met the Red Phoenix in that mysterious prayer room where you found me, he helped me retrieve a fragment of my past life," she explained. "I saw how Captain Denver and the other Fire Mages tried to save me."
"Captain Denver tried to save you?"
"Apparently, I found out that I was a Fire Mage back then," she explained. "But when I woke up in this lifetime, I don't remember any of it. In the memory that I retrieved thanks to Wixx, Captain Denver said I was drugged by Her Royal Highness for more than ten years. That's probably why my memory of my first life is hazy."
Anger once again crossed his eyes. It looked he wanted to curse or scream but in the end, he just heaved a heavy sigh.
"Kiho, in that memory, I found out that I was the reason why my fellow Fire Mages were caught and killed by Her Royal Highness," she said in a cracked voice. "In the past, I also forced Captain Denver to abandon his allies to follow my final order. And that's the reason why I feel sorry to him in this lifetime." She cupped his face between her hands. "Hon, I hope you understand now why I seem like I'm taking Captain Denver's side."
Shame crossed his eyes. "I understand now, Tilly. I'm sorry for misunderstanding you."
"No, you don't have to apologize," she said while shaking her head. "This is exactly the reason why I finally gathered my courage to tell you about my first life. I don't want a simple misunderstanding to ruin us. And I don't want to keep secrets from you anymore."
"Thank you, honey," he said while touching her face affectionately. "Thank you for sharing everything with me." He kissed her forehead. "And thank you for giving me a chance to love you in this lifetime even though I was a sc*mbag in your first life."
She smiled at the way he condemned himself. "I'd like to believe that you are different from the Kiho in my past life. Plus, I couldn't blame the Kiho and the Winter from back then for abandoning me. I was a horrible person during my first life."
"You were only controlled by Her Royal Highness," he insisted. "Winter and I should have noticed that. I hate our versions in your first life, Tilly. They failed to save you."
She smiled, the pain she felt a while ago finally vanished. Ah, my Kiho is really different from the one in my past life.
"Tilly, I was wondering…"
"Hmm?"
"If you were controlled in your first life, is it possible that I was controlled as well?" Kiho said, a deep knot forming on his forehead. "Because honestly, I can't see myself falling in love with another woman willingly when I already have you– not now, not ever."
She wanted to say that their marriage was a failure in her first life so it was possible for him to fall in love with another woman.
But then, she remembered that she really shouldn't trust her hazy memory.
Plus, she didn't know what happened after she was executed.
"You're right, Kiho. I should work harder to regain the memories of my first life," Tilly agreed while slowly nodding her head. Then, she looked up, tiptoed, and kissed him on the lips. "Thank you for believing me, hon."
"I will only believe in you, honey," Kiho promised her. Then, he gently pressed his forehead against hers and closed his eyes. "You're my only truth in this world, Tilly."

[‘Why am I so horny tonight?’]

Tilly thought to herself while sucking the crab leg suggestively. And then, she noticed that Captain Kiho gulped while staring at her mouth.

[‘Ah, I’m not the only who’s hot and bothered here.’]

She didn’t know if it was the alcohol in her system or her desperation to have a child…
… but she suddenly felt like flirting with him.

They were bound to get married and have a child together anyway.

“Captain,” said Tilly as soon as she pulled the crab leg out of her mouth. “I can clearly see that we’re both attracted to each other. Shall we spend the night together?”

Kiho remained pokerfaced but she saw panic cross his now glowing yellowish eyes. Ah, the captain was flustered. “My lady, you seem to be really drunk.”

She walked towards him and when he didn’t move an inch, she stood in front of him and looked up at him with a grin. “Captain, are you the type of man who will only sleep with his betrothed?”

“That seems to be the case, my lady.”

He said that as if he was forcing the words out of his mouth. Plus, she could see in his eyes that he was conflicted– that it was hard for him to reject her.

[‘Aw, I didn’t know that I have this kind of effect on my ex-husband.’]

Or perhaps she just didn’t pay attention in the past.

“Captain, I have a solution to your problem,” said Tilly in a playful voice. Then, she stood on her toes and whispered in Kiho’s ear. “Let’s get married.”

