Hello everyone, this is my first novel. More like my first time trying to write any kind of story so this project is for me to learn so please don't hesitate to point at what could be improved. Secondly English isn't my first language and I learn it while watching and reading manga so please be kind to me.

Luke: And I have never heard of a Luke Skywalker before. Sorry.

Me: You've. Never. Watched. Star. Wars?!

Luke: only heard about it.

Luke: honestly, it looks kinda boring and I think that it is over-hyped by people. That and I'm too lazy to catch up. The thing dates back to the 90s for crying out loud!

Me: I'm disappointed in your existence

Luke: have YOU watched Mission Impossible

Me: now that is the definition of boring. Who wants to watch a bunch of grown men chase after a bunch of other grown men? 

Luke: im calling the police. You do not disrespect The Cruise like that!

Me: lol the cruise? You're really bad at this nickname thing.

Me: And besides, the force will be with me at all times so you cannot lock me away

Luke: another Star Wars reference I'm guessing

Me: yessir but because you are old and daft, you do not even have a single clue as to what I am saying. Like really, why do you exist?

Luke: okay, here's a deal. If you allow me to take you on a date, I will watch all the Star wars movies with you. All of them. I will even buy the merch and start a fan page for it

Me: I'm afraid that it is a bit too late to enter the game nown

Me: And it's Star Wars. Not Star wars. Show some respect

Luke: (ノಠ益ಠ)ノwhatever! So yes or no to the date

Me: can't. I'm sorry:(

Luke: are you a vampire or something because I have never seen you leave the house (•‿•)or are your parents just super strict because they will melt away all the protection when they see this piece of hot charcoal

The conversation ended there. I didn't have to see Luke's face or hear his voice to know that he was disappointed. 

I wished I could just tell him everything. The real reason why I never left the house. But I had just met Luke and it would have  be so weird for me to just blabber on about my entire life to him. I didn't want to lose Luke, even though it felt like I already had.

We didn't speak for the next two days. It made me nervous and wonder what I had done or said that drove Luke away. Maybe he had lost interest in me, or maybe he realised that I was not a fun person since I never left the house.

Okay wait.

I did leave the house every once in a while. At night, my mom would allow me to go for a short runs (only because our neighborhood was safe), which turned into a short walk because I was scared of sweating. When I said I did not leave the house I meant I would not step foot outside for reasons such as a party, watching a movie at the cinema, or going to the local swimming pool for a swim. 

My mom would try to get to leave the house but I was just too paranoid. During the week that Luke and I had been talking, she had tried to convince me to go with her to visit my grandmother and grandfather - pops and peeps Sterling. 

Even though I wanted to see my grandparents, I refused. Their house was close to the beach and  I did not like the beach because it brought back sad memories. In the end my mom went to visit them all by herself. I knew that she was disappointed in me. Home was safe. I trusted the two storey building more than anything. 

That evening, as I was trying to focus my mind on much more important things other than a boy, it began to rain. My heart did a flop and I immediately closed all the windows in the house, making sure to not come into contact with water. 

Water. Rain. The beach. The ocean. I hated it all. I hated it for everything it had done to me. No matter how hard I tried, it was impossible for me to not be paranoid about getting into contact with water. 

Aquagenic Urticaria. That was the name of my allergy, but I did not like using the long, complicated name. I simply called it water allergy. It was a rare type of allergy which affected a small percentage in the entire world, and so I knew that no one would be able to truly understand what it was like to live with it. 

What was Luke going to think if I had told him the truth? I mean, who wanted a girl who could only shower once a week, a girl who was bold because she did not want to suffer the consequences of washing her hair; a girl who didn't like water. Even worse, a girl who could not cry while watching a sad movie because she did not want to feel the pools of water streaming down her cheeks!

As I began to slowly fall asleep, I started to think if it was all worth it. If meeting Luke and letting him into my life was worth it. The more alone I was, the better safer I was. I wouldn't have to worry about me telling Luke everything just for him to leave me one day. 

There was no such thing as forever.

My name is Victor Steel do my friends call me Valkorion as I play a lot of SWTOR (Star wars the old republic), I am 22 years old and am a huge fan of both Star Wars and  Harry Potter, from earliest I remember I always loved Star Wars until Disney bought It from Lucasfilms then it went down hill, I am a fan of Harry Potter the series not the character as he was just so weak and stupid I've never trusted Dumbledore he always knew more than he led on as well as being a manipulative and a infinite chances greater good bastard.

 Sitting in the cinema watching The Rise of Skywalker when suddenly a man wearing a vest full of explosives runs in and starts screaming and threatening everyone which caused panic to erupt sadly I was sitting at the beginning of the row and these people didn't stop pushing and running towards the exit knocking me over the last thing I saw was a bright light. Seriously did I just got knock over trampled and blown up.... now the the question is  "WHERE THE HELL AM I!!!" I screamed

Unknown - "I believe I can answer that my child your are dead and are currently in the void" 

I turned around to see a ball of light pausing for a few seconds to processing this information and starting to make connections with multiple anime's and light novels that send dead people to another world.

