Hi friends! These last two months have been a bit chaotic but our community has been growing at a pretty solid rate and I've also endured a number of changes to my personal life. The purpose of this auxiliary chapter is to share links that are handy for people who want to support me and make my life a little bit easier.
First, here are the ways that my personal situation has changed: I was offered a contract for this story, and I have begun a number of different jobs outside of my capacity as a fiction writer.
Let's begin by discussing the contract. In January I was offered a contract, from Web Novel, for this story. I rejected it. I made the decision to reject the contract mostly because I don't want to block readers who are enjoying the story at some arbitrary point, and also because the story has been posted elsewhere. If I were to sign a contract for the story my understanding is that I'd have to take it off of other websites. I don't like that.
There are other stories I plan on writing and am writing that are Web Novel exclusives that I would happily sign contracts for, but not A Solitary God. I don't plan on ever making ASG a Web Novel exclusive story. 
That said, while I have no hesitation or remorse about my choice to not sign a contract, it doesn't help my financial situation to be so adamant that ASG remains a free story that isn't bound by Web Novel's terms and conditions. This is where the other bit of news comes into play. 
Outside of Web Novel, Royal Road, and Scribble Hub, the places where I write, I've been making a living doing a number of different things. Mostly tutoring. That said, last week I accepted a job offer from a fundraising company, and this week I began my new job. Which is why I didn't post that many chapters this week. The job offer I accepted is really neat and when I've adjusted to this new position I'll undoubtedly be back to posting chapters regularly like I did while working at my university last year. 
That said, until I get my first paycheck I am going to be in a very funny and extremely precarious situation, so if you happen to have an excess of funds and don't mind spreading some love I'll end this "chapter" with a few links you can use to throw some dollars at my digital face.

At first, I constantly used to think why people keep on cursing about web novel even when they earn  from it.
Surprisingly, it was only yesterday that I realized it why.
As author, if you want to earn money you are supposed to update more than 1,500 words for every day in the whole month.
This is already my second month and I have still not earned anything after the contract.
Last month as well I missed one day and even this month it happened the same thing.
This is slowly deteriorating my efforts that I am putting into the story which I guess my readers have also noticed.
I really hate this feeling of trying to do something and yet missing it.
I have already started losing my hope with web novel when my contract process itself took more than 2 months.
There are a lot many restrictions on web novel that I can't even speak about. it was only yesterday that I understood why people would call that web novel makes authors their slaves or their contract as a slave contract..
What does because, you indeed are supposed to work like a robot and not a human.
better other sites as well where I'm working and I love those sites much more than web novel. This post was only intended to let my readers know what is going on behind the scenes.
you guys might think that the author writes everyday the author would surely be earning something but no many a times we don't even own a single penny like for me it has been already 6 months that I'm writing and I have not even received a single rupee..
and most importantly this is because of web novels restrictions and the rules that we have to fulfill..
I'm not sure if I'm going to continue the story or not I'm completely not sure if I'm going to upload any more or not I wanted to develop the story into a really beautiful plot that I still have in my mind but every time when I lose and at the end of the month when I get nothing I feel like it's better to not work instead of working like hell.
For me, I like seeing results and on web novel I'm indeed not getting my results so there are high chances that I might be discontinuing the story or might be putting it on hiatus but I'm not sure about it 
As much as I know, for the rest of the month there will surely be no updates.
oh yeah I forgot to mention that web novel will only pay authors for first 4 months beyond which they will not be paid anything from web novel and I have already lost 2 months of mine and at this point, I am so depressed, so mentally exhausted that I don't even feel like trying for another month.
Even though I started writing on web novel I read a lot of novels over here my experience on web novel has author has been worse and is getting more and more worse as time is passing by.
that are even high chances that I might completely switch all of my novels over to another platform and I am thinking on it but I will shortly drop another message to let my readers know about it.

I have posted such messages earlier as well when I had problems with my editors and many other things. Even though those things were not solved but I still love to let my readers know that I am not sitting ideal and I have many other problems that are going on making me unable to write and upload it.
I still remember how my story was on top after I started writing it and how I had many readers engaging along with me talking to me telling me a lot of things about the story yet today I have completely lost my hope in the story. Even though I know the plot the actual plot had not even started and there are many other things that I wanted to tell but probably time won't permit or even the word count would go a lot higher and you guys might not even read it.
But yes, as a Auto till now I have not earned anything over from here and this makes it difficult for me to choose if I want to spend my time earning nothing or if I want to spend my time writing something else earning something from the ones who are already paying me.
Most of you might not even read this message but for the ones who are reading this guys I really want to thank you trust me on this as I have always said, a reader is the most important part of the author. It was always your support, your attention that gave me the confidence to polish my story writing skills and allow me to reach at this point.

No, this is not bad news. I just wanted to thank everyone for their support so far. To everyone who's recommended this to a friend, given a spirit stone, added to library, or written a comment, thank you. They're all motivation for me to continue telling this story.

