"No more questions! Just answer me- what on earth is the Dragon Slaughterer," Ye Mo asked in a cold tone. He could let the ape army kill Fen Qiantu at any moment if he wanted. "Otherwise, even if I let you live, your cultivation will be reduced massively. After all, we're fighting in the space of illusion. Our fate is out of our control."
"Yeah, yes! You are absolutely right," Fen Qiantu said, shivering violently. "The Chaos Palace is the dominant power of the Zone of Chaos. Everyone in the zone knows that the Chaos Palace has a plan to slaughter the dragon. It's said that they want to slaughter a real dragon. But the dragon's power is so much stronger than every human on the continent. So the Chaos Palace Lord wanted to cultivate a Dragon Slaughterer and collect all of the Seven Great Primordial Vicious Weapons to slaughter the dragon."
"A plan to slaughter a dragon? Slaughter a dragon? Do dragons still exist in the Lingwu Continent?" Ye Mo asked.
"It's said that a long time ago, a giant dragon was born on the Lingwu Continent. Over time, a lot of cultivators and even some immortals have challenged the giant dragon, but it brutally killed them. Nowadays, the giant dragon only exists in legend," Fen Qiantu quickly answered Ye Mo's question. If he spoke too slowly, Ye Mo was impatient enough to kill him immediately.
"Therefore, the selected Dragon Slaughterers are all extremely talented geniuses. Also, the winning castellan of the 'Battle of Thousand Cites' can also qualify to be a Dragon Slaughterer. "How could you not know?" Fen Qiantu asked. "All the merchant houses are run by the Chaos Palace in order to cultivate their gladiators. These bet fights are all intended to find more geniuses."
In the bet fights of the merchant house, cultivators needed to join the grade skipping fights. If they defeated the diamond grade gladiators, they could be recruited by the merchant house to replace the failed gladiator. As time passed, the merchant house would have the strongest cultivators.
Meng Long, the gladiator who Ye Mo had defeated, had successfully defeated a Transcendence Ninth Realm expert with a Transcendence Sixth Realm cultivation level. His talent was a priceless treasure no matter where he was. But Ye Mo had shown up and taken his position.

"Just tell them you surrendered when we get out and give me the Spear Qi." Done talking, Ye Mo withdrew the Five Elements Gate and kicked Fen Qiantu out of the Illusion Formation.
In the hall of the merchant house, a crowd had gathered, waiting for the result of the Celestial Weapon bet. One fighter was the diamond grade gladiator with a record of 99 wins and also defeated nine Profound World Realm experts- Ye Mo. The other was the No.1 young genius of the Ice City- Fen Qiantu.
While waiting anxiously for the results, they suddenly noticed a series of shifts in the Illusion Formation. And then, they saw Fen Qiantu blown out of the formation, falling on the ground heavily. His face was as pale as a ghost.
Ye Mo, on the other hand, stepped out from the formation steadily.
Without question, Ye Mo had defended his glory and made himself a 100-fight winner.
"You lose, gimme the Icefire Spear Qi," Ye Mo said peacefully.
Fen Qiantu immediately handed over the Icefire Spear Qi with shaking hands, then fled the merchant house hall.
Everyone in the hall was astonished by this result, including the shopkeeper, Aunt Lan. In their opinion, even if Ye Mo could defeat Fen Qiantu, the gap between their powers should be a small one. But, based on Fen Qiantu's behavior, he was undoubtedly terrified.
"Ye Xiao, you have completed your first test, please follow me." The shopkeeper brought Ye Mo to the head's palace again. The head was still sitting behind the curtain, hiding her emotions.
"Ye Xiao, I thought you had the power to fight Low-grade Profound World Realm experts, but, to my surprise, you even defeated a powerful opponent like Fen Qiantu. Congratulations, you have passed the first round of your tests."
As the head spoke, Ye Mo saw two drops of blood flying toward him. He caught them swiftly. It was his reward: two drops of the Primordial Shanrui Blood.
"These are your reward for your first round, and since you've won the Spear Qi for the merchant house, it will be your reward, too," the merchant head said placidly. "Later, I will give you the second round of the tests. The second round will be more difficult than the first, but if you decide to participate in it, more Primordial Shenrui Blood will be yours. If you refuse to take the deal, you can leave now."
After the conversation with Fen Qiantu, Ye Mo knew that he would become a pawn for the head and be trained as a Dragon slaughterer. But what was the giant dragon? How could he slaughter a dragon when he had the Dragon Power inside of him?
But, even if he refused to do it, they would send other people.
"I accept the deal." Ye Mo nodded.
"Okay. A half month from now, the Battle of the Thousand Cites will take place. Your task is to qualify to participate in the battle in that time," said the head, and then she raised her voice and emphasized, "Think carefully before you take the deal."
Qualifying to join the Battle of Thousand Cites meant becoming the castellan of the Ice City. But, the current castellan had already advanced to the Low-grade Profound Heavens Realm. No matter how talented he was, Ye Mo would never be able to beat her.
"Do you really believe it's possible?" Ye Mo said sarcastically.
"Ye Xiao, becoming a castellan is not the only way to participate in the Battle of the Thousand Cities," the shopkeeper standing beside Ye Mo explained. "As a matter of fact, there are two kinds of participants in the Battle of the Thousand Cites. One kind is, indeed, those castellans. Another kind is the deputies selected by the castellans. If you gain the trust of the castellan and show promising growth in your cultivation, it is possible for you to get the job."
The deputy castellan of the Ice City was Fen Qiantu's father, Fen Gongwuliang. As far as Ye Mo knew, he was a High-grade Profound World Realm expert.
Forget defeating the deputy castellan; earning the trust of the Ice City castellan seemed to be the more difficult task.

