The next day, Roland woke up as usual in the morning. Just as he finished dressing himself, Barov rushed into his room with a serious look. "Your Highness, i've just received a report from our patrol guards that they have discovered a abandon camp in the western forest. We suspect that it's a camp left behind by witches as they did not clean up their traces and left in a hurry. One of the guard found this coin in the camp." Barov took out a coin from his pocket and passed it to Roland.
"A coin?" Roland asked while inspecting the coin.
"What is this pattern on the coin? Do you know anything about it?" Roland asked after seeing the weird pattern on the coin.
"The pattern on the coin is the emblem of the Witch association. They are a group of witches that are looking for the Holy Mountain. They believed that the Holy Mountain is the Saint land for witches and they will be able to live in peace." Barov replied.
"So you are thinking that those witches are coming for Anna?" Roland asked.
"Yes. Your Highness, they are even crazy enough to steal babies, they will definitely try to save a witch companion." Barov exclaimed.
"Well, i'm looking forward to seeing those witches if they are really coming to my town" Roland was looking forward to meeting more witches and recruiting them to aid him in building a powerful empire. "Oh yes, we still have to deal with Anna current situation. First, find a substitution from the death row criminal to replace Anna and execute the "Witch" in the public. We can't afford to go against the church in the open right now. At the same time, gather all the records for the past trades, taxes and expenditures for me." Roland said.
In the mean time, Anna was still cultivating according to the book in her room. The temperature of the room are raising constantly without a sign of stopping. She could felt that she is gaining control over her power and as she was cultivating, her power was increasing at an alarming rate. 
Three days later, in the office room. Roland was currently going through all the records that Barov have gathered for him. While Roland was going through all those reports, suddenly he felt that there was something cold touching his neck. He could felt a tingling pain as the cold object made a small cut on his neck when he was startled by the coldness of the object. 
When he looked down, he could see a small blade being held against his neck yet he could not see anyone around him. 
"To think that the lord of this town is a prince of Kingdom of Graycastle." Roland could hear a female voice beside his ear. At that instant, a female appeared out of thin air behind him.
"Your Highness, Please do not make any sound. I do not wish to harm you, i came here to have a talk with you"
"Who are you?" Roland slowly turned around under the threat of a blade on his neck.
Roland could see a person standing in front of him now, she was hidden under a robe with a hood hiding her face, Roland could not see her face clearly. 
"I have left my past, my name behind, i have no name now but everyone call me Nightingale in the witch association" She pulled down her hood, showing her golden wavy hair with her beautiful looks.

*Two days ago*

In the heat of the sun, there was a battle between two armies in a grassland. A red mist envelops them. The battle is not only taking place on land, but some troops were fighting an aerial battle.

One side is the human, with witches as the main attacker and many human soldiers as their infantry units.

On the enemy side, there are demons with diverse body shapes and build. The most plentiful demons are the big ones about 2 meters high and have high endurance. They were wearing armour made of animal skin and helmet made of a demonic beast skull. Their fighting power is equivalent to several dozen adult humans.

Also, there are also several other types, such as elite demon who wear armour like a knight and have a smaller body shape, they use a giant sword, and with one slash they can kill dozens of people. 

There is some special type of demon that does not use a special protector and only a colourful robe. They have bigger heads than regular demons and serve as intimidators. An ordinary man would be petrified when they were approaching this demon just from their aura and unable to fighting, only the witches who can fight but they must do that without looking directly to the eye.

Some demon rides the hybrid, a demonic beast that can fly. While attacking witches from the air.

There was a shout of commanders to increasing moral his troops, accompanied by many sounds of explosions and other attacks.

Above the sky, there is luminous glow evidence there is a battle of some extraordinary witches with the demon in the air. The face of the high-powered witches already looked pale. They had spent much magical power since their fight from this morning.

If help is late coming from headquarters, the defeat of this battle will soon be ensured.

Many lives of her sisters they sacrifice. If they lose this fight, where they will place their faces.

"Where is the fuc*ing assistance, still not yet come?"

"They will come in a few minutes,"

The scream of an extraordinary witch is answered by the witch with the power of communication type.

There was a loud sound of crowds and music in the middle of a city. The sound of a welcoming parade echoed through every corner.

There are three altar marches covered by gold and jewel, which are carried by many muscular men in uniform. In front and behind the altar there are lines of beautiful women marching, playing an unusual musical instrument.

The people watching the parade screamed hysterically as one person in the altars opened the curtains and waved at the ordinary people who attend.

A woman with an extraordinarily beautiful face looks like from another world, her skin white like jade, her eyes were clear as the sea, and she has short blue hair.

Her smile bloom as she waved at the people watching the parade.

"Princess Natalia, Princess Natalia, Princess Natalia ..."

People chanted her name after seeing her waving.

Natalia inside one of those magnificent altars not because of her beauty, nor her position as a princess but her ability as one of the strongest witch in the Witch Federation.

