As we see from the title, the snake and the mirror are the two most important things in the story. This homeopathic doctor encountered a snake, the snake fell on the doctor. When the snake saw its reflection in the mirror, it was more interesting in that and the doctor’s life was saved.

He held the Sword of Time in his hand proudly and smiled.


"It's the same. Good work, Xun. You saved my hard work from going to waste!" Long Chen said as he patted Xun's head. "You're really the best!"


"Of course, I'm the best," Xun declared as she smiled confidently.


" Hahaha, cute too. Let's get going now. We need to do a lot of things," Long Chen said as he pinched Xun's cheeks softly before he brought the talisman out of his pocket, which showed the direction of its second portion that was given to Ji Shen by Long Chen.


"Oh, so he's in that direction," Long Chen muttered as he looked towards his left. He started walking in that direction.


"Oh right, I'm forgetting so much today. I need to tell father as well," he remembered as he slapped his forehead.


"I can understand. It's your first day back at your real body, and you have some excitement too. It'll take some time for you to get back to your calm self," Xun replied, acknowledging that Long Chen wasn't like this normally.


Long Chen brought his father outside and told him that he safely left the tomb.


"Where are you now?" Long Jun asked Long Chen.


"I have no idea, but I do have this talisman which shows me the direction of the place I need to be in," Long Chen muttered as he smiled.


Long Jun nodded before he replied, " That's good. As long as you're not lost, it is good."


"Alright. You can relax and Cultivate back at home. Tell everyone else I'm outside as well. I'll call Xue to accompany me for a week," Long Chen said as he spent Long Jun back.


After sending him back, he called out Xue.


"Sorry that I had to postpone our outing last time. No one will disturb us this time," Long Chen said gently as he held Xun's hands.


He called all his beasts to make them know that he was back. He hadn't seen any of his beasts in the last seven months, so he wanted to see them once. He couldn't deny that he missed them a lot.


He brought all his beasts out of the Beast Region.


As soon as all of them came out,  Little Snow jumped into Long Chen's embrace.


"Hey, little girl. How are you? Did you miss me?" Long Chen asked cutely as he rubbed the head of Little Snow, who snuggled into his arms. 


"Prr." Little Snow made a barely audible noise.


"Hahaha, I missed you too, little one," Long Chen laughed as he gazed at little snow.



He shifted his gaze to the Heart Devouring Insect, who was flying in front of him. 


He rubbed the head of the Heart Devouring Insect with his single finger since it was so small. "Hey, Cati. You got bigger, if I'm not wrong. Your wings also grew. You look a lot more powerful now."


The Heart Devouring Insect looked excited as Long Chen rubbed its head. It gave out a joyful noise.


"Big guy, you used to carry me so much. Did you have a good rest when I wasn't here?" Long Chen said as he looked at the Sun Swallowing Condor that was standing in front of him. "I missed you a lot."


He shifted his gaze at the Dark Horned Armored Rhino, who was standing nearby.


"Big guy, long time no see. That big snake isn't bullying you, is he?" Long Chen asked, laughing as he patted the head of the Dark Horned Armored Rhino.


"Hmph, you stingy human, you finally remembered this king of yours after seven months?" The Snake Monarch chided Long Chen.  "And why would I bully my subordinate! Stop trying to turn the little guy against me."


"Little Snakey, I missed your sharp tongue a lot! It truly feels like home after hearing you," Long Chen laughed, looking at the Snake Monarch.


"You're Little Snakey! Your father is Little Snakey! Your whole family is Little Snakey! Stop insulting this Monarch, you pesky mortal!" the Snake Monarch scolded Long Chen.


"You never change. I like that. I really missed you," Long Chen chuckled.


"I missed you too, little human!" The Snake Monarch replied.


"Where's Orion?" Long Chen muttered in confusion.


He looked around and only saw Orion when he turned back. 


"Hey there, Orion. Why are you hiding behind?" Long Chen asked Orion, patting his head.


Orion made a little noise as he lowered his head.


"Shut up! You have nothing to be shy about! You didn't win that battle! The Judges were biased! It was cheating! I want a rematch!" Orion thundered in anger.


"Grr!" Orion roared, looking at the Snake Monarch.


"To hell with your judges! You all cheated! It was a draw at best! You didn't win! You all cheated! It's a scheme! Yes, it's a big scheme against me! How dare you scheme against your king? I'll throw you in prison for treason!" the Snake Monarch roared in anger.


"Calm down, Little Snakey. Tell me what happened. What battle? What judges?" Long Chen asked in confusion.


"Stop calling me Little Snakey! Anyway, We were all bored after you didn't call us out for months. To remove our boredom, we decided to have a battle tournament to see who the strongest beast is. Everyone except that little fluffy participated, so we made her judge!"


"Everything was fine until the finals. She was a good judge until then. The final battle was between Orion and me! That's when she became unfair and said that Orion won! How can he win? The rule was that the beast who stayed down on the ground was considered to be lost! I was only down for 2.9 seconds! It wasn't three! She cheated and declared that Puppy is the winner!"


"At best, it can be considered a draw since the battle wasn't over!" 


The Snake Monarch started complaining about the results to Long Chen.


"Oh? So Orion is my strongest beast? He even defeated you? Hahaha, that's interesting. The great king Snakey lost," Long Chen let out as he chuckled.