"I'll get it." Anna hollered, rushing towards the door and thinking. "Hope this is for good."

Opening the door, she can't help jerking her eyebrows up and murmuring. "Mother?"

"Hello Anna, happy to see me?" The lad questions, carrying a pink purse and wearing a black dress, short in length and tad overweight.

Her blonde hair are worked up to a bun, but her head is a bit big so the hairstyle looks more like a melon.

"More like shocked, I haven't seen you in 7 years!" Anna reminds, not sure how to handle these emotions.

"Yes well, we need to talk about a couple of things, mind welcoming your mother in? You're a tall beautiful woman now, I thought your manners would change." Surely words harsh by dialect, although this old lady's face isn't showing emotion.

"Yeah well come in I guess, I'm guessing someone died." Anna interjects, having strange feelings about this.

It's a bit past 2pm right now, Anna is supposed to handle a few documents about Ronny's imprisonment, because of that she's dressed in a black suit right now.

Spotting Silvia in the living room, her mother questions. "Is it really a good idea to keep a stranger in your house?" In the meantime leaving Silvia's arm in the air, refusing the hand shake.

"Silvia's no stranger, I know her for a long while." Well this is a lie and truth at the same time, exaggeration to be more exact.

"But she brought trouble in just a few days, you're all over the internet Anna, it's disgraceful." And with such wordplay, as if talking about a light topic she just takes a seat on the other sofa, away from Silvia.

Sitting near Silvia, Anna contradicts. "She didn't bring any trouble, the situation with Ronny is all my fault, I let that bitch ass in."

Wanting to tell her mother that she's going overboard, Anna cites. "You're giving heavy accusations towards a girl you don't even know, Samantha."

Pissed, Samantha yells out for once. "Oh so Samantha now is it? You forget your mother for this thief?"

Her face becoming red and not for the peachy reasons either, Anna yells back. "Again, that's a heavy accusation. How could you possibly know that? This is your first visit."

Calming down, having facts against her, Samantha the not so wise, contradicts. "Eh, she will eventually. I mean look at her, she isn't used to our lifestyle. Go buy her new clothes at least, to fit in with us."

Talking about cloth differences, well that's common for the spoiled rich I suppose. Maybe the shiny and expensive looking clothes that Samantha is wearing, grants some type of ill fueled confidence, yes that can be it.

"I'd rather trust a stranger than have you here, you just proved that again." Anna yells, directly offending her mother, not for the sake of Silvia but for the sake of letting out steam that built up for years.

Before Samantha could speak again, raising her finger even to grab attention, but Anna has a lot more to say. "And why are you calling this 'our lifestyle'? You don't have a finger in my life and what I worked my ass off to get."

"She's right Anna, I don't fit here. I'll pack my stuff and leave tomorrow." Silvia interrupts, understanding that this is getting tad out of hand.

"Sit your ass down Silvia, no one can kick you out of my house." Afterwards she even walks towards the little lady, forcing her to sit.

Turning her attention back towards the troublesome Samantha, Anna starts dropping a tear and hollers. "You didn't talk to me for 7 years and now you come here and yell commands in my house?"

