this is a collection of some of my poems. some of the poems are about love, life, unrequited love, sorrow, loneliness, and more. I hope you can enjoy of my collection of poems and I hope I can transmit the emotions that the poems are supposed to give.

Passing by the edge of this winter

Yes this is a book full of poems.

A book of poems that I made for fun. Each poem is different so if you dislike one then just know there are many different types. The newest poems are better then the older poems.

"Lord Gu Masters, please come in!" The waiter bent his back as he invited Hua Song and An Chong into the shop.
"This is a famous teahouse of the capital city, it is very crowded, I have come here many times in the past." Hua Song transmitted as he explained to An Chong.
The two had disguised as Gu Masters as they came to the capital city of Profound Literature grotto-heaven.
An Chong was more willing to observe the capital city from above the clouds. But since Hua Song had such interests, he could only accompany the person who invited him.
"I want a table on the fifth floor." Hua Song was very familiar with this place.
The two came to the fifth floor, they entered the room and saw through the windows that the streets were bustling with people outside, the street with the bronze gate where the first round of the competition was held was completely packed with people.
"These are the current generation scholars of my Profound Literature grotto-heaven, they are the hope of our future as well. Please observe." Hua Song sighed as he handed a rank five investigative Gu worm to An Chong, it could observe the target's talent qi.
An Chong took a look and used it immediately, his field of vision changing immediately. He could now see the talent qi above the heads of countless scholars. These talent qi had all sorts of colors, some were taller than others, they all had different forms, it was an eye-opener.
"Since you have such a Gu worm to observe talent qi, what is the point of holding this competition?" An Chong asked.
Hua Song chuckled: "You might not know, talent qi is like cultivation level, even if one possesses a larger talent qi, they might not be able to use it properly in actual competition. Furthermore, this competition requires them to make poems on the spot, they cannot cheat. We want to test the upbringing of these scholars, some who have abundant talent qi might not have sufficient inspiration to create the highest quality poems."
An Chong nodded: "I see that the formations here are interlinked, they are able to amplify the creative thinking of the scholars?"
Hua Song nodded: "Indeed, you are very perceptive! Within the immortal formation, scholars are able to display greater abilities than usual, they will make full use of their talents."
As they spoke, the door was knocked.
After getting Hua Song's permission, the waiter brought over an array of dishes and wine.
"Eight treasure duck, golden thread crispy sparrow, panda crab meat, they are all signature dishes of our teahouse, please enjoy the food." The waiter said.
Hua Song gave the waiter one primeval stone as a tip before he left the room.
Hua Song explained to An Chong: "Envoy, even though the tea here is mortal tea, it was created by Lord Hua Yu in his youth, when he was still a rank four Gu Master, he became the top scholar and thus this tea was named by him as the top scholar tea."
"Oh?" An Chong became interested now, this was the creation of a rank eight Gu Immortal in his youth.
"Then I will have to savor this well." An Chong drank it, he shut his eyes as he tasted the tea, in a daze, he felt a rush of excitement in his heart, it was as if he had attained success after decades of hard work, he finally gained the reputation and fame that he deserved, life was at its peak!
"Good tea, good tea." An Chong praised sincerely: "Even though this is a mortal tea, it has a trace of human path ingenuity within it!"
During the fate war, Central Continent's Heavenly Court used multiple human path killer moves with shocking power, the entire world knew about it. Thus, human path became renowned in the world, everyone knew about it.
While the two immortals were enjoying their tea, the bronze gate of the first competition ground opened slowly.
The crowd of people waiting before the gate erupted into a huge commotion.
"It's opening, it's opening!"
"Don't squeeze."
"Quickly let me in."
The crowds charged through the gate.
Li Xiao Bai was among them, but he was at the back instead.
He moved along with the people as he analyzed the rules of this competition.
"The world poetry competition has eighteen rounds, each one has a question, everyone has to answer it, regardless of how many people, their final product will be assessed and only half will be able to pass."
"Towards the later rounds, the numbers will continue being halved. Like this, once someone passes all eighteen rounds, they will fulfill the condition."
"If someone fails once, they will have to return to the previous round. If they keep losing and fall out of the first round, they will be out."
"However, this poetry competition will last for seven days. Everyone has three opportunities to try even if they get kicked out of the first round."