Also, she is also the youngest transcendent witch in history, she is only fifteen years old and has become a candidate of Witch Federation chief.

This level of talent was never heard before, except the witch of origin.

Those witches had just fought with the demons, they won and captured the resource-filled territory despite having to bring three of their strongest witches.

The people rejoice because it means there will be many job opportunities for them and decrease of demon attacks in this city
while the witch nobles have prepared how to use these resources to increase the strength of their witch troops.

In the evening, inside a castle of Witch Federation candles glowing dimly and sometimes the sound of the wind sliced the night, the witches had finished a feast of victory against the demon.

In a large room, several witches sat around the round table, they were high-ranking officials at the Witch Federation, and there were three chiefs in the meeting.

The room was illuminated with the magic light of one of their witches. They were discussing some important things at this annual meeting.

"Sisters, next we will discuss the execution of cleaning enemies of the Witch Federation,"

Moderators of the meeting convey the agenda of the next meeting.

"I've talked to sister Sharly. She's willing to use her power to help us with twenty magic cores,"

One chief opened her mouth and delivered his report.

The witch who heard the report looked happy. There even a witch who did not hold back and immediately shouted.

"Yeah, wait for my vengeance Gerald,"

Her voice audible to all the witches in the room though no one was bothered because this was great news for them.

By using the power of Sharly, they can kill many of their enemies at once. Also, both directly and indirectly they have become victims of Gerald.

The witch who yelled felt a glare from another witch and stopped smiling.

"There is no point you were glaring at me, Natalia. I will still kill Gerald whatever happens,"

"Humph" Natalia just snorted and looked away.

"Then, has there been any news of when the solar eclipse occurred?"

"Unfortunately not yet, our astronomers still can not determine the day of the eclipse, although they've certain it will happen this month,"

"Useless astronomer, but still one month. I can still wait then,"

Smiling, the witch held her scar in her left eye.

'Gerald, wash your neck and wait for me to come to you.'

The rising sun awakens the forest creatures, the birds sing and begin to searching worms. Fresh winds blew and whistled like invisible ghosts.
  
It's a perfect day to start the day.

In front of a cave, there were two children a boy, and a girl.

From afar, he only looks like an ordinary fifteen-year-old boy with short black hair, but the boy has calm eyes like the sky. While the short-haired girl is cheerful and full of spirit. 

They both chatted while eating. Today they are trying to cook wolf meat that the boys got yesterday.

After they finished eating, they wash and organize the cutlery then they went back to the cave.

They stared each other in silence for some time until finally the boy opened his mouth and spoke.

"Are you ready Alice?"

While carrying the notebook, the boy asked the girl

"Mhm. Yes, brother, you can do it anytime."

Gerald Wimbledon was framed by his little brother Timothy, he was executed in front of the commoners and nobles. After the execution there was a strange thing happened to him, he realized he was in a small child body with the same name with him.

Presenting a story about Gerald's journey with his sister, protecting each other from witches and demons.

