Kebalikan dari Ferdi, Gery justru mempunyai wajah yang disukai banyak orang atau istilahnya Tampan atau ganteng di masa sekolahnya dia sangat populer di kalangan para wanita bahkan sosial media nya sangat mempunyai banyak pengikut tapi di balik wajahnya tersebut dia juga punya banyak keluh kesah karena banyak disukai banyak orang.

Eriri had come out from the bathroom and her eyes were red. 

Makoto tried to calm her along with her cat and a familiar, Chito. 

Yukana also helped her and Ranko tried to stop Utaha from mocking Eriri again. 

Yuuki was in front of everyone while bringing a whiteboard, "Ok, let's talk about the visual novel." He looked at everyone and said, "Do any of you know what a visual novel is?" He looked at everyone and Utaha raised her hand, "Yes, please, Utaha." 

Utaha coughed for a bit and said, "It is a game for a virgin." She looked very confident in her answer. 

Everyone looked at her with a strange expression. 

"No, a visual novel is a work of art!! This is a dream of everyone!!" Eriri rebutted. 

Utaha snorted at him, "But the one who played it is a group of single dog and virgin! You can't deny this fact!!" 

"YOU!!!" Eriri was beyond angry. 

They started to fight again but this time everyone separated them swiftly. 

"Ok, enough, don't talk nonsense again, let me tell you about, what is a visual novel," Yuuki said. He started to explain especially to Makoto, Ranko, and Yukana since they were quite clueless about this. 

A visual novel is an interactive game genre, which originated in Japan, featuring text-based stories with narrative style of literature and interactivity aided by static or sprite-based visuals, most often using anime-style art or occasionally live-action stills. 

"Do you understand?" Yuuki asked and added, "There are a lot of genres but most of them are romance to hentai." 

Utaha looked quite proud, saying, "I am right!" 

Yuuki shook his head, "But this time, we will make something different since I decided to make this visual novel, I won't be satisfied if we don't become the best." 

They felt he was very handsome when he said this. 

"Do you have a story?" Utaha asked. Even though she looked reluctantly but she had the interest to make this visual novel, especially, when the director is the best seller of both mangaka and novelist. She also wanted to improve her writing skill and entered this project. 

Yuuki smiled, "Yes, I have it, this time, I will also ask Makoto, Yukana, Ranko, and even Shouko for this project, let's make this together." 

"What?" Makoto, Yukana, and Ranko were surprised. They had never thought that they would also join the process of making this visual novel. They had seen him making a lot of things but they couldn't help him. When he asked them to join they elated but they weren't sure what kind of thing they could help with. 

"Ok, let me tell you, what is the most important aspect in making a visual novel," Yuuki started to write it on the whiteboard, "There are five important things, plot, programming, characters, music, and voice." 

They nodded at his explanation since it was pretty much simple. 

"Now, the three of you, I want you to help with a voice," Yuuki said and added, "I want you to become the voice actress for this VN." 

"Voice actress? Can we do that?" Yukana asked. 

Yuuki nodded, "Yes, it is pretty simple, after all, you only need to read it and I will record that voice." He looked at everyone and said, "I will become the director of this project." 

They nodded at him since there was no one who was more suitable than him. 

"Utaha will become the scriptwriter, can you do it?" Yuuki asked. 

Utaha nodded and said, "Of course, but let me see the plot of this VN first." 

Yuuki nodded, "Don't worry, I have prepared for it for a while since I have a plan to make it in the past, but let me tell everyone roles first." He looked at Eriri and said, "You will be in charge of the arts of the VN." 

"Yes," Eriri looked very spirited. She was also curious about what kind of VN that he would make. 

"Makoto, Yukana, and Ranko will be a voice actress," Yuuki said. 

"Yes," Yukana nodded and also felt happy that she could join in. 

"Of course, I will be happy to help," Makoto said. 

"Leave it to me, I can make a lewd sound at ease," Ranko said while letting out her lewd voice. 

Yuuki didn't need to hear it since he had heard her every day in the bed. He shook his head and stopped her, "You can make it later in bed."