"This way, Profound Literature grotto-heaven will be able to pick the most eligible Gu Immortal seeds. Even if someone makes a mistake, they will have a chance to try again. But if any scholar fails to perform throughout the seven days, it will mean that they are not up to standard, they are not qualified to receive the grotto-heaven's help to become an immortal."
Li Xiao Bai retracted his thoughts, he had already arrived at the first arena.
The arena was large but packed with scholars.
There were males and females, young and old, the number of people exceeded the thousands.
This was just the first day.
Li Xiao Bai waited for another fifteen minutes in the arena before all of the scholars had joined the first round.
There was truly a sea of people, the liveliness was overwhelming.
Thankfully, the first arena was an immortal formation space, it could expand casually and hold so many scholars without problems.
Bang… bang… bang!
As the drums rolled, a voice was transmitted into the scholars' minds: "World poetry competition, first question — Spring, the time limit is five minutes."
After saying that, the voice vanished.
"The first question is spring?"
Many scholars frowned while many scholars showed happy expressions.
Li Xiao Bai thought to himself: "There are simply too many spring poems in existence, this question seems really easy. After all, most scholars would have some sort of verses related to this theme. Even though the world poetry competition requires the creation of poems on the spot, a person can easily modify existing verses to create their own new poems."
"But in reality, this question is quite the tough one." Li Xiao Bai had an expression of deep thought.
He knew that his poem was going to compete against the surrounding people. As long as he was stronger than half of them, he would progress to the next stage.
Many scholars noticed this as well.
Many people started to think, some sat down on the ground while others paced around with their arms behind their backs, some lowered their heads, muttering softly to themselves.
Li Xiao Bai's thought was: "Which poem do I use, or steal?"
There were many spring related poems in his memory, they were all amazing classics.
But using a legendary classic from the start was not good, this would not allow Li Xiao Bai to explain himself in the future. He did not have top tier talent qi, if he took out a shocking poem now, he would attract suspicion.
If his luck was good now, Li Xiao Bai might take slight risks. But now that he was having bad luck, Li Xiao Bai decided to play safe.
While Li Xiao Bai was thinking about it, many scholars already started to make their poems.
Thus, all kinds of lights shining in all colors, weak or strong, appeared. Whenever the light fades from a scholar's body, they would have some gains.
Some gained Gu worms, some gained a rise in cultivation level, some recovered primeval essence, while others recovered from fatigue.
This was the killer move known as assisting literary talents.
Profound Literature grotto-heaven's creator, its original owner, had used this move before his death. Because of assisting literary talents, more and more scholars were encouraged to study, it eventually created the environment of Profound Literature grotto-heaven where most people were scholars.
Li Xiao Bai decided on his poem.
He coughed lightly before starting his recital.
"A moonlit night[1]."
"Deep into the night the moon shines on half a cottage, across the sky the Big Dipper lies, the Little Dipper tilts an incline."
"The warmth of spring is readily felt tonight, through the green window screen, insects buzz and hum."
After Li Xiao Bai finished his recital, a light buzzing noise could be heard around him, his entire body shined in an intense green light.
Whoosh.
The scholars around Li Xiao Bai felt an invisible pressure as the green light forced them to move aside, a huge empty space was created with Li Xiao Bai at the center.
"Such, such a strong light!"
"A famed poem has appeared!"
"To think that a famed poem would appear so quickly. I wonder who created it?"
Many scholars lost their train of thought, they all looked towards Li Xiao Bai with admiration and suspicion.
Li Xiao Bai had a calm expression but he was a little conflicted inside: "Sigh, I went overboard a little, the effect was so eye-catching, I gained too much attention."
He looked around, hoping someone would step up and take the attention away from him.
As the green light entered his aperture, his cultivation level rose.
"Oh! A famed poem has appeared, let me go read it." At the teahouse, Hua Song had a sensation.
After reading Li Xiao Bai's work, Hua Song nodded in satisfaction: "Brilliant, brilliant! This Li Xiao Bai is very young but his poems are very mature."
"Normally, spring poems would use verses involving greenery or peach blossoms. But this poem uses another train of thought, using the night scene to conceal the spring light, it is quite interesting."
"The final verse must be created using Li Xiao Bai's personal experiences. It has a refreshing, happy, and lively feeling."
"Poems take after the creator, this Li Xiao Bai has a superb mindset!"
Hua Song praised it for a while, as if he had just eaten a delicacy of the world. He looked at An Chong as he smiled: "I wonder what envoy thinks of this poem?"
An Chong felt a headache as he thought: "If you didn't tell me, I wouldn't know what's so good about this poem. Sigh, he wants me to critique it, what should I say?"