"So are you a God?" I asked

"Yes my child I am the God of Reincarnation but you may call me 'GOR' (pronounced as G-or) and I am here to grant you three wishes" - GOR

I thought about what I would wish for then it hit me, "For my first wish I wish for a Star Wars system which can help build me an empire and summon items, characters, ships and buildings, for my second wish I wish to travel to different dimensions and world at will and  for my final wish I wish to look like Sheev Palpatine (Before he was scarred) and Valkorion" I said hoping that the wishes weren't too extreme.

I took Leo to my room and we both sat on our bed, it was a little awkward. But a famous singer was my boyfriend, so I asked," Didn't the reporters follow you??"
"No, I came dressed as a common man so they couldn't recognize me..."
"Good... Leo can you kiss me??"
"What!?"
"Kiss me!"
"NOW??!"
"Yes fast before Ben comes."
He bent down and we kissed it felt like the time stopped, the leaves falling off the tree floated in the air and everything became a blur. 
It felt like I came back to the present time after we were done with the kiss.

I put on Star Wars and we sat on my bed and started watching, Ben sat beside me to the left and Leo to my right. Suddenly while watching I felt a hand making its way into my joint fingers, it was Leo!

Why did I have to get a crush on the most famous and handsome guy in the school?? I am one of the bullied girl of my school because I am as beautiful as the most famous girl in the school and he is the one every girl dreams of...

"I want Lily Potter's belonging." I said.
"What?"came the surprised voice of Harry and almost everyone.
Millicent and Ron looked grossed out for some reason. And then it hit me that I phrased it wrong. Oh shit.
"Dude!"said Notts disgusted.
"I meant, i need her books,her journals, diaries,anything that she used in her studies." I elaborated.
"Why?" Harry asked clearly surprised.
"Well first of all she was smart, one of the best at Charms and Potions so i mean her notes can help me but most importantly because of you."
"ME??"
"yes Potter, you, you are an oddity, you shouldn't have survived that killing curse and i don't believe that in any way a Kid could have destroyed a wizard as powerful as Voldemort, it's impossible, I am sure it must have been something your Mother did, some ritual, ruin or something which saved you." I said.
"Professor Dumbledore, always says that is was My parents love.'"
"Oh come on Harry that is Hollywood level shit, that love stuff only works in Movies, we live in reality, i mean you of who lives with muggle should have more common sense, we have rules that let us understand things differently than magic people, we muggle are raised questioning things being curious, people like Weasley Notts are not raised with curiosity they already believe that everything is possible that is why they never question never look for what's underneath the underneath, i mean half the people in our class don't know how magic works, they just learn the incantation and spam it like its a game, Look at Hermoine she is a bookworm even then she is curious enough, she looks for how the spell works, learns the correct pronunciation and then performs spells, she is easily better than 90% of people in here, I wish you were curious too, but alas you aren't" I said sadly.
This was actually the problem I had with the wizarding world, the just believed anything was possible, they never questioned things, they were like frogs in a well with limited worldview, never being curious.
Ofcourse there were certain exceptions, like Nicolas Flammel, that guy pretty much revived Alchemy on his own, but people like him were too far and few in between and this was the reason the wizarding community was stale and stagnant.
"But i don't have any of her stuff with me." Harry said .
"Ask around, maybe it was desposited at Gringotts in your vault or with some confidant of your parents, I just need a promise from you that you will give them to me as soon as you get them." I said.
"Okay, I promise."
"Wonderful then come on let me teach you the Patronus charm, let me warn you that its pretty advance magic, but its the only defense against the Dementors who have taken a liking to you."
The next fifteen minutes i explained the theory behind the patronus charm to Harry, Millicent and Notts.
"So in short you have to be thinking of a happy pure memory and done you have it, no special wand movement or difficult pronunciation required, even a Dunderhead can perform it, but you don't see everyone spamming it cause not everyone has a happy enough memory."
"Expecto Patronum" I said producing a mist that seemed to be taking a shape but collapsed and failed to do so.
"See there, i can only produce a mist right now, and i get tired thats cause of magical exhaustion, patronus takes a lot of strength from you. So start practicing."
Harry, Notts and Millicent started practicing while Ron sat in the corner, I was not interested in teaching him and after seeing that i was disinterested in teaching him, he just went and sat down in the corner.
"You know you aren't that good of a teacher."Millicent complained.
"No, I am, Look how better Neville is being doing in Potions since he teamed up with me." I said.
"How did you make him do better? Longbottom has gone a whole week without any accidents, I can't remember the last time that happened?" asked Notts.
"Well Neville is just easily distracted, you know half the time he knows what he is doing, its only when Snape pays attention to him or he feels someone is watching him he panics, and makes mistake."
"So how do you help him with that?" asked Harry.
"Simple we sing, I taught him a few songs and i keep him singing with me, he is so focused on singing and potions that he doesn't notice anyone else. He really likes The Beatles." I said.
"So that's what you both keep murmuring, i just thought that the both of you go mad." said Ron.
"Well, yeah, and I should probably give Neville a walkman as a gift for christmass with an awesome mixtape" i thought.
Harry was powerful, more powerful than anyone of us in that room, you could feel the magic twist and fluctuate to do his bidding like he was favoured by it, Life is so unfair getting some people more some less.
"Well i really don't expect any of you to get it in the first try. If any of you did then it would have been shocking." I said.
"What kind of memories should they be? I am trying but they aren't enough." Harry asked.
"Well that depends on you, it could be just you getting your favorite ice-cream or watching Star Wars for the first time."
All the non-muggleborn clearly not clueless, Wait why does Harry looked clueless as well.
"Emm, Harry you have seen Star Wars right?"I asked.
"No.., I don't get to see a lot of movies." Said Harry, a little shy.
"Terminator? Back To The Future?" I said.
Seeing a lost  look on Harry's face I lunched forward and grabbed Harry from his robes, and yanked him with me.
'He is lighter than i expected'
"Hey, where you taking him?" Ron shouted getting up.
"I don't know but somewhere where i can get him to see Star Wars. I finally realise why you are like this Harry, you were raised like a sheep, with only grazing as his sole aim in life. I mean you do realise every kid who watched Star wars wants to use the Force and we are lucky enough to be able to do that, Do you even understand how many people will kill for that Harry?" I said, histerically.
"Freaking Harry Potter hasn't watched Star Wars, how the hell is that possible?" I spoke while dragging Harry.