Starting to yell again, Samantha cites. "The real question you should ask is how could you even leave your family for a house. Apart from that you're clowning all over the internet, is that what you have to do to get exposure?"

Continuing her point, the old lady raises her hand and wiggles it around, continuing. "You could have earned 10 times more in the family business but no... you made this all about ego and became a lawyer!"

Knowing how to reply to this one, Anna gives a wide smirk and adds. "I don't want your money, I made it all by myself and it didn't turn out so bad now did it?"

Standing up, walking towards her mother and forcing the lady to stand straight. Anna yells out, "Now get out of my house and don't come again with this bullshit."

"Anna don't do that!" Silvia discourages, standing up and grabbing the lady at the backside of the suit.

"Let me go! There's something you need to know." Samantha hollers, definitely not liking to get pushed around.

"Let me guess, you want to call me a slut next?" Anna questions, still pushing her mother forward.

"No, not yet." Samantha answers all honestly and adds. "Your father has cancer."

Stopping on her spot, Anna forces Samantha to face her and interjects. "What? Mother if this is another one of your lies..."

Looking at her daughter directly in the eye, a single tear breaks through Samantha's face, sighing after. "I wish this was a lie."

And so a handful of questions thunder. "How did he get cancer? How could this happen? Dad worked out in like, 4am in the morning. He's the healthiest person I ever knew."

Becoming bold, not beating around the bush even for a second, Samantha reveals. "It wasn't enough, he has stomach cancer and barely has a year to live."

With a bit of effort, the old lady moves away from her daughter's grip and cites. "What you want to do from this point is up to you, your father is in a terrible condition. It's hard to look at, so you can stay here if you want to."

Breaking tears after facing away from the two ladies, Samantha's shoes start clicking against the ground as she adds with a crack on her tone. "But if you want to see him, you know where to find us."

Lines, Tim, Timothy. This 17 year old boy goes by a few names. A dancer, a werewolf with that prime urge of freedom, primary urge to run free on the nearby forest.

Until one day a level 3 werewolf, fought Tim and forced the boy to lose an eye.

Night Eighty Six

Age 1991

The Train...

'Man...' Hero thought as he stared out the window of the train as it moved through the train at a fast speed. 'A lot of stuff has happened now that I think about it... I wonder how this mission is gonna fail... And I'm stuck with Kitsune, and Light. And Irene and Ken who are both very weird now... Wonder what's up with them?'

"-and that was how my family led the great revolution to the Emperor's forefront in an attempt to claim the throne for ourselves!" Sera announced. "Any questions?"

"What I wasn't listening?" Hero said just coming to as he shook his head turning away from the window of the train.

"Fascinating." Irene nodded.

"I already knew this story as a member of the Twenty Sacred Branches." Kitsune bragged.

"An incredible tale." Light announced.

Emma let out a small hum for a second as she also nodded her head. "Great tale."

Lucy just hummed staring with a blank expression on her face and not saying anything since she's a weirdo.

"Wait? So your family tried to steal the throne of Red?" Ken said with wide eyes. "How the hell is your family still able to be trusted?"

"We aren't!" Sera announced. "There's a reason I had to ask to receive a letter!"

"Seriously! What did I miss exactly?" Hero questioned blinking in confusion. "Sera just started talking and I just tuned her out."

"As a Noble family of the twenty sacred Branches, it is my duty to try and make a grab for the throne!" Sera announced. "But... Only the strongest of the Twenty Noble Branches are allowed to be the Emperor. Because of that I am honored bound to raise up in power, by becoming an Enforcer. Then and only then will I be able to be Empress Sera right after my mother who is the current Empress!"

"Seriously what did I miss!" The drone on Hero's head began to click loudly saying it would tell Hero.

However Hero didn't speak drone so he had no idea what Droney was saying...
 
"Shut up Hero!" The entire group yelled.

Nick let out a sigh as he lowered himself down in his chair. "How did I get stuck with babysitting duty..." He watched as the eight recruits those being Hero, Irene, Ken, Light, Kitsune, Sera, Emma, and Lucy, all quickly broke out into a viscous fighting.

Over on the other side of the train, Dawson stared out the window as it roared down the tracks. There was an awkward silence between the two Reserve members on their Squad as the train made several loud roaring sounds.