When I could think, I found myself in a weird place. And I could feel my body again, but I felt like I couldn't control it in any way. Tried and failed many times. When suddenly I heard a door open. A man came to my side, but from my perspective, he looked like a giant.
This made me come to a realization. I was a baby, nearly a newborn, seeing how little control I had over my body. But what the hell happened, why am I here, didn't I die trying to fight for what I believe. 
But my thoughts were interrupted by the man.
"How can such a little thing cause so much pain," he said looking at me with hate in his eyes, and then just left again.
That just confused me even more, what had happened in this place, what is happening with me, where am I. And what should I do?
Days passed, I continued to grow, every day the control I had over my body grew more and more. And with a lot of effort, I was barely able to get to know where I am, and what is my new life. 
For starters, I was in the universe of the game of thrones. A series that I used to watch before I decided to follow the path that ended my life. The man that that day looked at me with does eyes is my father and my mother died while giving birth to me. My name in this life is David, what my name was before is no longer important. And to honor my past life I decided that my last name would be crescent as that is what my family would off wanted. 
The next thing I learned is that I was born in Karlhold of house karstark. But as a simple son of a guard. I had no power, my dad hated me for taking my mom away, so I had no family. I was barely fed, just enough to guarantee my survival. My life couldn't sink any lower. But I had to carry on, I was given a second chance, and wasting it was not an option. 
[Year 284 AC]
Three years have passed since I was reborn, many things have changed. For starters, I was able to determine that the great blood of the Lycans still run through my veins, my development so far was as rapid as a pureblood Lycan. By nine months of age, I could already crawl, and by the tenth-month, I could already walk, by my second birthday, I could run and talk. I was taller than I should be for my age. But none of this mattered I was still too young and my father still hated me.
As I grew older my father started resenting me even more and started to drink heavily. I still got a little bit of food every week from his part. But most of the time I had to fend for myself. As it got to my third birthday I was already earning my way of life by doing the chores some soldiers or servants didn't want to do for a couple of copper coins a week. It helped me to understand more this new world I live in. 
The strong rule the weak. Life is the least important thing, but family ties, if you are not in a house it doesn't matter in the least. And what I knew of this world seem to stay the same. The kings Robert's heir was born some time ago, Joffrey Baratheon, the secret bastard. The starks are still the strongest in the north. And if I remember correctly the Greyjoy rebellion might start soon.
I had no plans to change anything till I could protect myself. And people to stop treating me like a child. So I continue to live my life. One day at a time.
[Year 286 AC]
I have been in this new life for almost five years. I have started to notice differences in my body that in my past life I didn't have.  the strength I possess is ten times the one I had. My body is full of power, and now I have the height of normal eight years old. Finally, my semi-form is starting to appear. My claws, and fangs in human form can be taken out and retracted at will. This surprised me, in my past life this didn't happen until I was 10. What is happening to me I wondered.
I have not seen my father in almost a year and a half, I assume he is dead, or at the least, he thinks I am. But I couldn't care less as far I am concern he was never my father.
Life started to get easier as I grew, and so did my power. I cant wait to see what my true self will be in this life. I started to plan what I should do, maybe go find the starks, and be a guard, so I can help him when the times come. Or maybe leave Westeros before all the fights for power starts. I haven't decided yet, but what I wanted was to live a free life and embrace my heritage, even find a way to revive it, or at least I hoped...
[Year 288 AC]
In these last two years, I have started training my body and the effect has been beyond my expectation. I now have a height similar to that of 15 years old. And the people in this place stopped treating me as a child even though I am only seven years old. 
And something wonderful happened, I finally have my true self, even though my concern only grows, I knew soon I would have the power to defend myself. First of all, the true self shouldn't have appeared until you turn fifteen. Second, I have never seen a true self so monstrous. in my past life, even the head of my family didn't surpass a shoulder height of 1.50 meters while transformed. At the young age of seven,  I have already obtained my true self.  one of 1.55 meters and still growing every day.
I don't know if it is this world full of magic or who knows what. But I have no way to know the truth. At least for the moment, I have yet to reach maturity. The moon has not given me it's Blessing yet, as my family used to say. So for now, I wait.
[Year 289 AC]
Finally, the war exploded. The Greyjoys rebelled, and what I decided is to get out of Westeros. Of what I could remember the Dothraki are much to my liking. In this life, I do not intend to let the wolf be restraint, being a Lycan is a blessing and even more in a world where strength is all you need.
This year tremendous changes have come to take place in my body. I have confirmed that I possess the flame of the alpha, and thanks to the stories told in my past life I now know that when I finally reach maturity I can pass this blessing to those that deserve it. Being born an alpha gives me more power in this world. And although I doubt I will found someone like me in this world. I can't wait to see what this world can offer me. 
I don't know who to be thankful for in this new life. The one that gave it to me, the one that makes it possible to bring the great Lycans to our former glory, even if it is in another world.
When the alpha flame appeared on me, my body started to develop even faster than before, And now I have the body of a normal adult. My face is still that of a fifteen to sixteen-year-old. But in this world that is enough to be treated as an adult. 
The flame my family stories referred to is the greatest gift of our race. Constantly changing the body of its host. And in maturity, the flame can change every cell of a normal human. 
But before leaving, first, I needed to find some people that I think would be useful in this new journey of mine.
I had four main targets before leaving this place. But to start what I had planned, I needed to reach maturity. And to do that I have to, according to the stories of my ancestors, take away the life of a human. 
In my past life, I never did this, nor did my family. I wanted to do it as soon as possible, and thus came the time for my first kill.