I watch the clouds pass in the sky out the window. How long as it been since I've felt at piece, ever since my life of this bed started all I can think of is how my mom went through this without shedding a single tear. She was so much stronger then I ever realized. I love every moment I spent with her, all this things we did with she was stuck in this same bed. I look towards the T.V. and see our favorite movie. Star Wars is something that brought us bother happiness, we watched it together so many times.
Empire strikes back was her favorite, and its mine too. We watched other movies and shows as well, but Star Wars held a special place in our hearts. I heard about the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic. I wonder what a star wars universe looks like during that time, I never got to see since I didn't play it. Star Wars is a special, its used my many as a place to have an adventure in your head. I never got to go on adventures, if there was a way I could make my mom happy I'd spend my time doing that instead.
She said she was sorry for passing it on to me, but I don't care. She is my mom, and she loved me no matter what. Every day I feel closer to death and the more at piece I feel. I know mom is in heaven enjoying an un-diseased body. I want to join her, but I have to wait for my time. I don't know how much longer I have, but its soon. I hear the door open and the same nurse that took care of my mother walks in. "How are you feeling today Nathan?" I just smile at her and close my eyes. I hear sniffles coming from her, but I just let her cry.
She has watched my mother die, and now she is watching me die. "Don't cry Wanda, you were one of the only friends either of us had. I'm grateful to have such a caring person look after us until our time came." I speak in a very weak voice, but she hears me none the less. I watch her check my fluids and my information on all the monitors. I look back out the window and I hear her take a seat. She sits with me for long periods of the day, just like I did for mom. Wanda deserves something more then watching people she grows to care for die.
I feel her hand grab mine so I know she is there. I turn my head towards her and she looks at me in pity. I've seen that look so many times, and I can understand why people would. I look like a skeleton at this point. "I'm going to be here till the very end Nathan. I have a promise to keep." I turn my head back to the window and look at the clouds again. I can feel a weight on my eyes, and I slowly close them. As I'm drifting off to sleep I hear the noise of the machine next to my bed and hear Wanda's muffled voice. I'm to tired to try and stay awake so I continue to drift off to sleep.
I'm surrounded my darkness as I sleep, and I feel no pain or suffering right now. After sometime I see a bright light that is warm and welcoming. The light gets brighter and soon a ball is floating in front of me. "You are something that I wish I could've fixed, but if I fix you I have to fix everyone. What you and your mother went through was horrible, and I'd completely understand wanting to join her. However, I'll let you go to the universe of your dreams if you want." As the ball of lights calming voice rings throughout the darkness I'm relieved. I'm finally dead.
I look behind the ball of light and I see a giant golden gate. I also see a woman standing on the other side smiling at me. I know her anywhere, so that means she made it. I'm so glad she isn't suffering anymore. I cant help my tears from falling in pure joy. "I'll give you 1 minute to decide if you want to go there or stay with your mother." I'm about to choose to stay with my mother, but as I look at her she holds up one finger and wiggles it back and forth. I watch her lips move, and they tell me to go on my adventure. 
I contemplate really hard for about 30 seconds, and every fiber of my being wants to be with mom. She wants me to go and have fun though. "I'll go, but please tell my mom I'll always be thinking about her and I'll honor her memory no matter what." The ball of light hums for a little while and I don't know why it hasn't responded yet. 
I comes closer and I feel the warmth it gives off. "You get one wish for your journey, but you wont remember anything about your life and memories. I can promise you one thing though. I'll make sure you keep the memories of your mother, but that's it." I have many things I want to remember, but the only important ones are of my mom. I nod my head in acknowledgement of the words the ball speaks. "So before I send you off, what is your single wish?" I don't know what I should wish for. I've lived my whole life as weak.
If anything I'd wish to be strong enough so nothing could hurt me, but that is a romanticization. However it is my wish. "I wish to be strong enough so I would never hurt again." I look at my mom as she smiles at me and begins to have tears of joy. I would stay here, but mom wants me to have some sort of fun before I be with her again. The ball of light flashes and darkness returns. However, this darkness is different.
I lose my memories, and lose any notion I had memories. All I can see in my new empty head is memories of my mother. As I sit float here in the darkness I get smaller and smaller, until I'm the size of a penny. At least I think I'm a penny. Then all reasonable thought leaves. As Nathan revert back to a fetus in a womb, the mother of the fetus is having a confusing thing happen to her.
I feel the force converge on me stronger then even I am capable of. I sense what as happened, and I find that a new life is growing in me. My two children locked me in this place a long time ago, and I miss them so much. I've been trapped in this solitude for a very long time, and I've been alone for a very long time. The maw isn't a place that gets many visitors, I wonder how I came to be carrying a child. I felt the force swirl around me for sometime, but it has never been so alive. 
I guess the one growing in me is developing. I didn't know before, but I know now. That means I wont be alone anymore, and I'll have a baby of my own. I cant wait to see the day you are born, and I get to hold you. I'll be waiting my child, so please hurry to me.