Yuuki continued to tell the roles of everyone but he had a lot of roles since he was also in charge of both music and programming. He went to his room to make three VN plans since he wanted the opinion of everyone. Each of his game plans had a different genre and it was very interesting on its own. He gave each of them a copies and told them to read. 

Utaha raised her eyebrows: "Three game plans?"

Yuuki nodded, "Yes, you can choose one of them and tell me which one is the best, they have their own charm and a different one to another." 

They nodded and looked at the title of each VN. 

"Clannad, School Days, and Fate/Stay Night, huh?" Ranko said. 

"Let's start with School Days since the title is the most normal," Yukaana said. 

They nodded and started to read School Days.

Within an hour of cleaning, the whole dorm room was squeaky clean. He also spent around some money on buying wire cases. To his surprise, all the materials he asked for were delivered 10 minutes after he requested to buy it on his phone. It seems that students from this school are considered very important people or in other words, VIPs.
Having no clue on what goes where and the function of those cables, he did his best to organize them in a way so that nothing will intersect with each other. It was perfectly neat organization by Theodore.
As he was tidying up the final preparations for his cleaning, he found a false trapdoor under a drawer. "This mechanism..." There was a small hole under the drawer. "If my memory serves right... This was a mechanic from an anime..." He pulled out a ballpoint pen then opened it up to get the thin ink holder inside and pushed it in the small hole in the drawer which then raised the false trapdoor.
As he opened it, he just found games. Disappointment was showing in Theodore's face as he discovered that the thing he found were just useless crap that Ray was hiding.
But he was curious on it though.
He picked up the top game and read the title. "Doki Doki Highschool Life? What's with that ridiculous name..?" He flipped it over and looked at the description of the game. "Let's see... A visual novel game Satoru, as he enters his high school life. He meets multiple people in his life where it can fully change his destiny." 
Theodore tilted his head trying to understand, "Visual novel..? As I remember its kind of a game but it's just textboxes with the art of the characters in it and you click to read it. Hmm..." Theodore thought for a while after reading the rest of the description. "So its a romance visual novel about Satoru and his romance life as a teenager? And the ending will be based on the choices that I make? This is... interesting. I must know further."
Without hesitation, Theodore booted up one of the consoles Ray had and inserted the disc inside. "I have never seen a visual novel. I must know further if this is a new way of reading novels instead of books. This might be a great source of information." He thought to himself.
"Doki Doki!" The game started up with a loud music and the announcer's voice and a giant text of Doki Doki was in the screen with a heart behind it. "Highschool Life!" A flash emerged from the screen and the second set of text appeared. 
'New Game,' 'Load Game,' 'Options,' 'CG,' 'Music' and 'Quit Game' slid up to the lower middle part of the screen. 
"I'm literally ten seconds in and I already hate this." Theodore muttered to himself.
The obnoxious music, the cutesy voice of the announcer, the cute sound effects and visual effects. Apparently Theodore hates everything about this.
With hesitation, he clicked on New Game and the 'obnoxious' cute voice of the announcer were heard. 
