Getting inside the car, Sabastian inquired Erisviel over the phone.





"Eris, what did you find out?" 







"I've found out where Aleksei is being held! We have to hurry, they are planning to move him out of the city. I'm on my way there with Ana, Daniella and Zulk. I'm sending you the address, Basti. Meet you there!"









After informing Sabastian about what she found out, Erisviel hung up the call.





A few moments later, Sabastian received the address from Erisviel.







Turning to Ian, Sabastian gave a nod to him before saying. "Let's hurry there then!"







Ian nodded.







Starting the car, Sabastian stepped on the gas.

It was midnight.



There was not much traffic at night compared to the day.





On route, Sabastian met up with Erisviel.







It didn't take long for them to arrive at their destination.





Sabastian's car came to a stop.



Erisviel who was following behind Sabastian also stopped her car beside his.





Sabastian and Ian stepped out of their car first.



After them, Erisviel and the others followed suit.



The headlights of both vehicles were off.



Their faces cannot be seen in the dark.



Together they walked like shadows moving in the dark.

 

After walking some distance, they turned west before moving north.





Walking a bit further as they were about to turn around, two cars passed by them.





Sabastian was able to take notice of the number plate of one of the cars.





"Fu*k!! " he cursed aloud turning back.



It was the car that they were following earlier today.



 "Vhat 'appened, Basti?" Ana said after hearing Sabastian cursing.





"It's them! They're leaving. Quick, run!" Sabastian shouted as he started running towards his car.





The others ran after him from behind.





The misfit group quickly gave chase to catch up with the kidnappers after getting on their cars. 





Zulkernyn was following Sabastian who was leading him ahead.





Soon they caught up with the kidnappers and followed them from a certain distance.



The misfits were driving safely and stealthily with their car lights off, not to arouse any suspicions from the kidnappers.







"They are going towards the Moskva River." Ian who was sitting beside Sabastian on the passenger seat spoke up.





Sabastian nodded.





At that time, Ian's phone rang.





Seeing the caller ID, Ian picked up the call and put the call on speaker for him and Sabastian.





"What do we have to do?" Erisviel asked from the other side of the phone.







"We are going to engage in combat. Can you fight, Zulk?" Sabastian replied to Erisviel and asked Zulkernyn while keeping his eyes on the kidnappers. 







"I don't think I'll be able to do much, but I can support you guys at least." Zulkernyn replied to Sabastian honestly.



His injuries haven't healed yet.



(A/E: One should not believe Zulkernyn when he says 'I don't think I can or I'll be able to'. Lol)







"What do you have in mind?" Erisviel inquired to learn what kind of crazy plan Sabastian has cooked up now.







"Erisviel have you informed the minister?" Ian asked.







"Hmm, I did. They are on route."







Ian and Sabastian nodded at the same time.







"Did you guys brought the weapons I gave you for safety earlier today?" Sabastian asked the others.





Aside from Zulkernyn, the rest of them replied 'yes' to his question.







"Zulk?"







"I'm always armed..."Zulkernyn replied in a whispering tone.





(A/E: And he's supposed to recuperate from his injuries... Lol)





The others lightly laughed hearing Zulkernyn.









"Bringing knives to a gunfight? Zulkernyn, oh Zulkernyn!"





The others teased Zulkernyn, but the Descendant of Hassan clicked his tongue a few times, feeling irritated by his friends.







"SHUT UP! Knives are superior..."



"I don't agree. Sword are SUPERIORS!"



Sabastian shook his head before turning serious.





He took a deep breath as he started to tell his plan to the others.





"I think they will cross the Moskva River. I will go to the middle of the bridge and overtake their car. You guys will speed up and come closer. Before we start, you guys have to arm yourselves first. I will stop their car from the front. As soon as the car stops, shoot the rear wheels of their car. Then you guys will get out of the car before taking cover behind your car. Ian and I will take care of the front car, you guys will take the one in the rear. Start shooting them as soon as you see their head! We have no choice but to engage them this way." Sabastian said without stopping for breath.





"Zulkernyn, you're our wild card! You're the only one among us who can freely move in the darkness. If you can't kill them, try to disarm them. If we can stall them here and buy time, it's even better since reinforcements are coming." Ian said after Sabastian finished speaking.





Driving about two and a half kilometres, Sabastian called out to the others.





"You guys ready?"





 "Ready!!!" 





The misfits put on their earpieces in their ears.





"I'm starting then." said Sabastian.





"Zulk, quick!" said Erisviel.

 

Sabastian's car passed by the two black cars. 



Zulkernyn's car in the back came within about ten meters behind the black cars.





Two consecutive shots came out of Erisviel's gun as Sabastian's car passed by the two black cars. 



The first bullet hit on the front tire. The second bullet hit the windshield of the car. The tire of the car burst out. The car spun a few times before stopping.