"My best friend... His name is Jackson Storm. In a situation like this, he would normally say a joke to break this silence..." Dawson said slowly as his animalistic yellow eyes gave off a predatory glow. "I don't know any jokes though... I find it funny watching Hero and Kitsune be in pain though so if you want me to make you laugh I guess I could punch one of them in the face? They piss me off a lot so I'd like it to."

Serenity gave a small smile as her cold, and hurt blue eyes seemed to shine for a second. "Your friend sounds nice..."

"Yeah... He is." Dawson muttered. "Jackson is... Well, he is a strange Noble. Then again everyone in this Squad is weird... Like Ken, or Irene, or Kitsune... Or Hero?"

"Hero... He's that boy over there correct..."

"Yes, Ma'am," Dawson said giving a nod.

"He's the opposite of you... Just me being near him is enough to make him break out into a smile... That boy wants to be happy. Even if he is feeling something else he'll let my power wash over him and smile. He's filled with so much hope it threatens to blind even me."

"Hero's a brave boy. He's been through a lot. I think... Honestly, I'm not to focus on Hero. I feel like he has a good handle o his dream. I'm worried about the others. Mostly Ken. She's a Seraphin which isn't good... If she ever snaps and turns into a beast like that Viper girl I have to be the one to put her down..."

Ren let out a small laugh as she gave a light smile. It seemed to be a real smile this time as a small giggle escaped her lips. "I'm a bit jealous of you Mr. Blight..."

"Of me?"

"You have so many people around you... You get to do so much... Being a Reserve member on Squad Seven it is actually rare that I get to go on a mission... Squad Seven is the greatest back up, Squad. Because of that fact, it is made up of several different units. Some groups in Squad Seven are more battle orientated. Others are more medical and support. Due to my Cursed Powers, I have a strange outcome in missions so I am rarely given the chance to go on big missions like these..."

"Well... What changed today?" Dawson questioned raising an eyebrow. "Why'd you get a chance today?"

"I'm not sure. Lady Sif is a weird woman."

"You can say that again..."

The two Enforcers let out a small laugh.

There was a massive screeching sound as the entire train began to shake. Dawson peered out the black window seeing the darkness was suddenly broken from the light of the cities, artificial lighting. The train slowly began to come to a stop as the loud screeching got louder.

They had arrived at the city...

"Alright everyone we-" He stopped as he stared back at the train blinking a few times. All the recruits were dog piled on Nick who had a sad look on his face.

"Help... Me..."

A few minutes later...

The group of Enforcers stepped out of the train as the metal gates to the city slowly swung open.

"Whoa... Very different from the other cities!" Hero said with wide eyes.

Chrysanthemums was certainly not like any of the other various cities... For one it was still pretty cold. There was a large layer of snow that covered everything. It wasn't a blizzard like the rest of the world, but compared to the other cities this one was freezing cold...The artificial lights were also vastly different from any others... These ones were a bright purple, lighting the entire city in a purple glow and giving it a spooky look. Next was the buildings... They were all small. Not as tiny as the buildings found in a town but still much smaller than any of the ones found in other cities. They were also bunched together. The entire thing felt tight and closed off and several of the buildings actually went over each other stacking up higher and higher. Everything looked to be made from a cold dark metal causing it all to look darker than it actually was. At the back of the city was a massive golden looking building. Like every city, it was owned by a Noble and chances were that the massive golden mansion belonged to the Nobles... The entire city just looked poor until you saw that building.

"Yeah... This definitely isn't creepy..." Ken said letting out a sigh as she rolled her eyes.

"Scared?" Irene smirked.

"Shut up ice girl."

"Why does half our Squad hate the other half?" Light asked. "And the other half loves the other half?"

"One of the lesser cities..." Dawson said letting out a heavy sigh. "It is sad but unfortunately some Nobles barely care about the people in their city. The end results are what you see now. A closed-off dark place. Out of all the cites, Chrysanthemums is the one with the highest rate of crime... It should be easy to find the problem... If we are lucky it'll only take us a month or two."

"Oh boy..." Ken said rolling her eyes once more.

"I don't like these people." Kitsune said folding his arms. His arms trailed down gripping the handle of his blade for a moment. "They give Nobles like us a bad look..."

"Our hotel is up ahead..." Sif muttered out quietly.

'We're staying at a hotel." Hero asked.

"Yeah. A few of us are going to be staying in the Nobles home as well. We believe he will be the next to be targeted so it is our duty to keep him safe."

"Neat."