This Fanfiction is something I have played around with for a very long time. In my head at least and I want to write some stuff about star wars. This is a wish fulfillment and I don't expect that to get through some of the thick skulls of readers.

I won't be updating this regularly, and I wont be giving it a schedule. It's just something I'll write and update when I feel like it. This story isn't set in the skywalker saga, I don't want to get within a light year of that radioactive waste dump. While the original trilogy, clone wars, and mandolorian were excellent that's where the list ends.

I don't want people writing reviews for this story, but I won't say you cant. I just want people to read a star wars fanfiction that is better then most out there. I wont lie I'm inspired by A New Player In The Force. However, my story wont be anything like that fanfiction though I really suggest you people read it. Its actually written by an educated teacher whos fighting leukemia. 

I won't bore you guys with anymore talk so I'll get right into the synopsis now.

A young boy, no older then 15 lies dying in his hospital bed. The reason he is here is because of the illness he inherited from his mother. He doesn't resent anything about his mother or what he got from her, only that his death be as quick.

Before he rested his diseased body on this bed, he would comfort his mother while he could still be considered healthy. His mother passed fast compared to the rate he is going. The Opal family dies with him, and nothing can stop that.

One of the things the two did was watch movies and T.V. shows, and their favorite was everything star wars. With Nathan Opal on his last day he is happy that his painful torment shall end. This is where the story begins.