The black car in the back also stopped by then. 





The sound of two consecutive shots came from behind. The first bullet missed the target but the second bullet hit a tire of the car.





By that time Zulkernyn got out of the car.



Erisviel took control of the car from Zulkernyn and slid the car to one side of the bridge before stopping.





A moment later, Erisviel along with Ana and Daniella stepped out of the car and took cover behind their car.





Zulkernyn stayed out of sight.





Utilising the Hassan clans, Art Of Death, he blended into the darkness of the night.







Sabastian was on the opposite side of the bridge.





He too stopped his car before getting out with Ian, taking cover behind his car.









By then, 10 to 12 armed men stepped out of the black cars. 





Ian fired the first shot.



The first shot from his gun and struck a gunman in the forehead. Killing him on the spot.





Sabastian and Ian moved to either side of the bridge by changing their positions.









The armed men from Twilight Throne saw one of their own drop dead!





Enraged, they shot towards where Sabastian and Ian were hiding.





(*bang bang x?*)



Ana, Erisviel and Daniella also started shooting the men from Twilight Throne from behind.



(*bang x5)



Four people from Twilight Throne with guns in the middle took cover behind their car after hearing the gunfire from the back.



They shot towards Ana and co.



It was midnight, the sky was covered by clouds.



Before engaging with Twilight Throne, Erisviel caused a power outage in the area.



So other than the lights coming from the cars and the flashes from the gunfire, it was dark on the bridge.



Getting attacked from both side of the bridge, the men from the Twilight Throne were at a disadvantage.



Zulkernyn quietly and stealthily approached the enemies in the middle.



Suddenly, a bullet passed by his ear.



A chill ran up his spine, escaping death by hair's breadth.



'Fuck! I can't approach them with all the bullets flying around!!!' Zulkernyn shouted inwardly before stepping out of the firing range.





Assessing the situation, a sudden idea popped up in his head.



He took out a few small knives under his jacket.



'If I can take out the lights, I may get an opportunity to approach them.' Zulkernyn muttered under his breath.

Aiming at the light sources on the cars, Zulkernyn threw the knives in succession.



One by one, the headlights of the cars shattered.



In the dark, not knowing their enemies location, the men from Twilight Throne blindly started to burst fire.



"Nice, Zulk!" Ian praised Zulkernyn for what he did.



"Ana, Sabastian! Cover fire!!!" Ian instructed the two through his earpiece.



Hearing Ian, the others started to distract the enemies to cover Ian.



Ian moved from his location as he tried to go near the men from Twilight Throne in the middle.



Bullets passed by Ian, landing behind him on the bridge.



Sabastian who was covering for Ian saw a perfect opportunity for him to act and help Ian kill a couple of Twilight Throne men.





He aimed his gun towards the enemies before entering his bullet-time mode.



For Sabastian, everything around him slowed down.





He could see his enemies clearly because of the flashes from the gunfire in his bullet-time mode.







He aimed at his enemies before shooting.





A few shot came out of Sabastian's gun. 





A couple of bullets missed but one of the enemies was shot in the arm and the other in the left side of his chest.



Ian quickly followed up and shot a couple of times in succession.



They dropped dead immediately.









Men from Twilight Throne turned towards Ian.







Just as they were about to shoot, 



Some of them heard their comrades groan in pain.







When Ian engaged with the enemies, Zulkernyn approached the enemies stealthily taking the opportunity created by Sabastian.









He slit the throat of two men in one swing and stabbed one other in the chest, killing the three in a matter of seconds!





The remaining six from Twilight Throne were startled hearing their comrade's painful groans.







Before they could turn to see the commotion behind them, Zulkernyn hurriedly threw a couple of daggers at his enemies.







Ian didn't stay still, he shot towards his confused enemies in succession before he ran out of bullets.







Only one man from Twilight Throne was standing.







Seeing all of his comrades dead, he plopped down in shock.







He was trembling in fear, as he looked around trying to make sense of what the f**k happened in just a couple of minutes, after engaging with the enemies who attacked them suddenly.







Sabastian could not see anyone standing in front of him other than Zulkernyn and Ian.



He briefly glanced at the trembling man who has lost all hope of staying alive.



Reloading his gun, he checked his surroundings.





Seeing no one, he turned towards the cars.





"Check the cars!" Sabastian instructed Zulkernyn as he approached one of the cars.





Zulkernyn nodded to Sabastian before checking the other car.







He took a peek inside the car and saw that there was no one inside.





The car was empty.





"Cle-" Just as Zulkernyn was about to shout out 'Clear'.