The story of a simple Lycan, lucky enough to get a second chance at a new life, going through the world unimpeded and trying his best at living his life as he goes. 
And with how his old life used to be, he didn't plan to waste it.


On my first try at writing,  I will try my best, but as English is not my first language, I hope you enjoy this story for what it is.

Hi there Calvin here first I want to tell you all that it looks like I die, Hahaha right I got hit by a speeding trailer truck and roll down in the asphalt road like a thrown tomato that came from a professional pitcher, I dont know what is happening at first but it looks like I reincarnated, Yep even if Im not a Japanese, a NEET or Otaku, and living a normal life I still got the honor to be reincarnated, I thought it was unique event only for a Japanese hahaha. 
So here I am not knowing what to do, I already stop thinking about my past life because all it bring to me is stressful thought like, Is my funeral gone well? Do many people cry because of my death? Is the girl I love and have promise to attend to see me for one last chance, will my parents be fine on there own? Maybe, little sis is a celebrity so I think she can take care of Mom and Dad even when Im gone, What is my subordinates and coworkers reaction when they hear I die hahaha maybe they think it was a joke when they hear it first hahaha, My elementary, highschool, college, law school, fair weather, close, best and childhood friends how did they react when they know I die? I want to know, Im curious but I know some will cry, laugh or even get little depression but all of it didnt matter anymore to me because Im dead, right I already accepted that reality after I do a self made drama here for some time.
I now accept the fact that Im currently in a womb, and it looks like I became a baby. I read many light novels and web novels when I am still a teenager till I became a college student but experiencing the real thing compared to just reading it in the phone screen is vastly different.
 Im very uneasy of what will happen to me from now on and what awaits for me in the future, the reality that Im still enshrouded in darkness add to the nervousness Im feeling, what will happen if Im an unwanted child when I get out of the womb? Will they just kill me, I read a lot of novel that have a plot like this so it cant be help that I get uneasy and scared.
Also even if Im uneasy and scared the feeling of excitement and expectation cant be ignored, I dont know how much time passed but all I do all this time was to imagine things of what will gonna happen to me, I also imagine if I currently was on earth or another world or if I reincarnated in the past or the future, the possibilities is infinite so I stopped thinking before long. 
So now I am bored while Im in a fetal position, I already do my own dramas and think of conjectures and speculations so I have no things to do now.
I already recite mutiplication table up to 4 digits for tens of times and sing all the song I know in my mind but it look likes it will still take time before I was born, wait maybe my mother is not a human or maybe another species it can also be a possibility that I am in a womb of an animal, beast or a monster, or even a egg. 
Hayyss I want to already stop in thinking but that is all I can do for now, wait there is also other thing I can do here and that is the  sense of sensation, then lets try other things other than thinking if I continue this overthinking I think I will be mad before I get born.
I concentrate my mind to inspect my whole body, there is a time in the past that I remember when I practice yoga with Mom but it looks like I can practice that here to waste some time.
 I calm my mind as I concentrate in finding harmony and peace in my body. 
Yes I can feel it, little hands, arms, feets, legs, a body, neck, fingers, a head. I concentrate in my beating heart the most and like that I waste my time, its unexpectedly fun learning that you are alive and listening to the rhythm of beating heart is calming, just like a classical music played by a pro, I stay that way for a long time as the sense of time was vague while Im in the womb. 
Before I know it there is a change, its starting to feel hot but it is still refreshing like a sauna, I didnt keep that in mind as I continue to listen in the beat, its getting hotter and hotter like Im burning but I feel that Im safe as there is no pain it only feels like Im in a spa and having a nice massage, maybe its what all baby feel when they are in the womb, so like that I listen in my beating heart as I enter a slumber not thinking of anything and just enjoying the music of my beating heart.