He walked towards Orion and patted his head. "Great work Orion and congratulations on your victory," he congratulated Orion.


"They cheated! Why can't you understand! I wasn't down for three seconds! They are all lying! The judge is unfair! I protest. I'll hunger strike! The judge was unfair! I want a rematch!" the Snake Monarch let out, not giving up.


"Big guy, being second isn't bad either. As for the unfair judge, you're both the brothers of Little Snow." Long Chen said to the Snake Monarch, sighing.

"The trials ahead to prove my worth? I'll crush them !! Enemies? I'll slaughter them!! "

When Rael returned to camp all his worries disappeared as he saw all his classmates singing and dancing. 

What caught his attention the most was the delicious aroma coming from the grills. Sniffing the air around him he went towards

He once again took the barbeque sticks stuffing them into his mouth and climbed up on the branch of a tree and sat against it looking down at the harmonious atmosphere with a smile on his face ignoring the girls who had worked hard to make the bbq sticks and were screaming trying to find the culprit.

While that was going on all the boys were complaining about having no food to eat but eventually toned down because it seemed that the class president had predicted something like that.

Suddenly Rael got up from the tree, he forgot about one important thing.

BATH!

He could swear that he was smelling, although some girl would mind it...many people have sweat fetishes.

But to be honest, he absolutely loved taking a bath, living a life of leisure in his previous life he was very accustomed to taking a bath twice a day and not just any kind of bath, the beauty bath that women take.

But as soon as he was going to leave the tree and take a bath, something very surprising happened. Rael suddenly found himself blacked out and in a pond.

Cherry trees surrounded it along with an atmosphere of ambient tranquility which permeated throughout the air.

The water was quite cold, Rael really didn't like it, who takes a cold water bath? That too at night?!"

The surroundings were nostalgic, so much nostalgic that he had a dead [an expression upon his face along with the corners of his mouth twitching vehemently.

"SNAKEY!!!!!" He screamed at the top of his lungs.

Instantly he felt two soft arms around his waist and a two blob of warmness against his back and a head resting against it.

Rael's behavior also changed along with his emotions, he was quite startled at first but then calmed down enjoying the change for once.

"What are you doing?" His eyebrows furrowed as he asked the little snake.

The snake then snuggled closer to his body feeling all his warmth... if only the water wasn't cold.

"Snakey?" Rael softly spoke, he was confused by her actions.

She replied by holding him even closer, feeling her entire body against his back, Rael realized that she was naked while hugging him, not as if she ever wore clothes.

"Un~~" Her hands went down and down, touching his broad chest and the other around his hips. "I have been wanting to feel your body for so long~"

Every word from her mouth came like a hot whisper tickling his ears.

He swiftly turned around, looking at her face to face, his hands touching her hips. 

The snake flustered as she stepped back, her face was totally pink and her hands almost covered her face, but she did her best to endure not wanting to show Rael any weakness.

'Shit! I was not able to control myself!!! Ughh I should have just stalked him!! Why did you have to do this Daeneri!! Stupid Daeneri!! Idiot Daeneri!! Will he think of me as a pervert? I hope he doesn't. But it is his mistake! Who told him to be the love of my life?? Hmph!'

Drool came out from her mouth as she fantasized about the Rael standing in front of him, longing to want him more.

The harmony had started to become quite awkward... actually it was awkward from the very beginning.

"Um... snakey?" Rael asked his voice quivered a bit as he waved his hands to make snakey come out from her daze.

'She is weird.' Seeing how often she would fall in a daze, he actually had a wry smile on his face, she was quite similar to him at least that is what he thought.

Oh, poor Rael if only she knew your thoughts and you could see her thoughts... damn the contrast is heavy!

He snapped his fingers and waved his hands again and again to no avail, the snake didn't even budge. All he could do was enjoy his bath.... in cold fucking water.

Finally, Snakey came out from her daze and saw Rael sitting near the pond, lying on the grass with his hands and legs free. 

He had already worn cozy clothes, which apparently he had to generate using spiritual energy.

Even if he couldn't get sick he could still feel cold.

Snakey had a huge blush on her face as she sighed, 'I can't believe that I left him alone while I was in a daze, I should stick to simple stalking if I don't want to embarrass myself... but I also want him close to me. What should I do?'

Daeneri was feeling extremely conflicted upon childish matters, a zillion-year-old goddess behaving like a teenage girl in love... just her love was magnified by a million times.

She had kept a watch on him the whole time, from his past life since he was a kid to his new life, never getting the courage to ever approach him. 

Nobody in the entire world knew him more than her, she knew him inside and out, from his soul to his mind, she knew everything about him.

At first, it started as a simple hobby, like every day, her life was boring. But a day came when she felt the birth of an absolute imperial noble bloodline. 

At first, she scoffed when she noticed that the boy was born in a lower world, her disgust was a lot.

But then again she had nothing else to do other than complain and make snarky comments on the noble.

'How could something so divine exist in a lower world?' She often wondered that but then noticed that he was a fairy, a species new in the world and with the most terrifying potential. 

A pity it was that they were bound by constraints.

Daeneri then started to watch his life, every passing second, when he was walking, sparring, training, playing music, giving his maids a seduction massage to when he was sleeping.

Hell, she even had orgasms by just looking at his sleeping face.

Her disgust for him lower and lowered as she got acquainted and familiar with his daily life, instead something miraculous happened.