"A tiered music box??" Someone mumbled, "Some alchemist made such a boring toy? Really?"
Dave also shook his head. "Such a beautiful design… for a music box? Now I think about it, weren't you planning to make something simi-"
Dave wanted to tease. However, he was surprised to see Angor holding something down on his chest with a really anxious look.
"Stop! Toby! Get inside! Now!" Angor ordered.
Angor got a bad feeling when he heard the name "Land on the Sky", and his concern was justified when he saw the item.
The innovative crystal tubes, the ocean waves, and the glittering surface and illusion nodes… that was exactly the same music box he crafted the other day!
Why was it being sold at the auction?
Before he could think about the question though, something moved restlessly on his chest.
Toby was becoming wild for some reason.
Angor could feel Toby losing control slowly. He was sure the bird would do something really bad at this rate.
But this was the inner stage of Twilight Auction where countless powerful wizards gathered! 
Angor quickly pressed Toby down and ordered in a low voice, "Keep it together! We don't know what happened yet, don't scare yourself!" 
"Ark! Quark!" Toby's sad voice came from his pocket.
"I made a second music box for Lady Mirror yesterday, maybe that's what we're seeing," Angor lowered his head and whispered.
Toby stopped struggling for just a brief moment before he began to move again.
Angor quickly comprehended the bird's intention. Toby sensed his own smell coming from the music box on the stage.
There was no doubt now that Twilight Auction was selling the very music box Angor gifted Toby.
But there was nothing they could do since it already happened right in front of their eyes.
When Toby told Angor that the music box was lent to someone, Angor already assumed the worst. Angor did not say it because the music box was not really valuable, and Angor planned to use this chance to teach Toby how to avoid being used by bad guys. Angor already had a plan in mind that he would talk and conclude the "lesson" with Toby once they got back to Brute Cavern.
He had not expected the lesson to happen so early, and at a bad time too. Still, it seemed the lesson left a pretty deep mark in Toby's mind.
Just yesterday, Toby happily lent his precious music box to his partner, and the cold truth hit him hard the next day. The bird lost both his "new friend" and his music box, which was now being sold in public. It had to be really hard for a bird who always lived a carefree life.
Despite his bad mood, Toby never looked at Angor's eyes.
And Angor fully understood it. Toby did not know how to face him after losing the precious gift to someone so fast.
"Don't worry, I can make another one. I'll get to it once we leave the auction. An even better one."

Angor had been talking to Toby in a really small voice. Dave could not hear them. However, he somewhat grasped a tip of the truth when thinking about the sad Toby, and how Angor once mentioned that the music box was meant for Toby because the bird loved music.
Dave got an idea of what happened even though he was not sure of it yet.
Twilight kept explaining the item to everyone, "Later, I'll show you the special properties of the music box. For now, please look at here." Twilight put a finger on the box's energy chamber and unleashed her mana.
Quickly, an aura was spread from the music box which calmed everyone's mind.
"A tranquility effect?"
"It's a Tranquility Rune! I'm sure of it! I saw something similar in Floating Mech City, a pillow enchanted with the same thing. Man, that night was damn comfortable!"
"But it makes no sense. What's the point of Tranquility Rune when the box tingles our eardrums?"
Twilight nodded and smiled. "Correct, the Tranquility Rune. As for your question, you'll understand after watching me."
Both Dave and Prome looked at Angor. Angor already told them about applying a Tranquility Rune onto the music box he was going to make.
And Angor was probably the only person in this world who could use such a strange combination.
They were almost sure that the music box was Angor's. So… however did it end up here? Angor came to Twilight Well with them. They never saw Angor sending anything to the auction for review.
Dave saw both Angor and Toby grew calm and tried to ask in a small voice. "What's going on, Angor? That's… your music box, right?"
His words caused Toby to go berserk again.
Angor only said "Let's talk later" before trying to comfort Toby again.
It was not like Angor could really hold Toby down considering the bird's ability. It was just that Toby was unsure of what to do himself. He knew he made a huge mistake, and he did not want to anger Angor. Angor's calm expression comforted Toby just a bit. However, Toby felt anxious again when he suspected that Angor was acting all calm because Angor was going to break up with him.
Angor clearly knew that even if he had ten extra hands, he would never be able to suppress Toby if Toby meant to attack for real. Toby was fumbling up and down in his pocket simply because the bird was trying to distract him, similar to how kids cried to their parents for candies.
And Angor gladly played along.
Dave watched the interaction between his friend and a bird and sighed. "Master Prome, I guess there's some kind of reason behind this. Maybe someone stole Toby's music box."
"Angor can tell us if he wants to, or he can keep it private, I won't mind. Look carefully, Twilight's going to show us the music box. I always want to find out what special properties Angor created on his invention."
As an alchemist himself and even though they studied different subjects, Prome could not help competing with Angor over their alchemy skills. The man never revealed his idea. Prome always believed that his path of synthesis was superior to Angor's enchantment, so he always considered himself on a higher level than Angor.
But now, something was troubling him. Usually, Prome could get some of his items sold on the ordinary auctions, but not the Grand Auction. Angor's music box though was presented at a Grand Auction so easily. And it was placed later in the queue too. Also, the auctioneer spoke highly of the item and even addressed 'Flaming Lotus' Lydia personally.
It gave Prome a terrible feeling as if Angor was a better alchemist than him.
He really wished to find out what was so special about Angor's item now.