Someone is pushing me! I awaken from my slumber state as my whole surrounding begun constricting, I panic first but I realize what is happening when I feel the pushing motion of the walls that surround me. This is it! Im being born! Excited, nervous, Uneasy, scared, many emotions run in my mind as I feel that Im nearing outside, My mother should be doing her best as I feel the walls pushing me outside being more powerful and persistent, and after sometime...

Im outside! I became a newborn life! I feel something that pull me by grabbing my head to drag me outside of the womb, after pulling me I feel that I was turned upside down and was hit in my back and butt for a couple of times, I cough up liquid that is inside of my lungs and feel refreshed. 
I want to tell him/her to take it easy because I can get broken bones you know, did you not know that babies are fragile creatures? And being hit in the butt in my age is new experience it looks like something weird is sprouting inside of me.
Now that Im out of the world, I can now feel more clearly and also hear things in my surrounding, I recognize the faint scent of blood, I also taste something weird but I dont care what is it, I will myself to open my eyes but I still cant, I try my best to move my fingers and I think they move according to my will after some effort.
Im alive!!!

I was unaware of it but Im already crying maybe because Im so happy of being alive but the people that are looking at the child show a relieve face and smiles. 
Even if I cant see their reactions for now or understand what they are saying I can still feel the happy atmosphere in the air, it's really funny how I experience the two extremes of life in just a short time, being born and crying to make others smile and dying to make other cry in sorrow, also having my first and last bath done by a stranger is a thing that make me understand how life really is. 
This death and another new life teach me many things in span of a short time but it looks like it will teach me more starting from now, I still have many things to learn because there is another life in front of me, so for now Calvin it is goodbye.