When he died, she almost destructed all the realms of the lower world and was ready to kill herself, but she eventually calmed down when she started to think everything backward, soul poison, he was given a soul poison, and what does the soul poison do? It destroys the soul to the point of nothingness.

Daeneri was hoping that his soul would still not have faltered in nothingness and faded, she risked it! 

She risked her own life to enter nothingness but to no avail, using the little authority of nihility that Daeneri had, she was only able to give his soul a little more time so that it wouldn't just fade away.

She then tried to find many methods to get him back from nothingness, she rampaged across million worlds, dimensions, universes but just to have her hopes shattered. 

All she could do was feel and sense the Soul which was in the abyss.

At that moment she finally realized that she had truly fallen in love with him.

She felt a strange sense of loneliness, almost melancholic, in her entire life she had never felt this alone before.

She felt herself falling, falling into addiction, falling into depravity, falling into despair.

Her mind was infatuated, obsessed, and had eventually come to love him.

She fell so deep that no matter how much she tried, no matter what, she fell so deep, so deep that even the Phoenix wouldn't be able to rise much less the shield hero.

To her, Rael was a drug that freed her from boredom and eventually became her everything.

In a literal sense, EVERYTHING.

She turned into an otaku, locking herself in the room with only one thing on her mind and in front of the pond which was her television replaying all his images that she had, along with a huge amount of tears dripping out from her sockets but her eyes empty.

'I always loved him, since the very beginning.'

Second chapter of the day in a few hours

Drifting across the abyss was the soul of a celestial. 

Immensely loved by the universe yet bound by the chains of nihility, he was never able to leave his ruling realm due to constraints.

Time passed, moments became days, days became years and years became eons. 

Did he even exist? He didn't know the answer to that. 

Suddenly a bright light apeared in the abysmal darkness, he was overjoyed thinking that he might not have been alone. 

To his dismay, it was not another residue soul but instead a single page with letters incomprehensible. 

Upon reading the page, great pain struck his astral self shattering it and merging with the page. The pain was so great that he lost consciousness. 

Upon waking up, he noticed he was no longer in the void.

In his first life he was the King of Fairies, in his second life he was a normal human in a parallel world.

His arrogance and narcissism had toned down quite a bit due to becoming a powerless being.

Still he didn't give up hope!

He was finally able to become a world renowned pianist.

And a secret doctor in the underword, using his expert acupuncture techniques.

Many thought that he was a chunnibyo because of how he talked, he ignored them all.

Many women threw themselves at him, but he rejected them all.

Even though he had become human he refused to even look at a human girl.

After falling for less than 10 minutes John could no longer see anything.  The waterfall blotted out all the light, and covered him in freezing cold water.  Snakey had started gathering fire elemental mana the instant the water hit her, and they were still falling without an end in sight.

 "Well, that was anticlimactic."  Steven said from just behind John.

"No kidding."  John said, as he tried to turn around to get a look at Steven.  'That was stupid!' John thought as his open mouth was suddenly filled with water and he turned back around spluttering and coughing.

"HAHAHAHA"  Steven laughed at John, "You're lucky no one else was close enough to see that."

"Screw you!"  John yelled, just before his body was covered in a white light and he and Snakey disappeared.

"What the?"  Steven said as he kept falling, passing the location where John had disappeared a moment later.

A mote of light shimmered and slowly expanded before turning into John and Snakey.  Suddenly, the light switched off and John fell a couple feet to the ground.  Looking around, John found himself in a humid cave system.  Trying to move towards the only exit, John realized that he couldn't move his body at all.  Before he could freak out, the disembodied voice of a Mr. Parker echoed throughout the entire cave system.  

"Welcome to the Dragon's Nest!  Centuries ago the principal of Gallandwell High got pissed off when a Dragon Monster decided to attack the school. Instead of killing it, he trapped the dragon here.  It's become tradition for to welcome transfer students by sending them into it's nest and seeing who can survive the longest.  There are special events at various stages offering prizes to the winners and each of you has been given a teleportation talisman.  Don't be afraid to use them!"

When Mr. Parker finished talking, the formation hindering John's movement disappeared and the temperature suddenly spiked as a jet of flame shot through the only opening in the cave.  Diving to the side, John just barely managed to dodge it before pulling out his weapons and activating his newest skill.

"Illusory Swap"  was a skill that created illusions of yourself using light and then allowed you to switch places with the illusion at a moments notice.  At it's peak, practitioners of this skill can create hundreds of illusions across a 5 mile radius and instantly swap with any of them.  For now, John could only create a single one and hadn't mastered the swapping.  He was only able to pull that off once every 20 tries.

However, it made for a great distraction and scout.  Closing his eyes, John saw through the illusion's eyes as it walked forward, looking into the corridor to see a Rank 9, level 2 salamander taking a deep breath.  

Another jet of fire was launched into the room, but at least this time it was aiming at an illusion and John had been smart enough not to stand directly behind it.  Keeping focused on the salamander, John rushed out of the room as soon as it stopped the stream of fire to recover and dove over the molten rock at the entrance of the room firing armor piercing bullets directly into the Salamander's eyes.