Twilight carefully placed the music box back onto the stand. "As a music box, the most important factor is, of course, music. To protect the privacy of our potential buyers, I'll only play a portion of the music. Please listen to it and decide whether you'll make the purchase."
People did not seem interested at all. They simply considered it as taking a break.
Lydia sat in Chamber 1 and stared at Twilight's movement carefully.
They saw Twilight covering the music box under a strange-colored cloth and that she was operating a winding key.
The Tranquility Rune soon covered the entire stage.
The power of the Tranquility Rune was fully displayed. But thanks to the cover cloth, neither Angor's music nor his illusion could be observed.
Everyone looked at each other, not knowing what Twilight was up to.
"What are you waiting for, Twilight?" Lydia's impatient voice came again.
"Just a minute, Lady Lotus. I already activated the music box. I need to cover it for the sake of the final buyer. I'll remove the cover to allow you to enjoy the ending of the music."
People knew what Twilight meant and decided to stay put.
When the inner stage had enjoyed Tranquility Rune for five full minutes, Twilight finally spoke to the yawning audiences, "The music is almost finished. Please take a good look now."
She slowly uncovered the item, when a strange light came from under the cloth, along with gentle melodies.
Before anyone could comment, they saw ripples appearing in the air.

Around Gol Inath, the huge tree at the center of the Crimson Forest, in the east of Drustvar, hooded figures placed shadowy seeds. The seeds would give out a murky blue and black smoke, it seemed illusory, like if it was connected to a different world. 

"Soon this forest shall be under our master's command, and so will every life be under their rule, Twilight Comes brothers!!" Said a zealot who looked like the leader of the hooded figures.

"Twilight Comes!!" The other zealots repeated after him.

The zealots had been careful to not attract attention, anyone who knew of them would likely die mysteriously or disappear, afterall it was not yet the time for them to show their faces.

Even if they had to hide themselves it did not mean that they were not around working on the plans laid out by their masters, seeding discord, undermining kingdoms and expanding their influence ever so slowly, like a slow rising flood that would only be noticed once it was too late.

They were everywhere, from the cold lands of Northrend, to the scorching deserts of Silithus, the deepest of the ocean to the highest palaces of the Elemental Lord of Air. In the shadows they thrived and grew, waiting for when their enemies were weak and them strong.

All for the Hour of Twilight, when all the prisons that shackled their gods would be destroyed, and they would once again revive their ancient empire and drown the world in shadow.

Their empire would herald the coming of the titan who would bring a new age, after they corrupted the world soul of Azeroth ir would be the champion of the Void, a Void Titan.

No Burning Legion or even the whole Pantheon of Titans would be able to stop it, the universe would know only Void.

It has been a whole month since his party arrived in Drustvar, Theo has been going busily all over thr place to fight against localized focus of infection of the Nightmare, it went to show him how far spread was the influence of the Twilight Hammer, the organization of zealots who serve the Old Gods.

The world he was in was much, much bigger than the game he played, cities were massive, deaths were real and the economy complex... 

That was what made him realize how scary these twilight bastards were... even on such a large world they still managed to cover such huge areas with small seeds that looked small and not at all troublesome first, but given a some years would cover the whole forest and link it to the Nightmare.

He had then to spend alot of time hunting for these seeds, thankfully his heightened perception after his transformation had made this job easier.

All he had to do was sense a disturbing Will in his surroundings and trace it to its source, and slowly but surely clean the forests around Drustvar.

There had been times where he was ambushed in the middle of searching for these seeds, but the cultists looked to be too weak to fight him at the moment.

Afterall the zealots of the Twilight Hammer were still not strong enough to be high profile for a reason, they needed to capture elementals, receive blessings and be infused with shadow magic from their masters, and those masters were still shackled and fighting to free themselves, they could give them plans but not much power at the moment.

The zealots would use shadow magic to try and either suck the power away of their targets, mind attacks to overwhelm their foes and control them or to blast away with shadow energy in a bid to wipe them out.

I had high resistance against shadow magic due to being able to wield the Light and was adept at mind magic also, making them very vulnerable towards me.

After around five ambushes they quit trying to hold me in small numbers, I suspected they were trying to setup something big and have me fall into it... I would oblige them, I was sick of the long chase of these rats.

