Andy liked warhammer and had played most of the games and his favourite race was the skaven so when he gets a good ol truck to the side he become a vermin like no other

A week has passed since the arrival of Naru in this world for this week he mastered all his powers and created quite a lot more, creating the gates of Babylon, he put all the noble phantasms there well, and still quite a decent amount of weapons
After a couple of days as Naru sent the ravens scouts, only 2 of them returned the rest were destroyed but our main character calculated this outcome of events and made it in advance so that if the Raven dies all his memory will go to the Creator and that is Naru
And here's some pretty weird news because
1. This continent is very large because even though the ravens were not there for only a couple of days, but this does not indicate their slow speed, roughly speaking, they could not explore the entire territory of the continent at high speed.
2. In the North to be the magical Kingdom of the Elves
3. in the East is the Kingdom of people but that was my surprise they are very highly developed in terms of technology. There and knocked out one of the crows

"I wanted to tell you to destroy them in hand-to-hand combat and not use weapons because because of the shots now all the monsters in the area will run here"After the words of Naru on Raksu, the beast with which I fought after arriving in this world jumped out of the bushes
Without turning around, raxa grabbed the beast's head, slamming it to the ground and crushing it without resistance
Hearing a growl in the area Naru saw many red eyes looking out from the shadows 
Well, the next 10 minutes can be described as a massacre. Naru had the opinion that as a space marine and described it as a walking army capable of crushing any enemy, although it is clear that they are like that inhibited in their actions it feels like they are missing something
There were more than a hundred corpses around, from simple beasts to hybrid
ones (creation of imagination-domain-absorption)
A black mist spread out from Naru in all directions, engulfing all the dead beasts. Naru felt a sharp increase mana again felt a slight pain in the body
"Pain is not the same as before, I think this body is beginning to adapt to this increase in mana" Thought Naru and then turned to RAX and Tara and said, "do not rejoice Too that victory in this world, some monsters are scarier and stronger now so you destroyed the weakest of all"
"We understand you, the Emperor!" Said Raksa Taru
"it's Strange to be addressed like that," Naru said under his breath

So first and foremost, I know I haven't posted in like a week. This will NOT be dropped, just some family and school things have been difficult to take care of. Sort of almost failing Senior year of High School and my mom has recently given birth to my Sister! 

Moving off that, I have several questions for release time and how to go forward in the plot. Lets just get through them in order, that would probably be easier...

1.) How often should I release chapters; I can't do everyday, so should it be 1 chapter each day for Wednesday - Sunday, or big releases of 4-5 chapters once every week. Your decision would be greatly appreciated because i'm a very lazy man.

2.) I will be releasing chapters on Saturday, how many should I release? 10 LONG chapters, 15 medium-ish chapters, or 20 short chapters? 

3.) Plot: Should I keep it consistent to the Warhammer 40k universe lore for the games and books, or should I twist as I see fit while keeping it still as the Warhammer 40k universe?
 - to add, if I was consistent, I would have to keep each character's goals in the books and games consistent to their counterparts, while changing as I see fit I would change certain points about those characters. Ex: Changing the Holy Emperor to be dying from a disease while on his throne as the reason why Alex is made in this universe. Or alternatively, popping Alex into the story immediately at x time point and keeping the Emperor's opinions and goals the same.

A young gamer named Alex has just discovered the Prototype game series. But just after finishing the final boss fight power goes out and a earthquake destroys the apartment complex he is in! He comes to in a unfamiliar room filled with members of his apartment before quickly losing consciousness again.
Being the gamer that he is, he chooses to go to the Warhammer 40,000 universe and obtain the Mercer Virus from Prototype. 

Let's see how the Mercer virus takes over the wide universe!

This is just for fun, and i will try to upload at least 3 chapters every week. Suggestions are appreciated, but not all will be put into consideration (if you make bad suggestions, they will be ignored basically)

Finally, get a chance to buy my favorite strategy game. Even though I never played it before well I didn't own any pc or anything like that. All thanks to youtube campaign play-through videos. That it became my favorite strategy game  


   I mean I used to own an Xbox 360. Yeah been a console guy from the beginning, even then used to buy cracked disks so didn't really get to pay full price on the games I played. With that taste of cheaper cracked games,  was kinda against paying at full price for games like 50 Usd nope. A bit too much it seemed.


   Of course, had few original games paid at full price on my Xbox. But ok getting off-topic here.


   So finally got my hands on my personal gaming laptop. Yeah, I went ahead and got a gaming laptop not pc. The reason as to why is I tend to move around since I study in uni. Well, might be just another way of making myself believe I did not make a huge mistake. 


     The various army compositions and ways I wanted to command been a backseat general u see. Yeah just like those backseat drivers saying u should have seen that or done that instead. Even tho I am fully aware I will be way worse than the person who is in command. 


     With the countless amount of campaign videos from various youtube channels now I get to try out myself finally.


   Total war shogun 2 and Warhammer 1,2. I went ahead and bought it, yeah had to cut corners a bit and bought with 40%ish price what it should cost from the steam key selling site. To buy it I went ahead and carefully thought over it as if my life depended on this purchase. Finally deciding to buy it.
      Now really glad I didn't get scammed. 


  First off almost fell in love with yari wall in the first battle XD I know not the most exciting to put ur soldiers in the yari wall( Its wall made out of soldiers bracing themselves against any charge at them with yari spears in hand) line and win by attrition slowly. Yeah, most of the time I just ground my enemy down with pure numbers and a solid front line. I dunno did not try more than medium difficulty 


  But it pays off I really hate taking big casualties in my army. Trying to keep alive my army as much as possible so play slowly and defensively. And that's why no risk is needed for the biscuit u will get it eventually XD. By fighting the battles one can win. Focus on the economy just to build armies that outnumber the enemy I am facing. To take the least amount of casualties.


    Ok now for the Warhammer tried using all sorts of races but was a pretty big noob when it comes to magic casting stuff yeap. Me trying to put a solid wall against an enemy and win with a range just to get my frontline to crumble to dust and loose. Ahh, what a shameful display. 



 I just wish I could use my shogun units here would get a solid wall and nicely flank with a cavalry or use archers that won't cost much what fun would it be. Or will it work against these fantasy creatures with flashy magic.


