Okay, so this seems like it's going to be a lot of work huh. But wait, for a village home would be nice. It would give Temti and me a nicer place to keep our stuff. The first thing Anita needs me to do is gather Potion Jelly, then Wood, and lastly some apples. There's this spot by my cave. I should be able to find everything needed there.

So I headed over to the area, it was deep in the woods so on the way I was able to pick a few apples and gather some wood too. When I finally arrived it was pretty quiet, I thought there'd be more monsters. When we got towards the middle a flash happened, kind of like with the King Slime. It was different though, the Sky didn't turn black nor did lightning strike the earth. Instead this time it was like a flash of light. Then I heard this quite squishing sound, and I was unsure where it was coming from. Then a Red Slime emerged from one of the edges of the woods, then another, then a few blues, and then even more. They just seemed to keep coming, I began to fight and defend myself but it seemed like they would never stop. Lucky for me I was at a pretty high level now so it was one hit kill on the slimes. At least till the Sin Slimes appeared, they were well past normal strength, it was like something more was going on.

Since it was Temti and I battling this time, it wasn't as hard as the last time I fought Sin Slimes. One after another Red, Blue, and Sin Slimes would keep appearing from deep in the forest. Then the Sin ones even began to absorb the others. I thought I may end up fighting another King Slime at this rate. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, these eyes began to appear in the dark of the trees.

"What is that?"
[Temti, pausing from battle confused and scared]

"I'm not sure."
[Twilight, as he strikes down another Sin Slime]

[Low growling sound]

"Did you hear that?"
[Twilight]

[More eyes begin to appear in the dark]

"Shit...I think I know what's going on here now."
[Twilight, thinking]

[Growling intensifies]

I'm not sure what type of creature they are, but it went from just the one pair of eyes watching us from inside the forest, into dozens. The eyes looked familiar though, like a creature I had seen a book mom use to have. I think it's a creature called a Wuve, a night creature if I remember right.

"Hmm"
[Temti, as he stops attacking]

"What are you doing?"
[Twilight]

"Have you noticed the amount of Slimes has slowed down?"
[Temti]

"No, is that what you're paying attention to right now."
[Twilight, a little annoyed as he is still fighting Slimes]

"Well, I think we should because if you also haven't noticed those eyes are coming closer. Which means we'll have to deal with them next."
[Temti, as he begins to fight again]

"Shit, you're right."
[Twilight]

I was no longer sure if Temti and I were going to make it through this. Especially after the creature hiding in the forest fully came out. I was correct about what they were, Wuves, and as we thought there were dozens. They slowly approached as a pack, while the growling intensified. 

"We should probably get out of here."
[Twilight, fighting off a pair of Wuves]

"I think it's too late for that, it seems like we're surrounded."
[Temti, trying to avoid a Wuve bite]

"We can't be stuck here, we've got to find a way out."
[Twilight]

"But how, I'm pretty sure we'd have to fight our way through."
[Temti]

"If that's what it takes then we've got to make it happen somehow."
[Twilight]

We began fighting the Wuves and Slimes, until it was just the Wuves left. It seemed like there was no end to them. One would leap in for a strike and either Temti or I would attack it. This would leave us open so another Wuve would attempt an attack as well. It was a constant back and forth between us and the Wuves. Then it got even worse, the Wuves stopped attacking, almost simultaneously, and a new creature emerged from the forest. It kind of looked like a Wuve, the only huge difference was that it walked on two legs. 

"What the fuck is that shit?"
[Temti, slightly panicked]

"I have no idea, I've never seen it before. But it does remind me of one of these Wuves."
[Twilight]

"I think it might actually be, maybe it's an evolved version."
[Temti]

"Evolved, so you mean stronger? How are we supposed to survive fighting that too on top of this all."
[Twilight, frustrated]

"I'm not sure, we should have declined this request."
[Temti]

"It's too late to regret that now, just fight."
[Twilight]

We tried our best to avoid the new creature and handle just the Wuves, it seemed to actually be successful. Then eventually it was just us and the creature. It seemed to have been waiting for us to finish fighting because when we killed the final Wuve, it finally began to approach us again. It began its attack with a charge, and it was much faster than its Wuve counterpart. It struck me first, hitting me directly in the chest and sending me flying. I was surprised I was able to get up after. Once I went flying it then went after Temti, they crossed blow for blow, but still you could tell the creature was much stronger. After I finally pulled myself together again I joined Temti in his fight. Even with two against one we were having a difficult time.