Preparations were ready to go and deal with the source of those seeds, Gorak Tol who was trapped in Thros, The Blighted Lands, would have to be dealt with, but first they had to destroy the little fires around, and eliminate the pesky cultists, what if they went after Selia before he confronted them? 

It was usually wise to tight the rope around the neck of these operations, afterall even them had manpower constraints, and their organization would suffer a terrible setback if they lost too many members at this initial stage.

Since the Twilight Hammer was a worldwide organization and not contained as Gorak Tol, it was better to take the chances to weaken them, the Old Gods wouldn't leave Theo alone afterall, none was safe from them, Selia was still vulnerable to their whispers and needed his constant Light treatment to undo curses and corruption.

Now he was chasing a small group into the trap they had surely prepared, he brought Emmarel along to help neutralize the casters and spot the traps.

As he went after the fleeing cultists into the Crimson Forest he saw that the air was growing disturbing, the air was stale and the elements were drowsy, they really went all or nothing in this trap, this something very noticeable, they could even attract the attention of the government way sooner than intended with such a move. 

It was even all prepared for him... it was almost touching how much they cared for him, almost...

His elemental powers were dificult to use in this place, which meant it would be Light, physical attacks and dragon breaths in this situation.

Arriving at the center of the Crimson Forest they saw what looked like a twisted realm where nature seemed to be in an always starved and perpetually in agony.

The trees would eat the animals and each other, animals would eat their own kind and rot while their bodies mutated and became abominations.

A scene of Nightmares indeed.

"See she perfectly fine now let go" As I landed on my feet besides Scarlett "No way a Moonshine!" Bandit 2 got out his machete "Hey what about me!" I wave my arms.

I was wearing a black elissa and the swans Lolita dress, high heel boots, my hair was braids in two on my shoulders hold tightly with two white ribbons, and my horns was cony hair tassels. "What with the girl dragon in pigtail?" Bandit 1 put his sword "I must save them" James jumped in the air did a back flip and landed in front of Scarlett and Twilight wearing a brown swordman outfit with boots, his curly red emo bang hair, brown eyes, and a little fang sticking out his mouth "Don't mess with the girl" James stood up Scarlett did sign language "No you wouldn't have deal with it on your own" I said turning to her. "So after I made a deal with the three heroes I wanted  Queen Meteor's bones, Chief Dawn's heart, and King Edward's soul and I turn them into keys" Constance smiled "Three sacrifice turn into three keys" I said "Of course Meteor the skeleton key, Dawn the rose key, and Edward the crown key there the treasure of the music box where you can stopped my brother but with he too powerful oh well" Constance shrugged. You don't care at all you witch of the underworld. "Here a map of the three keys I don't know which kingdom, village, or town they changed after 30,000 years so good luck" Constance wink "Your really evil?" James asked "That not how I see it I see you guys as a game of chess Darkness is the black king, Paradox his black Bishop, Twilight the white queen, Scarlett the white Knight, and James the knight pawn of course" Constance giggled "Why am I the pawn?! Jane got up furious. "Now darling the three heroes left you a little gifts to stopped shadowmares" Constance got out a treasure chest and open it up "Wake up spirits!" Constance bang on the chest, wow she mean, I looked at her like a scumbag.

"This beautiful god is Solaire the solar goddess" Constance smiled "Good Evening my loves sorry I slept for so long" Solaire open her fan and put it over her mouth and nose "Well well well Solaire of course she wake" Étoile said "Étoile my dear little sister your still a star but I'm just bigger than you are" Solaire smiled "Oh snap!" Soleil laughed "I miss you" Lune went to Solaire "I miss you too" Solaire pat her head.

Constance clapped her hands "That enough ladies after 30,000 years here are the new generation is those three" Constance point her thumb to us. That mean with you say it that, "I will take the wolf girl!" Étoile smiled Scarlett tilt her head "Exactly you spirit go by how much power this generation have and your heart will be connected duh" Constance smiled "Your really a mess up witch from the underworld" James said.

"That sweet of you James now Soleil and Lune" Constance snap her finger. Soleil and Lune turn into twin pistol, Soleil's pistol form orange and yellow with a sun symbol where the bullet come out, Lune's pistol form was white and blue with moon symbol where the bullet come out. "So cool I wonder who get them?" James got excited. I never seen anything like that magic is normal here but I guess anything can happen now and day. "Scarlett the twin pistol Soleil et Lune" Constance got out two gun leg holster, Scarlett grab them and put them under her dress "Cover your eyes James this is rated P not for prev!" I shouted "I know I know" James try to move my arms "Next weapon" Constance clapped her hands.

"Now Étoile" Constance smiled "Fine" Étoile cross her arms turn into a magical staff grey holder with a white crystal ball "Amazing" Twilight hold it "Yep magical staff Étoile the sun goddess" Constance drank her tea "Now my dear sweet Solaire" Constance snap her finger, Solaire toss her holding fan in the air as she turn into a black katana blade with blue holder "She beautiful but deadly" James hold the katana in his hand.