Blink. Luca found himself having a meeting with the chaplain and the rest of the big sisters. However, as it turned out, Isla was more informed about what was happening than the chaplain. She overtook the meeting and had been discussing the strange congregations around Cape Cod.
Along with her surface findings were photos of the streets where the congregations had happened. For the last three nights, small groups were spotted. However, last night, their exposure was the longest. It was as if they were watching over the city… but as goons lurking in the dark.
It was a strange and alarming sight even to Luca, but he couldn't shake off the feeling that he… actually knew who those could be. At one photo, his eyes widened as he saw a familiar silhouette among the gang gathering in the not-so-conspicuous area of the park.
Even if the youths wore some kind of carton masks and had their hoods pulled down, Luca would never mistake just about anyone for Noah. That height, that posture, that frame… not to mention that he remembered what Noah was wearing last night.
Could the people be… witches? But… what were they doing so out in the open?
At this point, Isla was speaking in the language of officials. After she finished her report, she didn't move the slide and continued to display the photo where Noah was allegedly found. "Of course, all of these are baseless accusations. When examined thoroughly, we knew exactly who those are."
Her eyes flashed and gazed at Luca discreetly. "These are the witches of Mammon…"
"Mammon?" The chaplain was shocked. He was only allowed to know the operations as he was tasked to pacify the people of what they may witness in the coming days. He already had to dispel the rumors about the devil because of that blue fire that ate the unofficially opened resort.
"Isn't that… a demon prince?" His brows frowned. He knew what the witches could do and how they actually become one. Hearing of them gathering in multitudes made alarms ring in his head.
Isla nodded. "In fact, they were all tasked to do a very simple thing."
The chaplain was praying for strength to receive the revelation as if he had a feeling that something very bad was about to happen. The White Magi were already here; what else of a sign did he need to know that the city was in trouble?
Isla's pause made the chaplain's heart race. He wasn't willing to hear anything so ominous…
"To warn the people."
"…"
The chaplain's heart and mind suddenly went silent. The next, he was all encumbered by confusion and demand. "What do you mean 'warn the people'?! Aren't they supposed to be bringing chaos and sin to the children of God?!"
Isla wasn't fazed by the chaplain's reaction as she had seen that look in the faces of the rest. She flashed a smile and waved her hand. "No, no. Normally, they would… but there's something happening now that made them waive their own agenda.
"Most witches of Mammon were non-combatants in the world of magic. That meant that they're nothing bigger than gangsters who mug people. Their greed was only limited to money; I don't think only a few could be entrusted with bigger things like convening with the other legions.
"However, something so big was coming up, and every legion is on the edge of their seats. Moreover, the reason why they were all out last night… was that someone requested to speak with them." Isla directed her laser light at the figure who seemed to be Noah. "Him."
Gianna's eyes flared, but she remained silent. It was the same with Winona and Tabitha. Alessa had a different reaction, and it was indifference. It was as if she counted on him being so bold about the things he actually wanted to do.
The chaplain frowned. He tried to memorize the features of the tall, strapping man Isla was referring to. "Why? Who is he?"
"We don't know yet,"—Isla lied without batting an eyelid—"but he seemed to be going from one street to another last night, speaking with the designated leaders of the thugs in the area. Even the leaders of the gangs were very respectful to him.
"Nonetheless, he should be someone with a high position in the witch world. A Supreme of a greed coven? Someone from the other legions? We don't know." Isla glanced at the photo on the screen. "What we do know was that he was making use of the witches of Mammon's surface intel.
"You see, there are two intelligence legions of Hell. One is the witches of Asmodeus, and the other is the witches of Mammon. However, most of the time, the witches of Asmodeus was referred to as their intel legion. The greed witches didn't seem to be as reliant… unlike last night.
"I just realized that… the big happening was affecting both the underground and the surface. The witches of Asmodeus could go on and on about the secrets of the tycoons and their hidden alliances, but only the witches of Mammon knew how the people reacted to everything.
"Every murmur would be filtered, and regular people would be tracked down easily. The witches of Asmodeus were all about crafty torture and secret extractions, but the witches of Mammon held more intel about how much the masses actually know about the worth of magic.
"This man right here"—Isla emphasized the anonymity of the man—"knew that the masses was the main weapon of the enemy. So… he went around last night, from street to street, to activate the alarms of the masses. An agitated population would be more defensive about rumors.
"The witches of Asmodeus could fight the witches of Gluttony spreading them while the witches of Mammon were weak enough to beat up those normal people who would spread them.
"Moreover, if they terrorize the people with their actual sighting, who would pay attention to rumors of something they had not seen yet?
"It was a crude method to block off the wrath and gluttony witches, but… it seemed to be taking effect. Police were being mobilized earlier than expected, throwing off the rest. With the guys in uniform warning the masses about malicious rumors, what could gluttony witches do?"
Luca frowned. This plan… couldn't have come from Noah. This was probably some legwork Mammon gave him. As for what, Luca could only guess that it had something to do with his friend. He did come home in a better state than earlier. He must have received news from a more reliable source.
As for why Noah kept it a secret… it must have anything to do with the Order.
"Then… should we… arrest him?" The chaplain didn't get much of Isla's explanation. It was as if it was tailored for the other listeners instead. "He's still creating hysteria, and that's… illegal."
At this, Isla only smiled with mischief in her eyes.

Stakes rise, and even his forgotten past is unearthed. Embracing a new name to propel his goals forward, Montana willingly enters the world of demons… and even vied to replace the Demon Prince of Wrath himself.

"So it all came to this. You and me, finally standing face-to-face." A wide, menacing grin spread on Satan's face as he looked down at the approaching witch. "Tell me, Montana Mills... how was your descent to Hell?"

"Worth the wait." Montana lifted his left arm and curled his fingers, blue flames blazing to turn it into a four-fingered claw. "Since you're looking forward to meeting me, I take it as you getting ready to fall by my hands."

Satan only got up from the throne and dropped the goblet at the side as his humongous bat-like wings slowly spread behind him, casting a shadow that ate up the entire width of the chamber. He raised both hands as if downplaying the witch's words. "You really think you can kill me now?"

Montana crouched down and summoned the blue flames to embrace his body as a silhouette of a hellhound emerged around him. "I do."

Boom! He dashed towards the demon prince at the speed of sound and swung down his claw. Satan only laughed out as he summoned bones to cover his arms and block the attack.

A loud sound and a brutal shockwave followed and rippled through the air as Montana's claw struck against Satan's arm. With their eyes getting at the same level, Satan returned the glare that Montana gave him.

However, Montana grinned as well as his dark eyes lit up brightly in blue fire.

"Do you really think I can't take your place as a demon prince?"