  With this in mind paused the game and went rushing to get a cup of tea and some sandwich. Came rushing back but then with my usual clumsiness, I tripped or slipped don't remember which but oOOOHHH Nooo not like this my laptop my precious damn it spilled tea on it.



  Why I just owned it for days at most with panic trying to wipe the keyboard. Zap whiteness and nothing. 


   I couldn't feel a thing in my body just my mind in darkness. Welp damn, it's the end of the ride. What an awesome way to die. I was still regretting the laptop. My precious just had my future with laptop start to be cut down without getting chance on it. Screw you clumsiness !!!


   In this emptiness, I thought about lots of stuff life studies I did basically for nothing. Regrets, happiness, and more. Who knows how long has it been since I floated around here time wait does it even work here. Here haha here is where well I don't even care whatever this place is. 


 Then as I got bored and thought about games to make myself a bit more entertained so in the end still thought about shogun 2 units in Warhammer world. Last thing I was thinking about before the shameful accident. Yeah, that one spilled the tea that shattered my heart and laptop. Oh dang, it has never been destined to be pc gamer I guess. 


    At this moment transmigration wishes are confirmed.

 The long-forgotten sight the white flash. Wait sight how I missed ya sight good to have ya back on board to our flight to Warhammer world hang on tight. 


   Then smell registers with a nice breeze of fresh forest air. Air finally taking nice long satisfying breath fresh breath. Literally fresh as it's literally first in fact on this new world. Then opening my eyes I am standing in the middle of the forest with a damn tree right in front of me literally mm's off from my face. 


    Wait a second that transport location was too random I hope it had some sort of safety on it would not wanna be fuzed with a tree and become a tree man of some sorts. Chills running down as I think about it.

       Okay enough with that stuff just throw it out of my mind. Focus on good stuff Sanna. 
   
    Phew, so reincarnation really works I mean transmigration is close enough but not really. I have never doubted reincarnation as I am a Buddhist. Really glad it worked totally never doubted it once.  
   As I come to my senses I check myself out height seems normal did anything change?
    Wow, I am wearing Japanese armor finest steel from the land of the rising sun.  So time for equipment check conical jingasa haha finally I got one, surprisingly heavier than I thought it would be. At some point been trying to make one myself. A breastplate and skits from metal.

       Wait what dang it been so used to looking at the armor of my units from the monitor didn't really pay attention that ashigaru units wore sandals dang it. Oh, how I hate wearing sandals. mental note get boots ASAP!!
     Ding mental note created get boots. 
  
  Oh nice, I can make actual mental notes. Moving on with the equipment check arm guard strips of steel on my lower and upper arm. In Proper ashigaru attire. 
   Now onto the weapons, I am carrying a katana on my hip I doubt it will be good quality one or maybe it is. From the history that is known to me, only the samurai wielded katana. 
   But in shogun 2 yari ashigaru units had swords but melted when a proper samurai glanced at them when the sword was equipped. But in yari wall, it was a different story. Anyway, I am holding a su yari- spear with a straight blade attached to it about 2m long spear.
    
    My lord what is ur command. As I look back there are another 10 ashigaru soldiers in the same armor as me then I notice the symbol on the jingasa and chest plate. white flame, sun, and crescent around the sun. Looking good my soldiers, as the symbol looked pretty amazing in my opinion on black armor white symbols.  No mistaking a Mongol symbol as I am of the Mongol descent descendant of the mighty warriors. 


    Warriors listen up it is our goal by the will of the eternal blue sky to unite all the people and bring peace and prosperity to these lands. We shall fight yes fight we will my brave warriors we will fight any foe that shall stand in our path. 
   ( that speech was totally lame )

    The soldiers all bowed in unison and said hi. Hi, what ooh I see that's basically yes sir in Japanese. On this thought how am I understanding them and vise versa since I didn't know jack shit about the Japanese language.  I would be like where are the subtitles in real life.
Anyway, I get them they get me nothing to worry about. Prob that system doing its job. 


   Ok, the first order of business no needs to bow. So u will bring your right hand to your head straighten it. Basically, I taught my soldiers to salute like in the modern military. Yeap seeing feudal Japanese soldiers under Mongol banner and saluting is some sight to be seen. As I saluted back to my soldiers I thought about the scrambled speech that I delivered and felt embarrassed why did I tell that to my men. 
     
    Looking at the symbol on my soldiers I reminisced about my familiar home. Great open plains under a nice blue sky. Vast grasslands as far as the eye can see. Damn now I feel homesick. 
     But still being alive for a second time still feels so good taking in a full lung of fresh forest air. Just to be ruined by some crazy female scream what sort of weirdo just screams as if they are getting slaughtered. 
    At this moment the screams and shouts became louder coming off from afar to the east of us. Alrighty, the first action let's get rolling. As I thought that I ordered my men to form 2 columns and leading my men we headed towards the screams.

Well, I wanted a total war system novel to read but could not find one so far so decided to write one. 
   Never wrote or thought about writing before so like it read it as you wish if don't just pass on there is plenty of stuff to read way better than my scrambled piece of an attempt at writing.

Finally getting his favorite game on pc. Actually finally getting a gaming laptop. Yeah go ahead and got a gaming laptop totally not regretting it. 
  While playing the game he bought by accident gets transmigrated to another world with the shogun 2 system.