"Satoru!!!" A loud shouting sound was heard from the television. About a woman in her teens. The camera panned around and showed the woman with a pink hair panting hard. "Good morning! I was about to wake you up but you woke up too early."
The man in the game suddenly spoke, "Listen here Akari, we're not kids anymore. You don't need to wake me up."
"There's no sprite for the man... So visual novels are like first person? I see. I'll take that in mind. So that means... I'm Satoru? I see... That's interesting." Theodore muttered.
"Are you sure?" Akari's sprite in the game suddenly got closer, "So you're saying you don't want to take a bath with me anymore?"
"S-h-u-t u-p!" Satoru then flicked Akari's forehead in the game. "We already stopped doing that years ago."
The next textbox had the voice of the main character but it seems to be his internal dialogue. "This is Akari. She's a childhood friend of mine. We've been a good friend for ten years. Even though I hit her, she hits me back. Its our little bonding moment whenever we meet each other alone."
"Hmm... why does he let himself get hit? This is starting off weird... And seriously? This plot looks like a plot that would happen in the 90s." But Theodore couldn't stop playing even with his complaints. "Oh? A new character."
Theodore played the game for several more hours until he heard a knock at the door. As he opened it, Ray greets him with a big hug. "Hey Theodore! Good to see ya!" An overfriendly gesture but Theodore just ignored it. Ray looked over Theodore's shouder, "You're playing a game?"
"Yeah. Sorry for using your console." Theodore replied.
"HAHA! Don't mind, don't mind! It's all good. And I see that you've also cleaned the room. So what are you playing?"
"I don't know. I just found it somewhere. You've always been inviting me to play so I guess I'll learn some thing or two."
Ray walked in and looked at the television, "Let's see what are you play-" Ray's words suddenly got stuck at his mouth.
"Its Doki Doki Highschool Life or something. I never knew that you like to read a lot Ray."
"Uh- Uh- Uh-" Ray starts to panick as sweat falls down on his face. "Uh- UH-" Ray grabbed Theodore's shoulders with both of his hands and shook him. "WHERE DID YOU FIND THIS!?" 
"The hidden compartment in the drawer. The mechanism you put was pretty genius. I'm impressed."
Ray looked at the television and as if a spear has struck his chest, he began to panic again. "UH- THIS SCENE UM- UH- THEODORE! UH- LET'S PLAY OTHER GAMES SHALL WE?"
"Hmm? Why? I'm pretty sure I'm nearing the end. I'm also a book writer so this information is important to me."
"But... YOU KNOW! This games are for single player. So I was thinking more for a multiplayer!" Ray began to do weird things to his hand as if preventing Theodore for watching it.
Theodore looked over to see. "What is it that you're trying to-"
As Ray overstretched his toes to prevent Theodore for seeing the screen, he lost his balance and fell on the ground and hit the confirm button on the controller. "AH- NO-"
The screen turned dark then lit up. It was no longer the visual novel that Theodore was playing. "Is this a cutscene? Wait why is Satoru and Akari undressi-"
"UWOOOOOHHHHH!!!" Ray moved like the speed of light and dived into the outlet and ripped it out causing the television to shut down and so does his console. "Ah... Finally..." Ray let out a sigh of relief. But as he opened his eyes and looked at Theodore he felt something was wrong.
Theodore looked at him like he was a piece of garbage. "So you want to play those kind of games with me..? So you swing that way..?"
"WAIT NOOOOOO-" Ray explained to Theodore for two hours on what those games are in his drawer and clearing up the misunderstandings.

