Speaking of the town, the displays of grand buildings and its intricate architect are all too new to him. For all his life, he never got the chance to visit any of the Empire's settlements. He has remained at the northern lands and farming was his source of income and sustenance when he and his family were granted a considerable piece of land by the High King for their service to the kingdom. This was during the time when his father, Ulf the Wolf-kin, a renowned housecarl at that time, defeated the Wolf spirit Fenris single-handedly for plaguing the farmlands and travelers. With Fenris' demise, the Wolf spirit was impressed by the prowess that Ulf displayed, thus a portion of Fenris' power and knowledge was transferred to the Viking warrior. As a result, he was named "Wolf-kin", the worthy adversary of Fenris and he who was granted the aspect of the Wolf.
 
"I must say, you men of the Empire have genius builders within your ranks. The designs of your buildings and houses indeed do justice with your great reputation and culture." Siegtyr decided to break the ice and converse with the guard accompanying him.
 
The guard in return was surprised by the civility that the Northman beside him is displaying. The Northmen that he had the displeasure of knowing displayed no love in his culture, but it appeared that this young man is clearly different. In addition, the Viking was also well-versed in their language, much to his great wonder.
 
"I've been meaning to say this, you show admirable fluency in our language, my lord." The guard inquired with curiosity. 
 
"Why yes. It is only right, given that I will practically be in the center of a whole new culture." Siegtyr grinned in response. "My father, Ulf the Wolf-kin taught me the language he learned from his friend, one of your nobles, a Duke, I believe."
 
"Yes, I heard the story, of how Earl Ulf was defeated by Duke Triverius in open battle. The Duke imprisoned your father but treated him with immense respect for exhibiting outstanding valor in battle. While Earl Ulf served his time, Duke Triverius made an effort in offering his hand of friendship instead of the usual maltreatment to prisoners of war. When the war finally ended, the two officially declared their friendship, thus forming a bond and alliance between Duke Triverius house, the House of Augustus, and of yours, the House of Unso. It was also seen as a sign of goodwill where even the Empire and the Northern Kingdoms are capable of getting along with each other." The man conversed about his great deal of knowledge regarding the two families.
 
"Fascinating, you seem to be greatly acquainted with our history for a mere guardsman. Judging by the more intricate armor that you wore compared to the other guards that I observed patrolling around the area, I can say that you are no ordinary individual. Who are you really?" Siegtyr raised his brow in question.
 
What Siegtyr stated is true. Unlike what his companion is wearing, the other guards in his proximity are instead clad in their average chainmail armor set with a shirt-like design of the similar eagle insignia. The type of helmet that the guards are using is a great helm, showing its red cross design on the front. But nevertheless, their armor still has immense value and material despite its clear inferiority to the man in front of him.
 
"Ah, forgive me my lord for not introducing myself." The guard bowed his head apologetically. "My name is Lucon Augustus, second son of Commander Cletho Augustus, the brother of our head of the house, Duke Triverius Augustus. I was tasked personally by the Duke to retrieve and bring you to the Emperor."
 
"An Augustus, huh." Siegtyr stroked his chin with a smirk. "I see. Then it's only right that I offer my hand of friendship to you as the representative of my clan."
 
With his statement, Siegtyr offered a handshake to Lucon.
 
"Indeed." Lucon agreed enthusiastically and graciously accepted the kind gesture. "Your words do you honor, Lord Siegtyr. I wish nothing but great and lasting prosperity between our two houses."
 
"Yes." Siegtyr gave his simple response. They then resumed their walk going to the royal palace where the Emperor and the royal family of the Holy Bahamuth Empire resided. 
 
Upon arriving at the palace gates, Siegtyr could not help but be impressed by how huge and grand the place is. If he were to compare to the longhouse that he and his own family lived, then it would unquestioningly pale in comparison. It's like comparing a diamond to the dirty ground.
 
'So, this is the very seat of the whole Empire.' Siegtyr assumed a serious demeanor, his calculating eyes wander all around the whole vicinity. He took time to analyze every marvelous detail of the palace, from its extravagant white color scheme, the intricate architectural design, to the overall building materials made mostly out of marble and a few gold ornaments.
 