"Now my darlings I want you to go to Treasure Fang then make your way around the other two clans" Constance smiled "Alright then but why?" James asked "Why not" Constance smiled and shrugged "You witch of the underworld" Me and James said madly.

"And that my babies is how it happens" Twilight smiled Everyone unfreeze Scarlett did a front kick in bandit 1 face, James did a upper cut right in the jaw of bandit 2 face, and I dodge cause I can't fight I roll like a hedgehog. "We have to stop them" Bandit 3 ran off "I hope you get your boss" I smiled happily "Your cold Twi" James crack his knuckles "I just wanted to ask a question" I tilt my head. The ground shake with every step the bandit boss walk up to us "Good evening little girls and boy" Boss said "Yes sorry to bother you but we're looking for this key" James pull up a picture of the skeleton key.

"Yes of course for 2 Drago (200$) for the information and 1 Swordie (20$)  for fee" Boss smirked "How about no Drago and zero Swordie and you get a Scarlett" Twilight smiled and tilt her head "That Moonshine even better" Boss walk over to Scarlett "Yes she a beauty, I love blue eyes over the green ones" Boss smirked "Yes but I prefer the spin kick" I smiled "A spin what?" Boss was knock to the ground as Scarlett did a spin kick in his chin "You little pup!" Boss hold his mouth "Now. in. for. mat. ion. please?" James put the paper to the boss face. "Yes there a Hollownight on the east side of Treasure Fang that where all information are leak" Boss said

"Perfect thanks oh! We will be taken your stuff too after all Treasure Fang is known for that" James smiled happily. As we walk to the east side of Treasure Fang walking down a dark alley "So creepy I hope two cure girls don't cling on me?" James smiled "Yeah I hope not" I looked at the map "How rude Scarlett will cover for me" James skip happily Scarlett did sign language "How mean" James cross his arms. Scarlett stopped dead in her track "What is it?" James asked Scarlett lift up two fingers that a signal knowing something coming close.

A dark figure fall out the sky landing in Scarlett face "Who are you?" Twilight pull out the sun staff, A wolf man wearing nothing but black as a mask cover his mouth and nose, his short curly dark that cover both his eyes "A Moonshine" The Wolf said Scarlett put her head down "My name is Comet a ninja" The wolf said "Excuse me who are you?" James asked "Ms. Moonshine who is this weak human?" Comet asked "Weak?" James pouted "Hey that mean" I point at him "Oh the former princess of the Chaos why are you here?" Comet asked. Ow that hurt

James pouted in the corner Comet was amazed by Scarlett. "Alright that enough let go Scarlett we have the Hollownight" I held her hand "You mean for a Hollownight right?" Comet ask me "No just Hollownight that what the bandit say" I looked at him. "Okay you former princess let teach you some fact since you lived in a magical world for of pony and cupcakes" Comet scoffed That hurt even know it true. A chibi Comet walk in with a chalkboard and a stick, Slave wolves own by the Claws family that where me and Scarlett grew up but from different rank, there four ranks of slave wolves.

The fourth rank Snowyling brow hair, black or dark grey eyes there breeder. The third rank Bluebell grey hair, purple or yellow eyes there either soldiers or servant for clans family. Now the second rank Hollownight dark curly hair, red or orange eyes, there either ninja or assassin but it mostly the female Hollownight that are assassin. And now the first rank Moonshine, white hair, blue or green eyes, they are bodyguard for the clans family.

"Whoa that really something" I tilt my head "Yeah there used to be a firth rank called the Deathmoon but they went extinct a long time along they were more deadly then Moonshine we know today" Comet said "So your Comet Hollownight?" James asked "Yes we can choose are name when we get a little older that goes for the Bluebell and Snowyling but when it comes to the Moonshine there owner pick there names that a high honor it proves that there names is powerful like Scarlett true her name mean red but it almost mean deadly like a rose" Comet smile, she deadly alright. "Good cause we're looking for this skeleton key" I hold the picture up "Nope never seen or heard of that key before" Comet shake his head

"So I'm guessing your not the Hollownight we're looking for" I sighed "No sorry but there a Hollownight that meant be able to help" He smiled happily as we kept walking we stopped at a bar "What is this?" I looked at Comet "This is Midnight howls that where most of the bandit, gangs, and people who love rumors and this is where Miss Feather Hollownight perform" Comet sighed happily. Someone have a little crush "Wait I thought Hollownight only do assassin or ninja?" James asked "They do but this Hollownight love to do dirty that take guts come on" Comet walk up to a Bluebell bodyguard.