The group followed the Captain as the walked through the city. They got several strange looks which were completely justified. It was rare to see an Enforcer in a city like this... Much less A Captain, a Vice-Captain, Two Reserves, and an insane Eight recruits. They were packing some serious heat right now...

The group walked for about another five minutes going through the cold, dark, scary city, getting lots of nasty looks, before finally stopping at a tall marble white building. This was the second biggest building in the city second only to the massive golden building. This building stood at nearly 5794' feet reaching high up into the sky and brushing the pitch black sky. It was almost half the size of the Squad Zero building in Oleander.

It was a beautiful white color lined with snow. It stood tall and had no windows or anything really to speak of save for a metal door.

Sif slowly pulled a golden badge out with the words 'Enforcer' written on it. The metal door opened immediately.

"In every city, that isn't Oleander we have what we call the Marble pillars. They are basically fancy buildings for Enforcers, and Nobles to stay in, if they aren't in their own city." Dawson stated. "Behave and don't piss off the Automaton's..."

"The what?" Hero questioned.

"The Automatons... They are highly advanced robotics that listens to the current Emperor. They are made by the Emperors Equation so they work sort of like mini Cursed Powers that can fight Bestia Macht, though it takes around a hundred to even take down a Viscount which is why we still rely on Enforcers. That and it takes a lot of energy out of the Empress to create even one. It takes her about a year to make twenty of them. When an Automatons reaches its breaking point and can no longer battle they are sent here to work as butlers. Careful as they are highly susceptible to getting pissed off and while they might not be in 100% shape they are still packed with weapons..."

"Why the hell would they have deadly killer robots be the butlers in places like these?" Ken questioned with wide eyes.

"It's fancy." Kitsune announced.

"Nobles are weird..." Hero sighed.

"Well... Let's just say that the current Empress is kind of an asshole and leave it at that..." Dawson muttered out. "Just be calm and... Try not to spill anything... Last time I was here Jackson slipped and split some tea and we were fighting off those damn robots for hours..."

"I'm starting to think that the Nation Of Red is screwed up..." Ken said slowly.

"That's an understatement." Sif hissed.

"Is it really that bad?" Emma asked.

No one answered her as she shook her head.

"Oh my..."

The group of Enforcer entered the building instantly being hit with a wave of heat. All the snow on them evaporated vanishing into steam. The inside of the building was illuminated by a golden light. The inside looked like a scene in every generic Noble mansion. It was massive and filled with several fancy decorations.

Several metallic-looking knights all dressed in odd looking butler outfits that walked back and forth. They made several loud clicking sounds as they turned to look at the group. Each one of them looked... Well, beat up? They had large dents in them, and were missing limbs like arms, legs, fingers? They had holes in them and some had sparks flying out of them. One was actually on fire...

Others looked better but not by much... They had several pieces of scrap metal sticking out of them and molded into their body.

Like they had just had rusty metal thrown over their holes and cords taped on.

"Geez... These things do not look safe?" Hero hissed lightly. "This is like something the Master would make..."

One of the Automaton's turned to look at the group. It made a clicking sound. Then its upper half exploded into a hail of flames and scrapes making Hero jump into Light's arms as he stared with wide eyes.

"What the hell!"

"Oh yeah sometimes they explode," Dawson said giving a shrug. "It's okay. They mostly do it away from people but just be careful next to them."

"This seems very unsafe!"

The other Automaton's instantly tackled the lower half of the one that blew up and began to rip its lower half into pieces as they began fighting each other for parts.

"W...What are they doing!" Ken said with wide eyes as she jumped into the arms Of Nick. Even Irene, and Kitsune stared with wide eyes.

"Well... It's dead, so too the Automaton's that means it's spare parts." Nick said casually. "It is their circle of life. Isn't nature beautiful."

"No!"

Another Automaton walked up to the group as it gave a small bow. A small piece of paper slowly popped out of its chest as it handed it to Dawson.

Dawson looked it over then looked back up at the group. "Me, Sif, Nick, Ken, Hero, Sera, Lucy, Emma, Kitsune, Irene, Light, and Serenity. That's a lot of us..." He muttered out. "Lady Sif what do you want to do? How many rooms and who sleeps where?"

Sif gave a small yawn. "I don't care... Just get three rooms." She said waving her hand.

Dawson gave a shrug. "Three rooms. Each room has two beds..."

Wait... Two beds three rooms... Three times two..." Kitsune muttered out counting on his fingers.