With such spectacle display, Siegtyr no doubt felt like a helpless little ant in the face of this predicament. His mind ventured on the days when their kingdom was still at war with the Empire. With him being here, he now got a taste of what the Empire is capable of. If the Empire had their way, then the Kingdom of Uppsland and Fjormark would not last any longer should they decided to not answer the call of peace and alliance. For Siegtyr, it was wise for the two High Kings to enter peace with the Empire and be benefited from the riches, lands, and goods that they have to offer.
Of course, this does not mean that the said Northern Kingdoms would renounce their way of life entirely. Siegtyr and his northern brethren are still Vikings at heart. Even with their alliance with the Empire, they are still proud men of the North, and warriors of no equal. Not even in a million years would they abandon their heritage, the very thing that truly defines them. 
 
Thankfully as part of the peace treaty after numerous negotiations, the Northmen are allowed to keep their cultures and traditions. The Empire value other nation's traditional interest and their way of conquering are actually very lenient compared to the other kingdoms who wished total domination and conversion to their enemies who are completely at their mercy. Although the Empire would still attempt to persuade them in converting to their own religion of Cratholism by means of baptism to further spread their influence and rule.
 
Overall, Siegtyr shared the same sentiment with most of his fellow Uppish men in keeping the peace. As long as the Empire is true to their word, then there's no reason for Uppsland and Fjormark to break theirs as well.
 
That, and the two Kingdoms still have their fair share of enemies from the other warring tribes and northern Kingdoms, so their lust for battle and raiding were mostly satiated. The Empire is also wise in directing that particular Northmen's brutish personality instead of her enemies.
 
"I bid you welcome to the White Palace, Lord Siegtyr." Lucon presented the said grand area to the young Thane. 
 
"Hmm, I must say, it perhaps may almost be on par with the halls of Valhalla. Almost." Siegtyr was definitely impressed by the display, emphasizing the last word. 
 
"Valhalla? You mean the Viking Afterlife? If that's the case, then I am pleased by your compliment." Lucon appreciated Siegtyr's praise.
 
As they were granted entry by the palace guards, Siegtyr also saw the said guards patrolling around the vicinity of the palace exteriors. Unlike the average guardsman, they wore almost similar attire to the one Lucon is equipped with, emphasizing their military station that is leagues above compared to the guards outside.
 
Entering the grand hall, Siegtyr and Lucon were immediately greeted by the sight of more palace guards lining up as two squads face on another adjacently. A red carpet is also witness, serving as the formal path to the throne. 
 
The palace guards exhibited great discipline by assuming a position of attention while wielding their halberds upright. 
 
"I believe they are expecting us then if the grand military display is any indication." Siegtyr made his comment.
 
"Haha, yes, Lord Siegtyr. Consider this as your grand welcome to Danusta, the capital of the Holy Bahamuth Empire. Now let us not dally any further. The Emperor and Empress are waiting for us." Lucon gestured Siegtyr to follow him.
 
When they're finally in front of the rulers of the Empire, Lucon bowed down on his knees. 
 
The Emperor as what one may expect is a man of his golden years. He has black hair and dressed in his usual regal black robes and also wore a necklace with a silver cross pendant. In his head adorns the Golden Crown of Bahamuth, an illustrious headgear passed down from Emperor to Emperor for countless generations. The crown boasted many kinds of stone jewelry that are engraved. It is of no jest that the crown itself is worth three Kingdoms, a testament of the Emperor's power and his authority throughout the whole of the Holy Bahamuth Empire. 
 
Many regarded him as a piteous man, always seen praying to the Creator for guidance in the chapel. No doubt, the Emperor is a symbol to his people and the perfect example of a religious man in service to the great Creator.
 
The Empress on the other hand is known to be the strongest supporter of her own husband. She is a woman in her middle ages, known to be a decade younger than her royal spouse. Despite her age, her beauty nonetheless has never wavered, thus garnering the attention of many men and women throughout the land. The Empress wore a luxurious violet robe and a set of bracelets to display her status of royalty and wealth. In contrast to the Emperor's hair color, the Empress instead has silver long hair.

Lionheart Acedemy is a prestigious academic institution located at Danusta, the capital city of the Holy Bahamuth Empire. The academy's goal is to nurture individuals with the gift of magic and also train them in other aspects like warfare and literature. After the conclusion of the war between the Holy Bahamuth Empire and the two northern kingdoms of Uppsland and Fjormark, Siegtyr "Raven-blessed" was sent to attend the academy as part of the peace process to strengthen the alliance between different cultures. From there, the 17-year-old Northman shall forge new alliances, friendships, enemies, and lover(s) while perhaps keeping his very own sinister magic a secret at the same time. Of course, Siegtyr also has to navigate the fabrications of mayhem and deceit should he ever hope to survive in the Empire's tangle web of political turmoil.

