God World is a unique world of gods, and the path of gods is the core principle of the world. All other paths, even if one could rival a god at its peak, was not as viable as the gods in the eyes of the world.

Only the gods can help it, after all. The more gods there are, the more energy they absorb from the universe, which also makes the world more powerful.

This means that a god and the God World live in a symbolic relationship that favors the world more.

This fact alone made this world a world where gods are the main attraction. They receive far more attention and benefits than the other paths, from the world, while only losing some freedom.

So even though the gods were more powerful than them, beings of the different paths always looked down on the gods with disdain. 

If one cannot use their powers as they would like, then one is nothing but a slave to the world! So what if they were the number one in the world? At least they can stay true to themselves and use their powers at their own volition.

There are two types of gods, gods of God World and gods not of God World. 

The gods of God World are far more numerous than the gods outside of God World. They have more reassurance than the gods outside the world, where one mistake would be the end of them. Even if they die, with enough time, they would emerge again in the world, as long as the number of gods remains below 3000.

The world had created a limit to the number of gods it can house, and that number is 3000. If a God does and a new God ascend and take their place, then that means they cannot become a god until another one dies. ( An: I know I just repeated myself, but I didn't feel I was clear enough)

Probably fearing beings would ascend to become Ancient Gods, the world restricts how strong a person could become. Meaning that the world created two-layer restrictions to limit the progress of inhabitants.

The limit the world had placed on every inhabitant is True God, the level below Ancient Gods. This means no matter how strong a being is; they cannot exceed this limit.

Of course, there are some exceptions to the limit, such as Dragons, White Tigers, Phoenix, and Black Tortoise. These creatures are the most powerful of both demons and beast kinds. 

They are blessed with immense power, which they can use to battle beings stronger than them. This made them frightening beings that gods would show some respect to.

The limit the world had imposed on everyone seems to be flawed as there are beings who surpass this limit, the Ancient Gods! 

These Ancient Gods are beings that were created by the earliest of energy use to create the world.

This would mean that the Ancient Gods were siblings to the world, however that wasn't the case, we'll for the world anyway. To the world, the Ancient Gods are leaches that stole its energy needed to advance to become one of the great planets in the universe.

The Ancient Gods are beings that the world feels fearful of since it cannot do anything to other than sealing them away, and even that has its limit. That's the main reason that the world always tried to drive them outside of itself, its at the crossroads of success.

The Ancient Gods are a great example of other types of gods, because the Ancient Gods are Outsider Gods, even though they are still inside God World.

Outsider Gods are gods that reside outside the world. The few who can make the rocky transition to the outside world are blessed with great potential with no limit. This means becoming an Ancient God is no hard task at all.

Ainz had learned all of this from Chrono's days of research. This explains why he bad not seen many gods like he expected. They are living under the Ancient God's thumbs, with hardly any room for them to wiggle in. That exactly how some of the New Worlders felt when Ainz took complete control of the world.

The New Worlders didn't know what to do, as they didn't know if they should go on with their lives, as with an existence like Ainz ruling over them, they didn't know if they made a mistake, their entire race might disappear from the face of the world.

This is understandable because even to this day, a thousands years after coming to the New World, there are people who still feel frighten by Ainz and his NPC. 

After all, Ainz was an undead that should hate all living creatures and kill them all. However, contrary to what one might believe, he protects and takes care of them, making his title chance from the Supreme One to the Supreme Being of Life and Death.

He grants lives, and he takes them, a fitting name.

Ainz rubbed his chin as he looks at Chrono, " I have decided to use my last created item, [The Air of the Dead]. I don't want to use it since it had too many side effects when using on those prisoners back home. I will use it when we arrive in a Outer Gods God kingdom."

Chrono looks at Ainz, his eyes rotating like clockwork(An: no pun intended ) as he asks, " is that very wise? If you do that, although you would break the Yggdrasil power limit, you would be incapable of being around your subordinates, since you might hurt them. The [Air of the Dead] is too dangerous."

Ainz shook his head, " I'm not worried about that, for some reason, I seem to have always been loved by luck, so the [Air of the Dead] would fall in my hand. Of course, I wouldn't risk my subordinate's life for something so vague as luck. I have a 67% chance of controlling it, that's why I want to use it. Plus, I want to see if the Yggdrasil system still works, if it does, I can use the [Wish Upon the Stars] to gain control of it, since I doubt any GM or Devs are in this universe."

" it seems you have thought about it, so, I won't interfere, however, about you controlling Yggdrasil, it's not feasible. The [World Tree]is no longer exists; if it did, we would never be here. 'Underworld? Never thought that's were all my undead cams from, exciting.' Ainz eyes glowed through his helmet, " Explain!"

The [Underworld] is the place once rule by the ]Goddess of Death], [Hel], however many moons ago she vanished, making us believe she had died. With the goddess gone, [Hel], the [Underworld] slowly started collapse, and with it, many of us will die. However, we have gained hope after you create that spell, [ Legion of the Supreme Being of Death]; if you can improve it, everyone in [Hel] is more than happy to make you, our master, the Ruler of Death!" 