She had finally arrived... She had actually made it...

A redheaded woman had arrived at Border Town's city wall. She was quite petite, though made up for it with her other 'features'. She looked like she had only just turned 16 years old.

It was hard for her to survive the winter, as she was being chased by numerous witch hunters. She had to hide from both the hunters and demons, but somehow managed to survive it all and reach this promised land. 

"Halt! Who are you?" a man stationed on the crude city walls asked. 

"I... I'm..." she paused, "I'm Olivia, sir."

"I fear just telling me your name isn't going to cut it miss, I'm going to need to know your purpose of coming here. My name is Carter by the way," he responded.

"I... I want to serve Roland... Are the stories about him true? Does he really accept everyone?" the timid girl asked.

"Are you perhaps... a witch?!" he asked, unable to hide the surprise in his voice. 

She nodded, afraid that the stories were a lie. Did she just walk straight into a witch hunter trap? At least she had tried...

Her worries were for naught, as shortly after the guard went to get some people, she was welcomed by two other witches. They were named Anna and Nightingale, two stunningly beautiful women.

Olivia saw how the witches were somewhat accepted in this territory. Some of the citizens still looked at them with a fearful gaze, but at least they didn't try to capture them as would have been the case in different towns.

The witches decided it would be better to immediately go to Roland with this new witch. He would be delighted to get another witch in his ranks. Nightingale told Anna that she should bring her there, as she herself had other tasks to complete. 

Anna quickly led Olivia to Roland's quarters, it was the place where he spent most of his time. 

"The king really likes studying, he's a great inventor! He invents crazy stuff on how to use our powers. We actually survived the winter for the first time! We proved our usefulness against the demons and even some of the citizens have started accepting witches..." Anna kept talking to the girl walking next to her. 

'It seems like she really likes Roland,' Olivia thought.

They soon arrived at his quarters. Anna knocked on his door, and swiftly entered when he allowed them in.

"Who's that?" Roland asked.

"It's a new witch, Olivia. She wishes to join your territory and serve you. It doesn't seem like she has bad intentions, but we should still be careful. We have no idea where she came from." Anna informed Roland.

"Hmm, I see. Where did you come from, Olivia? And why did you come here?" he asked her.

"I've heard stories, sir, stories that there is a place where witches aren't hunted..."

"There's no sir here. Please, call me Roland." 

Roland was delighted that the story seemed to be spreading amongst the witches, as he could really use their powers to develop his still shabby territory. 

"... Yes, sir... Roland... I came from Elea, a village in the mountain range nearby. I was chased out by some witch hunters, I had to survive the winter on my own... I met another witch, she told me her name was Leaf and that there was a Witch Cooperation Association, but that they... failed to survive..." she turned quite sad while telling her story, it seemed like she was on the verge of crying.

After waiting for a moment and recollecting herself, she continued, "Just before they were attacked by demons, a witch came to tell them about this place. That Sir Roland accepts all witches! The few survivors that the Association had are still hesitant about coming here, but I figured it was my last chance at a decent life, so I decided to come over here right away..."

Anna and Roland were quite touched at the girls' story. They also learned that the Association had been attacked?! They had no knowledge of that yet.

"If you don't mind me asking, what are your powers, Olivia?"

"I... I can't tell you!! I can't... It's too embarrassing..." she said, with a bright pink blush on her face.

After seeing how timid the girl was about revealing her powers, he asked Anna to leave them alone for now. Still a bit suspicious about the girl, Anna reluctantly left his room.

"Do you really accept ALL witches?" Olivia asked him personally.

"I promise you, how ridiculous your power might seem, I won't laugh at your power. I'll be able to find a good use for it. So yes, I really accept all witches, other people just haven't realized your potential." Roland reassured her. "If you really can't tell me, why don't you show me your powers instead?"

"Are you sure you want me to use my powers?" the blush on her face intensified, she was currently glowing as red as a tomato.

"If that's easier for you, sure!" he replied.

"You won't get mad at me?" 

"As long as it doesn't hurt me, I'm fine with it!"

"O... okay... I'll use it right now..."

When Nightingale reached the Witch Cooperation Association's hideout, she told all the witches that Roland would accept them into his territory and would allow them to live as free people.

The word of this quickly spread amongst witches, and Roland was quickly baptized as 'The Accepting Monarch'.

One witch, Olivia, was quite curious about this Roland... Would he really accept her, with her special powers as well?

Finally this class is over Aiden said to Elvis and they both left the class. 
"Hey Clara, what are you going to wear to the freshmen party tomorrow?" Rumi asked her. "No idea", Clara replied. "How about we go shopping today?" Sam asked . "Always ready" Clara and Rumi replied.