Walking over, John pulled a knife out and cut out the monsters core before finding a place to hide.  "Alert me if anything comes near."  John said to Snakey as she started eating the dead salamander with gusto.  'Hopefully that'll put her over the edge.' John thought as he smiled.  He'd spent a lot of credits buying Snakey higher leveled fire attribute monster meat over the past 2 months and she was about ready to break through to level 2.  So far Snakey had been more useful as a scout than anything else but John knew that when she got stronger she'd be a terror to deal with.

Closing his eyes after he made sure Snakey would keep watch, John controlled the illusion to slowly walk down the corridor.  About 50 feet further down, John's illusion came across a young man with a long tongue tasting the air.  His skin was too smooth, and sometimes scales would appear on the surface before hiding again.  As John's illusion got nearer, another salamander appeared and shot fire at the young man.

The young man fell to the floor and shifted into a massive cobra that struck with such ferocity that it made John flinch.  Not 10 seconds later the Monster was dead and the cobra was shifting back into it's humanoid form slowly.

"Come out."  The cobra hissed, and John made his illusion walk forwards.

The cobra tasted the air in confusion for a moment before it realized.  "Ah, you are a scout?"

John made the illusion nod it's head.  He wasn't strong enough to incorporate sound into the illusion yet but in the future he would be able to make it talk.

"Leave me alone and I won't hunt you down."  The snake hissed.

John made the illusion nod it's head in agreement again before turning and walking down the right fork as the snake took the left.

As soon as the snake was out of sight, John dispelled the illusion and stood.  He couldn't maintain the illusion for more than a few minutes at this point and his head was covered in sweat.  He wasn't precisely scared of the Cobra Beast, but he also didn't want to waste energy fighting when the entire goal of the trial was to survive for as long as possible.

Seeing Snakey had finished her meal, John had her slowly move down the corridor ahead of him.  Hopefully he could get to the fork in the road without any trouble.

Elsewhere in the Dragon's Nest, Mike's arms had melted slightly into the base of his rifle as he hid in the corner of a room.  He was watching in amazement as a massive man covered in fireproof scales waged war with more than 20 fire breathing monsters.  Salamanders, Snakes, Iguanas, and even a molten spider surrounded the giant.  The fireproof man was slaughtering them with ease, ignoring the constant stream of fire so hot that it was melting the rock around him.  Suddenly, Mike saw a Giant Toad appear and spit poison at the man.  

"ARGH!"  The man covered in scales went down, his back melting a bit as the corrosive poison went to work.  Knowing he had no way to take out so many monsters in such a confined space, Mike decided to help out.  Taking careful aim, he gathered energy into his Spirit Rifle and fired just before the toad was about to release a second stream of poison at the scaled giant.

*CRACK*

The toad slammed backwards, flipping several times before hitting the ground with a crunch.  A 6 inch wide hole appeared in the toad's forehead running through the spot where it's brain used to exist.

The giant stood back up and roared in anger, going to town on the monsters.  In just a couple minutes the entire room was clear of monsters and the giant turned to stare in the direction of Mike.

Deciding to take a risk Mike stood up from where he was hiding and said, "I'm Mike, the goal of this trial seems to be to survive for as long as possible so how about we work together?"

The giant crooked it's head to the side slightly as it carefully examined Mike and spoke in a voice that sounded like rocks grinding together against each other, "You aren't scared of me?"

Mike laughed, causing the giant to look affronted before Mike said, "Of course I am, you're a scary dude.  I just prefer to have the scary dudes on my team."

Several miles deeper in the Dragon's Nest, Steven slammed his foot into the ground causing the floor to shake even as he increased the pull of gravity.

A three foot tall man wearing a suit fell to the floor, struggling to get up even as it glared at Steven.  "Stupid human!"  The man said, his features shifting as he turned into a giant black, white, and brown hamster.  "What right do you have to fight me!  I am the grandson of the great..."

Before the hamster could say who he was related too, Steven upped the gravity yet again and forced the breath out of the hamster's lungs.  "I don't care who you are."  Steven said as he approached the hamster with a malicious smile on his face that didn't match his usual appearance very well.  "Anyone or anything who attacks me.. DIES!"

Steven went to slam his foot down on the ground, but stopped suddenly before releasing his technique and running as fast as he could in the opposite direction.  The hamster shuddered, trying to figure out why the human had suddenly stopped when he felt the aura.  Turning, he saw the massive face of the dragon.  Instead of breathing fire, it started sucking in air with such speed and ferocity that it created a vacuum.  With nothing to hold on to, the Hamster was picked up and flew through the air towards the Dragon's mouth.

"DAMN IT, I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!!" The hamster yelled as it broke the teleportation talisman and disappeared right before it would've been eaten.

Slamming it's teeth together on empty air the Dragon roared it's anger and blew a massive jet of flame down the corridor that Steven had abandoned just in time.

John once spent three nights in Gallandwell forest surrounded by fierce beasts (Bunnies) as a 9 year old.  Returning with a healthy respect and fear of the monsters he decides that he'll never again be alone in a monster(bunny) filled world, leading him down the path to become the strongest tamer in history!