Gu is a legendary venomous insect, often used in black magic practices. It can take on the form of several insects, usually snakes, crickets, worms etc.

Hearing what she said, Lu Yunshuang's heart plummeted. 
No wonder Grandmother's attitude toward her had significantly dulled when she was back this time around. It turned out that this was the problem. 
"Grandmother, I..."
"Do not listen to Weiwei's nonsense. Although I'm at an elderly age, I still have the energy to walk to the Mansion Gate," the Dowager Duchess interrupted. 
Lu Yunshuang's face turned pallor. 
When the Dowager Duchess was young, she had traversed through the battlefields along with the Duke and was nothing short of prestigious. However, now that she was at an old age, she had to greet and pay respects to her granddaughter. She was sure to feel uncomfortable in her heart.
Now that she heard what the Dowager Duchess had to say, Lu Yunshuang felt immensely anxious and remorseful. 
Before she came over today, she had consigned someone to hand Aunt Zheng a letter. However, she had forgotten to remind her to keep their plans simple in order not to startle Grandmother. 
She only thought of it when she arrived before the gate of the Duke Mansion. However, it was already too late. 
The Dowager Duchess did not express her vexation then, so she never took this incident to heart. 
Nevertheless, being called out by Lu Liangwei like that highlighted her lack of understanding, making her seem unfilial as she appeared not to pay any heed to the Dowager Duchess. 
She attempted to save the situation by saying something, but the Dowager Duchess had already begun to speak.
"It's now March, the season of spring where the grasses are tall, the nightingales are high in the air and the willow trees are green while the flowers bloom a bright red. Both of you can use this as the main topic and compose a poem about it," she said. 
After a momentary pause, she sent a glance toward Lu Liangwei. "It does not have to be self-composed. If there are any good lines from the books you've read, you can write it down as well," she added. 
The instructions obviously benefitted Lu Liangwei. 
Due to Lu Liangwei's usual capricious behavior, she had never done well in her studies. 
Feeling extremely disdainful, Lu Yunshuang shot Lu Liangwei a condescending stare. 
The Dowager Duchess's good intentions might all go to waste.
Other than her face, which was still somewhat useful, Lu Liangwei was a lowly educated and unskilled dimwit. 
Even if she was assigned the task of copying lines of a poem word by word from a book, she might not know how to do so. 
Lu Yunshuang remained silent as she smiled subtly. Holding up her sleeve with one hand and using the other to raise the brush then dip it in the ink, she appeared to ponder on her thoughts momentarily, then raised her head and proceeded to write on the paper right away. 
Her finesse stunned Long Chi, whose eyes glimmered in fascination immediately. 
He could not help but leave the audience seat and make his way to stand behind Lu Yunshuang. 
As his gaze fell on the paper, he could not resist reciting the words aloud. "The prettiest scenery capable of arousing my poetic heart lies in the start of spring, where the willow leaves have just emerged in unevenly colored pale yellow buds. If we waited till the flowers in Shanglin came to full bloom, we'd see people admiring the flowers everywhere once we stepped out of our rooms."[1]
Long Chi recited each of the sentences word by word. Coupled with his clear, melodious voice, the poem was capable of touching the hearts of many. 
After reciting, Long Chi mused upon the imagery described in the poem. He could not hide the glint of admiration in his eyes. "Shuanger, what a good poem!" he exclaimed.
The Dowager Duchess also nodded. "Shuanger's poem is fascinating. The words she used emanates the dignified style of a noble person," she commented. 
Upon hearing her daughter receiving praises from the Crown Prince and the Dowager Duchess, Aunt Zheng felt delighted, even more so than being on the receiving end of praises. 
She was high-spirited and extremely pleased. 
Lu Liangwei was not the slightest bit affected. To begin with, she did not know how to compose poems, but she had read a few classical poem books back in the present. Therefore, it would not be difficult for her to copy down a few good poems. 
Anyway, the Dowager Duchess had told them that if they did not know how to compose poems, they could always copy lines from other poems. 　　
She noticed the cherry blossoms in full bloom in the courtyard and pondered for a while before writing down a poem on the paper. 
"On this very day, last year at this very gate, faces and cherry blossoms both bloomed red. The faces are now in places unknown, yet the cherry blossoms still beam in the spring wind."[2]
Her voice was soft. When she recited the poem, her intonation had the soft and tender hush used by those who came from Jiangnan.
Furthermore, her expression was exceptionally serious when writing the poem. As she raised her head, her hair slid off her shoulder to expose her graceful, fair neck under the sunlight.