[Low growl from creature]

"Do you think it's almost dead?"
[Temti trying to catch his breath]

"No, not at all, but at the same time it has to be."
[Twilight as he watches the creature prepare for another attack]

"I'm not sure if I can keep going then."
[Temti]

"We have to, I honestly can't be much more right?"
[Twilight]

We began fighting the creature again, to the point where Temti and I were almost visibly at our limits. But so was the creature, one more blow for either of us and the battle is decided. Temti and I charged at the creature, he swung first but we were able to avoid it. Then Temti activated his boost skill, and tried for his attack. He failed as well, but being a part of his part boosted me as well. So while the creature was distracted by Temti I lunged myself into the air. Leaping behind the creature where I have him the final blow through the back. With the creature's defeat our quest was done and we headed back to the village. We picked a few more apples and gathered some wood on our way though just to make sure.

Selepas perkembangan Leylin menjadi pangkat 3 dan kekalahan elf gelap, semua pertikaian dan plot rahsia di daerah tengah telah menjadi reda seolah-olah ia tidak pernah berlaku.
Sebagai seorang Magus pangkat 3 yang baru maju dengan penuh daya tahan, seseorang yang juga tidak berusaha untuk melindungi alam, Leylin dengan mudahnya dapat mencari masa untuk menghapuskan persatuan-persatuan yang tidak dikuasai olehnya. Dia bersedia untuk memerintah Zon Twilight selama berabad-abad yang akan datang.
Menghadapi tekanan daripada kuasa besar sebegitu, tidak kiralah sama ada Magi dari daerah tengah enggan menerimanya, mereka tidak berani menyinggung Leylin.
Pada waktu ini, beberapa orang yang terselamat dari persatuan lain menampilkan diri dan menghapuskan semua khabar yang tidak baik tentang Leylin.