I was now looking at a hand-drawn portrait of Alexander Corvinus, and next to the portrait was a drawing of Helena. I heard the door opening I saw Alexander with 2 guards who seemed ready to draw their sword.
Alexander shouted, "I know who he is and leave us be."One guard replied, "But sire."
Alexander glared at the guard which made both the guards go out of the room. I grinned, "So brat I heard you got married and already have two kids."
Alexander mock glared and said, "Stop calling me a brat also, yes I did get married. I was trying to find  you, but you were nowhere to be found, and yes, I have twins."
I smiled. "You will always be a brat for me, and congratulations on your marriage and kids."Alexander smiled at that.
For a while, I talked with Alexander as he suddenly went to his table and brought out a Corvinus Clan ring. I raised an eyebrow and questioned, "So you want me to have this your Clan's symbol."

I saw the events play out both William and Marcus got the gift of immortality from their father while their little brother was mortal. Helena died soon after, leaving broken alexander whose relationship with his children became estranged.
I saw in 604 AD William was bitten by a rabid wolf turning him into the first of the werewolf and Markus was bitten by a bat which led him to become the first vampire.
William can see what's happening but can't control his actions.
I saw William go on a killing spree which made Markus go to the dying Victor for turning him into an immortal in return for his help in getting his brother.I was William continue his rampage and evade the death dealers for 600 years until now.

 Markus, when returned  to his chambers, threw his helmet at the wall and started destroying everything but stopped in between and said "I know you are in here whoever you are you can come out now."
I came out of the shadows as Markus studied me and muttered "I have seen you before."I showed my Corvinus clan ring then it clicked for Markus "Grandfather is that you."
I groaned at that and said, "Stop calling me that Markus."That was Alexander's revenge for calling him Brat.
Markus had a small smile and said, "Father talked about you after mother's death he tried to find you but couldn't."I sadly smiled at that "I did meet him just some years after your transformation which has gotten both of you in trouble." 
Markus grimaced and said, "Yes we never wanted this and now William is going to be imprisoned for life and I can't do anything."I asked curiously "Why not ask your father for help he is a warlord after all."I knew the answer
Markus in anger replied, "I did but he said his hands were tied it is like Williams change didn't matter to him."