Clara arrived. She was wearing a grey skirt with Black long boots and her long wavy hair were untied. All the eyes caught her attention as soon as she entered. She was looking extremely beautiful. Rumi , Alex and Sam had already arrived .
" Clara, Do you have any idea how pretty you are looking?" Alex said. "Thanks for the compliment" She replied.
Olivia, Amelia and Mia were the popular girls who were watching her as if they were about to kill her. They were already angry because Clara got a seat with Elvis. 
 "May I dance with you?" Someone extended his hands towards Clara.
"OH MY GOODNESS" Rumi said . It was Aiden Abasko. Clara was shocked for a minute.
 "Say yes ,Clara" Rumi whispered to her. 
"I would love to", She replied . "You are looking beautiful" Aiden said while he was dancing with Clara. "Thank you , You too are looking so damn handsome" She replied. "What are your interests in normal life?" Aiden asked her. "Ammm I like to…", She was replying nervously when suddenly out of nowhere Elvis grabbed Aiden from his arm and took him away.
"What do you think you are doing?" Aiden asked. "And what if I ask the same question? What do you think you are doing?" Elvis replied. "Are you getting jealous that I am dancing with one of the most beautiful girls here?" He replied smiling. "Ohh I remember that's the girl who was getting on your nerves." He was teasing Elvis.
" Could you just shut your mouth for a second? I am not interested in your silly jokes nor am I interested in whom you dance with." Elvis replied angrily . "Okay Okay chill man. I was just kidding", Aiden replied laughing . "Miranda…" Elvis said. "What's up with Miranda now?" Aiden asked. 
"She was attacked by a group of witches in the evening" Elvis replied. "What the….." Aiden was extremely angry. 
"Don't worry. She is fine. Fortunately my dad arrived at the moment and saved her" Elvis told him. "AHH That's a relief". Elvis left the party and went to his home. 
"I am sorry for earlier. Can we continue where we left?" Aiden asked Clara. "Yeah sure" She replied. 

Oliva , Amelia and Mia were watching them. We need to do something with this girl, Mia said." I have got an idea" Olivia replied. She grabbed her glass and winked Amelia and Mia.
"OH I am extremely sorry" Olivia said as she bumped into Clara and threw her drink over her. Clara was extremely angry at this but she remained silent .
"Get lost from my sight Olivia" Aiden said angrily. He knew that she did it intentionally. I need to go to the restroom , Clara said and went away. She cleaned her dress and came out. 
"Are you okay?" Aiden asked. "Yeah I think so. I am going home" Clara replied. "Can I drop you?" He asked. "It would be a favor" Clara replied to him.  

Elvis was sitting in his room. When he grabbed his bag there was something tangled to it. "What's this?" He said while he held it." A bracelet? So that's why she's angry at me because she lost it. Well she isn't going to find it now" he smirked. He suddenly felt an ignite from the bracelet and the bracelet fell from his hand. "What was that?" He said . He grabbed the bracelet when suddenly somebody knocked on the door. "Hey Elvis, your dad wants to see you." It was his mother. "I am coming." He put the bracelet in his drawer and went with his mom. 

Clara was going home with Aiden when suddenly something came in front of the car . "Damn it" Aiden said while he turned the car toward the forest on the left . "What is happening?" Clara asked . "No time to explain we gotta run'' He said to Clara, when suddenly the car crashed in a tree. Clara got unconscious and she was bleeding a little ." Oh no" Elvis said he immediately pressed the button on his necklace "Send help in the westren forest near high school." He said it and got out of the car.
 He was surrounded by coven, A group of witches. They were 9 in total flying on brooms with wands in their hands. They were attacking Aiden. Aiden's skin suddenly got pale , his eyes turned red and he had fangs. He jumped over a tree he was extremely fast as compared to normal humans. He jumped over a tree and attacked three witches who fell down ,Other witches were attacking him. There was purple light everywhere because of their magic. It was impossible for him alone to fight with them. He was getting injured when Clara woke up and came out of the car she saw this all and ran towards Aiden. "Are you okay" she asked. A witch pointed her wand towards Clara. Aiden  came in front of the wand. He got extremely injured. Clara was scared on seeing this all. Another witch this time pointed her wand towards Clara. Aiden grabbed Clara and ran extremely fast. Those witches also came behind them. He hid Clara. "Don't you dare move from here" on saying this Aiden went there and again started fighting with witches when Elvis came there. Aiden was extremely injured. 
"I warned you to take care of yourself. What the heck were you doing here at this time?" Elvis said angrily. "Are you kidding me?" Aiden said, We got witches attacking us and you want to know what the hell I was doing here? Aiden hid himself behind a tree .
 This time Elvis was fighting with those witches . He was fighting with four witches in his front when a witch attacked him from behind. Clara out of nowhere came in between but the spell didn't worked on her. The witch got shocked. There was blue light coming behind Clara. Her long wavy hairs were flying. Her eyes turned blue. She was looking like a princess but a warrior at the same time. There was anger in her eyes. Elvis was extremely shocked. He had no idea of what was happening. "LEAVE HIM ALONE" Clara said angrily. The blue light flashed and none of the magic of the witches worked and all their wands fell down. The witches seemed surprised as if they already knew who she was. They all went away. Clara got unconscious. At the same time, Elvis's and Aiden's family and some other vampires came for the help. What happened here ? And who is this girl? Where did the witches go? Aiden's mother asked. I have no idea. He held Clara in his arms and took him to the hospital.