"How is it?" Mu Northson stood next to Ji Ning. Ning's divine sense enveloped the lower area. He was naturally able to see with perfect clarity the little azure snake struggling for her life. The enraged, desperate, despairing look in the eyes of the little azure serpent…upon seeing it, Ning was instantly certain. "That's the one!"
There were differences in the appearance of every snake, in terms of scale pattern, coloration, eyes…there were minute differences in many areas. It was much like how, although humans all had two eyes, a nose, and a mouth, because of certain micro-differences, every single person was unique and different from others.
"But those formation flags…" Ning's divine sense sweep discovered that there were formation flags fixed into the ground in an area of a hundred kilometers. Ning could be considered to be quite skilled in formations now. "These are sealing formations; they should be used to lock space."
"These Wanxiang monsters really set up a watertight scheme; even if the Azure Skysnake escapes their assaults, the formation flags can also form an enormous sealing formation, preventing it from charging out."
Thoughts were flashing through Ning's mind at lightning speed. "Junior apprentice-brother," Ning sent mentally. "Senior apprentice-brother." Northson looked at Ning. "That Azure Skysnake below us is the one I am looking for. I'm planning to save it. Want to come with me?" Ning asked.
"Need you ask?" Northson laughed. "Then let's charge down right now," Ning said. "Let's charge into that grand sealing formation. Otherwise, once it activates, because of its spacelock function…we won't even be able to enter with a Lesser Teleportation Dao-seal."
Northson nodded as well. Swoosh! The dragon-headed warship suddenly shrank, and its coloration changed as well, becoming the same color as the skies. And then, it transformed into a blurry streak of light, shooting directly towards the battle in the wilderness.
"Bang!" A golden metal rod slammed directly onto the Azure Skysnake's body. The Azure Skysnake rolled away from it, dodging far away, but at the same time it vomited out a mouthful of jade-green blood.
"This time, I'm really going to die here."
"I really want to go back to Swallow Mountain…" This thought suddenly flashed through the little azure snake's mind. But then, it transformed into a streak of light, pouncing towards the white-furred fox, sending a mighty surge of dire-ice straight towards the white-furred fox.
"F*ck off!"
A sudden, explosive roar rang out. The Dragonwhale monster, who had only been watching this entire time, without intervening, suddenly stared into the distance and let out a mighty roar. And then, with a thought, the formation flags that had been placed in the four directions all instantly lit up. An enormous glowing barrier appeared out of nowhere, completely covering this region for a hundred kilometers.
However, an extremely small, dragon-headed warship had already charged into the sealed-off region.
"Eh?" The little azure snake glanced sideways as well, seeing the the distant warship fly in, and the grand sealing formation suddenly appear. "Who barged in? For the sake of capturing me alive, this Dragonwhale has truly made meticulous preparations. These formation flags have actually sealed this region in. Even if I throw off these monsters, I still won't be able to escape."