This young man in his early life as a teenager is considered to be a talent born once every century. A modern Shakespeare. Highly regarded by thousands of people all around the globe with his tear-jerking creations of love story that will make men and women cry.

Will he be able to feel the feelings of the character he writes in his novels or will he just be the same old, cold and heartless, 'Void Writer'?

AUTHOR'S NOTE: As much as I'd like to reference real books in the real world in this story, I'm afraid that I cannot since there's copyrights and licensing protecting those things. And I'm not going to risk it. So that's why most of the books in this story will be made up by me.

INTRODUCTION

"School Days" is a Visual Novel which had been adapted into Anime in "2007". This Visual Novel was developed for Windows, PS2 and PSP. The Anime Adaptation of this Visual Novel of 12 episode and 2 OVA.
The genre in which this Anime is focused is "Harem, Romance and Slice Of Life". This Visual Novel was announced in October of "2004".
The game ranked as the best-selling Visual Novel and then Overflow (Developer) decided to produce multiple sequal with a spin-off named "Summer Days", "Island Days" and a parallel story named "Cross Days".
After 6 years of the release of the original series, "School Days" was remastered as "School Days HQ" in the same month as the first release.

PLOT
The plot of the story is focused on the life of a first-year high-school student "Makoto Ito" living with his divorced and unseen mother in the city of "Haramihara".
During his second-term,. he becomes attaracted towards "Kotonoha Katsura", a soft-spoken schoolmate who shares same train rides with him to the same route.
When his homeroom seating plan was rearranged, he becomes acquaintances with "Sekai Saionji", an exited girl, who takes a special interest in this newfound crush, befriending the two and providing them the opportunity to meet.
In spite of her successful efforts however, "Sekai" becomes jealous of the new couple, having developed feelings for "Makoto" to herself.

This will not be like a normal novel writing. This novel uses YouTube videos to show the chat that are happening between Sweet and Kaede in the Tsunagaru Chat app.

After you have watched the video, Go back to the novel. There will be 20 strings of paragraph under the link. Proceed down and it will be a continuation after the chat happens.

This is a short-chapters type of novel. Think of this like a visual novel game but only the game part is missing 😅. This is more of a diary of Kaede between his interaction with Ai and also Sweet.

Begitu sampai di depan gerbang rumah, kudapati semuanya begitu gelap tanpa ada satupun cahaya terlihat dari dalam. Sepertinya mereka semua telah terlelap, karena jam telah menunjukkan pukul tengah sepuluh. Motor telah kutaruhkan ke dalam gerbang rumah sembari diriku perlahan membuka pintu masuk. 

"Aku pulang..." ucapku dengan lirihnya yang tentu saja tak ada siapapun menjawabnya.

Pintu masuk telah kukunci kembali, berjalan perlahan melewati lorong rumah untuk langsung menuju ke kamarku. Sesampainya di sana, aku sampai tak memiliki tenaga untuk menyalakan lampu. Menaruhkan tas pada samping kasur, tempat tidur yang terlihat sangat empuk kuincar tanpa babibu. 

'Entah mengapa aku terasa sangat lelah hari ini...' 

Padahal biasanya sepulang dari event, aku langsung membuka seluruh 'hasil buruan' yang kudapat. Namun... rasanya aku ingin segera memejamkan mata dan melupakan semua apa yang terjadi. Saat kucoba memejamkan mata, sekilas ingatan dari Eri muncul layaknya hantu bagiku. 

"Aku masih penasaran dengan panggilannya, 'Shimari' atau apa itu." 

Keingintahuan menarik tubuhku untuk bangkit dari kasur, mulai menyalakan komputerku untuk mencari tahu. Pada sebuah website terkenal berisikan karya-karya seniman atau artist, kutuliskan pada kotak pencari 'Shimari'. 

"Di Pinterest, DevianArt, Tumblr, Instagram bahkan tidak ada. Tinggal satu website lagi..." ucapku saat hasil pencarian di berbagai website seniman tak membuahkan hasil. 

Lantas, percobaan terakhir kumasukkan pada pixiv. Saat kutuliskan nama tersebut di pencarian, tanpa memencet tombol enter, namanya telah berada pada kolom searchbar yang tandanya ia cukup terkenal. 

Perlahan aku menggulirkan mouseku pada profilnya. Di laman profilnya tidak berisikan hal yang begitu berarti, sangat simpel menurutku. Namun, semuanya berubah saat aku mengalihkan halaman pada karya yang telah ia ciptakan selama ini. 

Terdapat puluhan lebih karya berada di sana. Kucoba untuk meng-klik karya pertama yang muncul dari kanan. Laman putih dari web memproses karya tersebut, sampai muncul seutuhnya. 

Diriku merinding begitu melihat karyanya, meski hanya beberapa detik saja, sekitar 5 detik... aku dibuat terdiam tanpa perkataan keluar dari mulutku. Animasinya begitu sederhana, berupa aliran sungai yang berjalan melewati bebatuan. Tetapi, penggambaran yang ia berikan... dari setiap buih air saat terkena batu... daun yang mengapung terbawa arusnya, seakan diriku tengah merasakannya. 

Terus ku-klik setiap karya ke karya lainnya. Animasi pendek buatannya tak bisa kukomentari apapun, setiap komentar yang ada pada karyanya mewakili pikiranku saat ini. Setiap animasi yang ia buat berasal dari pengalaman setiap orang seperti menunggu kereta yang tengah lewat, menatap tetesan air hujan yang turun, atau daun yang berguguran saat terkena angin sore. 