6 Months later
Its been more than 5 months since I can fully open my eyes and what greet my eyesight is spectacular things I will never imagine to seen in my past life, this past 6 months I didnt just waste my time like a normal baby that just eat and poop, in this time I gather information in where the hell I found myself into.
 In this 6 months I try to find out if there is novel like things happening in me, like status screen floating in front of me or a God whispers and instruction, I also check if I have special skills and powers but all of it have no results as the mystery of me reincarnating here is still a big question floating in my head, I theorize if I should have a certain mission or duty need to perform but without anyone giving me instruction then all I can do is to live my life as I want to.
Then the other things worthy of mentioning in this past 6 months are
First my name is now Rainiel Silverdawn and from what I observe it looks like my family have some status that is why in just span of 6 months I already encounter countless of faces.
Second the language they use is foreign to me they didnt speak English nor Tagalog, it sounds like Old english with mix of Latin and Russian, that is why I focus on learning what they wanted to say the most, and with my hardwork and good mind in just 2 months I can finally understand a little on what they mean in their words. In my past life I am above average in intelligence I may not be your Summa Cumlaude or Valedictorian level of guy, But I can be placed among The Magna Cumlaude and the Salutatorian bunch of guys so I am pretty confident in intelligence part in my past life, And it looks like a good news that in this life I have this intelligence that also looks like improved a little.
Third I think it was another world I found myself into, why do I reach that conclusion? Maid that have horns like a devil and a Maid that have Dog ears and tail, Majestic light coming from their hands to make fire and water and swords hanging in waist of many people when I see them, Isnt all that things shouting 'Hey its a fucking fantasy world here!' like that so I arrive at a conclusion that Im not in Earth anymore. 
I try to imitate them as they used magic but this is also a failure, I cant do magical things like them even if I concentrate all my focus in injecting fire in my hand, all that happen is that I embarrassingly poop unintendedly, my Mother and the Maids laugh when they look at me like Im a cute creature, well I really am cute hahaha well thats a good news.
The place Im living right now should be some kind of mansion or castle I already seen about 7 Maids and 30 plus guards, many noble looking people also visit me so its a happy thing for me that I know I was born in a priviledge family, I now fully understand what other means when they say there is no true equality in the world, There is me right here being fed in a golden spoon while others may be suffering from malnutrition, when I think about that I feel greatful that I was blessed by being born in such a environment, so I will do my job to live a fruitful life. 
Fourth I observe that the way of living in this world is medieval like something that came out of a 14th century book, the building structures, technology, military command, government and way of living, all of it is backwards from what I am familiar of as a  man that live in the age of information finding myself in a place like this was really a whole new world for me. But life is not that hard because I see the usage of magic improve life in place where science and technology is absent.
One example of that is the Chandelier hanging above me, shining so brightly without the use of any electricity, what a very fasinating method.
Currently I am being hold by my Mother, Denise Silverdawn while I suck her breast, Pink hair flowing till her waist a chest that is about E cup but maybe it was larger because she just gave birth so I think her normal size is in D cup, her face is something that will put the popular hollywood actress I know in my past life to shame, her skin is snow white beautiful but deadly to any men, she is dignified and full of elegance reminding me of nobilities from history books, and she looks like she is in her mid 20's and even if Im sucking breast of such a beautiful woman like her I never have an ounce of lust and desire towards her, maybe because she is my Mother, Hayys what a shame.
I already have sexual experience in my past life so its not like Im very thirsty like those main protagonist I read in many light and web novels. 
While I continue to suck the breast of my beautiful Mother, I overhear what my Mother and one of the maids with horns talk about.

 I look at the Maid named Sherline and it still Wow me everytime I have a long look at the horn in her head, its a wonder how can she be so dangerous looking but still splendidly beautifu, she have dark purple hair, Golden eyes like of a proud predator, fair skin, a cute yet expressionless face and a bust that can destroy Nations, if Mom is a Tank then Sherline is a Intercontinental Ballistic Missile.
Hahaha like sherline said Im really lucky having such a good genes from both my parents maybe I will became a lady killer when I grow up hahaha. Dont worry ladies I will love each one of you equally hahaha.

Ohhh sorry about that Mom you are beautiful but Sherline have this different charisma coming from her, its not like I am staring at her wepon of mass destruction.

Now that I think of it from here on I dont have a goal, I always remember in my past life Im also like this, Mom and Dad back then told me that I am an idiot for being both decisive and indecisive at the same time. I font know if they say it as a compliment or an insult but I think it was a positive statement towards me.
So what now I already gather needed information and it looks like I can learn the others along the way so its not a priority for now.
 I dont know if I am talented or not but still thinking of the future and the romance of adventure puting being strong in my list of to do things as already set in the stone. 
Then there is me being a first son of a noble family, I already failed my parents in past life by not inheriting the family business but this life I think I want to be more understanding withy parents, so I will learn to be a proper nobel that is another one in my list,
And other thing is I want to live life the best way I can because the last leave me with many lingering feelings, there is regret, lost, mistakes, and other things that is why I want to live my life fully without any lingering feelings again when I die in this life, so for now I will enjoy the tasty milk of my Mother, Yum Yum Yum.







Throughout the whole orientation program, I just stared at him. Looking at him, observing him, his facial expressions. I outlined his side face. From his forehead till his tip of the nose then his lips, from his chin till his adam apple. It was something I never did in my past life cause I was busy with my so-called mission named "conquering the Kang Empire". I was too busy to notice this handsome guy beside me.