Sejak itu, Leylin menjadi kuasa tunggal yang memerintah Magi Zon Twilight dan pengorbanan dan kegelapan di sebalik kemuliaannya sering diabaikan oleh orang ramai.
Rakyat hanya akan mengingati pencapaian cemerlang Leylin dalam mengalahkan elf gelap. Mereka menggubah lagu dan legenda untuk memujanya, melupakan kerja keras Baelin, Aaron, Vinas dan juga Penjaga Alam yang sebelumnya. Nama-nama tersebut tertimbus di bawah dokumen dan catatan sejarah mengenai kecemerlangan Leylin yang abadi dan legendanya berterusan.
Selepas berjaya memperolehi gelaran Penjaga Alam, arahan pertama Leylin yang dikeluarkan bertujuan untuk menjadikan Persekutuan Nature sebagai kekuatan teras Zon Twilight. Dia menghimpunkan ramai Magi untuk membina Akademi Persekutuan Nature di pusat daerah tengah.
Walaupun pada asalnya Leylin tidak merancang untuk melakukannya, dia kini mempunyai kekuatan untuk melaksanankan sistem akademi dan mengaut keuntungan besar dalam proses tersebut.
Selepas menubuhkan Akademi Persekutuan Nature, beberapa persatuan skala-besar yang mempunyai hubungan baik dengan Persekutuan Nature membuat pengumuman berprofil tinggi. Mereka akan bergabung dengan Persekutuan Nature untuk membentuk persatuan yang kukuh. Sudah tentu, Leylin yang mengawal semua ini dari belakang tabir.
Berikutan itu, Leylin tidak lagi perlu risau. Akademi yang berkembang dengan pesat itu secara semula jadi membubarkan persatuan lain yang berdekatan, memperluaskan keupayaan dan pengaruh mereka secara berterusan.
Leylin tahu dengan jelas bahawa model pantai selatan adalah lebih adil daripada sistem persatuan yang diikut oleh Zon Twilight. Mereka juga melepaskan tradisi warisan daripada guru kepada murid. Walaupun terdapat ramai lagi mentor, hanya sesetengah mereka yang masih melayan pembantu paderi mereka seperti hamba.
Lebih-lebih lagi, berapa ramai pembantu paderi yang boleh diterima oleh seorang mentor? Bagaimana boleh ia dibandingkan dengan kelas-kelas berskala besar dalam sebuah akademi?
Banyak persatuan skala-besar mula melepaskan pemikiran sempit mereka mengenai sekatan teknik meditasi untuk bergabung kuasa kerana ia akan pasti memperkuatkan kekuatan persatuan.
Ini adalah kejayaan sistem akademi! Ia juga merupakan penambahbaik zaman dan tidak boleh dihentikan apabila ia menjadi trend!
Persatuan-persatuan yang ketinggalan zaman juga menubuhkan institut dan mengambil masuk banyak ahli supaya tidak dibayangi oleh akademi-akademi.
Ini membolehkan rakyat biasa yang berbakat mendapat peluang yang baik.
Akademi-akademi yang lebih bebas dan terbuka juga boleh menerima Magi berkembara. Tanpa sekatan teknik meditasi, ia menjadi lebih ringkas untuk Magi berkembara yang ingin menyertai akademi.
Leylin telah menyedari tentang ini sejak lama lagi. Walaupun persatuan berlatih teknik meditasi yang sama sangat bersatu, mereka juga menjadi sangat xenofobia. Selepas menyertai sebuah persatuan, kalau seseorang Magi tidak berlatih teknik meditasi persatuan tersebut, mereka akan menjadi sasaran untuk dipulaukan.
Tetapi sistem akademi tidak menghadapi masalah ini. Kebangkitan revolusi yang dimulakan oleh Longbottom juga dibasmi secara beransur-ansur oleh institusi akademi.
Leylin sebenarnya tidak mempedulikan tentang ini. Dia hanya mengutamakan teknik meditasi persatuan-persatuan dan penyelidikan berharga mereka.
Sesungguhnya! Di bawah sokongan keadilan, ketelusan dan komunikasi bebas oleh peraturan akademi, persatuan-persatuan yang menyertai akademi tersebut perlu menyumbangkan teknik meditasi unik mereka dan beberapa penyelidikan berharga.
Di bawah pimpinan Leylin, jumlah besar maklumat berharga ini disimpan dalam perpustakaan akademi untuk digunakan oleh semua Magi dan trend ini berkembang dengan pesat.
Harus juga diperkatakan selepas melepaskan pemikiran sempit persatuan, seperti komunikasi terbuka dan pemeriksaan sememangnya memberi banyak manfaat kepada Magi, menyebabkan keupayaan Magi Zon Twilight bertambah baik.
Bagi teknik meditasi dan penyelidikan ini pula, semuanya diterima dengan besar hati oleh Leylin dan telah meluaskan pangkalan data Cip A. I..
Ia boleh dikatakan pada ketika ini, bahagian besar teknik meditasi dan penyelidikan tahap-tinggi Zon Twilight kini berada dalam pegangan Leylin, termasuk sumber-sumber berharga.
Persekutuan Nature kini merupakan pengaruh yang paling besar di daerah tengah. Tidak kira juga apa yang Leylin inginkan, selagi ia wujud dalam Zon Twilight, dia hanya perlu bertanya. Ramai rakyat biasa, pembantu paderi, Magi pangkat 1 dan juga pangkat 2 akan mendapatkan untuknya tidak kisah tentang kosnya.
Ini adalah manfaat kuasa.