She was going towards the car when somebody bumped into her as he bumped into her. She fell down and her beautiful blue bracelet got lost. “Are you blind or what?” Clara said angrily. But he pretended not to hear her. Clara went towards him and grabbed him from arm. “Hey mister don’t you think you owe an apology to me” . He turned his face towards Clara . He was looking extremely angry. He had blonde hair with green eyes. He was looking brave and was just so perfect in every way. His anger was making him look more dashing. “Leave my arm “He said furiously with a loud voice. Clara got more angry you have no idea what this bracelet meant to me and you threw it away. “I don’t care what that bracelet means to you, leave my arm and let me go '': He replied .”Not until you find my bracelet”. He twisted Clara's arm.....

Raising her hand gingerly, she took hold of the glass tube. Not applying much pressure on it as she was scared that it would end up breaking similar to how the last one had shattered in her hands. She was sure she had done nothing and it had broken by itself but how could a glass break by itself? 
Her hand was gentle around the glass tube. Damien's eyes shifted from her hand to the potion inside. Zeroing on the liquid, "How does it feel holding the glass? And changes?" he asked her seriously.
Penny who had been used to Damien's eyes and every single facial expression being covered in mischief and sarcasm at times,  seeing him like this felt somewhat daunting. His whole persona had changed to a serious one.
Gulping softly, Penny answered, "It feels cold. Cold like the snow," and it was true but then the temperature started to shift like cold water that was being placed under the fire, "It's changing," the liquid that was transparent started to turn its color like an invisible bubble that had suddenly burst to let itself mingle and turn the tube completely green in color.
Seeing Penny's eyebrows furrow with the amount of heat that had begun to gather inside it, he grabbed the tube from her hand, feeling the hot liquid. On a closer look, he saw the glass was going to break but it didn't. 
"These potions are very special, Penny. Don't go touching things that you have no business in," his words were curt and Penny nodded her head in understanding, "This one here is a potion that has been brewed by one of our very special people," his voice shifted to the kind she was used to, the atmosphere feeling lighter which didn't feel like she was suffocating with his overbearing presence. She wondered what that was about. 
"From the councilmen?" asked Penny unsurely. Wasn't it the witches who were associated with the making of potions? Damien turned to place the green tube that didn't break which he placed in the cushioned. 
"Unfortunately we don't have any witches who work for us directly. When the council was formed, the first of first councilman Callaghan Vahuan who founded the council had drawn the line where witches were never supposed to step in and around the perimeters. You do know we have two kinds of witches right?" Damien had locked the box, taking it to one of his closets and placing it inside it.
"The white and the black witches."
"Good girl," he praised her airly, walking around the room as he said, "As much as some wanted to let in the white witches to work with the councilmen due to their potential skills and some holding the ability of divination. A lot opposed the idea due to the very ability they possess. Anyways, getting back to the topic, these are creations of the black witches. At least that is what many of us think unless," paused Damien with his words and his actions, turning to look at her to say, "It is done by a black sheep."
"You think it is a white witch," whispered Penny for him to give her a broad smile. 
"What a smart mouse you are. I will be sure to give you a piece of cheese. A lot of us often believe what we see without seeing what is there deep down in a person. Don't you think so?" Penny tried to keep up with his words wondering if she was following right or if she was exhausted with the worry of him throwing her into the sea as her punishment, "I heard a whisper long ago. Words that spoke about a white witch who was corrupted like the vampires which is how she came to be a black witch but then there is a lot of folklore when it comes to the existence of the black witches."
Penny, not understanding it asked, "Corrupted?" 
"Mhmm," he responded back to her, "Pureblooded vampires and vampires can't be killed as easy as the humans. So most of them use vampires to turn against each other. Less labor and a lot of productivity that way," said Damien as if he were the one recruiting the people while trying to be stringent with his money, "Corruption in vampires is like a disease that can spread by one person being infected. These potions have still not been tested and need to be sent to the laboratory of the council tomorrow. Now that the box is safe," he said coming to stand a few steps away from where she stood, "How shall I punish you for doing something you were not supposed to do?" he asked her, giving a glance towards the floor where even Penny looked down.
Penny knew this was coming. If he left this opportunity of not punishing her, this wouldn't be Damien Quinn at all, "I will remove the glass pieces that are on the floor and clean the room spotless," offered Penny, hoping he would agree to it. 
Damien waved his hand with a bored look, "I can ask Falcon to get a maid to clean it. For someone who tried to damage something that belongs to the council, offering to clean the room?," he rolled his eyes, "What else?" 
"Please don't throw me out," said Penny hoping he wouldn't come to it. Damien stared at her for a few seconds before bursting into laughter. 
"Don't worry about it, little mouse. I have something much better than you swimming in the cold sea like a dead fish," saying this, Damien walked to the bedside. Bending down to pull out the drawers before he picked a little book which must have contained not more than twenty pages in there. Penny wondered what it was. Coming to walk around where she was, he said, "This is your punishment." 
Penny wasn't good with words, or at least not well versed except for a few things but looking at the design and the way the title read, her eyes widened. No, she whispered in her mind. It was a playbook that was often given to the audience or the viewers who came to the theater. 
"You are going to enact the side female character for me," Damien's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm.