"Six Kitsune... It's six." Hero sighed.

The fox teen let out a gasp as his eyes went wide. "But there are seven of-"

"Eight Recruits, and four high ranking Enforcers so twelve..." Hero corrected.

"Twelve of us!"

"Not my problem," Sif said rolling her eyes. "I choose Nick as my roommate." She stated. "If anyone else even tries to partner up with us I'll kill you. Dawson you're with Serenity, the rest of the recruits fight to the death for the last two beds."

Hero sighed shaking his head for a moment. "Well... I guess we're sharing a bed-"

"No." All the girls all said.

"I tried."

Kitsune sighed rolling his eyes as he reached into his wallet pulling out a black credit card. "I'm rich. I'll just buy a-"

"And I'll be taking that." Hero said snatching the card. "Good news guys! We all get rooms with this credit card I stole from Kitsune!" He announced sliding the card onto a random robot as it glowed and shook slightly. "And it accepted." 

Kitsune shot the boy a dirty look for a moment as he took his credit card back. "Seriously... You bought eight rooms for all eight of us!"

"Oh so now you can count."

"You're an asshole..."

"I know."

"Boss… we found a city!" 

Arc who has been lying on his bed he just finishes taking a bath he does it every day after he is done with his daily workouts, and as soon as he heard Arielle's voice he got up and went directly to command center. 

As soon as Arc entered the command center he saw footage of a city. the city is a combination of both old and new. The buildings are old like the medieval style but the people are completely different cyborg and robots walk the streets flying vehicle and high-tech equipment are all over the city and most importantly humans. That's right they saw humans, regular humans, not like Graff who is a giant... 

"Where was this located?" Ask Arc. 

"Two thousand miles to the north at sector b6..." Said, Arielle 

In order to systematically explored the planet, they divided it into sectors. It's an old but effective way of exploring and map making. 

"B6?... But that's..." 

"We know empty." Said Arielle. 

When the specter entered the planet it automatically scanned the planet surface. Even before Arc can stop it because Arc was afraid of what kind of beings living on the planet. And scanning the planet is like telling the other party where here come to attack us. 

So Arc stops Specter before it can finish the scan. And the few places it was able to scan were sector B6 and according to Specter, the area is nothing more than mountainous area. 

"Shield.." 

"That's right shield camouflage it protected itself from Specter scan. The reason we manage to find it is because of Gideon. They felt something over the area when they are close to it during their recon mission. We celeste are sensitive to magic or energy similar to it. Gideon said they felt strong magic or mana on that area and because they didn't know what to expect they sent drones to check it and this is what they found." 

Arc continues to observe the city and to him, it looks like one of the city on one of the VR games he use to play. The more he observes the more he likes it. "Continue to send drones. Eve sends one of your droids and disguise it like those droids in that City."

"Yes, Boss." 

"Boss send us." Said Jem. Who already recovered from her previous wounds.  

"No, not yet not until we know more..." Said Arc. 

Jem nodded.

"Call back Gideon and the rest of the scouting party. In exchange release the scouting flies... And make sure they cover every ground of this planet." 

Scouting flies just like its name its ultra-small drones smaller than the actual fly. The scouting flies can't do anything else besides scouting. And Arc has billions of it stored in Specter... It was actually one of the features of the original Specter, Arc just improved and modified it the original scouting fly is the size of a baby fist it's not big but not small either Arc saw potential on it, so he modified it and when he upgraded Specter all its features was also upgraded the scouting flies is one of them. Originally arc wanted to attach small explosives to the scouting flies but eventually give up on it. One i reduces the speed of the scouting flies and second it reduces its range. Unless he makes it bigger.. And eventually, Arc decided to give up on putting explosives on it.  Not until he finds solutions to the two problems. 

Billions of scouting fly were released from Specter luckily they are on the thickest haze part of haze jungle as releasing billions of flies  it attracts attention as it covered a wide range of area if it was released in the city the whole city would turn into night. The scouting flies immediately dispersed and in just a few minutes the area around Specter is devoid of scout flies.. Despite the small size of Scout flies it was very fast it can even reach Mach 1 if needed be but it can only maintain that speed for a few seconds before it entered hibernation to charge power. 

Specter and Eve were jointly monitoring all the scout flies because of the number its impossible for anyone besides powerful AI to monitor all scout flies. 