May 14th, Friday, a new week for movie screening started. High School Musical was officially screened on a large scale. It was on the movie listings of 3,150 cinemas!
This day, numerous students ran out of school when classes were over. They rushed to the closest cinema to buy tickets for the first session this night to watch High School Musical. However, to many students' surprise, the tickets for the first session had been sold out. Where did all of the tickets go? Most of them were sold at midnight. And most of the rest was sold at noon. Just before school was over, some students who had arrived "a little early" had bought the rest.
"Oh, come on. How is this possible?!" In a cinema in Chicago, a white high school student was looking at the box-office clerk with a pitiable face. "If I can't get any tickets today, my girlfriend will beat me! Man, she has been looking forward to this movie for months. Is there really no ticket left for the first session?"
Spreading his hands, the middle-aged clerk said, "Young man, I can relate to you, but there are no tickets left. All sold out."
Gnashing his teeth, the white high school student said, "Oh, hell. She said she must watch it today. Give me two tickets for the second session, then!"
The box-office clerk was kind of gloating. Smiling, he said, "I'm sorry, but there are no tickets left for the second session, either."
Opening his eyes wide, the high school student screamed, "What?!"
The students behind him all screamed, "Oh, hell! I came over as soon as school was over. There are no more tickets left?!"
"Oh, my God. Can't you open one more screening room to show it? My girlfriend also said she wanted to watch it today!"
"A piece of advice for you. Wait a few days and then come to watch it." The box-office clerk shrugged his shoulders. The students yelled, "We can't wait anymore!" Smiling, the clerk answered them, "But there are no tickets left for today. If you want to watch it tomorrow, come back at midnight. Tickets will be surely available then."
That white high school student said in anger, "I won't leave then. Tomorrow is a holiday. We don't need to go to school anyways." He turned around to walk to the chairs in the hall. He said to himself, "I have to get the tickets. I don't want a breakup…" So, he stayed in the ticket hall. His girlfriend chewed him out on the phone. Then, in the evening, when he saw those who had bought all of those tickets walking into the cinema with their girlfriends, he really hated their guts.
However, in the whole of North America, he was not the only person who stayed in the cinema until midnight. This day, large amounts of students went back home pretty late because of High School Musical, either for watching it or for snatching tickets for the next day. That being said, they all left the cinema smiling. Those who had watched the movie were smiling because they had watched a good movie, while those who had stayed for the tickets also got what they wanted.
High School Musical's box office gross on the 14th did not disappoint the cinemas. Neither did it disappoint Flames Films. On average, each of the 3,150 cinemas had 500 seats. Shown in two sessions every night, High School Musical gained an attendance rate of 100% in the first session of the 14th, which was incredibly high. And the attendance rate of the second session reached 93%, which was also satisfying. With these two sessions, the movie pulled in $19,758,300 at the box office! This figure explained everything. This movie was a super sell. It was a sultry trend.
On the 15th, the attendance rate of the first session was still 100%, while in the second session, it dropped to 75%. The attendance rate kept dropping in the next few days. Especially after the release of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace on the 19th, there was a drastic drop for the attendance rate. Despite that, it was fair to say that High School Musical had swept over North America this week. It pulled in $68,521,500 in all at the box office, nabbing the first spot of the North American weekly box office from May 14th to 20th. It beat Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace in the latter's first week!
Certainly, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, the winner of the second place, had only been on for two days, and it pulled in $40,840,200 at the box office in only two days. Such a failure at the North American weekly box office did not seem to count at all. However, many Star Wars fans felt extremely angry. After all, this was one of the Star Wars series! A blockbuster with a production cost of $115,000,000 was beaten by a senseless teen musical. What the hell?!
Some gossipy media certainly would not let this topic go. Entertainment Daily even made it a headline: The Competition between Two USC Directors, Wang Yang Beat His Senior, George Lucas! The title was sensational. They mentioned High School Musical's first spot at the weekly box office and Star Wars: Episode I's second spot in the review. At the end of the review, they commented this way, "Facing fifty-five-year-old George Lucas, nineteen-year-old Wang Yang shocked the world. Why shouldn't we compliment this magic guy? Go and conquer the world, young man!"
Sensational media were not just a few, but more media reported the craze for singing and dancing in the movie industry in a serious manner. "Magic Yang Did Magic Again, Breaking All Doubts!""A Promising New Super Star!" Such titles were innumerable. No media organization would jump out to strike a discordant note in such a moment. Even tabloids were paying compliments to him, not daring going against the trend. If it were other movies, they would have said something contrary to the mainstream to draw some attention, but they could not do so with High School Musical. If they tried to sling mud at High School Musical, countless young people would be offended, and young people were the best gossip lovers—and were whom those tabloids spoke to.
Los Angeles Times published another review under the title "The Young's Counterattack, the Musical's Revival!" This time, with the backup of the box office figure, they stopped being reserved. They complimented, "When that young director, at the age of eighteen, had declared his first camera movie would be a teen musical, everyone was dampening his spirits, predicting it would be a super terrible movie. However, we have seen it now. It was a wonderful counterattack. This young director, nineteen and three months, renewed the definition of 'teen musical'. He introduced the musical genre to the young generation. He even enriched filmmakers' knowledge regarding what a popular musical should involve. The box office figure for High School Musical gave us a sound reason to believe the musical would have a revival in every sense!"