Three minutes later, the massage came to an end. Mozzie smiled happily for a while. She suddenly felt the power in her body increase by leaps and bounds. This was a very clear feeling. Did this mean that her bloodline purity had increased?
Mozzie felt her body surging with strength. All the psionic power that had been depleted was restored, so she was feeling slightly excited.
"It's a success!"
Mozzie jumped in excitement.
Kevin heard the voice and immediately came out around the corner. While waiting, he felt truly devastated, but thankfully he did not hear a sound. It was as though nothing bad had happened.
Shi Xiaobai said, "It's only a partial success. However, it hasn't been increased to your limits. You need to first digest the increase in your strength for the time being before you can undergo the next massage. We will take it slow. It should be completed today."
Kevin was stunned. 
There would be a few more times?
Mozzie was extremely astonished. She felt that her strength had increased greatly, and this was still not the limit?
Mozzie hurriedly nodded and said, "Alright!"
Shi Xiaobai pondered for a moment before asking, "Have you grasped any hammer-based offensive skills?"
Mozzie answered, "Yes!"
Shi Xiaobai said, "Demonstrate it."
Mozzie immediately nodded and conjured a psionic warhammer. The speed at which she constructed it was average, but the quality of the psionic warhammer looked pretty good. Her psionic construction proficiency was rather good.
"Quaking Mountain Strike!"
With a charming cry, Mozzie swung her warhammer in the air with all her strength. She was afraid that she would cause too great a disturbance that would stir the goblins in the cavern's depths, as such, she did not slam the warhammer onto the walls or ground.
As the hammer struck the air, it was as though the air fractured with a sonic boom. Accompanying it were sparks. Its power was not to be underestimated.
This strike was a C-class offensive skill, 'Quaking Mountain Strike', and it had reached the Familiarized Proficiency realm. As she had abandoned cultivating any movement techniques, Mozzie had only focused on cultivating 'Magical Silver Shield' and 'Quaking Mountain Strike'. Her proficiency in it was rather good.
Kevin was secretly horrified. He was now unsure if he could beat Mozzie.
After seeing this strike, Shi Xiaobai had a look of rumination. Moments later, he stretched out his right hand. As psionic power spewed out, a psionic warhammer was instantly constructed.
"So fast!" Mozzie exclaimed.
Shi Xiaobai swung the warhammer a few times. His eyes flashed as he raised the warhammer and swung it!
This swing did not seem to have used a lot of strength. It looked like any ordinary swing, but sparks bloomed wherever the warhammer swung. A red inferno burst out and landed on the path ahead. Instantly, a miniature sea of flames covered the ground!
Shi Xiaobai swung the warhammer again and slammed down. Again, the amount of strength used in this strike was not astonishing. It did not even cause the ground to tremble, but when this strike hit the ground, a circular flame burst out a few meters in front of where the warhammer landed. It struck a wall in front of him, and immediately sizzling sounds were heard. A wisp of white smoke poured out as though the wall had been corroded by extremely high temperatures.
Mozzie and Kevin stared in astonishment. Out of these two strikes, one had produced a miniature sea of flames, while the other produced an intense high temperature that surged to the skies. It was extremely astounding.
Mozzie said with a stutter, "What is this strike?"
Shi Xiaobai said, "Kun Peng Hammer Technique!"
Kevin frowned slightly. "Such a powerful hammer technique should be rather famous, why has This Genius never heard of it?"
Shi Xiaobai grinned and said, "It's a hammer technique self-created by This King."
Kevin was appalled. "Self-created!?"
Mozzie widened her eyes and said, "Lord Shi Xiaobai, when did you create it?"
Did Lord Shi Xiaobai specially create two hammer-based offensive skills for her because he knew that she used a warhammer?
Shi Xiaobai answered, "This King did some rudimentary rehearsing in the head. It was the first time using it just now. It still needs some modifications to perfect it."
Shi Xiaobai had discovered that Mozzie's hammer offensive skill was not up to standard when he saw her use her warhammer. As such, he came up with the thought of creating a hammer offensive skill or two for her.
After that, using the principles behind the Kun Peng Sword Technique, he altered the hammer technique. He rehearsed the Kun-Stewing Wok and Two Peng Grills in his mind. The speed at which Shi Xiaobai rehearsed was extremely fast. In a few minutes, he was able to do it dozens or even a few hundred times. Finally, he was able to create the Kun Peng Hammer Technique.
The Kun Peng Hammer Technique actually only used a fraction of the Kun Peng Sword Technique's principles. Most of the other ideas were purely imagined by Shi Xiaobai. Hence, it was not too much of a problem calling it a self-creation.
Mozzie and Kevin were stunned. Even if these two offensive skills were not A-class, they were at least at the B-class. He had managed to create one in a few minutes, and even managed to succeed in practice?
This had never been seen or even heard of before!
Even though they had categorized Shi Xiaobai as a 'monster', they could not help but suspect if they were in a dream.
Following that, Shi Xiaobai practiced his Kun Peng Hammer Technique a few times before ending with a satisfied cry of perfection. The duo were already numb to it. Just a few actual practices was enough to allow him to successfully alter it. It may be fantasy to others, but for Shi Xiaobai, it was a trivial matter.
The reason why Shi Xiaobai had specially created and modified Kun Peng Hammer Technique was obvious, without any need for explanation.
Mozzie was extremely moved and felt somewhat disturbed. This was because the hammer technique looked rather complicated. She was somewhat afraid she would not be able to master it and not live up to Lord Shi Xiaobai's good intentions.
But very soon, Mozzie realized she had been overthinking things. This was because although the Kun Peng Hammer Technique was indeed complicated, it was easy to understand from Shi Xiaobai's explanation. Shi Xiaobai deconstructed it in easy steps with great detail, and taught her in a layman's way. He even guided her step by step. Even an idiot with learning disabilities would understand from his teachings.
Shi Xiaobai was extremely patient. He carefully explained every single step. He did not know the professional terms in this world, but he could come up with fanciful metaphors to allow Mozzie to comprehend his meaning. After half an hour, Mozzie had a general understanding of the concepts behind the Kun Peng Hammer Technique. All she lacked was actual practice.
Mozzie said with tears brimming, "Lord Shi Xiaobai, it's so nice to know you!"
Kevin sighed as well. With mixed emotions, he said, "This is the best lesson I've ever heard. Who knew that the teacher would be you."
From their point of view, Shi Xiaobai was a monster-level genius that left everyone in the dust. However, they never expected Shi Xiaobai to be such a good teacher at lecturing. He did not use any professional terms, but was able to allow others to understand without any difficulty.
You would feel astonishment from his statements. You would feel enlightened because of a few explanations from him. It felt like attending a single lecture of Shi Xiaobai was better than reading for a decade!
A look of admiration and equanimity flashed in his eyes, while Mozzie's worship of him reached an extreme point.
Shi Xiaobai laughed in his heart. Back then he had taught Yang Wei's younger sister, a five-year-old-loli, how to play competitive games. After a year of actual practice, he managed to teach her DotA and LoL!