Lu Liangwei wakes up to find herself transmigrated as a supporting character in the novel she had been reading a few days ago. According to the novel, this character has everything—beauty, wealth, status—except brains. It is likely that the traditional use of narcissi for the treatment of cancer was due to the presence of isocarbostyril constituents such as narciclasine, pancratistatin and their congeners.

Acetylcholine esterase inhibition has attracted the most interest as a possible therapeutic intervention, with activity varying by a thousandfold between species, and the greatest activity seen in those that contain galantamine or epinorgalanthamine.

The rodent repellant properties of Narcissus alkaloids have been utilised in horticulture to protect more vulnerable bulbs.

In the West, the narcissus is perceived as a symbol of vanity, in the East as a symbol of wealth and good fortune, while in Persian literature, the narcissus is a symbol of beautiful eyes.

Western Culture
In western culture, the daffodil is also associated with spring festivals such as Lent and its successor Easter. In Germany, the wild narcissus, N. pseudonarcissus, is known as the Osterglocke or "Easter bell." In the United Kingdom, the daffodil is sometimes referred to as the Lenten lily.

Although prized as an ornamental flower, some people consider narcissi unlucky, because they hang their heads implying misfortune. White narcissi, such as N triandrus "Thalia", are especially associated with death and have been called grave flowers. In Ancient Greece, narcissi were planted near tombs, and Robert Herrick describes them as portents of death, an association which also appears in the myth of Persephone and the underworld. 

.The poet Ovid also dealt with the mythology of the narcissus. In his Metamorphoses, he recounts the story of the youth Narcissus who, after his death, is turned into the flower, and it is also mentioned in Book 5 of his poem Fasti. This theme of metamorphosis was broader than just Narcissus; for instance see crocus, laurel, and hyacinth

I wandered lonely as a Cloud
That floats on high o'er Vales and Hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd
A host of dancing Daffodils;
Along the Lake, beneath the trees,
Ten thousand dancing in the breeze.

The waves beside them danced, but they
Outdid the sparkling waves in glee: –
A poet could not but be gay
In such a laughing company:
I gazed – and gazed – but little thought
What wealth the shew to me had brought:

For oft when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude,
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the Daffodils.