The Wanxiang monsters all noticed the warship that had charged in. By now, it had disappeared, with two human youths flying out of it. Although they appeared to be young, these monsters didn't lessen their caution. The younger an Immortal cultivator appeared to be, the more worthy of caution they were.
"Qushan, block them." The Dragonwhale ordered one of the Wanxiang monsters under his command with the most formidable life-preserving techniques to go out.
"Alright." Bowing, an ugly man covered in armor strode forward, his steps causing the earth to shake as it charged towards Ning and Northson.
As Ning flew forward, he mentally summoned 720 flying swords out of nowhere, with the core being the nine Earth-ranked flying swords of the 'Northriver Sword Formation'. At the same time, the sun, moon, and countless stars of the Zifu region within his body began to resonate with the outside world.
Rumble…the surrounding skies suddenly transformed into a sea of glittering stars, with a brilliant sun and a moon within them. This was a Wanxiang Adept's Manifestation!
In front of Ji Ning's chest, a jade-white sword of light had already appeared. When Ning had faced the combined attacks of Northriver Zhou and the others, he had dared to use the ninth level of the [Lesser Thousand Swords Formation] to deal with the attacks of two peak Wanxiang Adepts at once. Now that his elemental ki had also reached the early Wanxiang stage, and the core of the [Lesser Thousand Swords Formation] had the 'Nine Yang Sword Formation' had been replaced with the 'Northriver Sword Formation', it could be said that the sword formation Ning was using today could've defeated all six members of Northriver Zhou's party!
"Hurry up and flee, and I'll spare your life." Ning flew forward, as fast as lightning, while calling out in a loud voice.
"Puny human child, you really know how to waggle your tongue." The hoarse voice of the ugly man rang out as he lifted up two golden metal rods, transforming into a shadow as he charged straight towards Ning.
Ning shook his head. "You sought out your own death! Go!" With but a thought, Ning instantly transformed the jade-white sword of light in front of his chest into an enormous Waterflame Millstone which moved as fast as the wind, spinning towards the ugly man. With the support of his Wanxiang Manifestation…this sword became even more unpredictable.
"Gotta block." The ugly man was badly frightened. This human kid's flying sword was incredibly fast! "Double block!" The ugly man twirled his two metal rods, struggling to block, but in terms of skill alone, how could the monster be a match for Ning, who had already embarked on the path of the Sword Immortal? Even the likes of Northriver Zhou would be capable of completely suppressing this ugly monster, much less the current Ji Ning. This ugly monster was only skilled in preserving his life.
Crunch!
The sword-light flashed past the defense of the two golden metal rods, chopping directly onto the body of the ugly man. With a slashing sound, his body was instantly bisected.
The ugly man's body, upon being chopped in half, instantly dissolved into mist, then reformed into an enormous black-shelled turtle. It hurriedly retreated far away. This sight caused the other Wanxiang monsters to all be shocked. Even the Dragonwhale, who had been standing apart from the battle this entire time, to frown as he looked towards the two human youths.
The Dragonwhale waved his hand and said, "Halt!" The other Wanxiang monsters all immediately halted, moving backwards.
"Big Brother, it seems those two human youths are fairly powerful. That slightly taller one was actually able to chop second brother Qushan in half."
"What do you mean, chopped in half? That's because I was in human form, which was why he was able to easily chop me in half. In my true form…how could he be able to chop through?" The giant, black-shelled turtle flew over, snapping irritably.
"You couldn't even block a single sword. You really are useless," a tall, skinny monster said with a cold snicker.
"Why don't you try!" The black-shelled turtle was furious.
"All of you, shut your mouths." The Dragonwhale swept them with his gaze, and the ten-plus Wanxiang monsters no longer dared to say anything. All of them stared towards the distant Ji Ning and Mu Northson, who were flying towards them.
The Dragonwhale said in a clear voice, "Human, it's best if you don't interfere in the matters of us monsters. You had best leave right away. I will release the grand sealing formation and let you leave. If you don't leave…" The green light in the Dragonwhale monster's eyes appeared quite insidious.
Ning and Northson just glanced at the monsters, then turned their gazes towards the rather bedraggled little azure serpent. The little azure serpent's body was torn open, but it was rapidly healing.
She, too, looked towards these two humans who had temporarily rescued her from disaster. As she did…she was instantly dazed.
That fur-clad youth?
His appearance…it was identical to that arrogant youth of the Ji clan who had challenged her to do battle countless times, back in Eastmount Marsh.
"Little snakey-snake!" Ning stared towards that distant, somewhat stupefied azure snake. He began to roar with laughter. "Don't you recognize me anymore?"
Little snakey-snake?
The little azure snake was stupefied. That nickname…it was so familiar. Back then, that arrogant youth of the Ji clan had addressed her in this manner.
"It really is you!" The little azure snake instantly shouted back in shock, "You are that arrogant kid of the Ji clan?"
Ning laughed. "Listen up! My name is Ji Ning!"
With a flash, the little azure snake moved next towards Ning. It even transformed into human form, into an azure-robed maiden. Her face was rather ashen, but the azure-robed maiden inspected Ning closely, as though she wanted to carefully inspect even the pores on Ning's face. Completely flabbergasted, she said, "You really are that kid of the Ji clan? You weren't killed by Ironwood Zhan?"
"I killed Ironwood Zhan," Ning said with a pursed smile. "I didn't expect that in human form, you'd assume the form of a woman."
The azure-robed maiden stared back at him. "I was a female to begin with."
It had been many years since they had met. One had only been at the Houtian level, while the other was an ordinary Xiantian monster. Back then, they had battled many times, but now, when they saw each other, they felt so very close, very familiar with each other…perhaps this was the effect of running into a familiar face in an unfamiliar place. This naturally made them feel all the closer to each other.
"You two!" The distant Dragonwhale frowned. He naturally could tell that this human youth seemed to be familiar with the Azure Skysnake. He immediately barked, "Stop acting so friendly with each other. This is my turf, and you are currently within the grand formation I am controlling."
The azure-robed maiden's earlier joy instantly evaporated. She hurriedly sent mentally to the nearby Ning, "Kid of the Ji clan, it seems as though you are now quite powerful. However, don't think that just because you were able to overcome the human form of that Wanxiang monster, that you are capable of defeating that group of monsters. There are sixteen Wanxiang monsters present, and when they are in their true forms, their power will increase explosively. And that Dragonwhale…by himself, he's more powerful than the rest of them joined together. It not only is a Dragonwhale with tremendous talent and incomparably great strength, it also trains as a Fiendgod Body Refiner, and has a divine ability. Its power is tremendous."
Ning was startled. A Fiendgod Body Refiner, with a divine ability?
"This Dragonwhale monster is the leader of the Mount Demonlotus region," the azure-robed maiden sent. "He has tens of Wanxiang monsters under his control. This time, to attack me, he only brought fifteen of them. He has long ago reached the peak of the Wanxiang level as a Fiendgod Body Refiner. With his divine ability and his innate talent…you cannot take him on as an enemy. Hurry up and flee. Don't worry about me."
The distant Dragonwhale shouted calmly, "I will give you two choices. The first choice is to immediately leave. The two of you will be able to live. The second choice is to die, both of you, right here."
Northson stood there, grinning, seeming quite relaxed.
Ning was similarly relaxed.
"Kid of the Ji clan, don't be stupid. Hurry up and leave. If you are willing to do so, in the future, get revenge for me," the azure-robed maiden sent to him. "For I, Qingqing, to be able to see you before I die is already enough. It can be said that the heavens were not unkind to me."
Ning glanced towards the distant Dragonwhale and the fifteen other monsters next to him. Their auras were surging towards the heavens. Ning said in a clear voice, "Dragonwhale, I'll give you two choices as well. The first choice is, I'll leave with this little snakey-snake, and you can live. The second choice is, I'll kill all of you, and then I'll take this little snakey-snake away."