Eve also follows Arc orders and sent ten transformed droids into the city.. Unfortunately, there's almost no information about the cities of this world in the Graff data terminal. 99.9 percent of it was about his experiment and the rest are useless data at least it is useless to Arc. 

3 days have pass and the scout flies have already scanned 1/10th of the planet and Arc and the rest have managed to get a lot of intel the manage to discover over 10 cites and many small-town and 1 super city… 

Eve was also able to gather a good amount of intel using the droids.. Apparently, the name of the first city they found is Trade City Groma... It's a relatively midium size city under the Traders Associations.. All materials and trade goods that came from Haze jungle and the surrounding area need to pass through Groma to go to other cites and Groma is taxing anyone who passes through.. 

It's also a relatively peaceful city probably because of the remote location and the nearest kingdom is over 10,000 miles away that one of the reason no kingdom tried to invade it. And probably because the city is full of a warrior after all Groma is close to one of the forbidden areas on the planet the beast forest. It's a never-ending forest west of haze Jungle the two are actually connected and only a small narrow river is dividing its border but despite so the two areas are so different. 

Haze jungle is considered a peace full area and there's almost no wild beast in it only herbivores and grazing beast but the Beast forest is different because of the strong mana in the area beast forest has become the home of the most powerful and territorial beast in the planet there are even rumors of pure blooded Dragons living in it. 

Dragons are a product of Elementals and Primordial Space beast making Dragons one of the most feared creatures in the ancient world even gods fear it. But it was also said the gods using their many powerful weapons hunted down all primordial dragons except for one the king of dragons who they lock up because they are unable to kill it.  All this information comes from Adam... 

So when Arc heard there's Dragon on Beast Forest he was shocked. Because according to Adam the Dragons hated Adam and his kin. Mainly because they are the ones who hunted the dragons.. And it was Adam who locks up the king of Dragon with the help of the gods.  

So if there's really a dragon here Arc must be very careful as he carries the blood of Adam the sworn enemies of dragons.. 

Shit lets hope what I'm looking for is not in there because there's no way I can fight a Dragon that even gods feared. 

Finally after a few days of scouting and monitoring and careful deliberation Arc decided to visit Groma with Ruby and the rest..

More than 500 years have passed since World war III, A war that changed everything.

The Trip was quite peaceful for Lin Yuxi, The reason was that Feng Hao was busy with Wang Lie and Yao Ji. But, for time to time, A praise for him leave Feng Hao's mouth which makes her irritated. She focused on flying the ship and ignored Feng Hao which made them reach the alchemy branch after a few hours.

Feng Hao looked at the alchemy 'Branch' and saw many cites below him.

"They are alchemy cites, You can buy the things you need from them" said Wang Lie. Feng Hao nodded and looked at the city they stopped at. 

It was a magnificent city with many palaces and towers.

"This is called the Dragon Wine city. They have the best alchemy pills and wine in the whole sect!". Said Yao Ji.

Feng Hao's eyes shone with light as this trip might bring great benefits to him.

" Follow us" said Wang Lie as she jumped off the ship with Yao Ji. Feng Hao jumped right away as he felt Lin Yuxi's murderous gaze on him.

"Scary woman!" thought Feng Hao as he followed the girls.

Lin Yuxi followed them after putting the ship in her bag of holding. 

They walked on the streets and many young men were dazzled by their beautiful appearances. Feng Hao smiled and walked with the girls while giving the guys a smug expression. 

Many veins popped on their heads as they saw Feng Hao taunting smile.

"I want to kill this bastard!"

Suddenly, One of the men froze and exclaimed " Isn't this Feng Hao?! The Heavenly Dragon Sect Gigolo?!". The Young Men's eyes turned sharp as they looked at Feng Hao with killing intent.

"This guy hasn't been in the sect for two months but he was able to find these chicks to protect him?!" many of them thought of this.

Feng Hao ignored the killing intent form the jealous men and talked happily with the group while Lin Yuxi irritation increased with each second.


They reached a magnificent palace but before they enter the palace, A Female Elder suddenly walked in front of the group with two students. One was a young girl and the second was a handsome young man.

Feng Hao's eyes shone with murderous light when he saw the young man. It was the one who he slapped two months ago. Of course, the young man noticed Feng Hao and killing intent formed in his eyes.

"Oh, who would have thought that i will meet you here? Lin Yuxi" said the Female Elder. Li Yuxi's eyes were cold and said "Liu Xiaoli, i don't want to waste time with you! So, fuck off!".