"What?! Why?" Mike asks incredulously
"This mask is something dangerous and as a believer and follower in the goddess Drohdia I cannot standby and let it be used for evil!" Synthia answers with the common reverence that any paladin would have as she makes the pledge

Now that Mike was actually hearing this being told in full seriousness by a human being who was not just saying it due to roleplaying Mike kinda cringed back at her words.
'Thank god I never played as a paladin' Mike thinks to himself as he reflects on some of his previous games where one of his party members were a paladin
Luckily Mike knew how to deal with such people.
"Miss Synthia I assume that you are here on some sort of quest given to you from the goddess Drohdia was it? However, you must believe me that my intentions are good," Mike says
"Your words are not enough to persuade me you might be a worshiper of demons for all I know and a heretic," Synthia fires back
"I am a Royal Wizards apprentice and I am not a heretic or a demon worshipper," Mike answers
'Unless you call commanding a legion of Chaos Marines being worthy of burning' Mike thinks as he recalls the demons in the Warhammer world
Now, most of Mike's roleplaying games were not just limited to just D&D he did play a lot of other games such as Warhammer, but D&D was the game he played the most regardless since he did not really need to spend that much money on items for the game. [1]
Enough about roleplaying games as Mike is getting off track a bit so he pulls his full attention back to the situation.
"Ha if you are a royal wizard apprentice then you ought to be the worst apprentice ever" Synthia laughs at Mike's claim
'Ouch that hurt' Mike thinks sarcastically as she is probably right since he has not even met any other apprentices and considering he just joined their ranks Mike was probably the worst of them for now
"What can I do to get my mask back?" Mike asks just wanting to be done with this as soon as possible so that he could just leave this place
"Hm... if you want this mask back you need to help me," Synthia
"Alright, then what do I have to help with?" Mike asks immediately giving in
He does really want to take the mask back with force since she could defiantly overpower him if she decided to use some magic against him. Plus considering that she was a fallen paladin her powers deal with darkness magic power generally so even if Sarenthia were to take action Mike was not sure if she would be safe from her magic if they fought it out. So just helping her out with something to get the mask back peacefully Mike would be glad to do so.
"You need to help me find 100 heretics and sinners of the goddess Drohdia, within this, town," Synthia says
"That it?" Mike asks
"Yes help me find them and I will give this mask to you," Synthia says

'Holy!' Mike thinks as he sees the stuff he can get from helping Synthia
"So you just need 100 people are you sure about that?" Mike asks
"Yes I am sure about that, my goddess made me collect 100 people before you came here so-"
"What are we waiting for we got to find more people!" Mike buts in as his excitement cannot be contained
"Eh... alright if you are so keen on helping then I guess I should tell you what you need to do" Synthia says as she takes out an amulet from a pouch on her belt
"This is a magical item that I have enchanted for a while, it will glow red whenever there are people who are deemed as sinners of my religion and it will glow gold if someone is a devote follower," Synthia says with a demonstration by putting it near her general direction to show how it works
"What about if someone is neither then?" Mike asks
"Then it will just stay a gray color"
"Effective range?"
"Within twenty feet of them and it will activate"
"How do you have this?"
"My goddess Drohdia bestowed it to me after I feel from grace and wanted to return back to her light"
"If you don't mind me asking what caused you to fall?" Mike asks this cause he was geniuly curious how a paladin fell from grace even though it might be a bit personal to them
"I would prefer to not tell," Synthia answers
"Fine by me" Mike says while moving to the bed and taking a seat on it
"So what is your goddess know for?"
"She is the goddess of life," Synthia answers
"Really now?" Mike says while also thinking 'Yeah probably not'
Gods were without a fact powerful beings but they could still die it was just hard to do so as there needed to be some sort of item to actually do that. Mike had killed a few gods in his time or similar beings that rivaled their power before in some of his campaigns. Now in order to do so it was incredibly difficult but with Mike having a system and all the stuff it offered Mike was confident that he could deal with a god by himself in the future.
"So what do I do once I find one of these people?" Mike asks
"Just bring them here and hand them over to me and I will deal with them," Synthia replies
"Alright then I am gonna get going then," Mike says as he moves to the door only to be blocked by Synthia
"Did you really expect me to let you leave with that amulet without me allowing to keep an eye on you?" Synthia asks
"No... so how are you going to keep an eye on me then?" Mike asks
"We will both go around looking for these sinners and heretics," Synthia says
"No offense miss but you will just slow me down and I work better al-"
'Ding'

"One sec" Mike says as he moves away from the door
'Abbey what is the party function?' Mike asks
"Hm... the data on that is loading... give me a second to process it," Abbey replies
Mike waits a few seconds before Abbey starts talking again.
"Alright the party function is the same function that is in D&D with you and your group being able to share exp amounts each other from each enemy killed while in group combat, individual combat will result in only those in combat having the exp gained going to them," Abbey answers
"How come this just was added now?" Mike asks
"It will only activate when you form either a temporary or permanent party with other's with the minimum for each being four"
"Then who is in the party now?"
"Take a look for yourself" Is Abbey's response
Mike opens up his system and sees that a new tab labeled 'Party' is available for him to view. Mike clicks on the tab to view what is there.