Rune was waving her pet rooster at everyone, demanding they look at her cock. The word play was cute but slightly out of taste. She was so glad to have escaped from Daniel. He was controlling, paranoid and just plain obnoxious. He always blamed Nyxie for everything that had gone wrong. For as long as she remembered, he would blame her for everything. Not enough work to provide for them? Nyxie's fault. He was late getting home? Her fault. It was raining? Her fault. It was just plain ridiculous. Now she wandered around, looking for Salax. She had tried to talk with Len to learn some demon things, but she was shooed out. She was fascinated with Len and Salax for some reason. Ally couldn't explain it. Ally walked into one of the rooms in the castle and found Damien, Erys and Zukira sitting around a table. "Hey, where's Snakey?"
"Why?" Erys yawned, leaning back in a chair.
"He and Len are my latest fascination," she smiled.
As if he knew, Salax walked into the room. "Did someone say my name?"
Ally pounced on him. "SNAKEY!" Her tail wagged. She was genuinely happy to see him.
Salax just blinked at the tigress clinging to his torso. "Uh, hello Tigress."
"What's it like being so old?" Ally climbed up a little further, got on his back and flopped over his right shoulder. He was comfy. "Hey, how'd you trick Eve?"
Salax laughed and patted her head. "Can I ask you the same thing? And easily, with lies."
"I feel young!" Ally replied. The others in the room had gone silent to watch the two of them. "What'd you tell her? Can I see you be all snake like?" She just kept smiling and playing with his hair-despite his hands trying to swat her away.
Salax grinned. "Funny how the human book makes me out to be terrible. Really, I was just getting a laugh."
"Doesn't answer either of my questions."
Salax flicked his tongue. "I simply lied and said the fruit would give her everlasting youth and beauty."
"How old are you?" Ally smiled.
The second elder of Hell blinked. "Snakey…" It seemed like Salax had just caught on to that being his nickname. "Let's go with that age, Prince." He thought the question was directed at Erys.
"No, no. I know Erys is like, in his 30's or something. He's an old man."
"I'm only 28, thank you! That's 308 in demon years. The math behind it is more complicated than it should be." He scoffed and blew hair from his face.
"Old man," Ally teased. "Come on, Snakey. I want to know!"
"I already gave you it," Salax yawned. He removed Ally from his back and took a chair himself.
Ally sat in front of him. "No, you gave me a riddle. I want a number."
"I am about 7,435,790 in mortal years. So that's about…." Salax paused to do math.
"That's old in demon years," Erys interjected.
"Oh shut it, cannibal." Salax growled.
"Hey Snakey, over here!" Ally waved her arms. "Can I see you as a snake? I think that's what your tail is. A snake, right?"
"Yes, that's right. Though my snake form is rather large. I would prefer we leave the room first. Let us step into the throne room. The ceiling won't be as low." Salax stood and walked out, an excited Ally following him. Behind her were Erys, Damien, and Zukira. "I suppose I'm on some sort of show now, with all the followers."
"Nope, just curious onlookers." Ally kept pace beside him. "I, on the other hand, have genuine interest."
"You're a peculiar tigress," Salax moved some chairs from the long table and pushed the table aside. "I will warn you now, there is a toxic sludge that tends to ooze from my snake form. I advise you keep your distance."
Ally stepped back a few feet, along with the others. She watched, amazedly, as Salax transformed into a huge black snake with gold marks that were identical to the ones around his eyes. It was kind of a swirly design under his eye with little doors around it. Black, oil like sludge dripped from his mouth. Alexis was definitely fascinated more with him now. She was tempted to poke him, so she did. "Neat! Say, doesn't changing forms hurt? What happens to your arms and legs?"
Salax chuckled. "After a time, you get used to the pain of the transformation. As for my arms and legs, they simply just meld into my snake muscles."
"Oh! I got an idea! Let me guess which sins you and your brothers are!"
Salax rearranged everything back to its original place after changing back and sat in front of a chair, still in his snake form. "Heh, go for it, kid."
"Okay so let's see. In training, we're taught that Kali created everything. True?" Ally watched Salax nod. "Okay. So let's see. Len is pride because he prides his creations over everything. You, hmm….I asked around about you. You have to be lust. The most common answer about you I got was "he'll fuck it if it has a hole."" She smirked at Salax's chuckle. "I think Furo is wrath. Elysium, hm, greed?" She was just guessing but Salax nodded. "Okay so that leaves Veraque. He's envy, right? That's the only one left."
"Not bad, tigress. Most people confuse Veraque and Elysium's sin all the time," Salax grinned.
Elly ran in, looking for Nyxie. "MOMMY!" She shrieked, tears running down her face.
Nyxie came out of a room, most likely hers and rushed to Elly. "What's wrong, baby girl?"
Erys was concerned as well. "Are you alright?"
"Doesn't look like it," Zukira frowned, Damien nodding.
"That mean chicken demon broke my horn and tail!" Elly held onto her mom as she was picked up.
"WHO!?" Erys was out of his chair so fast it fell over, making Zukira let out a surprised meep sound.
"Zukira, get Elysium," Nyxie cradled Elly as Kira went to get the healer.
"His name," Elly sniffled, "is Dakota. He said…I was trash…" She sniffled again, this time shrieking. "I can smell him getting closer! Hide me!"
"Don't worry, baby, I got you," Nyxie held tight to her daughter, Erys turning to the doors.
Salax stood as Dakota walked in. "Oh look, my next toy!"