Ainz was shocked to hear this and also happy. He was shocked to hear that the source of his power was in danger of destruction. Without [Hel], he would be weaken by many folds, what's more scary is if [Hel] collapse, as an undead creature, he would probably also die along with it. However, he was happy when he heard that he could gain all the undeads in [Hel] as his subordinate. It was a very tempting offer, one he is willing to accept.

" It's impossible for me to improve that spell without knowledge of [Reincarnation], and [Summoning]. If I did, I could become a figure of the same level as [Hel]. I can probably gain the understanding of reincarnation from the Ancient God of Death corpse, but summoning, I don't know where to look?" Ainz signed as bs shook his head.

" Death and a few other beings can help you with summoning, so we have to worry about is the Ancient God of Death."

"So you want me to kill the Ancient God of Death?" Aimz became lost in thought, as he was hesitant as the Ancient God of Death had not done anything to him other than bring him to this world. Could he be as cold-hearted as to kill him? If he doesn't, he would lose his power which he use to protect his family with. Ainz eyes below the helmet glare red as he spoke, " We will decide about this later, at this moment we still have time, if we didn't the [Emperor of Death] would have told me about this crisis. Before we start to plan what to do, we must conquer a Outer Gods God kingdom. I want you to look for one full of life, and we conquer that one."

" You still are going to use the [Air of the Dead]? Signed, I have found a world that meets your requirement, Goddess of Nature Blue Whale, the Blue Whale God Kingdom."

"Hmm, let's go!" Ainz teleported to the Blue Nature God Kingdom along with Chrono, who, for some reason, became silent.

Six gods were seated on the thrones of the Divine Kingdom. Although there were more empty thrones, the atmosphere in the room felt busier than ever before.
The goddess of light Kelly, the goddess of sun Verthandi, the goddess of death Delmedi, the master of the night Louis Biketo, the goddess of harvest Bernice and the goddess of sea Gina sat in a circle and held the first meeting of the gods. This was the first meeting between the gods.
Apart from formalizing the first Agreement of Gods, which was made among the first group of gods, they would sign a renewed Agreement of Gods to restrain the competition for authority between gods and maintain the operation of the whole world at the same time.

This particular matter was related to the perfection of the rules of the whole world, as well as the ultimate perfection of Maria's World. This also happened to involve the most important step for Lu Zhiyu to reach level nine!

In every Divine Shadow above the thrones, a vague appearance of the gods could been seen. They all expressed their opinions.
The gods present all agreed to the agreement regarding their most basic authority. However, when it came to beliefs, the six gods had a fierce quarrel. Finally, they agreed that the gods could not directly intervene with human beings' beliefs, which was then also written into the Agreement of the Gods.
In the Kingdom of Light, Louis also talked about wizards and alchemists. He believed that wizards and alchemists were the greatest sources of instability and danger in the world. Hence, he believed that they must be under the control of gods.
Kelly, the goddess of light, took a look at Louis as he was speaking. Although Louis was expressionless, she could see at a glance what he was thinking and feeling.

In regards to how big the realm of the underworld was, the goddess of death, Delmedi, was not clear. It was only when Cetisius recently started to manage the underworld that he realized how broad the underworld really was.
In addition to the gates of the underworld, the river basin, and the city of the soul, Chirom, which Delmedi managed, there were countless dead creatures in the vast realm of death, all of which had been enlarged by the force of death. Even many Ghost Wizards and demon warlocks were secretly summoning these dead creatures to send them to go and spy on the underworld.
They were trying to escape the reincarnation of life and death with the power of these creatures in the underworld. With such motives, the Ghost Wizards and the demon warlocks were extremely dangerous and might cause harm and trouble to the gods and the world.
After agreeing that all of the souls of the unbelievers should be managed by the underworld, Kelly urged Delmedi to pay closer attention to the management of the underworld to ensure that there would be no mistakes. Delmedi agreed, secretly planning to cheekily tell Cetisius of this matter by mimicking Kelly's tone!
At the end of the first meeting of gods, the Agreement of the Gods was officially renewed. This agreement was written in the gods' language via mind power and floated above the sky in the Kingdom of Light. It then revolved around the floating islands, where the thrones of the gods were located.
Then, all of the gods simultaneously made their own official marks on the agreement. At once, they saw the golden agreement spinning and shining fiercely. Then, the host of the Divine Kingdom officially recognized its validity.
At this time, not only did the extraordinary gods, but even the regular gods felt an inexplicable force of restraint come upon them. This was the power of the almighty rules!
The meeting of the gods and the perfection of the Agreement of the Gods had once again promoted the further development of the world. All of the loopholes and imperfections had now been repaired. For those with extraordinary powers, the era in which they could do whatever they wanted would never return.
Soon following this grand event, the gods gradually took control of Maria's World. This was an era full of opportunities, but for the extraordinary, it was not the best era.
No matter how powerful, gifted, and ambitious they were, they were now limited. After all, the rules of the world and the gods now set constraints for everything in this world.
The floating city of Lu Zhiyu revolved around Maria's World, which was not far away. On the central square of the floating city, there were two huge gates.
The huge gates were made of white metal and had dense, complicated geometric drawings on them. The center of the gates were illusory, yet they couldn't been seen through. Instead, they looked like two huge swirling gray eddies.
Lu Zhiyu walked up the steps and went into one of the huge gates. Then, he stepped out of the other gate.
This was the space portal that Lu Zhiyu had designed after learning some spatial theories from Atlantis. Of course, his past experience with using the dimensional door also helped him in designing the gates.
Eva stood under the steps of the two giant space portals, stroking the neck of the Titan Dragon Adolphus and waiting for Lu Zhiyu to come down. She then called out, "Master, you succeeded!"
Eva was clearly happy for him. She had watched Lu Zhiyu make these two portals. To do so, Lu Zhiyu didn't use the scroll, but had applied the principles of space.
Lu Zhiyu nodded to her and said with a smile, "Yes, it was successful!"
At this time, a wave of energy pulsed through Maria's World. Although it was very slight, the Lu Zhiyu, as the master of the world, felt it immediately.