Zon Twilight, tahun 5785.
Menyedari setiap pihak telah menyiapkan persediaan mereka, Leylin dengan gelarannya sebagai Penjaga Alam, telah mengeluarkan rayuan kepada kuasa persekutuan dari semua daerah untuk mengambil semula kawasan utara!
Sesungguhnya! Selepas membunuh Anya, Leylin memilih untuk mengundur diri dan tidak segera menyerang daerah utara tetapi tempat itu kini mudah diperolehi.
Leylin tahu dengan jelas walaupun dia mempunyai keupayaan yang luar biasa, dia perlu memahami skil sendirinya terlebih dahulu. Walaupun menghantar pasukan tentera untuk mengalahkan elf gelap, memulihkan tanah mereka dan mendapat reputasi boleh berjalan lancar, keuntungan sebenar akan dikaut oleh orang lain yang mempunyai skim bercita-cita tinggi.
Selain itu, pada masa itu, dia tidak mempunyai gelaran Penjaga Alam! Leylin tidak cukup bodoh untuk berlawan di barisan hadapan dan membiarkan Magi di belakang mengaut hasil usahanya.
Justeru itu, dia lebih suka menyaksi elf gelap selebihnya di daerah utara berperang dengan kaum kerdil, gnome dan juga kaum mereka sendiri, membiarkan mereka meletihkan diri sebelum mengambil tindakan.
Tetapi sekarang, masanya sudah tiba.
Berbanding dengan rayuan sebelumnya, Leylin kini adalah Penjaga Alam, pemerintah Zon Twilight. Arahan daripada ketua terhebat dalam Dunia Magus sememangnya lebih berkesan.
Sebaik arahan tersebut dikeluarkan, semua persatuan di daerah tengah bukan setakat menghantar Magi dan askar-askar untuk membentuk persekutuan, malah daerah timur, selatan dan barat menghantar orang ramai untuk membantu.
Sesuatu yang berbaloi untuk disebutkan adalah Leylin hanya mempunyai kawalan penuh ke atas dua daerah – daerah tengah dan timur.
Bagi daerah barat dan selatan, sikap mereka terhadap Leylin sebagai Penjaga Alam agak tidak menentu.
Tetapi Leylin tidak mengambil berat, selepas mengaturkan daerah tengah dan timur, bergantung kepada kekuatan akademi-akademi di kedua-dua daerah ini sudahpun cukup untuk menghapuskan pihak elf gelap di daerah utara.
Dia menahan diri daripada berbuat demikian lebih awal kerana dia sibuk dengan penyusunan semula dalaman.
Tetapi sekarang? Daerah-daerah lain juga menyedari keadaan tersebut tidak memihak kepada mereka dan mereka turut menunduk.
Lagipun, menghantar tentera mengikut rayuan Leylin merupakan tindakan kesetiaan.
Leylin mengusap dagunya, sudut mulutnya melengkung dan tersenyum dengan terhibur.
Zon Twilight Utara.
Sementara itu, di belakang adalah jumlah besar Magi menunggang pengangkutan yang ganjil.
Pasukan tentera itu kemas dan teratur dan disatukan oleh arahan yang sama, berbanding dengan tentera yang diaturkan oleh Leylin sebelumnya, tentera ini kelihatan lebih berkuasa.
Disebabkan kematian maharani elf gelap tiga tahun yang lalu, kebanyakan elf gelap telah mengundur diri dari Zon Twilight utara. Hanya segelintir ahli kaum mereka yang lebih degil berputus untuk bersusah-payah bersama-sama kaum kerdil dan gnome.
Kekuatan sebegitu adalah tidak penting seperti debu apabila menghadapi perhimpunan ramai Magi, terutamanya tentera kaum manusia yang dipimpin oleh Leylin.
Pasukan tentera itu mempunyai kuasa yang tidak dapat dirintangi. Mereka menakluk tanah luas tanpa mengeluarkan tenaga dan juga melintasi bandar Potti.
Di pintu masuk bandar, bendera elf gelap dapat dilihat berkibar tinggi, di tengah-tengah kabut tebal, menghasilkan perasaan yang mengancamkan.
"Bandar Potti! Barisan pertahanan asal daerah utara dan juga tempat mati Pelindung Yade!" Leylin memandang pada beberapa elf gelap dan mengejek, "Ini bandar sempadan yang strategik, adakah mungkin elf gelap masih bermimpi untuk membahagikan tanah tersebut dengan kami?"
"Hantarkan arahan, semua tentera akan naikkan perkhemahan di sini, kami akan menyerang esok!"
Leylin dengan santai mengeluarkan arahan kepada penolong kanan dan penolong kirinya dan mereka menghantar mesej tersebut lapisan demi lapisan. Seluruh pasukan tentera Leylin berhenti dan mencari ruang yang sesuai untuk memasang khemah. Pada ketika itu, Magi dan askar biasa sibuk tetapi teratur memaparkan pemerintahan Leylin yang baik atas pasukannya.
Di tengah-tengah tapak perkhemahan yang kemas padat adalah khemah emas besar, dihiaskan dengan batu permata yang bersinar dan kemenyan. Terdapat juga pasukan rondaan Magi di luar.
Walaupun Penjaga Alam tidak suka semua ini, ia adalah etika yang diperlukan.
"Hm?" Leylin yang sedang bermeditasi di tengah khemah emas itu tiba-tiba membuka mata dan tersenyum.
Selepas beberapa minit, suara ucapan dapat didengari "Tuan!"
"Masuk!"
Langsir di depan dibuka dan seorang lelaki pertengahan umur dengan rambut putih berjalan masuk, tubuhnya memancarkan tenaga Magi pangkat 2 yang menakutkan tetapi pada ketika ini, dia melutut atas satu kaki sebagai tanda hormat kepada Leylin.
"Laporan kepada tuan! Terdapat matriark pangkat 2 elf gelap yang mengaku kawan lama dan ingin berjumpa dengan tuan!"
"Kawan lama?" Leylin tersenyum, "Biar dia masuk."