"Who touched you?" he asked, his eyes brooding down at her and when she didn't answer, his voice thundered in the room, "WHO?"

The butler who stood near the wall spoke shakily, "Sir, it was Mr. Reverale," Damien's face turned sour, his jaw ticking in anger he turned his face to the side where the butler stood behind.

"Bring the man here."

"N-now?" stuttered the butler. It was the time of night.

Damien who hadn't broken his eye contact with the girl in front of him, pushed his hand against the wall which now rested beside his beautiful girl's head. Turning his body, he first looked at his butler who had his head bowed. With great courage, the butler came to meet his Master's eyes, "Do you have any other better time? Or should it be after I wring your neck?" Damien asked calmly tilting his head. Not a second later, the butler ran out of the room to return back with Mr. Reverale after twenty minutes.

"Damien, are we having a late tea party?" Mr. Reverale came to greet but the master of the house had other plans. Spotting the knife that was stuck to the apple on the table, he reached for it to pull it out.

Just as Mr. Reverale went to exchange a handshake with him, Damien took hold of his hand to place it on the table. In one swift movement as if he were chopping onions, he chopped the four fingers of the man off his hand making him yelp and cry in pain.

"No one touches what is mine. I am sure this will remind you the next time you even think about touching her," sighed Damien as if he were tired of telling people to keep their dirty hands off his belongings.

Cassy remembered her mother sitting her down and began to tell her of how Tess meet Cassy's father. Tess explained to her that when she was in her younger years, she was rebellious, a wild child, and never listened to her mother Cora about harnessing her powers. Tess has come into her power at a young age, 13 years old. The youngest of any witch to come into powers. Witches are born in one type of power but for Tess she could practice several. Almost everyone in her family were born with an elemental power. Not Tess though, she was born with several powers. Tess born as an elemental witch but she could control all four not just one. Also, several family members could shape shift and Tess could shift into almost any animal. 

When she turned 13, Tess meet Calcifer, her familiar. He was huge black raven, three times the normal size, and he had dark blue intelligent eyes. He helped her thru all the worst times in her life. They were both connected and bonded together. Both Tess and Calcifer could sense the other and always know where the other one was at.  Then at 17, Tess's magical powers became even more powerful. She was told by her mother Cora that was born to be the next grand witch. Leader or at one time title of queen to all witches. There hasn't been a grand witch in centuries. Not since Anna Maria, the first witch to bring together all living beings and the town New Haven. 

Tess couldn't believe it, that she was destined to be the next leader. Only the second white witch born in centuries. The power and responsibilities that came with it scared Tess for she was only 17, and only wanted to be a normal teenager. The pressure and power scared her, so Tess ran away from home. While on the run, she meet a young man, Lucian. He was living with a coven of witches in New York when she meet him. He wasn't like any man she have ever met before in her hometown. Something about him seemed different, and Tess couldn't put her finger on it. She could sense some kind of power coming off from him, she could read peoples aura as part of her magical abilities. Even her familiar Calcifer could sense power from Lucian. 

When she left home, she took what she could carry in a old worn out duffle bag, her black leather jacket, some cash and her uncle's car which was a vintage 69 dark blue mustang. The car she took was belonged to her uncle, which Tess and him rebuilt together. Marcus was her mother's brother and he too was born into magical abilities. He could also shape shift, and was into vintage American muscle cars. Tess knew he would be mad, but he would understand why she had to leave. 

Tess has never been outside of her town, or on her own. She have always wanted to see New York City, or any other place that was a small sea side town. 
Tess was told by her mother that there was rumors of a coven of witches that were living in what was left of Central Park up in New York. Cora her mother told her that other covens were not like the ones in New Haven. They didn't think that other creatures should live together in peace. 

Traveling these days were dangerous, ever since the wars that happened nearly 100 years ago. Things were different. There were still major city's that survived and humans learned to adapt in this new age of mythical creatures revealed their existence to the world. One had to be carful while traveling. 