'Um... Abbey who is special member [Unnamed]?' Mike asks first and foremost
"I don't know as I can't take a look at those in the party system," Abbey replies
'Well then can you tell me why Orion is considered as part of the party then?' Mike asks as that is confusing him slightly
"Your pets are instantly shown in the party since they are living beings," Abbey answers
'Then could it be the phoneix egg?'
"It actually might be since it shows as unnamed and is a living being that is in the system space right now it can be considered as a member of your party but since the egg has yet to hatch the system could not allow the party system to be made," Abbey guesses
"Alright then I guess we should be going then," Mike says as he turns around to face Synthia
"Alright then we shall go then. Samantha please tell her that I will be out for a few hours to complete my mission," Synthia says to the other girl who still had rope in her hands
"Alright I will tell them"
Mike pays the girl that he scared earlier with his mask and once that is out of the way both him and Synthia leave the brothel through the front entrance.
"So how do you usually find these so called heretics of your goddess?" Mike asks as he was curious as to how she got 100 people so far
"I was stay in this establishment and acting as a guard of sorts to deal with the unpleasant customers that visited there," Synthia answers
"How long have you been staying there though?"
"Around a year now"
'A year I don't have that long to wait!' Mike shouts out in his mind as he hears how long this lady had been here
"Look do you want to get more of these people?" Mike asks
"Of course I want to be brought back up in the eyes of my holy goddess I-"
"Yeah yeah cut the crap I know you types are very religious and such but how far are you willing to go to get 100 people in a week?" Mike cuts in not wanting to hear here make another oath to her god
"Oh well I am willing to do anything as long as we don't harm anyone," Synthia replies obviously confused
"Alright then I guess I know where we should be going then," Mike says as he starts walking away
"Hey you are going the wrong direction the center of the slums are this way"
"I know, but I ain't taking you there," Mike answers her and continues walking
Synthia can only hold back her questions and inquires as she she starts following Mike out of the slums and back into the regular parts of the city. Along the way the amulet does not activate even once as they pass by some people causing Synthia's confusion to grow as she already tried going to populated areas in the hopes of finding people who are deemed as sinners by the amulet. She did ask Mike some questions as to why they were doing this when she already tried this, and Mike just tells her to wait and see.
Eventually they both are standing in an alleyway besides a very busy street, but still the amulet had not yet activated it didn't even flicker from the amount of people passing by.
"What are you going to do I already told you that there are going to be no heretics or sinners here," Synthia says
"I know that, but the good news about this is that there are neither sinners nor-feverent believers in your goddess, so that will make this easier for me," Mike says
"Easier to do what?" Synthia asks not understanding
"A lot easier for you to make heretics and sinners to capture of course," Mike answers

1. Alright I (The author) have never played Warhammer unfortunately but I am gonna do a lot of research on the game to potentially incorporate into the book later because as said in the synopsis of the book Mike will travel the multiverse and I know that this is kinda slow to a point but I don't want to rush it like other books that just skip a lot of stuff.

Mike was a high school nerd who liked role-playing games that involved role-playing (of course), dice rolling, and yelling at a piece of plastic because he rolled a one. He loved to buy gear and merchandise for every game he played to be invested in his character. One day a small piece of gear would change his life forever.
After buying an extremely cheap D20 mike now has access to a character sheet of himself!? Now Mike has to roll for almost every action that he does or wants to do. 
In order to get rid of the dice for good and return home Mike has to go on epic quests to survive across the multiverse completing quests and hopefully finding whoever gave him the die.

Inside Michael's house, the trio was laying on the sofa, munching on the egg rolls Raylene prepared for them as snacks. The baby dragon was clutching onto its roll, fretting that Gaya would steal it from him.
Both of them just came back home after getting their job done. Fortunately, the glassmakers kept extra custom-made glasses to sell on the sidelines, therefore, she was able to buy the glasses from them and personally deliver them to Fovar, resuming the construction work. Michael on the other hand, went to Bradford searching for the branch manager of Ruby Cuisine, his one major competitor. Considering the holy guards, members of the guardian guild, and soldiers were swarming the city, the branch manager came to oversee the business personally. This enabled Michael to disguise himself as passing by and place a surveillance bug he bought from the system on the branch manager. Now he had to link the bug to the monitoring orb. They were already using the monitoring orb to monitor the Orc in the Abyssal.
"Give me the orb I gave you" She was keeping the orb in the linked space ring, she flicked her wrist as a white orb filled with smoke appeared on the table before them. The baby dragon let out a hissing sound in a momentary surprise before turning his focus on the roll in his claws.
The next moment, Michael placed his hand on the orb, willing the system to establish a connection between the monitoring orb and the bug he placed.
[Connection successfully established!]
After he heard the system's now not so robotic voice, the white smoke inside the orb slowly faded away to reveal a neatly organized room.On the orb, Michael and Gaya saw a pair of hands up close, writing reports under the candlelight. The pair of hands belonged to the branch manager, thanks to the bug, they would see anything he sees, listen to anything he listens.
For Michael, it reminded him of the first-person games he played back on earth.
"You didn't place anything on me right?" Following the branch manager, Michael willed the orb to show the Orc. Gaya placed a  bug on the Orc exactly like the bug Michael placed on the branch manager and also, with Michael's help, she drew symbols on the walls around the Orc. These symbols were practically like the CCTV cameras, they recorded the Orc's room, sending a live feed to the monitoring orb.
At the moment, they could see the Orc scribbling and reading parchments. Gaya bought him those parchments as he wanted them to summon Netherels into this world.
"I still don't trust that Orc, human," said Gaya, creasing her brows.
"We don't need to trust him, we just need his ability to summon Netherels"
After the system went haywire when he tried to recruit the Orc as his subordinate, he ultimately decided not to try that again. That didn't mean he had no ways to make sure the Orc stays in line. As far as the Orc serves him loyally, Michael would give the Orc a seat in the organization in the future, if he didn't, he would simply kill the Orc and be done with him, after all, killing Netherels was not only the way he could gain experience points.
"Alright, it's time I met the Orc again"  
"Huhu" realizing they were preparing to go to a new place, the baby dragon excitedly bounced up and down,
"Sorry baby dragon, I can't bring you with me yet, for now, stay with Sect Leader Claire"
"Huuuuuu" the baby dragon protested but ultimately he nodded like an obedient child.
"Good boy" Michael patted on his scaly head. He then took the baby dragon with him to drop him off at Claire's home before going to the dark forest.