Finally, a number of gods started resisting. Due to their low amount of godly power, they had no choice but to resist. And thus the war of the gods erupted. Countless gods started fighting each other so they could obtain the pitiful hundred thousand believers of the twin-horns race. None of them had expected that so soon after awakening from the true war of the gods during the Primordial Era, a new war would erupt here. One could say that this war was in fact even more desperate than the previous war had been.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The twin-horns world shook without stop. Everyone was fighting while that minor local god could do nothing but pitifully defend the world from destruction. Since he was the most familiar with this world, this task had landed on him. Nobody bothered doing anything to him, as everyone was clear that regardless of who the final victor was, this world had to survive. Otherwise, they would all be trapped in space, lonely and desolate as they waited for their eventual deaths.
Bang! Bang!
The war continued. Suddenly, the entire sky sank into silence as a bloody glow bloomed. Finally, the first god had been killed. The entire world sank into momentary silence. However, almost immediately afterward, the battle resumed. Everyone was fighting for survival.
Slumbering? None of them were willing to fall into slumber. If this was the human world, they would still be able to awaken from the slumber. But here, slumbering in this damnable world? No, they were not willing!
The moment they fell into slumber here, with the pitiful amount of godly power this world could supply, the slumber could very well be eternal. That was scarier than death itself. As such, they might as well throw caution to the wind and fight it out.

The battle continued. Boundless godly powers with numerous colors flickered without stop, driving this world to destruction. Amid all this, the Forest Goddess had stayed her hand. That was because she had noticed something familiar: coincidences, inner conflict… weren't these things that luck bitch had been good at? But wasn't she dead? Could this truly be a coincidence?

Hands pulsing with godly power, she helped that minor god protect this world. The other gods had already descended into madness, causing this world to be on the verge of collapsing from their fights.
The minor god was grateful. "Th-thank you."
The Forest Goddess ignored him. As she had been awakened earlier, she had quite a healthy amount of godly power. As such, she did not need to fight. Unfortunately, this minor god here would probably not last much longer. The moment this battle ended would also be this god's moment of death. Those gods would not allow a god all the inhabitants here believed in to live, as that would be too dangerous. Therefore, this god would most certainly die.

With blooming blood, yet another god was killed. The almighty and majestic gods had become nothing but cannon fodder here due to them being too weak. The other gods all blanked momentarily before regaining their senses and resuming the battle. This was a war between gods. Therefore, there would definitely be more deaths.
Pu! Pu!
With the continuous death of gods, everyone soon became accustomed to it. The ground was dyed red by blood, and the sky was tinged by various colors, each representing a different god. Godly powers bloomed everywhere, dying gods screamed everywhere, and numerous colors interwove together. From this group of several thousand gods, a huge number died off.
Ultimately, amid the blood-red world, only around 100 gods persevered, fighting on with great difficulty.

Yet another god died off. With this, the surviving gods numbered less than a hundred.
Among the surviving gods, some could no longer stand properly, while some were covered in wounds. Everyone was glaring at each other, waiting for the final fatal attack.
The Forest Goddess sighed. "Can you all stop? This is enough. With the number of twin-horns members, even if they are split among you guys, the godly power will be sufficient for you all to recover."
Only at this did the gods awaken from their madness. True, this was already sufficient. This was a war where there were no winners. Their only goal was to survive, that was all. They looked around, looking at the multicolored and ruined world. It was only at this moment that they realized how bitter this war had been and how many gods had perished.
Several thousands of them had perished. Each of the survivors was the strongest of gods, or to be more accurate, these gods used to be the strongest. As for those so-called low-tier and mid-tier gods, they had all perished in this war.

For now, none of them had any desire to do battle.

With the persuasion of the Forest Goddess, the gods here had finally stopped fighting. Regardless of how bitter the battle had been, regardless of how many gods had perished, now that the believers of the twin-horns race were sufficient to support them all, there was no longer a need to fight.
However, this would only stay true temporarily. And now they had one final question left. How were they supposed to convert these believers?
"I... I can transfer them all to you guys," the minor god said in horror.
A god sneered. "There is no need for that. They believe in you. Thus, the godly power will be supplied to you. Even if you are willing to convert their faith to godly power and transfer the godly power to us, that is too much of a waste. Moreover, this will result in all of us relying on you alone. We definitely cannot agree to this. As such, I have an even better solution," he said coldly.
"What solution is that?" the trembling minor god asked.
That god laughed nastily. "Killing you. Next, we can divide the believers of this world."