Gasping for air, the four teens inhaled their first breaths initiating their new lives in the world of DanMachi. With each gulp of the woodland air, its freshness startled them awakening new senses and a growing excitement. Soon after, they each noticed the other three figures that stood nearby- well at least three of them did. While this was all going on, the fourth seemed to be too busy admiring himself. Giggles erupted from the rest of the group, 'this is or was Luke' they concluded despite the form before them bearing no resemblance to the one they knew. The new Luke although not much taller than his previous self-standing at around 6'2 now looked a lot less human like. He ran his fingers along the two, brown horns curving outwards in a flat arc that now adorned his head. In doing so, his broad shoulders and arms flexed impressively, causing Luke to admire himself more closely; his shoulder-length, chestnut hair falling unexpectedly in front of his greyish blue eyes. His intense stare and shadowed brow left the group with an unnerving feeling. With the help of his new, larger, fattier, more defined mass and lightly tanned skin the impression of a raging bull was further internalized by the others -who now wondered if this was just a loose minotaur-. With a look of satisfaction about his new body, he stepped forward announcing he would move forward with the chosen name of Logar Boldmane (as he agreed upon with the god). Although his voice was unrecognisably deeper, the slight Irish twang that the group had come to love was still present, thankfully signifying that this was still the same friend they knew from before. Despite just proudly proclaiming his new identity, the only thought in the others minds were - "a huge cow man?" they exclaimed simultaneously. Rather irritated by this simplification Logar corrected them, "bull man, I'm a bull man come on guys". He rolled his eyes.
With that, the group's gaze fell on the cat looking man who stood not much shorter than Logar. His yellow cat-like eyes featured a dark pupil that shifted from a slit to a friendlier oval with the realisation that this large Bull man was in fact an ally. Calming down, he brushed his silky black hair tentatively behind his new cat-like ears. They twitched inquisitively in the breeze. A multitude of sounds echoed through the trees vying for his scattered attention. Taking a deep breath, he informed the group, "I plan on going forward as Nereus Felagi". Logar furrowed his brow, "Alex?". Nodding his head in confirmation, Nereus looked around for approval, his amber eyes almost glowing in the shadow of the woodland canopy. The group smiled back enthusiastically, causing him to chuckle awkwardly baring a newly acquired set of fangs. Although this new development was shocking to the group, their focus shifted to the sleek, black tail that swayed nervously from side to side occasionally peeking past his lean, tanned figure. Nereus spun round in shock, inspecting his new tail curiously, coaxing a laugh from the group. 
Noticing a shorter figure chuckling away behind him, he stopped, unimpressed at his audience. 
The shortest of the group stepped forward, her short, maroon hair bouncing as she went. The two longer braids that framed her pale face fell forward; the metallic beads woven throughout glinted in the dappled woodland light, drawing attention to her now pointed ears. Hoops, chains, and cuffs decorated them, clinking softly with each movement she made. This -they collectively guessed- would be Orla. "I..." she paused to consider her next words, "will henceforth be named Arina Delaney" After watching each other examine new appendages such as horns and tails, this announcement was almost too normal for the group. Taking this information on board, the fourth member of the group reached down as if to jokingly flick Arina's newly acquired ears. Immediately, he had his hand swatted furiously away by the small half breed. Hastily, she pulled up the hood of her cloak, casting a shadow across her brow. Beneath a smearing of dark war paint that streaked across her nose, her pine green eyes glimmered with aggravation. Glaring up at the joker she retaliated, "Looks like someone finally reached average height". The group snorted at this rather personal remark. 
Now feigning a look of indignation, the fourth figure muttered "Always so quick to hit me even now". Turning to follow the voice, the group's gaze settled on the forehead of the speaker, where a symbol (almost as bold as the offensive act he nearly committed) sat: the Norse mark for berserker. This, accompanied by deep crimson eyes, forged the look of a new creature… no, a hunter that would wreak havoc on the peaceful lives of those he would come to call prey. Just as animalistic as his eyes, his now prominent canines flashed menacingly as he spoke, and a pair of grey wolf ears adorned his head. Running his fingers up to their blackened tips and down his majestic Viking braid that lay securely between, his ears swivelled curiously. Further adding to his wolf-like silhouette was a long, bushy tail that swished gently from side to side revealing layers of dark grey underfur with lighter grey outer fur peppered overtop. Starting to feel the expectant looks of the others upon himself, he spoke "Well I guess it's my turn now then, I'll be going forward as Vargr Voxtr". After taking a moment, Logar -in an amused tone- snickered "well let's hope the wolf and cat don't fight like cats and dogs", prompting a round of laughter. He proceeded "well everyone, now that Kyle has finally gotten his introduction out of the way I'd say we look around and find a spot to camp for the night as it is getting late and it will take a few days to get to Orario anyway from the looks of it". So yeah death just snapped me away. My first thought was saying 'dont feel too good' but enough of the pop culture references 

I woke up in a cave, laying next to a few wolf cubs I don't remember being in the womb or anything like that. And I know I'm a human baby my guess is around 8 months old I can support my own head at least. I tried to move and it seems I can crawl, so that's a bonus. 
'So I'm being raised by a pack of wolves not of the supernatural variety mind you just a regular wolf pack wasn't expecting this to be honest I thought I'd have regular parents'

You want to know what's weird I actually kind of like this. Yeah I know it's a weird situation. Then it hit me I never specified the time I wanted to be reborn. 'Oh shit I could be on actual Pangaea like millions of years before any civilization I know about. Ok calm down! Just breath and you'll figure it out" sighing I just got here no point panicking if I die again I'll just ask death if he'll send me to meet the gods.

So first things first get my bearings.
So I crawled out of the cave it was night time but I'm under the northern lights so I'm guessing I'm somewhere in Sweden or around there at least.

As I crawled out of the cave I just sat next to a bigger wolf and looked at it, this wolf was old if I'm to guess right. He's an elder staying with the young. His fur was a mix of grey and brown. I'm not sure how I know it's a him it just kind of feels that way? Anyway so I'm in Scandinavia somewhere ah this is going to take a while to figure out hopefully I see someone soon.

As I sat there admiring the beauty of the auroras a group of 3 wolves were approaching dragging what seemed to be a moose of what I can see in this mix of light and dark. 'Oh yeah how am I supposed to eat a raw moose? Won't I get sick or something? Or will my wishes circumvent that? I am a immortal alpha werewolf, ah whatever I'm hungry anyway  ' the wolf pups came running out and dived into the moose.

So yeah I'm gonna have to fight pups for my meals ugh but wolves grow fast so they'll leave me soon and go exploring with the pack. So I shot forward as fast as I could not actually crawling more like running on all four limbs. 'hmm must be because of my improved constitution' as I dived at the moose trying to chomp on it without a snout is kinda hard but at least my teeth actually pierced the skin. Raw moose wasn't too bad wasn't expecting that either.