Liu Xiaoli's smiled and looked at Feng Hao.

" So, he is your gigolo? Such a waste of young talent! How about you come with me?" said Liu Xiaoli.

"I will give you a better time than that old hag".

Feng Hao smiled and said " Sorry, but i have standards!".

Liu Xiaoli's face stiffened while Lin Yuxi smiled. For the first time, she felt that Feng Hao has become pleasant to the eyes.

"Also, please look at yourself in the mirror! How could you compare that ugly deformed face of yours to the beautiful and delicate face of Senior Xi?! Come back to reality!" lashed Feng Hao.

"Looking at your face is like looking at a pile of shit that was pissed on and left for a few million years to ferment in some shitty place!".

Lin Yuxi, Wang Lie and Yao Ji sucked a deep breath after hearing Feng Hao's malicious words. They never thought that honied tongue of Feng Hao could release such sharp and deadly words.

Liu Xiaoli's face changed colour from white, green and finally become red from anger.

" You little bastard! Die for me!"  She slapped toward Feng Hao but her slap was stopped by Lin Yuxi.

"What are you trying to do?! He is under my protection!" said Lin Yuxi with a smug smile. 

"Only this time i will help you" thought Lin Yuxi.


"Lin Yuxi, He is a disciple of the best and dares to insult me, an estimated elder! Don't you know the Sect rules?!" screamed Liu Xiaoli.

"Technically, I am still not a student! I was chosen by Master, Lu Zhou to join the sect! If you feel that i am rude, Then tell Master and he will punish me!" said Feng Hao.

Liu Xiaoli's body trembled and her killing intent skyrocketed. 

"Master, I want to fight him!" The Young Man behind Liu Xiaoli spoke suddenly.

"Both of us are the same, we still didn't join the sect so there is no problem with me sparring with him!" said the Young Man.

Liu Xiaoli's eyes shone with light and a cold smile formed on her face.

" I don't see any problem with it!" said Liu Xiaoli.

Lin Yuxi wanted to speak but Feng Hao was faster than her.

"Sure, but on one condition! Apologise to Senior Xi and say that you are just an ugly hag in comparison to her!" said Feng Hao.

Feng Hao was extremely confident that he could defeat that young man after forming 30 Dragon Meridians. The Young Man might appear strong but his strength is actually the beginning level of the Third Volume.

Feng Hao was at the middle stage of the Awakening Realm and the Late stage of the Second Volume. 

The Young Man laughed and walked to Feng Hao.

"Huang Cheng, The person who will join the sect after killing you!" said Huang Cheng.

"Feng Hao, The Heavenly Dragon Sect's gigolo and your father. Nice to meet my long lost son" said Feng Hao.

Huang Cheng's body trembled and his killing intent manifested as a dragon behind him.

Feng Hao snorted and released his killing intent. 

BOOOOOOM!

Feng Hao's killing intent manifested into a demon that could devour the heavens and earth.

Huang Cheng flinched after sensing Feng Hao's killing intent but snorted after a few seconds.

"Even if your killing intent is strong, your body is weaker than me!" said Huang Cheng.

Lin Yuxi sent a message to Feng Hao and said " You idiot! He already started the third volume while you still in the second volume! You will die!". 

Feng Hao smiled and said " Sister Xi, Even if i die, i will protect your honour and image!". 

"Huh?! My Honour and image?! When were they on the line?!" Lin Yuxi was stunned by Feng Hao's words.

"I prepared to die for you! Please don't say anything! I will not back down no matter what!" said Feng Hao.


"....." Lin Yuxi. She sighed and thought " What an idiot person!". She sent a message to Wang Lie and Yao Ji to help Feng Hao once something happens, She will stop Liu Xiaoli while they safe Feng Hao.

Feng Hao and Huang Cheng looked at each other with killing intent.

They activated their Dragon Bloodline and entered the Half-Dragon- Half-Human state.

Huang Cheng's body shone with green light and green scales covered his body followed by Green Wings forming on his back.

He smirked but became stunned right away From Feng Hao's transformation. Feng Hao's scales were more pretty and dominating than him with the weird fusion of three colours,  Black, Silver and Gold Colours. It was extremely beautiful in the eyes of any Heavenly Dragon! 

Lin Yuxi, Wang Lie and Yao Ji were dazzled by Feng Hao's transformation. Even Liu Xiaoli looked dumbly at Feng Hao.