"Sebenarnya siapa dirimu... Shimari ?" 

Mencapai akhir dari setiap animasinya, kurebahkan punggungku pada kursi. Aku merasa bahwa Eri tidaklah berasal dari dunia yang sama denganku. Dia... bukanlah orang biasa. Segala rasa yang kumiliki saat ini adalah perasaan yang sama seperti saat itu. Perasaan yang berkecamuk seakan ingin meledak keluar, serta rasa sakit ketika hatiku diremas begitu kuatnya. 

"Aku ini memanglah jahat..." 

Aku mendukung Eri sebagai animator. Kuingin impiannya tersebut dapat terwujud. Tapi kemudian, aku bertanya-tanya pada diriku sendiri, mengapa aku merasa tidak senang sewaktu mengetahui dia berhasil. Aku merasa menyedihkan karena tidak senang dengan nasib orang lain, seakan diriku adalah manusia terburuk. 

Kuingin melompat ke tempat tidur dan mengubur wajahku dalam-dalam ke bantal. Menangis. Melupakan segalanya. 

Namun justru, kuambil hp yang berada di saku untuk mencari seseorang yang dapat membantuku pada situasiku sekarang. Tanpa ragu, saya menekan tombol panggil. 

"Yud, apa kamu punya waktu ?" 

"Ya, ada apa ? Walau kutahu kamu ingin membicarakan apa." 

"Apa yang seharusnya kulakukan." 

"Apa ? Apa yang harus kamu lakukan soal apa ?" 

"Dia bahkan mengambil passionku." 

"Dengar, Theo, aku bukan kamus yang mengetahui seluruh isi hatimu. Katakan terlebih dahulu dengan tenang." 

"Bukalah pixiv dan cari Shimari." 

Dia kemudian berhenti bertanya, sampai kudengar suara ketikan dari keyboard dari balik telepon. Setelah itu ia kembali berbicara, 

"Di bilah pencarian ?" 

"Ya." 

"Siapa dia ? Seorang animator terkenal kah ? Gambarannya begitu halus. Serta... apa yang kurasakan ini, rasanya aku tertarik masuk ke dalam animasinya."' 

"Dia Eri." 

"Hah ? Maksudmu Eri Shima ? Berhenti bercanda seperti itu. Tak mungkin dia menggambar sesuatu seperti ini." 

"Aku tak bercanda." 

Mendengar diriku berkata begitu seriusnya ia terdiam, selama beberapa menit kami tak mengatakan apapun... tetap diam dalam keheningan. Mungkin saja pikiran kami tengah sama sekarang, sama-sama memikirkan kenapa hal-hal luar biasa terjadi pada orang lain namun bukan pada kami. 

"Lalu, kenapa itu berpengaruh pada passionmu. Bukannya kamu tidak suka menggambar." 

"Dia menjadi artist di Studio Maja." 

"Maksudmu, Studio Maja yang itu ? Dia dikontrak mereka ?" 

"Ya, di game terbaru mereka." 

Yuda menghela nafas panjangnya pada panggilan. 

"Sekarang aku paham." 

"Aku pria terburuk bukan, merasa tidak senang dengan kesuksesan orang lain." 

"Justru aku malah heran saat melihat ada orang yang senang dengan kesuksesan orang lain." 

"Eh ?" 

"Tidak, bukan apa-apa. Kamu tanpa sadar juga sudah menemukan jawabannya kan." 

"Hah ?" Aku semakin dibuat bingung oleh perkataannya sejak tadi. 

"Passionmu, mengenai apa yang kau tanyakan di awal. Kau suka game, terutama visual novel. Tidakkah dirimu ingat, di saat semua murid di jurusan Software Engineering mengumpulkan web atau aplikasi sebagai tugas akhir, namun justru dirimu yang mengumpulkan game visual novel sebagai tugas akhir ?" 