Although there is no clear evidence that the flower's name derives directly from the Greek myth, this link between the flower and the myth became firmly part of western culture. The narcissus or daffodil is the most loved of all English plants and appears frequently in English literature. Many English writers have referred to the cultural and symbolic importance of Narcissus. No flower has received more poetic description except the rose and the lily, with poems by authors from John Gower, Shakespeare, Milton, Wordsworth, Shelley, and Keats. Frequently the poems deal with self-love derived from Ovid's account. Gower's reference to the yellow flower of the legend has been assumed to be the daffodil or Narcissus, 

Shakespeare frequently uses flower imagery, refers to daffodils twice in The Winter's Tale and also The Two Noble Kinsmen. Robert Herrick alludes to their association with death in a number of poems. Among the English romantic movement writers, none is better known than William Wordsworth's short 1804 poem I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud which has become linked in the popular mind with the daffodils that form its main image. Wordsworth also included the daffodil in other poems. Keats refers to daffodils among those things capable of bringing "joy forever".

In the visual arts, narcissi are depicted in three different contexts, mythological (Narcissus, Persephone), floral art, or landscapes. 

Eastern cultures
In Chinese culture Narcissus tazetta subsp. chinensis (Chinese sacred lilies), which can be grown indoors, is widely used as an ornamental plant. It was probably introduced to China by Arab traders traveling the Silk Road prior to the Song Dynasty for medicinal use. Spring-flowering, they became associated with Chinese New Year, signifying good fortune.

In India, the daffodil is commonly known as Nargis or Yemberzal (in Kashmiri). The importance of this flower for the Kashmiri people and other mountain regions is that it declares the arrival of Spring after the long harsh months of Winter. This white petalled beauty is also considered a symbol of good health and prosperity. A popular Kashmiri folk song, derived from the first-ever Kashmiri opera performed- Bombur ta Yemberzal, is illustrative of the love story of the Narcissus (Yemberzal) and the Bumble Bee (Bombur)

Festivals
In some areas where narcissi are prevalent, their blooming in spring is celebrated in festivals. 

Commercial uses
Throughout history the scent of narcissi has been an important ingredient of perfumes, a quality that comes from essential oils rather than alkaloids. Narcissi are also an important horticultural crop and source of cut flowers (floriculture).The Netherlands, which is the most important source of flower bulbs worldwide is also a major centre of narcissus production.

The largest Daffodil plant waving its flowery head and said that this was all that he could say. 
If more information, is needed then the children can go home and search the internet to get a lot of information or they can go to a horticulture expert who will tell them a lot of things.

The daffodil then said that it would be getting to be evening soon and as soon as the sun goes down and they switch over to sleeping/resting/ respiratory mode. Hence, they cannot answer any questions. Tomorrow, when the sun comes then the plants, trees animals, birds, etc. will be in a position to answer your questions.

The Daffodil asked if there were any other questions. We did not have any was the reply given by Chris.

Our 4 flying cars had parked on the grass and when the drivers saw that we were ready to leave,  the cars glided towards us hovering a few inches above the grass. Zen again wondered what sort of fuel was being used by the flying cars, it must be environment-friendly, as the cars did not seem to emit any smoke. They bid thanks and bye to the grass, the lake and the Daffodils saying they will come again tomorrow to get information about the birds, frogs, fish, trees, squirrels, butterflies, etc.

What would happen if you got stuck in Time?

Zia has completed her Ph.D. in Botany and has applied for the post of lecturer/ Professor. She joins a High school as a temporary teacher and is entrusted with the task of leading a group of students on a trekking /camping expedition. 

On the way they meet a guy who seems to be a trouble maker but later, he proves to be a pillar of strength. Early morning their camp is attacked and they flee taking a different route. But they are lost.

They enter a world where people are living, in hiding, for over 250 years. Their technology is much advanced as compared to ours. Their world was initially a Utopia but now it is changing due to an oppressive ruler.