Endless stars guided sleeping folks toward the horizon. Under the shining curtain, the airship went toward the great canyon while leaving a trail of black smoke behind.
Hobbiton created quite the scene when leaving Ananda's side by crying sharp and loud. The body of a child which trapped a similar child's soul grew tired quickly and fell asleep again. There were still tears hanging around his eyes.
Angor leaned on the wall and watched the beautiful lake going past the scenery. The tranquil and serene ambiance brought him sad memories.
Footsteps approached and stopped beside him.
"I'll find time to do researches on drawing Prelude to Elimination when we're back, as fast as I can," said Angor. He paused for a moment before continuing, "There's only a number of problems to tackle. Dealt with, and nothing should stop me. Tell this to Master Prome."
"I see." His visitor sighed in sadness as he said, "Just listening to you makes me jealous. Magic arrays are nothing like ordinary runes. They are extremely hard to memorize, and you sound… so chilled. Man… maybe this is talent, something that people just can't learn."
The speaker put a hand on Angor's shoulder.
"I trust you, Angor. You have what it takes to become the best alchemist ever."
Those words, a pair of sincere eyes, as well as the curtain of stars and the empty hallway in the airship, turned into a permanent portrait in Angor's memory.
"Same to you," said Angor as he looked into the eyes glimmering under starlight and smiled back. "We'll learn together, Dave."
"Together."
Maybe the amazing scenery at night charmed their minds, the two young men observed the miracle creation of nature from the window and chatted over something they would no longer mention again upon reaching adulthood—their dreams.
Angor dreamed for the great future, while Dave dreamed about his own growth. But they mostly meant the same.
By "future", Angor referred to something that could not be foreseen. It was something beyond time and space, even beyond dimensions.
They both spoke their minds. Yet they each still held something back for their own. Not privacy, but room for better ambition.
Probably because they were too indulged in their emotional discussion, they failed to notice Hobbiton sat behind their wall, eyes twinkling, also dreaming about the wonderful wizarding world.
"Angor, that kid, Hobbiton…" Dave was going to curse the little thief again but decided not to ruin the mood. "He's loud, you know? I think the kid's gonna kick you if not for that woman to stop him. He probably hates you to guts. You sure it's a good idea, taking him to Butler Goode?"
"Hate me? Why? Because I didn't bring Ananda with him?" Angor asked.
"Yeah. Kids get emotional too easily. He thinks you're taking him away from Ananda so Ananda will never become a wizard. He'll hate you for that, up front," said Dave. When he recalled what happened before they boarded the airship, he moaned, "He's too stupid to figure out why you agreed to take him to Brute Cavern."
"Like you just said, he's a kid. Well, maybe not chronologically but… he has a child's mind. And it's totally fine for kids to disregard social rules. Let's bear with that."
"Heh. You're pretty open-minded. If someone, even a kid, yells or kicks me like a spoiled brat, I definitely will not help him with anything."

There were three wizard clans controlling Twilight Well from behind the curtain who took turns for the job. It was Waterward Lions who was responsible for this month.
The captain of the guards, Walmazan, was the sixth wizard from Waterward Lions who officially became a real wizard three years ago.

Walmazan sighed in relief as the auction concluded with a grand finale, and stepped out from the guard tower which he had been staying in during the past half month. He ordered his men to keep patrolling before he went back to his laboratory to do researches on his self-created spells.
Walmazan was a man of great ambition, who hoped to find the path of truth using his own unique spells. However, a unique spell did not always help people achieve such a goal. For example, Angor turned "Cleanse" into "Tornado", which was also unique. The spell was only modified based on someone else's experience, thus it was unlikely to help Angor seek the truth.
A real self-created spell had to be based on its creator's original theories.
There were only a handful of wizards who had successfully found the path of truth, and there was a reason for it.
Walmazan went back to his lab and barely had enough time to draft his theories before his transmitter shrieked loudly.
"Something's happening, sir! There's a HUGE mana reaction inside Twilight Auction House!!"