The media were all writing about Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and High School Musical. The Mummy, in its second week, met its Waterloo compared to last week. Despite third place, it only pulled in $18,136,000 at the box office. It was worse for Entrapment, The Matrix in its seventh week, and other movies. The market was all carved up by the two movies in the first and the second place. Idle Hands? No one was paying it any attention anymore. It was already in the dumpster. It only grossed $174,000 at the box office.
However, not all voices were complimentary. There was one group that was especially unhappy with Wang Yang, and that group was called the parents. In the evening news of NBC, a rich, middle-aged white woman said to the camera in anger, "I hate Wang Yang. Last year, my daughter did not go back home the whole night because of his movie. And now he made my daughter skip classes! Skipping classes! Oh, my God. Is High School Musical supposed to teach students how to skip classes? My daughter will graduate from high school at the end of the month, and she needs to prepare for the final exam. But now she skipped classes to watch High School Musical earlier! My daughter needs credits. Apparently, that movie won't give her any. However, Wang Yang has made lots of money with those tricks, at the cost of my daughter's credits!"
The evening news aimed to discuss one topic induced by High School Musical—what the teenagers exactly needed. An educator accepted NBC's interview. He said, "In fact, High School Musical has fully disclosed the teenagers' needs. They want to show who they are, free their minds, and pursue the dreams they truly love… in real life, parents' expectations and stressed school life have given them too many pressures. They just need to enjoy their youth more." He also pointed out that high school seniors were extremely stressed because of the upcoming graduation, and watching High School Musical became their way to relieve the stress.
A report provided strong backing for the educator's opinion. Natalie Portman, the actress who'd starred in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and also a high school senior that was facing graduation, was photographed watching High School Musical in the cinema by a journalist from the tabloid Entertainment Daily. She'd almost refused to attend the premiere of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace because she had to prepare for the final exam. Although she showed up in the end, she attended none of the other promotional events for the movie. However, she had the time to watch High School Musical?!
Caught by the journalist outside of the cinema, Natalie looked awkward, but she managed to speak in a calm tone. "I just felt I needed to know something about this film because all of my classmates are talking about it. I wanted to figure out why they liked it so much."
Then, the journalist asked her, "So, you already watched High School Musical. How do you like it?"
It seemed Natalie did not want to drop too many comments. She simply said, "It is an excellent movie."
However, the journalist did not give up. He asked another question, "What do you think about Wang Yang?"
Natalie did not stop walking, but she answered him, "Wang Yang is a very talented director."
The journalist asked again, "So, do you like him… his movies?" Natalie said with a slight nod, "Yeah, kind of."
Such a simple conversation was exaggerated into a seemingly true scandal by the tabloid. "Natalie Thinks Wang Yang Attractive!" The report did not make up what Natalie had said, but they spiced it up. "When our reporter asked 'what do you think about Wang Yang', Natalie seemed very shy. She looked like she was going to give away her heart. She said 'Wang Yang is a brilliant, very talented director.' When our reporter asked her 'do you like him or his movies?', Natalie, a flusher whenever topics about boyfriends are brought up, flushed again. She told us 'yeah, kind of'."
"Might this be a romantic love confession Natalie was sending to Yang? Or, could Natalie and Yang already be together? Think about it. We know Yang spent some time in New York when he was casting for High School Musical. He and Natalie might have been together since then."
A ridiculous report, but with this report and a picture of smiling Natalie, the new issue of Entertainment Daily was almost sold out as soon as it came out. The leading actress of Star Wars: Episode 1 and the director of High School Musical—as both movies became a trend, this news certainly drew the attention of the young people, who loved gossips! It was a sure win.
Wang Yang had no idea about that at all. He did not read any tabloids. This day, he got up early just as usual to do some boxing and other physical exercises. When he was heavily sweating, he suddenly got a phone call. It was from a man who alleged himself a reporter from Entertainment Daily. He asked Wang Yang on the phone, "Yang, are you and Natalie Portman in love?"
Wang Yang, still wondering how this reporter had gotten the number of his home, was struck dumb. He involuntarily burst out laughing. He said, "Me and Natalie Portman in love? No way. There is no such thing. That's absurd. I've only seen her on the big screen. Her acting performance in Léon: The Professional is fantastic."
Wang Yang learned about this absurd rumor on the internet after the call. Then, he was afraid that he had spoken too much on the phone.
The next day, what he was afraid of became true. Entertainment Daily reported this way, "The Response to the Sent Love Confession: Natalie is Fantastic!" Wang Yang's remark was spiced up again in the report. "When our reporter asked Yang whether they were in a relationship, Yang denied it at first, but then he expressed his appreciation and admiration for Natalie right away. He told us, 'I really like her. I've loved her acting performance since Léon: The Professional. She is fantastic!'"
"We have reason to believe that Natalie is Magic Yang's goddess! Magic Yang took fancy to this girl as early as 1994. Maybe his wall was covered with the posters of Léon: The Professional back then. Maybe his dream of being a director started because of this girl. Natalie, Yang responded to you. Will you say 'yes'?"