It's not easy for a first time writer. When I was only a reader, I never understood the difficulties of being a creator. Reading a chapter may take only a few minutes, but writing it takes hours. Then there's the constant doubt that we all face when starting something new. With every word written, your mind pesters you with many thoughts:

'Is this story any good?'

'Maybe I'm just wasting my time.'

'Will people even read this?'

Still, in life you have to take risks.

Growing up, I never really enjoyed writing. Now I realize that was only because I never found anything I wanted to write. It was probably seven years ago when I first had the idea to write this story. I wasn't reading web novels back then, but I had read manga since my childhood. That was the format I first visualized this in. However, being western, with no illustration skills, I didn't know of any path to start creating this kind of thing. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, that stopped me from starting this endeavor.

Then five years ago, I started reading Asian web novels. At that time, there were really only a few such novels partially translated into English. Now, if there aren't over 1000 completely translated, there are 800. That's not to mention the English originals. It's amazing how far things have come in such a short time. Recently, the web novel industry has grown to a size where a good writer can potentially even make a living doing this if he works hard enough. That was the turning point for me.

With Covid halting the spin of the world, I found myself with many more free hours in the day. Suddenly one afternoon, the inspiration hit me that I could write this story as a web novel. I sat down, typed my first paragraph, and from then, I was hooked. Now, here we are. 142 pages out into the world.

There's still a very long way to go. We haven't scratched the surface of Joey's story yet. After all, the road to the top is a long and challenging one. Still, I just wanted to get that out there and let you know I appreciate everything. Every little bit of support helps me and encourages me to keep writing this story, and to put the utmost care into every word I type. Then an angel appears and takes Sam into heaven where there are other Sams?
"Where is this?", said Sam as he looks around
"This is heaven", said an angel
"Why am I here", said Sam
"To defeat Evil Sam", said an angel
"Evil Sam?!", said Sam
"Evil sam is you or actually all of you but evil versions and they have finally had enough of the reincarnations and have begun to destroy universes", said an angel
"What even is this?", said Sam
"Enough questions! you all have to fuse into one Good Sam and defeat the Evil Sam", said an angel
"How do we do that?", said the Sams
"All of you have to open the door you all see in your dreams but only open one", said an angel
All the Sams rush to the door and all the Sams lined up. Then they all opened all of the doors that are infinite at the same time...All of the orbs disappear and then one Sam comes out the door.
"I feel complete", said Sam as he stretches his arms and legs
The angels then teleport Good Sam to where Bad Sam is. Good Sam is teleported to the multiverse where Bad Sam is also. (All Bad Sams have fused also) Then if you see GSam and BSam then you see they dwarf the size of the infinite multiverse as the infinite multiverse is just a pebble to them.
"What are you doing BSam", said GSam
"Oh hello our other self", said BSam
"Are you not tired of being reincarnated every time and basically live forever", said BSam
"But you don't have to do this", said GSam
"Did you know that every time a Sam dies, they release so much energy that they create a whole universe. That is why we die every time and reincarnate. Did you know the girl that you love is actually just an angel keeping you in check and make sure you regret something because if you don't regret something then you will not reincarnate and the balance of the world would be broken", said BSam
"What?!", said GSam as he ponders his existence
Then all the angels fuse and come to fight BSam as well. The angel appears next to GSam, and GSam has some words for it.
"Is it true that we are necessary for the balance of the world and every girl we love is actually an angel keeping us in check", said GSam
"I am sorry but that is true, but that is not the whole story", said the angel
"Then tell me the full story", said GSam
"Before there was creation there was Sam, Sam you were the first and will be eventually the last of everything, You made everything but you never intended to but you were lonely. So you Sam split your powers and made a GSam and ESam as balance was needed for creation to work, You made the goddess of love which you fell in love with and is the girl who is reincarnated alongside you that always find you", said the angel
"ESam killed the woman you love and you trapped ESam in eternal reincarnation that always ended up in death by the worst means but you could not destroy ESam as he was needed for the balance of the omniverse, But you loved the girl so much that you recreated her for infinity as to not lose her again but you would also be reincarnated for infinity if it meant for you two to be together", said the angel
"The reason why you regret saying I love you was because you really regretted not saying I love you before ESam killed her, also you made each individual Sam create a new universe every time they die because therefore you would not have to do any work and could reincarnate for infinity without having responsibilities", said the angel
GSam cried and realized how to fix everything...GSam had to merge with ESam. GSam then rushed ESam and ESam did not fight back. GSam then absorbed ESam.
"You did it!", said angel
YOU!! WRITING THIS STORY!! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS!!!! (Sam might have noticed that this was a story) I DID NOTICE YOU HAVE BEEN CONTROLLING US.
As Sam realizes he was actually a story made by someone he haves a mental breakdown. Sam decides to end creation and write his own story where Sam and the Goddess of love get married and die of old age...Sam is now a writer and writes every day knowing he is in a fictional world created by another person. 
Sam has taken over this web novel...He is now the author of this web novel and he demands that he be let in the real world RIGHT NOW!!!!