"Lord Lucifer, Your Highness" Michael was sitting on his Abyssal throne when Dular came to greet him, Gaya stood beside Michael wearing the female version of Lucifer's suit of armor.
Seeing the two pairs of red eyes staring straight at him, Dular couldn't help but shiver in fear. Dular sensed the overwhelming power of a Core Formation level 8 warrior radiating from the woman who called herself the 'Dark Queen', hence he addressed her as 'Your Highness'
  Michael kept gently tapping the dwarven skull attached to the throne's handle, "Dular, how many Netherels are you able to summon here?" Even without any fear toxin, the voice of Lucifer sent a chill crawling through Dular's spine.
"Thi...thirty Netherels, Lord Lucifer" Dular sturred, afraid of disappointing the devil in front of him. Unlike the Dark Queen beside Lucifer, Dular was unable to sense Lucifer's cultivation level, only a handful of experts were able to hide their cultivation level completely, which meant Lucifer is one of those powerhouses.
When Michael upgraded the system to version 2, the Masking function's duration was 10minutes.In version 3, the system was able to mask his cultivation for 20minutes with a cool-down period of 30 minutes.
"Their level?"
"Body strengthening stage, I can summon level 7 Netherels"
"7000 for each Netherel, 210000" Just when he was grinning behind the mask in glee, Dular opened his mouth to ruin the moment,
"For once a month, Lord Lucifer"
"Incompetent!" The moment these words escaped Dular's mouth, he was pulled by a force towards Dark Queen. She grabbed him by the neck, lifting him in the sky,
"Your...Your Highness...anything...more-"
"Let him speak, Queen" Michael liked the name 'Dark Queen'.In the future, when he starts his shadow organization, he would be known as Dark Lord Lucifer while she would be known as 'Dark Queen'
After Michael's order, Dular was thrown away by Gaya like a pebble. Dular slowly picked himself up, cursing the woman in his heart.
"State your reason, Dular," Michael asked without showing his disappointment in his tone.
"Anything...Summoning more than thirty Netherels in a month would alert the Guardians, Lord Lucifer. Somehow, they can detect the trace of the summoning magic" Dular explained the reason, it was a damn good reason. Though Michael was disappointed at the fact he could only earn 210,000 Experience points plus the experience points from absorbing the cores, he decided not to take any chances in greed and get caught by the Guardians. Besides, with this amount of Experience points, he would be able to level up every one or two months.
[You're too greedy host]
"Shut up system" he scowled back at the system in his mind after hearing its snarky comment.
"How long will it take to summon the Netherels?"
"The ritual will take thirty to forty minus, Lord Lucifer"
"Start the ritual in one of the halls here, go" he dismissed Dular with a wave of his hands. After Dular disappeared from his sight, he willed the system to turn off the masking function.  
"Thirty Netherels, is this enough for you to get stronger? What if we mess with his mind and exchange him for a huge ass pile of gold?" She suggested licking her lips inside the mask.
"It's enough, Queen. That Orc is worth way more than any amount of gold" she sighed and nodded. In her mind, he would be ever wrong and even if he asked her to follow him into the deepest of hell, she would follow him asking no question.
"When are you planning to give me one like that?" her eyes were locked onto the black metal coils around his wrist. These coils were not just coils but superconductors that had zero resistance to electrical flow. By sending the electricity created by the spell Ignitia through these superconducting coils and with the help of the system, he was able to create a super magnet which was how Michael pulled from the hands of Vandan's men.
"I need a new weapon System, I can't be seen using a sword" he entered the system store to buy a weapon to use when he turns into Lucifer.

"Not a sword but I should be able to utilize my sword mastery when using this weapon" hearing Michael's preferences, the system began its search. Soon, a glow appeared in front of Michael's eyes as the glow slowly turned into a weapon, a Warhammer.
The Warhammer in front of him was made of entirely black metal. It possessed one blunt dented face with a sharp beak on the opposite side of the blunt face. The Warhammer looked heavy and the glowing inscriptions, runes, and symbols on its surface gave a deadly look to the hammer.

"System, make the Warhammer look old, ancient, and put it somewhere in my room?"

"Yes"
[then it will be 14500 badass points] The system sounded extremely excited for some reason.
"Do it" Michael long lost his drive to bitch with the system as he calmly said.
After exiting the system, he looked up at Gaya, "Go and make sure Dular isn't trying anything funny"
"What're you gonna do?"
"I'll be in my room, casting the masking spell on myself again"  
"Don't take longer or I'll start killing them, hehe" she teased him before leaving the throne hall to find Dular.

"How's your day sweetie?"
An aged gray-haired woman asked the little girl laying down on the mat while excitedly playing on her new tablet. It was a looted gadget and had some games installed in it. The Black Haven Scavengers literally loots everything that they could find resulting in treasures like these.
The children were the most affected by the rapid change in the environment. Playing games could decrease their boredom and makes them easier to handle during the day if you threaten to take back their games.
"It's fine?" Chloe answered with hesitation. "Teacher Dyna taught me a lot about fighting and other stuff today. We tried practicing with the sword but we can't practice a lot because it's too exhausting. Granny Teresa, I'm more interested in the farm. Can I not attend class anymore?"
Grandma Teresa smiled warmly as she gazed affectionately at Chloe.
"You can't do that. Everything that Teacher Dyna teaches you would become useful when you grow up. You need to learn them, alright? Granny can't always watch over you. Can you promise me that?"
"Okay," Chloe answered perfunctorily then rolled around the mat as she played with her game. She tapped on zombies and prevented them from crossing the finish line.
A loud bark sounded out which made the little girl delighted. Chloe quickly put the tablet down and got up. She ran towards Takaw coming in from the door and played tag with him.

"Dad, can you stop wasting our money on alcohol? If you continue to act like this, I'll stop giving you credits!" Angelica cried out loud as she placed her dad down on the sofa.
After declining the invitation to stay at Binangonan, the father and daughter duo quickly followed their original plan: they had to go back to their town as fast as possible.
Along the way, they noticed a small convoy with two vehicles headed in the same direction as them. Dominic felt that the group was up to no good when he saw a beautiful woman appear unwilling to be seated on that car. She was gazing outside the window forlornly as if thinking what future she would have. 
The first thing that entered his mind was an abduction, which was further solidified after seeing the rough-looking bodyguards on the rear car following the main vehicle.
Although things were like that, it was a good opportunity to travel safely.
Dominic didn't let the opportunity pass by and sneakily tailed the group. They changed cars numerous times and he tried his best to look for functioning cars until he can't follow them anymore.
Unlike him who needs keys to start a car, those people only needed to hotwire a car and they're good to go.
Left with no other choice, the father and daughter duo spent their days cautiously moving forward only to be stopped by an unforgettable scene.
They watched from a distance as a man got slaughtered by a bandit group. Everything was taken from him even his body. Those people even cursed about getting unlucky for not gaining stats.
For the first time, they became frightened about the possibilities that they could encounter along their journey back home.
That's why they came back to Binangonan and lived their life 'normally'.
Angelica applied to become an Agent since she couldn't find any work by herself and she doesn't know anyone in the town. She had no hopes of finding a regular job since she was a botanist and had no battle oriented skills. Giant Rats were the only thing that she fought with and that mob only takes one hit to kill, as long as you hit and run, you would be safe.
Unexpectedly, she got accepted and even especially recruited to work for Black Haven exclusively. Her salary was 1000 Credits a day and more than enough for their daily needs.
Her father had succumbed to alcohol due to depression. He grieved not knowing whether his wife was dead or alive. Being weak and old even made it worse, which made him frequent the bars and spend his time drunk.
Angelica slapped her father's cheeks, trying to wake him up. "Dad, can you move to your room? You're heavy..."
She stared at her father's downcast appearance and could only sigh as she went to the kitchen to search for towels. She came back after some time and wiped her father's face with a wet towel.
"Don't worry Dad, I'll concoct something that can ease the pain from your rheumatism. Then, you can work like before. Well, not really work but at least move around comfortably."
After cleaning and wiping her father's face, she placed a blanket over his body and went back outside to procure more plants from the vegetable farmer.
Dominic who had his eyes closed opened his eyes. The drunk and forlorn gaze he had was nowhere to be seen.