The moment his words left his mouth, he moved.
The other gods merely watched on silently. Even the Forest Goddess could only shake her head. From the beginning, they had been aware that this was the only acceptable ending. For any of them to start gathering believers, this minor god had to first die.
The Forest Goddess sighed regretfully. Compared to these gods, this minor god here was probably the most innocent of them all. Unfortunately, there was truly no helping it. They only had themselves for blame for invading the human world.
Bang!
Terrifying godly power descended. This was a true top-tier godly power. Despite the low amount, it was still something a minor god could never hope to contend against.

The terrifying godly power swept forth.

The familiar sound of flesh being pierced echoed. And yet when all the gods there got a clear look, their hearts thumped wildly, as what they saw was truly too horrifying. That minor god had used a single hand to easily block the attack from the other god.
So easily, so terrifyingly. He lightly grabbed at the clump of godly power in his hand. Just like that, the top-tier god's godly power could no longer advance.
The top-tier god was horrified. "How is this possible?"
The minor god chuckled. "Ah. Collapse!"
With that, the godly power collapsed and that god was flung back, coughing blood wildly.
The other gods were all shaken.
"You… who exactly are you?"
"Me?" The minor god grinned. "Who do you guys think I am?"

Suddenly, the corpses of the gods sprawled everywhere, the godly powers lingering in the air, and the blood of the gods that had been spilled earlier were absorbed by the world. The minor god stood up, pulsing with a seemingly boundless godly power. Everything that the world had absorbed transformed into a huge whirlpool before entering his eyes and transforming into numerous clumps of flame that seemed capable of blazing on forever, akin to a sin that could never be extinguished.


Chen Feng, of modern earth, had suffered bad luck since birth. After finding the legendary “lucky artifact,” his bad luck peaked and he became the only person killed in an earthquake. By a twist of fate, he found himself transmigrated into a different and magical world! A world much larger than earth. A world only partially explored due to the dangers within. A world where human civilization centered around genes. In this world, human beings possessed all sorts of abilities due to genetic fusion. "The Celestial Hall, once ruled by the Overgod, was where all conflicts would end. It was known as the palace of a thousand gods, a place where all the deities would meet and discuss issues with other gods before presenting their case to the Overgod for judgement. The god in question would then be promoted or removed. Under the radiance of the Overgod, the many smaller worlds in the World of Gods had been operating smoothly.

However, the Overgod has now fallen into a slumber now. This place has lost its original purpose and prestige, instead turning into a place for gods to converse."

Umberlee seemed to be reminiscing about the past.

"The gods are now divided into different camps, each taking up laborious schemes and plots as they wildly amass wealth and power. They eye the seat of the Overgod." Her voice grew fainter the more she spoke, and became ever more distant.

The doors of the Celestial Hall seemed to buzz with the hymns of the gods and the law of spacetime. Umberlee motioned like she was unlocking them when she arrived, and they sensed her and opened up.

Holy light radiated out of the Celestial Hall in an instant, shining brightly with the dignity that came with power.

‘The World Will of the World of Gods, their Overgod… So it’s been sleeping within the Celestial Hall…’ Leylin immediately recognised this aura, it was similar to the one he’d experienced back in the Magus World.

It was like the Overgod was the entirety of the World of Gods. Even if he’d only come into contact with the World Will of the Magus World and that too when it was in deep slumber, he couldn’t be wrong about this. Leylin seemed to feel an affinity to the World Will, wanting to submit himself to it.

‘It really is an overgod, so frightening in spite of being deep asleep. If not for that baptism I experienced in my transmigration, and my essence being that of a Magus, this influence would’ve been even greater…’

"Pass the doors, and the Celestial Hall will affirm your position as a deity."

Umberlee entered the hall first, and when Leylin went in he felt numerous piercing gazes on his body. The gazes of the divine beings within contained hostility, hatred, curiosity, apathy, and a myriad of other emotions. The gazes of the greater gods in particular could even annihilate someone with legendary might instantly.

However, Leylin was one of them now, and he was only here with his avatar. He had nothing to fear. Thus, he entered the Celestial Hall with extremely light footsteps.

*Boom!* At this instant, a will that that carried the changes of time peered into his soul. If not for him being reborn once into the World of Gods, his identity would have been exposed. Even then, Leylin had to frantically protect his secrets, the A.I. Chip’s light flashing continuously in his eyes.

‘A final confirmation of my identity, huh? So strong…’ Leylin smirked deep down, but he put on an expression of comfort. The Celestial Hall rumbled as a new divine pedestal rose from the ground. Leylin had passed the inspection, confirmed to be native to the World of Gods before he ascended.

Only after the terrifying inspection was over did Leylin look around the Celestial Hall in peace. Powerful energy waves were radiating from the pedestals with golden seats on them, carrying an imprint of origin force. Leylin could tell the identities of each with just a glance.