Aku terdiam, memang benar saat pengumpulan tugas akhir di kelas tiga aku mengumpulkan CD berisikan game visual novel buatanku. Sampai membuat pembimbing yang ditugaskan mengawasi tugas akhirku terheran-heran. 

"Satu jurusan heboh saat mendengarnya, soalnya baru pertama ada yang melakukannya, mengumpulkan game sebagai tugas akhir. Bahkan banyak yang bilang kualitasnya setara dengan rumah produksi indie. Tidakkah itu cukup menjelaskan passionmu ?" 

"Itu... benar." 

"Jangan biarkan dirinya menghentikanmu, Theo. Kau ingin sejajar dengannya bukan ?" 

Mendengar perkataannya barusan, aku terdiam tak menjawab apapun lagi, menyampaikan terimakasih dan maafku karena mengganggunya di malam hari. Kurebahkan kepalaku pada sandaran kursi, memikirkan apa yang akan kulakukan setelahnya. 

'Kau ingin sejajar dengannya bukan ?' 

Meninggalkan pikiran tersebut terngiang pada kepalaku, aku kembali menatap layar komputer. Terkejut mendapati halaman yang tengah kulihat tadi berganti ke halaman yang tak pernah kulihat. Gerakan mouseku rupanya telah mengklik karya Shimari dari yang terlama, yaitu tiga tahun yang lalu. 

Aku terdiam disertai mata yang terbelalak lebar. Pandangan pertama yang terlintas dari karya tersebut tak dapat kubayangkan. Karya pertamanya begitu kasar, datar, dan aku tidak tahu apa itu dibuat sungguh-sungguh ataukah coretan belaka. Kupikir cuma satu, tapi tidak, ada sepuluh... dua puluh, bahkan lebih banyak . Apa yang kulihat adalah tanah dari dunia abstrak. 

Halaman demi halaman berisikan animasi yang kasar, namun kualitasnya meningkat seiring halaman bertambah. Ia terus mencoba dan mencoba, menguploadnya ke website... meski mendapatkan beberapa review buruk. 

Benar, aku melupakan sesuatu yang penting darinya. Gadis yang kunyatakan sebagai rival adalah pendiam namun mematikan. Dia berjalan di jalur yang ia pilih dan berusaha menggapai apa yang ia inginkan dengan usahanya sendiri. Dia adalah si keras kepala yang tak peduli dengan apapun kecuali bertekad untuk berhasil. 

Bahkan ketika orang lain marah dengan keberhasilannya, atau menghakimi saat ia tengah mencoba... dia tak memperdulikan dan berdiri kembali. Eri tahu, satu-satunya yang ia butuhkan adalah kemauan untuk terus maju. 

"Dia sama sepertiku, namun berbeda. Aku memiliki kemauan yang lemah... dan berhenti di tengah jalan." 

Berdiri dari kursiku, aku berjalan menuju ke saklar lampu dan menyalakannya. Terlihat rak yang dipenuhi buku pada kamarku, menelusuri setiap rak demi rak yang berisikan buku light novel dan manga... sampailah pada barisan yang dipenuhi buku tutorial cara membuat game di sana. Pada rak tersebut terselip sebuah kaset CD, yang merupakan salinan dari game visual novel yang kubuat sebagai tugas akhir. 

Diriku tersenyum pahit ketika melihat kaset tersebut di tanganku, berpikir betapa pecundangnya aku. Saat pertama memasuki dunia pembuatan game, aku pun sama sepertinya. Dicemooh... saat game pertamaku terlihat buruk di mata para reviewer. Meski begitu, aku terus mencoba dan mencoba... sampai akhirnya berhasil menciptakan game ini. 

'Semakin dirimu berusaha, maka semakin sakit juga rasanya saat terjatuh.' 

Melihat Eri yang melesat jauh mendahuluiku seakan menjadi batu penghalang. Saat melakukannya dengan setengah-setengah, maka orang lain akan melewatinya. Eri tidaklah setengah-setengah dalam berusaha, sehingga ia bisa berhasil... dan diriku... menyalahkan dirinya karena ketidakseriusanku. 