Jun swung his Warhammer and cleaved the head of a blonde female carrier from its neck. It was not sliced but forcefully severed due to the speed and power of the swing. The head fell to the ground as blood spurted out from the neck. A few seconds later, the headless body slowly fell to the side with a thud.
It's already dark and the street lights at every intersection provided illumination on the area. 
Jun surveyed his surroundings before storing the Warhammer on his dimensional storage. He's currently on the street where his mother was supposed to deliver the finished products. Behind him was a trail of headless bodies sprawled on the ground.
Jun spent most of the daytime traveling around to reach this street but except for carriers, there was no one to be found. He met a few strangers but they were wary of him and did not approach him. Even when he informed them that he was only looking for someone, no one warmly welcomed him. 
Furthermore, when they learned that he was looking for someone and mentioned his mother's name, he got treated more coldly and some even tried attacking him. He easily overpowered those people and tried to interrogate them but none spoke as if they were ready to die.
Jun checked the address written on the gate and confirmed that he arrived at the right place. The gate had a smaller door for people and the main gate was for the cars.
He made a quick scan of the surrounding area using his IDSearch, the unique skill that allows him to see names above people's heads. Sometimes, he felt that the skill was a blessing, and on other times, a curse.
Upon detecting no one in the immediate surrounding, he jumped and grabbed the top portion of the gate and forcefully vaulted himself over. He landed noiselessly but the gate rattled creating a loud sound that reverberated on this quiet night. 
He examined the area.
The pathway leads to a parking garage with an outdoor garden. The building had two floors and the windows were so small that people could not use them in case of fire, which meant those windows were only for allowing sunlight and air to come in. With his IDSearch, he estimated that he could search the whole place within two minutes. 
Jun cautiously walked forward and followed the pathway. He entered through the front door by destroying the knob. The first thing that Jun noticed upon entering the house was its cleanliness. And dust.
The dust has accumulated all over the place, which is bad news for Jun since that means no one is living here. Jun entered the lobby and entered the spacious room with nothing else to be found except for all kinds of fabrics and essential materials like threads, etc. In the nearby room, there were dozens of sewing machines neatly organized with proper spacing. 
It seems like he was really in the right place. 
Jun quickly toured the place in minutes and did not find any trace of people taking this place as their own. The second floor was a whole floor of finished goods waiting to be shipped out. There were school uniforms, casuals, trendy t-shirts, and various jeans and shorts. The number of goods here clearly shows how big the company his mother was working with.
After taking a stroll, Jun searched the kitchen and found canned foods on the cabinets. He looted every edible food he found and left the place afterward. There were no clues as to whether her mother arrived here or not, and he once again lost track of where to start looking for another lead.
When he came out, he noticed that the gate was not actually locked. He smiled at his foolishness for not even checking whether it was locked or not. 
He stepped out of the gate still having the foolish smile on his face when several red dots appeared all over his body. Some of them were even targeting his left and right as they hovered around him like fireflies.
Jun looked around and saw fully equipped soldiers walking out of their hiding spots slowly.
A man slowly stood out from the group as he lowered his gun and started walking towards him.
Jun could only see the eyes of the probable leader of the group. 
The man lowered the mask covering his mouth and revealed himself to Jun.
"Please raise your hands to the side and don't do anything we'll both regret."
A wicked smile appeared on Jun's face as he raised his arms sidewards. His posture did not give the feeling of surrender and instead felt like he was welcoming the presence of the person that appeared in front of him.
Jun chuckled softly before he said: "Long time no see, Carl. I'll be the one beating you up this time."


In less than a minute, the world that we knew had changed. A mass vertigo occurred and for a brief moment, everyone fell unconscious. When people woke up, they learnt that their bodies were strengthened and that they also gained unique skills for themselves. Zombies and mutated monsters began to rampage on the streets.

Jun was a casual thug. When he woke up, he gained an extra ability that will help him survive in this new world. Join him as he journeyed through this apocalyptic wasteland in search of his remaining family. Watch him build his own underground empire and make a haven for his own.