Greater gods, intermediate gods, lesser gods… Good gods, neutral gods, the wicked and the chaotic… The seats were arranged irregularly, but it was a picturesque sight that seemed to hold some order to it. The greater gods held the seats up front, their pedestals more than tenfold as large as those of the lesser gods. As well, the gods of the same alignment were seated together.

As a mere lesser god, Leylin’s pedestal rose up at the back of those with the evil alignment. Umberlee’s own seat was a fair distance away, close to those of the chaotic alignment as well. Her strength as an intermediate god radiated out, pushing the seats of lesser gods away from her.

She sent Leylin a message just as he took his seat. "You can see the laws the Overgod set up here. Even the greater gods cannot do anything about it… Also, we usually leave an avatar in this place to make it easy to contact each other."

Leylin nodded in understanding. He shot a casual glance at Tyr and Mystra in the good and neutral camps, their gazes upon him carrying great hostility.

Of course, Leylin wasn’t afraid at all. After all, the Overgod itself had set up the laws in this place, and even if an avatar died it was no big deal.

‘So the Celestial Hall lost its original purpose once the Overgod entered its slumber, turning into a place for conversation and arguments, huh?’ Leylin stroked his chin, as he felt the obvious glances of the gods around him.

Most of the gods in the evil alignment looked at him gleefully, as if they were dying to know what would become of Leylin after facing the wrath of two greater gods. It was basic instinct for them to plot and scheme against each other, and they were giving Leylin some respect by not participating in the battle. It was extremely normal for them to look at him in schadenfreude.

There was a gaze of fear amongst the many that contained mockery, and it was especially familiar to Leylin. He turned to the source of this gaze, finding the avatar of Kurtulmak the Kobold God. His divine radiance seemed rather dim, likely the after-effects of having to move his divine kingdom.

With both of them in the same camp, Kurtulmak was seated close to Leylin. However, his seat was behind Leylin’s own, seemingly because his divine rank was lower than his.

Leylin smiled as he met the respectful and fawning gaze of this Kobold God, but deep down he was contemptuous. The Kobold God was now scared of his prowess, but if there was a day that Leylin met his demise, this god would be the first to jump out manically and rip off a huge chunk of flesh from his body.

However, Leylin would never give him this chance. Kurtulmak was destined to live under his shadow his entire life.

With fights banned and only avatars present, the atmosphere in the Celestial Hall was extremely relaxed. There were even many gods conversing in groups at the corners of the hall.

"It is indeed a good place to talk…" Leylin’s gaze swept past the gods, and he immediately noticed the centre of the hall. A massive throne was erected in that place, to be used by the leader of the gods. It seemed to unify all the deities, as if it was the core of the world.

Leylin’s astuteness told him that a powerful being was currently deep in slumber on that throne. The radiation of laws from the place was evident, similar to what happened in the Magus World. There was a layer of origin force crystals sealed around the throne of the Overgod, forming a mountain of origin force.

‘This is… world crystal!’ Leylin immediately recognised this crystal. However, it seemed even more useful than in Shar’s case, able to protect and not just seal. The throne was sealed within the world crystal, and the Overgod was within, deep in slumber.

World crystals were tens of thousands of times more powerful than origin force, and even the greater gods would not be able to break it apart even if they joined forces. It was this layer of protection that allowed the Overgod to unify the gods, and remain safe up to this day.

‘However…’ Leylin looked at the seats of the greater gods in front, his face filled with ridicule, ‘The World Will obviously sealed itself to protect itself from these greater gods… It seems like it already detected that it was at a disadvantage when it entered its sleep…’

This was a matter of course. Now that the greater gods stood at the apex of the World of Gods, a few would definitely want to take that last step to become the new Overgod. This desire would only be amplified by the World Will’s current slumber. The only reasons the Overgod had survived to this day were that the world crystal was protecting it, and the greater gods were being suppressed by each other.

‘In fact, the World Wills of the World of Gods and Magus World were the most powerful in the Final War. Looking at the setup here, it seems like the World Wills were either completely in the realm of rank 9 or quite nearby, incomparably close to immortality…’

‘I should think of a way to launch a devastating attack on it before the Final War commences…’ Leylin looked at the overgod’s royal seat, his eyes seemingly filled with reverence. Even greater gods who excelled in prophecies would never discover his true intentions.

‘I should probably use the ambitions of these greater gods. It won’t be such a bad idea…’ Leylin’s thoughts were as fast as lightning, and he immediately came up with a plan that was likely to succeed.

The greater gods wanted the throne for themselves, so he could just fan the flames at the side and reap the greatest benefits with minimum effort. Pitting the gods against each other before the Final War was the best way to wear them down.

‘No matter how high and mighty you are, when the overgod returns, what will you guys become? One that does not become eternal is just an ant…’ Leylin’s eyes held a chilly apathy as his gaze swept across the Celestial Hall. When the Final War resumed, how many of these deities would fall?