The report sounded as if everything in it was true. Despite knowing that tabloids liked to talk nonsense, many of Wang Yang's female fans dropped comments on the official website of High School Musical to express their disappointment. "Yang, you shouldn't be with Natalie. She is ugly and short. She doesn't deserve you at all!" Some female fans even threatened that if he and Natalie became a couple, they would not be his fan anymore.
Seeing more and more people believe the rumor, Wang Yang was speechless, but he could not help but laugh as well, because he did have a poster of Léon: The Professional in his room. However, he had never met Natalie Portman in person. It was really absurd that a rumor about them was spreading. He had to thumb up at the marketing of the tabloid, but he was not going to respond to it anymore. No matter what he said, it would only make the whole thing worse.
"Jessica, have you read about my scandal?" in the routine phone call they had every night, Wang Yang asked Jessica in a pretended serious manner.
On the other end of the line, Jessica giggled. She said, "I think, yes. You and Natalie Portman?"
Wang Yang laughed too. He said into the phone, "Yeah. Could anyone tell me what happened? Love confession sent by Natalie? Oh, my God!"
Jessica laughed for some seconds. Then, she suddenly said quietly, "Yang, we haven't been dating for a long time. I miss you so much."
"Me, too." Wang Yang said gently, "Jessica, let's wait a few more days. You know that the original soundtrack of High School Musical will be released next week. Once it's released, the market for the movie will be secured. We can go out dating every day by then. No more worries about paparazzi. If they want to take photos of us, then they can just take."
Jessica said with a smile, "Yeah, I know."
As early as the phase in which High School Musical was only shown in school cinemas, Flames Films had contacted several record companies, and they signed a contract with a small company, in the end, to authorize them to distribute the original soundtrack of High School Musical in North America.
A film financial valuer working from Wall Street made some predictions based on the current market. He estimated High School Musical would probably break $300,000,000 at the box office worldwide. That, plus the revenues from peripheral operations, like the original soundtrack and DVD, would eventually bring Flames Films at least $100,000,000 in profits after tax. Wang Yang would become a billionaire—the youngest billionaire.
Soon, this valuer's estimation was further confirmed. When the curtains came down on the week of May 21st to 27th, High School Musical pulled in $47,383,600 more at the box office, getting the total box office gross over the line for $100,000,000. The exact number was $129,100,000! In the same season of past years, pulling in over $47,000,000 at the box office in one week would secure the movie's top spot, but at the moment, it was only in the second place. The first place surely went to Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, which pulled in $99,354,400 at the box office this week, nabbing the weekly championship overwhelmingly.
However, Flames Films had their reason to feel proud, because the production cost of High School Musical was $8,000,000, while that of Star Wars: Episode I was $11,500,000.
In this period, most teenage moviegoers would go to watch High School Musical, while others would watch Star Wars: Episode I. Consequently, other movies shown in the cinema were greatly affected. The Mummy only grossed $10,482,000 million at the box office this week. Idle Hands was certainly not among the affected movies, because it had been off the big screen.
In the new week, High School Musical's original soundtrack was released to the North American market as well. It released 100,000 copies in the first phase. Each record customer would get a poster at random for free. Every poster had a leading role's signature or Wang Yang's signature on it. Only the first 100,000 copies had this bonus! This news had been announced on the official website. Numerous students had rolled up their sleeves. As soon as the 100,000 CDs were put onto the shelves, the students snapped up all of them. They were sold out across the country in one day!
Those who did not get the CD stayed at record stores, frustrated. They were reluctant to leave. A girl about 12-years old burst into tears. She had wanted the signatures so much. However, she had arrived too late and there was nothing left.
"Phenomenal director" was the newest title Wang Yang had received. It was from Roger Ebert. The famous movie critic who had spoken highly of Paranormal Activity was lavish with his praise for High School Musical as well.
"Magic Yang created another miracle. He drove the young people crazy once again! Lately, my little girl is always telling me, "Oh daddy, I want to take dance classes. That High School Musical is amazing." With my age, I wouldn't have been interested in any teen musical, but I went to watch the movie because of my little girl's recommendation. I felt so warm. It was like sunbathing. The dark shade brought by Paranormal Activity was driven away. I have to say that, Magic Yang, this nineteen-year-old young man—he is a phenomenal director!"
In the end, Roger Ebert gave High School Musical two thumbs-up.
The description "phenomenal director" was quoted by many media organizations. It seemed a little funny that a nineteen-year-old director was called phenomenal, but the fact is the fact. He turned Paranormal Activity into a miracle in 1998 by pulling in $300,000,000 at the box office worldwide with a production cost of only $10,000. He shocked the whole world and showed people what viral marketing was. In half a year, he created this fever for singing and dancing. All young people were crazy about his movie. Who could say he was not phenomenal? If anyone had the nerve to say that, this person would be cursed by many of Wang Yang's female fans.
As High School Musical succeeded, Wang Yang had more and more fans. There were quite a few crazy female fans. And some of his fans built a website to collect his pictures and information. However, be it a phenomenal director or the youngest billionaire, he had become a role model and an idol for many, many of his peers.