Aku terbutakan oleh dirinya yang berada jauh di depanku, terus memandanginya sampai tak berbalik ke belakang... tak menyadari hal yang seharusnya kukejar daripada mengikutinya dari belakang. 

Melakukan yang terbaik tidak akan menjaminkan keberhasilan. Pada saat yang sama ketika kau berusaha, terdapat orang lain yang tengah bersungguh-sungguh juga melakukannya, itulah yang membuat persaingan semakin ketat dan kompetitif. 

Dunia pun sama seperti itu. 

Ini bukanlah dunia dimana kau bisa menang hanya dengan meratapi nasib atau mengutuk orang lain. 

Bagi seseorang yang ingin bersaing dengannya, aku pun tak bisa hanya menonton. Semua orang berjuang demi mencapai suatu tujuan setelah program ini usai. Eri pun berjuang demi yang terbaik, baik di lembaga maupun impiannya, lalu apa yang kulakukan ? 

Aku hanya dapat tersenyum pahit. Aku merasa seperti telah melakukan sesuatu yang signifikan, merasa hebat dalam prosesnya, namun dibandingkan dengan Eri Shima. Semuanya bukan apa-apa. Aku tidak melakukan apapun, Eri terlalu jauh dariku. 

Aku sangat ingin sepadan dengannya. 

Membulatkan tekadku, kulihat kertas survei yang masih putih kosong di atas meja. Meraih keyboard pada komputer, kucoba mencari satu hal tertentu. Menuliskannya dengan huruf katakana, aku mencoba mentranslate kata bahasa Inggris bertuliskan School of Game Development. Yang ternyata, hasilnya lumayan banyak dalam bilah pencarian. Aku mengakses masing-masing dan membaca deskripsinya sebisaku. Akhirnya, memahami apa yang tertulis disana aku segera menggerakkan penaku pada kertas. 

Aku tak tahu apakah jawabanku ini bisa diterima atau tidak. Aku tidak tahu apakah aku bisa masuk ke sekolah ini atau tidak. Yang kutahu ialah, aku tak ingin kalah darinya. Aku ingin bisa sejajar di sampingnya, berbicara pada level yang setara dengannya, dan memahami dirinya. Hal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama... namun siapa tahu, suatu saat aku bisa melampauinya. Tidak— aku pasti akan melampauinya. 

"Eri." 

"Ya ?" 

Setelah aku selesai menuliskan surveiku, aku memiliki satu hal terakhir yang ingin kulakukan sebelum pergi ke alam mimpi. 

"Aku telah menulis surveinya. Aku akan mencoba mengincar Sekolah Pengembangan Game di Jepang. Terimakasih soal hari ini, semua ini berkatmu." 

"Aku... senang mendengarnya." 

"Eri." 

"Ya ?" 

"Aku akan menyusulmu suatu saat nanti."

Semenjak kecil telah tertarik pada Negeri Sakura, Theo Lasmana selalu memimpikan suatu saat nanti mampu menginjakkan kaki pada tempat tersebut. Namun, semua orang selalu mengatakan bahwa impiannya tersebut terlalu tinggi bagi seseorang sepertinya. Membuat dirinya meninggalkan impiannya itu hingga pada akhirnya, pada tahun ketiganya ini dia berniat untuk mewujudkannya. Suatu hari ia bertemu dengan seorang gadis yang memiliki tekad yang sama sepertinya, kembali membakar semangatnya untuk melangkah maju... menggapai impiannya yang lebih tinggi dari langit.

So our team decided that a Visual Novel is more adapted to this story, and we put together a big team of artists, musicians, programmers and the original team of writers to make it happen. Hence, I removed all chapters from the website. My next upload, hopefully in less than 2 years, will be a link to where you can download our VN :D

A visual novel has many advantages to a web novel, namely the addition of CGs, music, and sprites, as well as game elements and "replayability". However, I know that this also makes the genre less accessible due to it being only playable on a computer, and not a phone like 'webnovel.com'.