Who could've expected that by relying on his own heavenly world, Li Yunmu would be able to forcefully bring three hundred and fifty Ape Gods from Earth to origin world. 
Naturally, achieving this feat wasn't the least bit simple. First of all, the strength of Ape Gods definitely couldn't surpass Flux Master layer; otherwise, it would create problems when traversing through the descender channel. 
Even if the heavenly world was cut off from the outer world, the great strength contained within it would bring out rejection from the laws of the origin world while passing through the passage. This conflict would create enormous chaos in the space. If one was to say it more simply, the channel might collapse, washing away all the descenders into the hyper chaotic space.
The point to protect against it was shackles. Li Yunmu not only used his world power to completely shackle the energy within the three hundred and fifty Ape Gods, but he also had a useful tool at his disposal. "Hmmm, how to explain this... Well, we do have a lot of time, so I guess I can explain it to you. To start with World Deities are different from the actual Gods."  
"Huh, then why do we even call them Deities?"  
"That's just something that people started to call them since in the perception of a normal person they were kinda like True Deities. Yet the truth was they're just a form of mana, a manifestation of beliefs of the living beings in the world. They are basically beings that govern a certain law of that given world. How to explain that part, for example, the God of Death, obviously governs the law of Death, he is a guide to those that die and protects the souls of the dead until they are able to reincarnate into their next life. Most of the different worlds have this world deity. Another example would be the Goddess of Alchemy, the world you are currently in doesn't have this deity as those that practice alchemy mostly does not believe in any form of deities. So without enough belief this deity hasn't manifested itself. So basically every world has a certain roster of world deities that is usually there no matter the world. Those would be the Gods of War, Death, Life, Light, and Darkness. Other, world deities are just add-ons that depend on what kind of people are living in a certain world. I'm sorry if I'm not explaining this so well. If you want I can call someone else that has more knowledge in this subject."
"... No it's Alright, I kinda understand what you're saying. So then what are these so called True Gods? If world deities are simply like moderators of a certain world what are the True Gods are they like the moderators of the universe?"  
"The moderator of the universe? That title can only go to the ORIGIN, as for the True Gods there are different kinds. To explain more about that, I need to go back to the beginning. As you may have already guessed, the ORIGIN is the creator of all things, he is basically the beginning. The first semblance of intelligence that he created were the Gods, these Gods are now called Ancient Gods. They are few in number and some of our past incarnations especially the original one had killed a lot of them. Currently, based on my knowledge, there are only Twenty Ancient Gods left, each Ancient God exists in different universes. It is not possible for these ancient Gods to co-exist in the same universe as that would break the reality of that universe... Well anyway, these Ancient Gods created their own beings, same as how the ORIGIN created them, the Ancient Gods created the old Gods."  
"Wait, wait, before we continue why did the ORIGIN create the Ancient Gods in the first place?" Ren who was receiving too much information too quickly stopped Leo from talking to ask a question.

The Old Gods they created were a weaker version of themselves, but these beings they created had something they did not. The Old Gods had the ability to reproduce the same as humans, but their ability to reproduce is extremely limited. An Old God can only produce one offspring in its entire lifetime and the time to produce this offspring takes a hundred thousand years. Granted that to ageless beings like them, a hundred thousand years might not be that long. These offsprings of the Old Gods are called New Gods, and they are beings closer to humans than Gods, but unlike humans, they are born extremely powerful. New Gods can copulate with mortal beings such as humans, and this creates the Demi-God category. So you see True Gods and World Deities are pretty much different species. Anyone can be a world deity but to be a True God you need to be born as one."  
"I see, thanks for the explanation. So basically what you're saying is that there are a lot of strong beings out there, that I can face in battle." Ren suddenly got excited as he showed a vicious smile on his face. Seeing Ren's reaction Leo smiled as well while shrugging his shoulders.  
"After hearing my long-ass explanation that's what you got from it? Well, granted if I heard the same thing that's what I would focus on as well... So anyway Ren, what are you planning to do now?"
"What else is there for me to do? Before the rematch with the Goddess of Light, I need to gain more power, and the best way to gain that power is to train with you guys. This soul realm is the best training place that I can ask for, cause I can get to fight strong opponents and go all out without dying." Ren declared as he summoned a weapon.

His world had gotten stronger becoming a Middle World; he knew however that Desolate World was incomplete as he still hadn't decided on what path to take. This isn't something he can just randomly decide on, it must be looked over multiple times before a decision could be made. This is also something that sets him apart from worlds who decide upon their path by using the collective consciousness of its inhabitant and instincts. it can't be helped after all, for a world conscious to be formed, many inhabitants must be present in said world. That's also why Mother Earth was born even though she should technically be born when the world reaches Middle World level but she skips this process and was born early.

Deciding on a path would be a deciding factor to his creations and plan to make the world stronger than others of the same level. Mother Earth had decided on the Technology Path, which has not reached its limit yet, and from what he knew, it was possible that Mother Earth Technology Path could rival the Cultivation Path when it reaches perfection. Lin Dao didn't want to go down the technology path as it didn't match his ambitions, he wanted to be the ruler of the strongest world, and to do that he needed to be careful with his choices. If he plans to rule something he would rather rule something he was proud of.