Calcifer tried to talk some sense into her but she was determined to leave. So, he came with her, telling her he wouldn't let her go alone to a strange city and to a strange coven. Which he too had heard about. This coven of witches practiced blood magic. These witches used magic using blood rituals. It was dark magic, and dangerous spells. Cora told Tess that not many witches still practiced old magic. 

When they arrived she made her way into the city. Tess knew where to look for the witches coven. Her mother Cora had taught each of her daughters where find others like them if they ever in need of help. She used a little of her magic to help find the coven's entrance. Their location was hidden in Central Park. When she finally made her way there, Calcifer could sense them, the other witches. That is where Tess came across Lucian. For some reason he was part of the very coven she was searching for. It was him and three other witches that sensed Tess and Calcifer near them and the four of them decided meet the young witch who had traveled hundreds of miles from the south and across dangerous roads to get there.

The three witches and Lucian introduced themselves but were cautious. Cause of the times they lived in could be dangerous. Tess was also very carful about giving her name Hartford. If these witches were the ones her mother warned her about she didn't want to give her last name. Calcifer warned her that other covens out there would want to use Tess's powers for their own selfish dark reasons. Not all witches thought living peacefully with other creatures was a good idea. There were other covens and other creatures such as the vampires wanted to eliminate each other so they can be the dominant race. And to learn of her being the next grand witch, they might not be so keen on the idea of having a ruler to bow to. 

Once Tess and Calcifer made their way to New York and they followed the signs to the hidden magical entrance of the coven. Only a witch could find another coven by using magic. So when Tess and Calcifer got closer, they parked the mustang a little ways from Central Park and used an invisibility spell to hide it. As she approached the four of them, she could sense powerful magic and auras coming from the handsome stranger standing beside the three other witches. Tess had never meet a man with ice blue eyes, his were intense looking, he stood at least 6 feet tall, he was wearing black jeans, army boots and a grey t shirt. He had dark black hair, and he looked ever so handsome. Tess was so focused on this good looking man, that she didn't realize she was spacing out until Calcifer who was perched on her shoulder got her attention. Tess looked at the other three women who stood beside the tall Hanson stranger. One of them stepped forward and asked her, "And who may you be young witch?"
This came from one of the witches that stood before Tess. She was on older witch; her hair was the color silver, she had tattoos of sigils up and down both arms, she was wearing dark blue jeans, black boots and flowing green tank top. "I'm Tess Demoor and this is Calcifer."
"You've been traveling a long way." The second witch said that. She was far younger then the one with silver hair. This witch had long blond hair which was braided, she wore a long brown skirt, white button down shirt, and brown cowboy boots. 

"We came from down south, after both of my folks  passed away and we are making are way up to Toronto. I have some family left up there. And wanted to be with what family I have left." It was lie but Tess had to be carful of what she said to these witches. For she sensed dark magic from them. And the tall handsome tall man with them, there was powerful aura coming from him.

He saw that his wife gave birth to twins instead of a single child.With doctors arnold also become shocked by seeing this.

He become furious on doctors.He thought in his mind that how could these doctors hide such a good news but he also didn't know that doctors were also confused about this miracle which they never saw in their whole life.

In anger he grabbed the collar of one of the doctor and asked from him," How could you do this doctor???,How can you hide such a big news of my wife's pregnancy from us????
 
The doctor got scared by seeing the bloody red eyes of Arnold and start trembling and told him that they are also surprised to see such a miracle because they clearly saw in the sonography that only one child is showing in that report.

Arnold loosen the grip on the collar of the doctor and he started thinking about the words of the priest and the magical powers his son and daughter possessed.

Suddenly there was a strong thunderstorm could be listen by all the people and a strong flashlight passed and all the people in the hospital passout.
There was smoke started flowing in all the wards of the hospital which was the signal that the witches were coming and they got to know about the birth of the arnold's children.
Arnold's son sensed the coming of the witches and he started releasing his illusional powers so that the witches would not be able to take him or his sister with them.
Arnold become dumbfounded by seeing the powers which his newly born son is releasing.As neither him nor his wife Anaya had such kind of powers.

Its his first time to see the illusional powers of somebody.
He felt very proud on his son that he understands his father feelings since his birth and he would take good care of himself and his sister.

But he didn't know that the witches were not less powerful than them.

Witches came to the ward of the arnold's wife but before they caught the prince and the princess.

The prince opened a secret portal through which Arnold and Anaya carried both of their children with them and left the hospital even that particular country also.

After reaching a safe place they relieved that finally at least for some period of time they saved their children from the witches.

They took shelter in an old couple house who lived alone far away from the city.

After setting there Anaya's son again started releasing some of his powers so that the witches could not catch them .

Arnold felt that now he can felt relieved that some of his problems were solved by seeing his son powers.

Next day arnold and Anaya went to the market to purchase some clothes for their little munchkins.They left their babies with that old couple.

The couple played a lot of games with them.They even click lots of photos with these adorable kids.As they are so cute and charming that no one could lack behind not to get attracted towards them.