"There with me" Comet said Bluebell nodded and open the door for us. "We're in" James said "Yes James thank you for the spy work now Scarlett start searching for information James stay close to Comet" I inform him "Got it" James smiled. An announcer spoke up "What up my wolf and wolfette, dragon dude and gal, gentleman and lovely lady welcome to the Midnight howls tonight I hope you enjoy the Miss lovely, beautiful, and don't forget deadly Miss Feather Hollownight!" Announcer smiled

A shadow of a tall women was singing, as the light shine on her Comet was right she a beauty to behold, her long dark curly hair was the left side of her face it cover her left eye but her right eye was red at the end of her hair was a red ribbon, around her neck was a spike choker, she wore a red corset silk gown with a slit. Feather walk around the bar singing Scarlett look closer at her arm, "What is it Moonshine?" Comet look at her as Feather look at us and walk away slowly Scarlett did sign language.

"We're in" Twilight smiled after everything was settled down Scarlett knock on the door where Feather stay. "Get in quickly!" Feather push us in "Why that hurt?" James rub his back. "Now hush you human I can tell just by looking at your Moonshine you need information Twilight" Feather sat down "How did you know my name?" I sat down on the couch. "News travel fast in Treasure Fang of course I heard it from a few Hollownight and Bluebell" Feather got up "Yeah those three are traveling looking for this key" Comet show her the picture "Oh the Skeleton key Queen Meteor's bones 30,000 years ago" Feather said "You know of this key?" I stood up "Yes only once when I was traveling in Quetzalcoatl" Feather smiled

"My Lord the three reincarnated are in Treasure Fang should we stopped them?" Shadow walk in "No not yet I will wait for them in Quetzalcoatl I love there military base so easy to kill them Paradox" Darkness stood up "Yes my Lord?" Paradox put his head down "Pack some bags we're going on a road trip" Darkness smiled "Oh sound fun" Constance walk in from the window "Oh my dear sister thanks for visiting" Darkness had his hands behind his back "Nope not visiting just in joining the show of course keep that puppy on a leash" Constance smiled Paradox scoffed "Oh that mean Paradox is a different kind of wolf" Darkness wrap his arms around Paradox chest "I will bite your face off" Paradox growled "So deadly" Darkness smiled.

"It doesn't matter my chess pieces will win now that they have white bishop and another white rook on there side" Constance smiled "We will see about that dear sister" Darkness and Constance eyes glow bright yellow "We will see my dear sweet brother all they need now is a white king" Constance smiled.


After finishing the sudden outburst of unstable crying, Anne ran to the abandoned stable by the river where human test subjects who live at headquarters wash clothes. Anne went there for a reason that most people won't think of, to fetch her pet mutated horse, Twilight. 

"Morning, Twilight! We're going to our usual location in Aconitum forest as usual today!" Anne greeted the horse whose flowing silver mane was dancing in the breeze. 

Twilight or Failure *8859 is a failed test subject for the experiment to reproduce cyborg animals without taking too much time. Twilight was originally a perfectly normal horse, but she failed the experiment, so before it met Anne, she had a couple legs missing and rough skin with rashes. When Anne first found Twilight when she was collecting herbs, it didn't have two of her forelegs. Twilight was abandoned at the abandoned stable in Aconitum forest for about a day ago at that time, so she wasn't dead yet. But most of the failed test subjects weren't as lucky as Twilight. They all died from starvation and what was left of them was their rotted corps. Most of the failed test subjects were abandoned there, so the abandoned stable reeked of blood and was swarming with what seemed similar to mosquitoes, blood-sucking 'Tice'. 'Tice' are a species akin to mosquitoes as they sucked blood, but instead, both sexes of the species were lethal as they could suck an average baby's blood dry. If the living survived, they would die slowly from the fast-reproducing virus called B-20.

As 'Tice' were a common species on Kolias, especially in Aconitum forest, Anne always wore a repellent that she concocted herself on her clothes and her protective gear that she wove out of vines. There was another reason why Anne wore repellent. As you could tell from the name 'Aconitum', a flower which is known to be beautiful despite being the 'Queen of Poisons', the forest was occupied with deadly and poisonous plants and animals, but because these animals and plants inhabited Kolias, not Earth, whose environment was completely different from Kolias, Anne decided to call the plants and animals fyta dainamon (demon plant in Greek) and zoa (demon animal in Greek) because of the environment and components that most plants and animals that were needed to grow were completely different from Earth's plants and animals. Most of the plants on Kolias were lethal or poisonous but that does not mean that every single plant was poisonous, Anne has been studying plants with medicinal properties when she occasionally sneaks out.