Lin Dao had been in this universe for a long time, so long that he forgot his age, in that time he had seen many realms and many of them had been too powerful for him to enter, as he feared suffering injuries towards his core, his life basically.

Of the worlds he had visited, two of them that stood out the most as they were worlds that didn't discriminate against outsiders. As long as one was powerful enough, one could rule a part of the world and be accepted by the world consciousness. Of the two worlds, one of them was Divine Realm of Gods and the other was 'Supreme' Immortal Realm; both these worlds are peak Great Worlds on the crisp of ascending to Supreme World level but halted by the existence of the Cultivation World. The Cultivation World was like an invisible blade above their heads telling them not to ascend and say in their place.

Lin Dao had actually entered the Divine Realm of Gods by accident as he was being chased by a Chaos Beast of the Great God level and got sucked into a chaotic storm that brought him into the world. By having lots of followers one would be able to gain immense power but will also be chained down by these followers as well. One would be nigh unlikable and eternal, as long as followers worship them but once they no longer do, the gods will fall from their pedestal in heaven to the mortal world. Another thing that Lin Dao learn was that once one become a god, unless one becomes a Great God one will be weakened once they leave the Divine Realm of Gods, falling from an almighty figure to a bug that they disdain to look at.

This might seem like a broken path as it had many weaknesses but was it actually so? By doing this, the world will always have powerful guards on watch to protect it, with the ones able to leave the world to conquer Low Worlds to be devoured by it, upgrading constantly until it's current level of Peak Great World.

The 'Supreme' immortal was different, it actually followed the cultivation path, so one could see it's ambition was high, it planned to replace the Cultivation World as the Supreme World! It basically wants to replace the heavens!!

These two worlds will be destined to battle until one emerges victorious, of course, it's highly likely that the 'Supreme' Immortal World will be destroyed, after all it's going up against the strongest force in the universe, the Cultivation World. The cultivation world had been in it's position since the dawn of time, one must have a link to how powerful it was!!

As Lin Dao thought, a dark orb of chaos began to form in front of him, changing as his mind wandered. The pressure emitted from this orb was not lesser than the might of the heavens!! This orb is the path in its nascent form, once it's completed and merged into the world, it will be a True Middle World making the universe bell echo because of its advancement.

In the universe there where three acknowledgements, a World Acknowledgement, Treasure Acknowledgement and Strength Acknowledgment. When one of these accomplishments are met, a bell will echo across the universe, announcing it to those capable of hearing it, which are usually beings on the level of gods and above.

'My world must be like the Divine Realm of Gods and the 'Supreme' Immortal Realm, it should be able to accept people from different worlds growing in the process. It should have the system of faith but differ from that of the gods, making it so that the Divine Realm of Gods cannot influence it. This will make it so that those who are worship will directly ascend to become gods but won't be truly gods. They will be force to rely on the world which make them want to protect it, I will call these gods, Faith Gods. The only difference between them on the gods of the Divine Realm of Gods is that they rely more on the concept of faith and followers making them not have a true divinity that they themselves comprehend; meaning that they could lose it just as soon as they get it.' As he spoke in his mind the black orb in front of him, expand growing bigger and turning golden in color. As he finish speaking in his mind, the now golden in color orb was about to shatter, but was forcibly halted as Lin Dao continued, ' 'Supreme' Immortal World has the same path as the Cultivation World so I have a general idea of how to make my second path. In my world there will be 108000 totems that have a connection to my world. These totems will be spilt into three levels, Mortal, Earth, and Heavenly. They will grow along with their owners and make the world stronger, these totems will not be like the path of faith as it has no limit, which means, there could eventually be 108000 Chaos Gods living on Desolate World. I will also allow them to leave my world, not being restricted as much. With these two paths together, I will call my path 'All Encompasing Totem Path', nothing is exculded everything can become it's strength.' Lin Dao opened his eyes, emitting a heavy pressure as his eyes look at the dual color orb before him. He could immediately tell the golden glow represent the Path of Faith, while the dull white color should be the Totem Path. He could also see that the orb was struggling to stay in place meaning he cannot add a third path or it will be destroyed, having all his success disappear. It was already a miracle for him to have succeed in getting a second path as each world before him had only one. This confirm his theory, the limit of a world isn't one path, it could be more, meaning that the Cultivation World had been scheming for a long time, each world that exist beside his belong to the Cultivation World, meaning when they all become powerful enough, they could be absorb and it could ascend to become a even more powerful world with all paths under its control. 

Lin Dao had notice this for many years as he gain information while traveling. Each clan and sects of the 'Supreme' Immortal World and kingdoms and empires of the Divine Realm of Gods have a creation story each pointing to this fact. They don't however know what this means as they weren't World Gods or worlds. Lin Dao knew that by letting his world hit the World Acknowledgement Bell, he would be destined to battle against the Cultivation World and the Universe had begun.

Smiling, he release his control over the orb letting it break apart and merge into the surroundings before fusing completely with the world core. The world shudder as strings invisible to the naked eye enterwined with everything, from the goblins to the trees and dirt, it even fuse with the laws of the world. 