Someone so powerful came to Twilight Well?
"Is Mister Phantom still here?" He asked. However, he was sure the gentleman would not do anything bad to Twilight Auction.
"Mister Sunders had left after the end of the auction. The array did not pick up his signature!" A guard replied.
Walmazan scowled in great anxiety. "Forget it. Two of you stay here. Everyone else, follow me to the auction house!"
Several light streams brightened up the night sky and headed to the tattered steel tower.
The moon was exceptionally large tonight. Under its great brilliance, Walmazan got a feeling that he was flying straight into the moon itself.
Steel tower, skywalks, tattered flags flapping in the wind… the auction house which already looked like ruins put up a more desolating aura under the moon.
Walmazan sensed something before reaching the vicinity of the tower.
He saw terrifying energy reading back on the monitor. Why was the auction house ghostly quiet?
It seemed as if an invisible barrier had separated the auction house from the outside. In the city, everything lived on. Meanwhile, inside the barrier, it was a deathly and lifeless graveyard.
A dozen light streams arrived and stopped just outside the "barrier".
Walmazan quickly saw the master of Waterward Lions, 'Azure Lion' Devildare, who was also one of the supreme leaders of Twilight Auction House.
"Sir," Walmazan flew toward Devildare.
Devildare was also here because he received the message from the guard captain. 
"What's going on?" He cast a glimpse at the quiet tower.

Sebagai Magus yang baru naik peringkat menjadi seorang Magus peringkat 3 yang penuh dengan vitalitas, dan sebagai orang yang bahkan tidak berjuang melindungi kerajaan, Leylin dapat dengan mudah menemukan waktu untuk menghancurkan guild-guild yang tidak bersedia tunduk kepada kekuasaannya. Para Magus tersebut bergabung bersama untuk memberikan kesaksian bahwa apa yang sebelumnya dikatakan oleh Leylin adalah kebenaran, dan kesaksian mereka dengan cepat menghilangkan semua keraguan terhadap Leylin.
Para Magus tersebut pernah menjadi tawanan Leylin pada waktu itu. Para Magus peringkat 2 itu sudah lama tunduk kepada Leylin karena mereka bukan orang bodoh. Mengetahui kekuatan Leylin dan pengaruh mereka yang telah memudar, kebanyakan dari mereka mengakui kenyataan yang ada.
Tentu saja, ada beberapa Magus keras kepala yang semuanya telah binasa dalam "perang".
Twilight Zone tahun 5783. Dibantu oleh kekuatannya sebagai Magus peringkat 3 dan kemuliaan yang didapatkannya setelah mengalahkan peri kegelapan, Leylin kemudian dinobatkan sebagai Guardian of the Realm dengan disaksikan oleh banyak Magus di wilayah tengah.
Sejak saat itu, Leylin menjadi satu-satunya kekuatan yang mengendalikan para Magus di Twilight Zone, dan pengorbanan serta kegelapan di balik kejayaannya yang bersinar tersebut sering diabaikan oleh masyarakat.
Orang-orang hanya akan mengingat pencapaian mulia Leylin yang mengalahkan peri kegelapan. Mereka menggubah lagu-lagu rakyat dan legenda untuk memujinya, dan mengabaikan kerja keras dari Baelin, Aaron, Vinas, dan bahkan Guardian of the Realm sebelumnya. Nama-nama itu terkubur di bawah dokumen-dokumen dan catatan-catatan sejarah yang membahas tentang kehebatan Leylin yang abadi, dan legenda Leylin terus berlanjut.
Setelah berhasil menyandang gelar sebagai Guardian of the Realm, perintah pertama yang disampaikan oleh Leylin ditujukan untuk menjadikan Nature's Alliance sebagai kekuatan inti dari Twilight Zone. Dia kemudian mengumpulkan banyak Magus untuk membangun Akademi Nature's Alliance di jantung wilayah tengah.

Setelah mendirikan Akademi Nature's Alliance, beberapa guild berskala besar yang memiliki hubungan baik dengan Nature's Alliance membuat sebuah pengumuman besar. Mereka akan bergabung dengan Akademi Nature's Alliance untuk sebuah membentuk sebuah guild yang tangguh. Tentu saja, pembentukan guild ini disebabkan karena Leylin memegang kendali di belakang layar.