This continued on for a few months I'm guessing I'm a year old by now but who knows I'm basically a human wolf there were stories of kids raised by animals I'd heard in my past life but I never expected to be living it.

As time passed I still haven't seen any one at all, maybe because we're in a cave in the woods. So I've been going over everything I remember from my past life I remember all the videos I watched on bushcraft and survival and stuff but I can't actually do any of that I'm not strong enough and I don't want to pass out trying them cut down a tree with a rock. books I'd read and all the TV and movies I'd ever seen I also remember pretty much everything that has nothing to do with who I was. I don't even have a name and there's no one else to talk to so the most sound I've made is grunt at the elder wolf the pups had already grown and began exploring so I hardly saw them anymore. The Luna would bring a moose for me and old bones as I'd started calling the elder wolf.

After a my first year here, I've been following the moon's cycle to determine time counting the 13 full moons, so yeah it's been a year. I'm nearly 2 if I'm to guess but who knows. So yeah it's been a year and I've finally seen someone and the guy is right in front of me right now looking at me and the elder wolf. 'please don't kill old bones he's been keeping me safe' was all I could think about. Looking at the man to make a guess he's a viking how I came to that realisation is the axe in his hand it was basically a bearded axe. And he's wearing basic viking attire, a tunic with a cape held on with a pin of Thor's hammer. I could see that even from a distance as I stated at him, and he started to edge closer to us so I did what felt right I got on all 4s and began to growl at him.

he didn't turn around but old bones looked up at him then at me and patted me on the back with his paw pushing me forward as he stood up and walked away.
Looking at old bones then at the man I could just tell that he wanted me to go with him but what about old bones? he's really old he'll die soon.

So I did what anyone else would do in my situation I looked at old bones and woofed at him and raised my head with pride. I could tell he was leaving me to be with other humans so I looked at the man and sat back down waiting for him to approach old bones had gone into the cave behind me.

Viking pov

As I stared at the child and wolf I had no idea what was going on, he just walked away from the boy I thought he was his meal at first but seeing the kid reaction it was more like the kid was a wolf as well. When he turned to look at the wolf I caught sight of his back. Golden brown markings in the shape of a giant tree.

'yygdrassil' my first thought of the beautiful golden brown tree. Actually looking closer at the child he had shortish blonde hair and piercing blue eyes that reminded me of an old friend. As I took a few steps forward as he sat down never letting my axe leave my hand I looked at the boy and he was looking at me like he wanted to know something I just couldn't guess what. He seemed a couple of winters old 'I can't leave this kid here to die on his own' 

So I walked abit faster and put my axe through the loop on my belt as I got a few steps away from the child he was still just looking at me not aggressively or scared just looking at me directly in the eyes.

MC pov 

'So he's a viking so I'm somewhere between 700ad and 1000ad I've got a 1000 years to wait damn, might as well go with him for a while after I'm an adult in their eyes I'll just leave and travel the world maybe find an entrance to the Pangaea dimension and wait it out'
As he approached and put his axe away I just stared at him, didn't want him to swing at me so I kept my face calm. He got a few steps in front of me and took of his cape and wrapped me in it, that's the first time since I arrived here That I wasn't naked, yeah I just couldn't start wearing moose fur with bite marks out of it ripped into shreds, I'd run abit away to do my business and bury it so no nappys.
he picked me up and started walking the way he came I started to fade into sleep in his cape as it's the warmest I've ever been.

:System: to summon them 2 wolf coat units cost 400 per legion to buy and the raid leader will also come to 1500 you have enough to summon the upkeep of the raid leader is 500 while the wolf coats are 200 each you have only just 150 daily income now.

the allied army's in the settlement now numberd on around 44k the lords where in the lords hall talking about what happend to Lord Ryan his army was hit and over 7k dead in what he said was only 1 charge from 4 directions he only managed to save his veteran warriors 1k had to be mercy Killed that's why the body count rise'd to 7k instead of being 6.
they sat round talking and the discussions where cut short as a Soldier ran in screaming the cavalry was back and harassing there troops on the walls with arrows The 5 lords stood up and made there way to the walls with shield guards and witnessed 1k cav riding in a circle while continually firing arrows at the guarding troops.
Ryjin who was riding and firing saw a horse messenger arrive to the town from the south west he knew that rider is definitely from Wallace glen and Eva's battle ground and a great Smile Rose on his face.