Everything had become under the control of the All Encompassing Path, but nothing had change, everything was the same, the plants, water, dirt, goblins, everything was the same, however Lin Dao eyes cannot be fool as he saw something different. Because he had created the path of faith, the skies had become golden and condense into a nascent form of the divine realm where gods will reside, however since no one worship anyone yet, it didn't have enough faith energy to completely form. The Path of Totem was still dull and lifeless, covering the entire world, showing which path was the stronger of the two. 

The path of Totem had never existed before, so it means that the path of Totem was the main path of this world and it will not change. The reason the Path of Totem was lifeless was because a totem had not been created yet, it was not his job to create it, it was the people and the situation that will. Finishing everything, ambition akin to fire erupe from his body as he stood up, it might be the last time he sat down as he was about to commence his grand struggle and usurpation of power. This will be a battle to the death between him and this universe, only one 'will' need to exist, his, the World God!!!

Billions of years had passed before a lonely soul is born; another billion years pass, as his goal was being made; a billion later...... let see what happens

God Stages
Divine Ascension
- In the process of transitioning from mortal to god. 
- Cannot use any divinity or risk exploding since the body cannot yet handle the burden of the divinity.
- Divinity is a cloud that can disperse at any moment. 
- Usually causes gods to slumber for a couple of years, period usually lasts from anywhere between 100 years to 500 years, during which the god is essentially human except for their divine bodies.
- Gods at this stage are heavily subjected to The Laws Of The World or Restrictions that all Gods must obey in every Universe. The Laws Of The World are basically the ten commandments with slight variances. 
- Prayers heard must be fulfilled for those pure of heart.
Divine Actualization
- The body and divinity have merged slightly, but divinity is like a slightly thicker cloud that can be dispersed at any time. 
- A god at this stage can passively use their divinity/divinities but only to conduct minor tasks, if they over exert themselves, they risk explosion from divinity running amok or absorption of too much dimensional energies.
- Usually takes 300 years to stabilize this stage. 
- Divinities must also be grown by helping the mortal races complete certain tasks with respect to the God's divinity.
- Gods at this stage are heavily subjected to The Laws Of The World or Restrictions that all Gods must obey in every Universe. The Laws Of The World are basically the ten commandments with slight variances.
- God now also has access to the power of the deal, but each deal made requires a contract made from the pitiful amount of pure divinity possessed by the God. If the deal is too big to be fulfilled, then the god has a high risk of dying upon fulfilling the deal.
- At this stage lifespan can be stolen and converted to divinity but doing so will align the god towards evil; Evil Gods are no longer protected by The Laws Of The World due to their ability to grow in strength faster through questionable means. 
- Prayer heard must be fulfilled for those pure of heart.
 
 
1st Stage God
- The body and divinity have merged completely, and divinity begins to take the shape of the soul. 
- A god at this stage can actively use their divinity/divinities but only to conduct minor tasks, if they over exert themselves, they risk explosion from divinity running amok or absorption of too much dimensional energies.
- Usually takes 100 years to stabilize this stage. 
- Divinities can grow with mortal prayers or meditation.
- Gods at this stage are heavily subjected to The Laws Of The World or Restrictions that all Gods must obey in every Universe. But, Gods in this stage have one pardon for breaking a single world Law.
- God now also has access to the power of the deal, and can share their divinities with a group of their followers. 
- Prayer heard must be fulfilled for those pure of heart.
2nd Stage God
- Divinities take the shape of the soul, but have yet to solidify completely. 
- A god at this stage can use their divinities freely but only in set patterns. 
- Usually takes 50 years to stabilize this stage. 
- Divinities grow randomly based on the enlightenment of the god. 
- Gods at this stage are heavily subjected to The Laws Of The World or Restrictions that all Gods must obey in every Universe. But, Gods in this stage have two pardons for breaking the world Law.
- God now also has access to the power of the deal, the power of blessing, and the power of curses. 
- Prayer heard must be fulfilled for those pure of heart.
 
3rd Stage God
- Divinities solidify along the with the soul, merging the three souls together into one. 
- A god at this stage can use their divinities freely on a large basis but only in set patterns. 
- Usually takes 300 years to stabilize this stage. 
- Divinities grow randomly based on the enlightenment of the god. 
- Gods at this stage are heavily subjected to The Laws Of The World or Restrictions that all Gods must obey in every Universe. But, Gods in this stage have three pardons for breaking the world Law.
- God now also has access to the power of the deal, the power of blessing, and the power of curses on a wider scale. 
- Prayer heard must be fulfilled for those pure of heart.
 
New God
- Divinities merge with a singular soul, and now begins to merge with the mind and body, forming the power of existence itself. 
- A god at this stage can use their divinities freely on a large scale without any restrictions, but controlling divinity is difficult. 
- Usually takes 600 years to stabilize this stage. 
- Divinities can no longer grow through any other means but a battle of life and death, and fortunate opportunities. 
- Gods at this stage are moderately subjected to The Laws Of The World or Restrictions that all Gods must obey in every Universe.
- God can now live amongst the mortal races without any consequences as long as they don't harm humans on a large scale.  
- Prayer heard must be fulfilled for those pure of heart.