Anne covered both her and Twilight with repellent and protective gear and fed Twilight her daily breakfast that Anne 'took' from the pantry, 3 pyla fruits. Pyla fruits were one of the many fruits that were harmless and edible on Kolias that didn't need any disinfecting before eating. Pyla had an oval shape and they came in an array of colors: blue, red, green and purple. It had a taste similar to an apple. Surprisingly, even though pyla was abundant on Kolias, especially in this region, they were surprisingly fragile. So, Anne always had to carry them in a bottle with a suitable opening hole to fit pyla. 

After they were ready and equipped, Anne rode Twilight at a jaw-dropping speed of 55 mph. Even though this would've been rare on Earth, it was considered common on Kolias, as most of the animals on Kolias have been experimented on. 

As they rode across the vast, open plains, the scenery blurred, the afternoon wind cutting Anne's fair skin. If it wasn't for her protective gear, her face would've been scarred considerably.

As the crazy wind settled down, Anne and Twilight arrived at their destination: a mossy cave shaded from the sun. Over the two years that she came to Kolias, this place was her nirvana as the cave was filled with high quality plants with both poisonous and medicinal properties. She stumbled across this place when she attempted to escape, but this place had helped her calm down and made her mind clear every time she came here. Anne also realized that she was unprepared and couldn't escape in this state when she first came here. This cave was also why she developed a new interest in herbs and plants. She loved it here as it was always cool here; zoas didn't even dare to step near this place as there was a powerful zoa resting deep inside this cave. Fortunately, Anne was always meticulous about her preparations and always brought her first aid kid and her other tools. So, even if she did encounter a zoa out here or got poisoned by fytas, she wouldn't have to worry. 

As Anne made herself comfortable in the soft moss, the tips of her hair shone brightly as it was a metallic silver. She even took off her eyepatch that she usually didn't dare take off in the lab.

Ever since coming to Kolias, there were two very distinguible features that changed. The first one was that metallic silver hair always grew on the tips of her hair. Anne tried time and time again to cut off the silver hair but it still stubbornly refused to go away like an annoying pest. The 2nd one, however, caused her to turn into what Anne was today, an extremely cautious and insecure girl who was even more meticulous than before. This was because many of the test subjects bullied her because of her blood ruby red eye, which was popularly dubbed as "the demon eye". It was even more weird because only one of her eyes turned red, the other surprisingly stayed the same. So, after a long time of bullying, Anne started to cover her red eye with an eye patch. Soon after, people stopped teasing her. It was as if the 'demon eye' didn't exist to begin with. Anne had always wondered why but just ignored it in the end.

Anne brought out her notebook, the one that the co-workers at the hospital back on Earth gave her: a book with a periwinkle coloured leather cover. Over the past 2 years, Anne had embroidered different herbs and flowers from Earth that she knew of on the notebook. As her memory of Earth has worsened over the years, she could only jot down what was left of her broken memories. The only clear thing that refused to get out of her mind was her family and her best friend: Beatrice. She had fantasized about meeting her loved ones over and over again, but she knew that she couldn't see them even if she tried for a thousand years. 

As she started to jot down all her observations and findings that she had done today and the day before, she spotted a pair of children walking towards her. The pair of children that looked around 10 years old consisted of a girl and a boy. The girl had flaming red hair in twin buns, beautiful emerald eyes and cute freckles. The boy on the other hand had pale blue hair, but had the same beautiful emerald eyes and freckles. When Anne saw them approaching her, she frantically kept all of her personal belongings. Unfortunately, when Anne was observing them, the boy met her eyes. What was even worse was that Anne forgot to wear her eyepatch, again!

"No, no, no, no! I don't want to be bullied again. Please tell me what happened wasn't true." Anne frantically thought. 

She hurried to get on Twilight in an attempt to escape. But, she knew fully well that the pair had already spotted her without her eyepatch. As she raced across the plains to return to the lab, millions and thousands of thoughts raced through her mind, but she had 2 distinguishable thoughts that made her stomach turn in worry and fear. Anne realised 2 dire consequences that can happen because of her careless and foolish mistake. First was that ,as you all know, she would get bullied again if the pair told the other test subjects about her "demon eye". And the 2nd one was the one that will get her in the most trouble is that if the pair told the superior beings that she was outside, not doing chores, she would not have food to eat and would have to go through experiments all day long for at least a month, if that wasn't bad enough, there was a possibility that she could be tortured and killed.

Anne shuddered at the thought and vowed to herself that from that day forward, she would avoid any pair of children who had flaming red hair in twin buns, beautiful emerald eyes, cute freckles and pale blue hair.

Anne and Beatrice have been kidnapped by the superior beings of Kolias. They were separated and did not know whether the other was alive or not. They have always wanted to escape this terrible situation, but they knew they could not do it alone. Even they had lost hope after 2 years, they believed that they still have hope. And that hope came true! They met trustworthy friends after years of fantasizing. Friends who, too, hoped to escape the terrible place. Hope of escaping this horrible fate has finally arrived!