Sistem akademi juga melepaskan tradisi pewarisan dari guru ke muridnya. Meskipun masih ada banyak mentor, namun sangat sedikit dari para mentor tersebut yang terus memperlakukan para Acolytenya seperti budak.
Selain itu, berapa banyak Acolyte yang dapat diterima oleh seorang mentor? Bagaimana para Acolyte tersebut membandingkan tiap-tiap ruang kelas berskala besar yang ada di sebuah akademi?
Banyak guild berskala besar mulai melepaskan pemikiran mereka yang sempit dari teknik meditasi untuk menggabungkan kekuatan mereka. Karena penggabungan kekuatan itu pasti akan menghasilkan guild yang jauh lebih kuat daripada kekuatan dari sebuah guild individu.
Ini adalah keberhasilan dari sistem tersebut! Sistem tersebut juga merupakan perbaikan dari sebuah era, dan begitu sistem itu menjadi tren, maka sistem tersebut tidak bisa dihentikan!
Agar tidak dibayangi oleh akademi, maka guild-guild yang telah ditinggalkan tersebut juga harus mendirikan lembaga dan menerima pendaftaran dari banyak Acolyte agar dapat bertahan hidup.
Kondisi ini memungkinkan orang biasa yang memiliki bakat untuk mendapatkan sebuah peluang yang sangat baik.
Akademi yang lebih bebas dan terbuka juga bisa menerima Magus pengembara. Tanpa adanya batasan teknik meditasi, membuat para Magus pengembara menjadi lebih mudah untuk bergabung bersama akademi.
Leylin telah memperhatikan masalah batasan teknik meditasi guild ini sejak lama. Meskipun anggota guild yang mempraktikkan teknik meditasi yang sama memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat, namun mereka juga memiliki ketakutan yang berlebihan kepada orang asing. Setelah bergabung dengan sebuah guild, jika seorang Magus tidak mempraktikkan teknik meditasi dari guild itu, maka Magus tersebut akan dikucilkan oleh anggota guild yang lain.

Namun di bawah kepemimpinan Leylin, sejumlah besar informasi yang berharga ini disimpan di perpustakaan akademi dapat dibaca oleh semua Magus, dan tren ini berkembang dengan pesat.

Setelah membunuh Anya, Leylin tidak secara langsung menyerang wilayah utara dan memilih untuk mundur, tetapi sekarang wilayah itu mudah didapatkan.
Sangat jelas bagi Leylin bahwa meskipun dia memiliki kemampuan yang luar biasa, namun dia terlebih dahulu harus memilah keterampilannya sendiri. Selain itu, pada saat Leylin membunuh Anya, dia tidak memiliki gelar Guardian of the Realm! Leylin tidak cukup bodoh untuk bertarung di garis depan dan membiarkan Magus di belakangnya menuai buah dari usahanya.

Sementara untuk wilayah barat dan selatan, sikap kedua wilayah tersebut terhadap Leylin sebagai Guardian of the Realm agak membingungkan.
Tapi Leylin tidak peduli, setelah mengatur wilayah tengah dan timur. Dengan mengandalkan kekuatan dari akademi di kedua wilayah ini saja sudah cukup untuk menghancurkan pihak lainnya.
Leylin tidak menghancurkan pihak lainnya lebih awal karena waktunya dihabiskan untuk melakukan restrukturisasi internal.
Tetapi sekarang? Wilayah lain juga merasakan bahwa kondisi juga tidak menguntungkan bagi mereka, dan mereka mulai menyerah.
Lagi pula, mengirim tentara sesuai dengan permintaan Guardian of the Realm adalah wujud dari kesetiaan mereka kepada penguasa Twilight Zone.