As I was making up my mind and nodding my head unconsciously, he stood up from his seat.
"What?? Why are you standing?" I asked pulling his shirt's sleeves.
"Miss, while you were imagining things god knows what, the orientation program is already finished," He said.
At that time, I realised everyone in the hall was going to there allocated classrooms.
"oh," I stood up from my seat.
"Let's go to class then," I said.
"Which section you are?" He said.
I tried to remember from my past life but it was too difficult to remember as it happened 24 years ago.
The only thing I remember is we were not in the same classroom.
"Don't know," I said.
"Then, let's first go to check which is our sections." He said.
"Ok"
We went to the noticeboard where they have posted our sections. It was so crowded. I then grabbed his hand.
"It's too crowded," I said.
"Wait, I'll go," He said.
I stopped him. 'No, not this time. This time it's my turn'

"Ohh" I felt sad, even though I knew we will be in a separate class. I want to be with him.
'I gotta do something of my class arrangement.'
"Let's go," he said.
"Ok"
After walking some distance in silence, we had to go a separate way. His class was the very first class when we reach the 5th-floor while mine was in the corner most. I can't even see his classroom door let alone him inside the class. 
'I don't want to separate with him. We just met.' I felt sad.
"Umm," My words stuck inside my mouth. 'What are you doing? Na-Ra. You are already 40 and the person in front of you is your future husband.'
I encouraged my self. 
"So, you want to have lunch together?"
"Sure," he said without flinching.
'See, so easy' I felt happy.
"Now, I have to go. see ya" He waved at me and went to his class.
"see ya" I smile but when he turned around to go to his class. my smile dropped.
'I so much want to kidnap him and take him away from here and live together.' I sighed.
'But first I gotta make him mine for that. Uhhh. Patience. Patience.' 
I turned around to go to my class.
As I entered the class, everybody turned around to see me. 'What??' I raised my eyebrows.
I ignored them and sat on the corner most seat beside the window.
"Did she really...?"
"Yes"
I can hear them talking about me but didn't know what they are talking about. I don't even care about them.
'Do I look ugly? Are my clothes not okay? Did I look stupid in front of him?' I checked myself if I was looking ugly.

Suddenly, a tall girl stood in front of me with her two minions behind her.
I raised my eyebrows in question. 'I don't think, this happened in my past life.'  I thought.
"Do you need anything?" I asked them.
"Yes," Tall girl's minions answered at the same time.
"What??"
"The guy from earlier."
"huh" 'What the hell are these children talking about?'
"The one with whom you sat together in the hall." Again, those minions answered.
'Oh, so they are talking about Min Jun'
I leaned back on the seat and folded my arms.
"Is he a thing?" I smirked.
"Do you even know who is he?" Minions asked.
"Who is he? tell me." I asked sarcastically.
"He is the most popular guy in the school and our beautiful Ara's crush" Minions replied.
"Who is Ara? Today is the first day and how can you say he is the most popular guy?"
"You stupid, You don't know anything," Those Minions said.
My forehead twitched, 'What, stupid? these rascals.'
"The one standing in front you is Ara. He is the most popular guy because.."
COUGH COUGH... Ara coughed to make them stop.
"I am Ara. and the guy with whom you were talking, I like him. Don't dare to talk to him, otherwise" She warned.
"Otherwise, what??" I asked curiously. 'It's interesting. Why I didn't experience this in my past life. Maybe I was too busy to ignore them or he was the one who protected me.'
"Otherwise I am gonna make your living hell in this school."  She said with murderous instinct.
"Ohh," I said while scratching my ears.
"Finished??" I asked.
*Fly flying over them*
"You, you, ..." Just as minions were about to say something.
"Everybody, go back to your seat." Teacher announced.
"Just wait" Those Minions warned.
I ignored them.
'So, he had followers too. Why didn't I know about that?'
'He always made me felt secure so I never doubted him. I never cared about the flies around him because I trusted him. But this time it's different, we still haven't dated so, I gotta crush these flies around him.' I smirked in the thought of crushing these flies.