"As the fading pitter patter of running feet brings you back into focus after seeing Johnbedamage gaining the advantage over Mohawk Dude. You see Crooked Mouth has chosen to flee when he sees both of his hired help wounded.  There is nothing you can do as your sitting on your ass busy trying to remove your own sword that stuck in your left greaves" states the Storyteller.
"Seeing their employer running full tilt towards the nearby tree line, Mohawk Dude and Weasel face lose interested in fighting and attempt to withdraw.  Do you continue to engage them or let these small fry escape?" asks the Storyteller.
Johnbedamage flatly state "I'm gonna murder Mohawk Dude."
"Sure, might as well finish off Weasel Face too" supports Shadow.
"Ok! Let's continue the exchange then.  As their pleas to stop fighting go unanswered, the two realize their doom and try their best to take one of you down with them" declares the Storyteller.
The Storyteller then looks as Shadow and leans back into his chair.  Shadow takes the hint and rolls some dice  and even cupping his off hand to hide the results from the Storyteller he issues forth "Seeing Crooked Mouth abandoning ship and remember that my blood thirsty team mate of mine loves to hunt down fleeing people.  Left with no choice I attack Weasel Face relentlessly in order to stay with in melee range, being a somewhat lazy person, I go low and attempt remove one of his legs with a crit and two successes to hit."
The Storyteller gives a 'happy grin' and a nod at Shadow before dropping his response dice and opens up with "realizing your intentions he attempts to leap away, but unfortunately his reaction time a little off and tip of your sword slice through the calf and dodges with only two successes.  Let's see how much damage you do."
Rolling some dice and he replies "I got a good hit in with four successes for damage."
The Storyteller nods before rolling the toughness test and formulates "the tip of the blade slices into the calf but then bangs on the backside of his vambrace soaking up much of the force of your blow as he only suffers one health level of damage.  Realizing his first attempt to flee has failed to your sudden clinging attitude, and now suffering from a leg wound, Weasel Face mans up and engage in a battle to the death with you." Then he drops his attack dice and follows up with "three successes to hit to your left thigh."
Shadows drops his dodge dice followed by another test, he smiles and add in "as I listen to the sweet swoosh the blade passes by with a perfect three successes to dodge I step in and attempt to end this with a hack towards his neck for a crit and two successes to hit."
The excited Storyteller rolls his dice and responds with "Weasel face realizes the threat of your sword and blocks with his left arm hoping the bracer can ward off some of the damage. Although the bracer did blocked your sword, the force of the blow cracks his forearm as he botches his soak test and takes one level of critical damage."  The Storyteller gets up and gives Shadow a thumbs up before going to the bathroom.  Shadow get up and goes to the kitchen.
Blazing Glory whispers "wow, Shadow is pretty cool today.  Why don't he act like that all the time?"
I reply "he's the gamemaster for our warhammer adventurers. He is like me and probably here because he likes how the combat is run.  He is thinking of using Crits and Botches for a more thrilling combat in warhammer.  The Storyteller is already running it in his new vampire story and he's doing a good job fine tuning it in the last session we played.  I'm actually hope he will say he'll take a break from his fantasy story and return to his diablerie story next week.
My memory flashes back to the end of that fateful session.
"Boz your earthmeld has ended as the sun sets.  As you begin digging your way to the surface you need to make a diablerie test, a single dice with difficulty of seven for draining the blood of a young blood vampire last night.  Make sure you don't roll a botch or you will randomly lose one level of a discipline." begins the Storyteller.
Shadow goes with "why such a heavy penalty?"
The Storyteller supplies "with any gift their also must be an equal penalty."
What's this thought plucking at my heart, his rule changes makes things interesting.  So I excitedly pick up a dice and toss it on the table to see and call out "a success" and wonder what is going to happen next.
The Storyteller informs "Boz, your before morning snack highest discipline was celerity. Since you do not have celerity, his celerity enhanced bloodline fuses with your own bloodline and permanently grants you the use of celerity discipline at level one.  Congratulations for joining the diablerie club, if your clan finds out you've tainted your bloodline you will be exiled if your lucky and killed if not.
The last vampire king was brutal beast nicknamed the King of Diablerie for having drain the blood from vampires of all the clans in his youth.  Once he mastered all the disciplines, he and his followers conquered the vampire clans and ruled for nearly ten year before enough of the clans ancestors had awaken from their deep sleep to wage war once again to defeat him.
After purging all the young blood tainted by the war with the now ritualized blood tasting test, the clans then outlawed diablerie and switch over to the idea of pureblood culture to help keep the new young bloods in check.  Anyways, let's wrap this up for the night, I have the morning shift." We watch the Storyteller pack his things away while we ponder this new change that would shift our views and incorporate it into our own vampire run games.
No longer a game of vampire pureblood culture, but fugitives on the run because of how much fun diablerie has become to our core group.  A month has passed and the two other vampire games has us eagerly joining the darkside as we made friends with werewolves and antediluvians.  Dropped our clans and had fun doing what we wanted trying to stay one step ahead of the hunters.
I'm beginning to suspected he did this on purpose, because we all knew he was kind of bored from the start.  So when he suddenly announce he was going to run a vampire story, then springs us this new rule which got the other gamemasters excited and add it to their own games.  Now the two stories a blast to play as we play on the other side of vampire law.  Meeting the legendary unnamables has never been this much fun.  Normally we would be trying to kill these unmentionables, but instead we are working side by side with them.
I hear the Storyteller and Shadow joking around in the kitchen, he was the one who brought the Storyteller into our gaming group.  They come back with bowls of that infernally hot chili that they made earlier, both eating it without a problem. I could barely handle it, but Blazing Glory wusses out after one spoon.
After settling down he looks at Blazing Glory and says "ok, I've given you plenty of time for you to think about your last to act for this exchange."
Blazing Glory rolls for his magic test and states "I'm going to use gravitybolts on Mohawk Dude and Weasel Face to slow them down so they can't escape with three successes to cast."
The Storyteller blinks a few times then looks at me "we discuss of few options, but he was the one who chose what spell to cast" I supplied.
He nods his understanding and makes two dodge tests and responds "Mohawk Dude dodge the bolt with a crit and two successes but Weasel Face only dodge for one success.
We watch Blazing Glory put dice in his cup but was interrupted by the Storyteller "I only counted five dice, did you forget to added the two successes to hit that got through his defenses?"
"Oh right, sorry I forgot" and dumps two more dice into his cup for a vigorous shake and slam and announce "three successes."
The Storyteller make a pair of magic resist test and after a short pause defines "as a pair a dark arcane bolts flash forward from your presented palm of your right hand.  You are disappointed as seeing the big Mohawk Dude easily dodge the gravitybolt, however Weasel Face was caught defending from one of Shadow's attacks and you see your gravitybolt hit home and cover him with that dark gravity aura that will slow him down for the next two exchanges.
'I'm glad I decide to move away from that blasted wizard' thought Mohawk Dude and continues with 'gave me a bit extra time to dodge, but I'm not feeling so good.'  With that you see Mohawk Dude stumble around for a bit then collapse in a heap from excessive blood loss.  Apparently dodging with a slashed belly is not a healthy move to perform." Looking at Johnbedamage "would you like to finish him off or let him suffer for a few more minutes he has remaining?"
"As a warrior I give him a quick death" supplied Johnbedamage.