Wang Yang never stopped pursuing his dream of becoming a director and making movies that could amaze the world. However, the fate seemed to play a malicious joke on him. He got wrongly accused and expelled from USC. Fortunately, when God closed a door to Wang Yang, he opened a window for him. After a baby stroller hit him on the street, he began to be able to watch the movies from the future in his head! 
Since then, the year of 1988 was destined to be an extraordinary year. Besides the miracle written by “Titanic”, one of the most legendary directors in the 21st century was rising quietly… 

"Great, so now we just wait until Thanos arrives?" Tony asked others, sitting on one of the rocks. Now, they were on some planet, on which they thought they could suprise attack Thanos, once he arrives.

"Technically, yes." Star-lord answered him. They didn't knew, how long it would take for Thanos to get there and start a fight with them. It could be minutes, hours or even days. 

"So, um, are we stuck in here?" Peter Parker sighted and sat on the ground. Noone even noticed, that Doctor Strange was having these 'Time Stone Visions', just like we know it from the movies.

Out of the view of these people, a portal has opened in the planets atmosphere. Out of the portal, four spaceships emerged, flying really fast, yet they weren't in hyperspeed. They managed to slowdown a little.

"Everyone is alright?" Anakin Skywalker tried to contact his friends through his comlink.

"We are Anakin, but what was that? A Portal?" Ahsoka wondered and noticed that her ship was damaged "My ship was damaged during the fight, we need to land.." 

"Sure thing Ahsoka." Obi-Wan nodded, even though noone was able to see it. They all landed and jumped out of their ships. Now Anakin, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, Rex and Cody were on a planet, they certainly didn't knew. It wouldn't have been that bad, if all of the our Jedi didn't felt presences of unknown people.

"Someone is here." Ahsoka announced for the clones, who weren't Force sensitive and couldn't feel the presence. Everyone grabbed their weapons and prepared for a fight. They felt like they were being watched, and that they were.

Guardians of the Galaxy, together with Peter, Tony and Doctor Strange were watching them for afar. 

"Who are they?" Peter whispered to Tony, while analysing the beings they were looking at, well only one of them which didn't look like a human.

"Peter, if we knew that, we would have told you already." Tony answered him.

"They must be with Thanos, we should attack them before they notice us and tell Thanos we're here." Star-lord said and looked at Mantis. She was the only one, who could read their minds and make sure they aren't lying.

"I agree with you." Tony nodded and again activated his suit. 

"Well, I don't agree! They could be friendly!" Peter whispered and again looked at the 'aliens'.

"But they can also be the exact opposite." Star-lord warned him. Peter sighted, knowing noone will listen to him. 

"On three everyone." Star-lord continued and started to count down. Drax didn't listen and jumped up from behind the rock and with a battle scream he ran towards the Jedi.

"Drax!" Star-lord cursed and went behind him, just like rest of his team. The Jedi already saw them, and were ready for a fight. That was the second Peter recognised something about them. Not their faces or armor, but their weapons. He was a fan of Star Wars and he knew everything about the three episodes, that were released in this universe. 

"Mr. Stark? Do you see their weapons?" Peter asked and also began running towards the other group.

"I do Peter, why?" 

"They look like those lightsabers from Star Wars! Do you see the similarity too?" Peter shot a web at one of the armored soldiers. For him, they looked like stormtroopers, but they were also quite different.

"One of them is exactly same as the one Luke Skywalker used in the first two episodes." Friday informed them, after making a scan. Peter had to avoid a couple of blasts, that came from the troopers and then he shot one of them in his hand, causing him to drop his blaster.

"Then it must be this Star Wars." Doctor Strange said, landing next to Peter. He created a portal underneath Ahsoka, but she managed to jump away from it.

"Hey, who are you? Are you with Thanos?" Peter shouted at the Jedi, before dodging one blast from Cody.

"Who's Thanos?" Ahsoka yelled back and once again jumped away from a portal.

"A bad guy who wants to kill half of all the live beings." Peter shouted again. He gained an angry look from Tony.

"Why are you talking with them?" Tony asked before shooting at Anakin And Obi-Wan.

"We might have misunderstood them! They might not be with Thanos!" Peter said to Tony, making him think that over again. Peter was right, they might have just misunderstood those people.

"Bad Guy? We aren't the bad guys! This must be a misunderstanding!" Obi-Wan looked at Anakin and Cody. All of them lowered their weapons and stopped fighting. The Avengers did the exact same. 

"We are sorry for attaching you. We thought you were with our enemy." Obi-Wan apologized. Avengers walked over to them.

"We are sorry too, we thought the exact same. We're waiting here for a giant purple man with a gauntlet." Tony also apologized, looking at the people infront of him. Cody and Rex took of their helmets, to make sure everyone knows they're humans too.

"I am Tony Stark and this is Peter Parker." Tony introduced himself and Peter "That is Doctor Strange, Drax, Star-lord and Mantis." He pointed at everyone.

"This is my padawan, Ahsoka Tano, that is Obi-Wan Kenobi, Rex, Cody and I am Anakin Skywalker." Anakin introduced everyone from his team "a giant purple man? That sounds hilarious." he smiled.

"It might sound hilarious, but trust me. That man is evil." Star-lord said.

"Well, our enemy is an old guy with a glowstick and an army of robots." Ahsoka laughted a little. 

"Well, we could help you with your enemy, if you help us with our. Like we help eachother." Tony suggested.
Everyone liked that idea.

"We will help you." Ahsoka smiled. They then prepared to face Thanos, all together....