Who said that a woman should not be ambitious?
Who said that woman can’t handle business?
Who said women are just trophies that should be kept at home?
Who said a woman should depend upon their husband for everything?

Mu Liang coaxed her. "I'm praising the both of you. If you didn't add water, it wouldn't be cooked and if it wasn't prepared deliciously, I couldn't have the proper taste. It's a perfect instant noodles. You did a good job." 

He praised her with open heart. He didn't dare to mention that this junk food wasn't good for health this late night.

But to Mu Lan, the more he praised her, she felt that the more these praises were for the noodles.

To changed the subject, Mu Liang said, "I thought that you were asleep. Why are you still awake?"

"I was working on the Island Project and the new video game. I haves till some work to do. After that, I will be finished with video game." Mu Lan replied. With 'slurp' sound she was eating the noodles.

Mu Liang attentively gazed at her and said, "Don't work too hard or you will have panda eyes."

"Why? Won't you love me if I have panda eyes?" Mu Lan raised an eye brow.

"Even if you turn into a panda, I will marry you and love you." Mu Liang rubbed his chin with his index finger. He continued, "Actually, it would be better if you turn into a panda. You will be softer and will be easier to hold and hug, especially in the bed. What do you think?"

Mu Liang was clearly joking and Mu Lan knew it. She replied, "If I turn into panda, I will go to the forest and marry a panda. As a panda, how can give birth to children of a human? They will turn into half panda half human. If I become a mate of a panda, I will give birth to a panda."

Mu Liang smirked. "It's not a bad idea. Let's both become panda and live in the woods. We will have lots of panda kids."

Mu Lan couldn't take it anymore and let out a loud laugh. Mu Liang also joined her.

Arthur was Yan Su's childhood friend who was related to the US Mafia. In the end, his wife Clara and Mu Liang all together saved him and gave Arthur and Clara a new life.

Arthur smiled graciously. "It's me. I'm honored that you remembered me."

Mu Lan said in reply, "It's good to see you happy."

Arthur replied, "If it wasn't for you and for friends, I wouldn't be able to see the love of my life again. Our past may be dark. But nothing is more important than the present peaceful lovable life."

His eyes were quiet and filled with glee. 

Mu Lan was taken aback upon hearing what he said.

She wasn't asking to know what he felt about it. She wanted to learn from him. She wished to approve herself.

Arthur didn't mind her question. He simply walked with Mu Lan and sat under a big tree. 

His answer for her questions was, "Look, in the past, I was happy. I had a life, a great future. Then everything turned upside down. I lost my love, my child, my only family. I became a sex machine, a robot. I was hopeless. I never thought that I will be able to see Clara again, let alone being with her. Once, I was verge on breaking down and someone said that I still had a life. In this life anything could happen. There was something called miracle. As long as I lived I had a chance to have that miracle. If I believed in that, it would come to me."

Arthur looked at her and continued, "Ms. Lan, you were the miracle in our lives. If it wasn't for all of your credits, the two lives would have had their endings. Because of my dark past, I'm here now living a happy life. Then, why should I dislike my past? I don't want to go back to my past, but I feel proud of it because I overcame this obstacle. I told you didn't I? No matter how dark the past was, as long as the present was bright, you need be thankful to your past and move forward. Because of who you were in the past, what you are in the present now."

'In other words, if my past makes me stronger now, no matter how dark it is, I have to be thankful to it for it's teaching and move to the brighter side.' Mu Lan smiled.

Her past wasn't pure either. It was full of so many hardships and pain. She still recalled the throbbing feeling she had after seeing that guy. She couldn't imagine what she had gone through to be able to feel such strong emotion.

However, a miracle happened to her. And that was Mu Liang. He was her miracle. She lost her memory and got a brand new life, all because of him. He gave her a new chance, a new love, a new family, a new circle of friends.

Sighing sadly, he went to the training dojo where he saw a black-haired girl curiously looking at the rested training blades on the sword rack.
'Must be some visitor, I suppose?' Approaching her with small steps, he took a good look at the girl.

Waking up from a dream, I found myself in an unfamiliar room.