Karena meninggalnya Ratu Peri Kegelapan tiga tahun lalu, sebagian besar peri kegelapan telah ditarik keluar dari wilayah utara Twilight Zone. Hanya beberapa anggota ras mereka keras kepala saja yang masih berjuang bersama para kurcaci dan gnome.
Bagi kumpulan Magus, terutama pasukan yang dipimpin oleh Leylin, kekuatan dari peri kegelapan, kurcaci dan Gnome yang tersisa di wilayah utara tersebut sama tidak sekali tidak ada artinya seperti debu.
Pasukan yang dipimpin oleh Leylin tersebut memiliki kekuatan yang tak tertandingi. Mereka menaklukkan sebagian besar wilayah nyaris tanpa mengeluarkan energi apa pun dan bahkan mendorong melalui kota Potti.
Di pintu masuk kota, bendera peri kegelapan bisa terlihat sedang berkibar di tengah-tengah kabut tebal, dan mengeluarkan sebuah perasaan yang tidak menyenangkan.
"Kota Potti! Garis pertahanan wilayah utara yang sebenarnya, dan juga tempat di mana Yade sang pelindung meninggal dunia!" Leylin memandang ke arah beberapa peri kegelapan sambil mencibir, "Ini adalah sebuah kota perbatasan yang strategis, apakah peri kegelapan masih bermimpi untuk membagi tanah itu bersama kita?"
"Berikan perintah, semua pasukan harus berkemah di sini, kita akan menyerang besok!"
Leylin dengan santai memberikan perintah kepada orang-orang kepercayaannya, dan mereka meneruskan pesan itu kepada setiap lapisan rantai komando pasukan aliansi tersebut. Seluruh pasukan kemudian berhenti dan mencari tempat yang cocok untuk mendirikan kemah mereka sendiri. Pada saat ini, para Magus dan tentara biasa sedang sibuk, tetapi mereka tidak panik dan tetap tenang, dan itu menunjukkan kendali yang baik dari Leylin atas pasukannya tersebut.
Di tengah-tengah perkemahan yang penuh sesak tersebut, terdapat sebuah tenda besar berwarna emas yang dihiasi dengan batu permata dan dupa yang sangat indah. Bahkan ada kelompok Magus yang berpatroli di luar tenda tersebut.
Meskipun Guardian of the Realm tidak menyukai semua ini, tetapi semua itu adalah tata cara yang harus dilakukan.
"Hm?" Leylin yang sedang bermeditasi di tengah tenda emas tersebut tiba-tiba membuka matanya dan dia tersenyum.
Beberapa menit kemudian, sebuah suara ucapan selamat bisa terdengar "Tuan!"
"Masuklah!"
Tirai depan terbuka dan seorang pria paruh baya dengan rambut berwarna putih masuk ke dalam tenda. Pria tersebut memancarkan energi yang menakutkan dari seorang Magus peringkat 2, tetapi pada saat ini, dia berlutut dengan satu lutut sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada Leylin.
"Melaporkan kepada tuan! Ada seorang Matriarch peringkat 2 dari peri kegelapan yang mengaku sebagai teman lama dan ingin bertemu dengan tuan!"
"Seorang teman lama?" Leylin tersenyum, "Biarkan dia masuk."

Menghadapinya? Aku takkan melakukan itu ... Hmmm ... orang itu kelihatannya terlalu kuat untuk aku lawan sekarang ... Aku lebih baik tetap bersikap sederhana untuk saat ini.
Kamu ingin aku membantumu? Tentu saja ... tapi manfaat apa yang bisa aku dapatkan dari itu? Tidak ada? Bye.

Meanwhile, Twilight Dawn went all-out against the doppelganger before her. While manipulating the six ice swords to attack, she cast her Tier 3 Legacy Spell, Demonic Fall.
"Let's see how long you last!"
The six icy swords radiated a frightening amount of Mana as the intensity of their auras doubled. These weapons then attacked as one, each one locked onto the doppelganger's vital points.
This move was even stronger than Evil Qilin's Flame Serpent, and controlled by a Half-step Domain Realm expert, they could even give Tier 3 Domain Realm experts a run for their money.
Shi Feng was controlling his doppelgangers in the fight against Demon Palace's other Tier 3 experts. If she could force him to focus most of his attention on the doppelganger she fought, the other doppelganger's combat standards would suffer. This would make it easier for the other Demon Palace members to kill off Shi Feng's doppelgangers.
However, Shi Feng remained unfazed as he faced Twilight Dawn's all-out attack. His doppelganger merely executed Sword's Orbit and created a barrier of stars around itself.

Metallic clangs echoed throughout the tunnel as the ice swords bounced off the glittering stars. None of the weapons were able to reach the doppelganger, which continued to approach Twilight Dawn.