They are trapped in the time of this hidden world and want to help the people there fight against the oppressive ruler and his cronies. The oppressive ruler wants to make a number of Time Machines by using the brains of the scientists who had died in harness at the site of the experiments. 

They all decide to help the good citizens of the lost world. The huge brains are destroyed and the Orbs of the scientists escape to help the rest in their mission. 

In the process, the crystals that are used in the hypnotizing guns are almost finished and to get more they split up to go to the 'Magical World' through a curtain which is a portal. The Magical World is a flat  man made Earth-like satellite, which was made as a joke to taunt the scientists 7000 years ago, and which is still operational. Here they meet the inhabitants.  They are fascinated with the advancement of science especially the talking chips and the flying cars.They see a completely different world where animals, plants, rocks, water etc can talk. Before you touch anything you need to seek permission.

They also meet the Aliens called the 'Crocodile Race' who have come to the Magical World (the flat satellite) to get supplies. They see spaceships being guided to land by the scientists of the Magical World.

At present they are narrating to the Aliens, what they have undergone till date. 

Read on to experience their adventures, their fears, and their courage, to deal with various situations and how, after meandering through various secret passageways, encountering adventures, they finally come back to their time.

Trying to post a chapter in a week now.

The wealthy families had originally planned to hold a meeting in seven days, but now, they realized that the Wei Wu Army were traveling very quickly. They traveled over 500 kilometers per day. Everything was too sudden and they could no longer wait.
Of course, if they knew that the Imperial Palace Soldiers had left the Wei Wu Army, they would panic even more.
In reality, they wanted to use this meeting as a cover to do something else. Lu Shu was using the Imperial Dragon Soldiers to attract the attention of everyone, right?
The Imperial Dragon Soldiers was like a lamp. Their travel route had been exposed to the wealthy families in the palace and other powers. But who would have thought that Lu Shu had reached the palace, and that the Imperial Palace Soldiers had left the group?
This was the reason why Lu Shu had to leave Lu Xiaoyu with the army. Lu Xiaoyu now controlled five masters. Not everyone could attack them, even if they wanted to.
Lu Shu and Lu Xiaoyu had discussed it after Duanmu huangqi's death and Lu Xiaoyu captured his spirit. After all, Duanmu Huangqi was the strongest person in the West Region. He even had the divine power of Black White Reversal.
But in the end, Lu Shu changed his plan and let Lu Xiaoyu capture the spirits of the other two masters. After three days, these two spirits materialized from the black hole.
Although they were weaker than Duanmu Huangqi, but in addition to Lu Xiaoyu, the Imperial Dragon Soldiers would have six masters. There was no one who could easily injure the Imperial Dragon Soldiers. After all, the Imperial Dragon Soldiers were not weak either.
The Imperial Dragon Soldiers was not a typical army in the realm of cultivation. This was what the wealthy families from the palace were most afraid of.
The King's Studies scholars were very relaxed. To them, no matter how large the disturbance was, it would not affect them. They did not need to fight for authority. They had never provoked any officials either.
They were the people who were least worried about the Wei Wu Army. After all, there was no conflict of interest.
To the King's Scholars, no matter who eventually became the ruler, all of them had to respect the old King of Gods. This was politically correct.
The King's Studies scholars enjoyed preferential treatment wherever they went. Some scholars even started to develop in a troublesome manner. Those who did not respect the scholars would be deemed as disrespectful towards the old King of Gods.
Of course, they were not particularly demanding. After all, they were also afraid of dying…
While the wealthy families from the palace were discussing their problems, the King's Studies scholars prepared for their own discussion. They even loudly publicized their discussion. For example, they said that a famous teacher would come, or a teacher had an important argument to present.
Not only were there wealthy families in the palace, there were also sons of typical rich families. People everywhere posed as lovers of cultures. The King's Studies discussion would become a grand ceremony.
The civilians were slow in thought when it came to politics. No matter how their rulers clashed, or how unpredictable they were, they only found out later, or felt detached from the situation. The conflicts among the upper classes did not have much to do with them.