That was a bit gross. Ally stuck out her tongue but stood in front of her mom and little sister. Zukira returned with Elysium, and Nyxie let Elysium hold her.
"One reason why you did it," Nyxie growled, holding Erys at bay.
"Because I can," Dakota shrugged. "She's a half blood. No one cares about her."
Nyxie let her shadows loose on him, watching him hit a wall. Elly stared, wide eyed. "Mommy didn't even touch him! Did you see that? That was awesome!"
Salax raised his eyebrow. "I must admit, I love her powers."
Ally smiled. "You have no idea how fine tuned her powers are. She doesn't even need to point. Her will controls the shadows."
"Regardless of that, someone has signed a death wish," Erys growled. Elly growled at Dakota while Elysium healed her.
Once again, Dakota was thrown. This time he hit the ceiling. Elly found the whole thing to be fascinating. Elysium just laughed at little Elly's expressions as he healed her. He was tossed to Erys, who grinned. "I'll take out the trash, somewhere she can't see."
Ally blinked. "Take out the…oh!" He was gonna eat the kid. "Well, he wasn't nicknamed cannibal for no reason." Ally smiled and looked to Elly. "How are you doing, sis?"
"I feel better. Daddy, wait!" Elly hopped down from Elysium's arms and went to the kid. She pulled and strained, finally snapping a horn. "Okay now you can go."
"Yep, definitely Mom's kid."
Elly went back to Elysium, looking to Nyxie. "Hey Mommy, how'd you do all that?"
"Powers. You'll learn someday."
"When he starts training me!" Elly hugged Elysium's leg. Nyxie smiled. Ally could see her mom's shadows silently cleaning up the blood that had spattered in some places. If Ally was right, that was how Nyxie paid her shadows for what they did. Gross but effective.
"We can all train the little ones," Salax yawned, sitting down again.
"You scare me, Uncle Salax."
Both Ally and her mom laughed. Nyxie left the room, going down the hall. It was ironic that out of all the gods, Elly feared Salax. Len could kill but nope, that wasn't scary. Salax was the scary one. Although it seemed that Salax preferred to be feared. Elysium turned to Erys and the two talked about who was to be trained. He relayed that Damien was a pyrokinetic angel, Kanna was a shadow controlling demon, and Ally was a fire angel. They were quite the group of kids. Somewhere in the training arrangements, Elly fell asleep in Elysium's arms. He took her to her room and laid her down to sleep. 
~Nyxie~
I had gone to my room to work on some clothes. But I just couldn't shake the feeling of restlessness that overcame me. I left my room and started pacing down the hall and to the throne room. Ally must have gone somewhere after I had gone in my room, the others as well. Only Salax was in the throne room. I sat in a chair and bit my finger. What was my intuition trying to tell me?
"What's the problem?"
"Something isn't right. I can't place it but I can feel it…" I got up and paced. My wings brushed against the Queen's throne and then I knew. My intuition spiked. "Where's Rose?!" I only got a confused gaze from the snake. "She was very secretive about it but I could sense it. I just never said anything. The queen is pregnant, dumb ass. And if I'm right, something has gone wrong with it! Follow me. No, wait, I have a better idea!" I took hold of him, ran out the doors and took off in flight.
He wrapped himself around my arms. "ACK! I'M NOT A FAN OF FLIGHT!
"Deal with it, the queen's dying!"
"But she's a demon, she can't?"
I found my way to the hut that Rose was delivering in by following her scent. I dropped Salax and ran inside. Len was already there beside a panicky Ferina. She was one of the demonesses Elysium had trained. I turned to her. "Well?"
"Doesn't look too good," Len replied. His gaze was confused only for a second before he muttered about my intuition. His tone was even more grim than usual. Lucifer arrived seconds after I had.
"What's wrong? How's the baby?" Lucifer was panicking more than anyone else.
Elysium was right behind the king. "Stay calm, we'll keep them both."
I could see clearly what was going on, why couldn't they? Then again, I had spiritual powers so it's possible only Veraque and myself could see it. But Veraque wasn't here. I lowered my head. "You won't be able to save both of them. Only one. And I see why."
Everyone, even Rose, turned to me. But it was Lucifer who spoke. "What's wrong with her? Why can't we save them both?" He had my shoulders and was shaking me.
I dismissed being shaken and sighed. "Her body is rejecting the change to a demoness. Keep in mind she used to be a mortal. Mortals can't endure as much as we angels or demons can…" God, why did I have to be the bearer of bad news?
"What?! Now!" Now Lucifer's voice was tinged with anger.
"I can't do anything if she dies for good," Len frowned.
Lucifer began arguing with Len. I just stared at Rose. I knew there was one thing I could do to help. It was an ancient ritual taught to angels with spiritual powers. It was Kali's life transfer ritual. In essence, I would split my remaining life span with a select person, or in this case, people. The only problem is that is was dangerous. One disturbance and we could die. But I decided for the good of Hell, it had to be done. "Guys, stop fighting. I can help," I muttered. Abrupt silence. "There's an ancient ritual that Kali created. It's taught to any angel with spiritual powers. It's called a life transfer ritual. I can do it, it's just highly dangerous."
"Do it!" Lucifer held onto me again, his eyes begging me for help.
Len was weighing out the options, Salax advising me to think about it. "I don't have the luxury of time to think it over, Salax. She's dying by the second." My nerves eating at me, I toyed with my hair. It was my nervous habit. I paced while everyone started arguing about what I should do. "Everyone, just shut up! And you, Lucifer! If I do this, you'd better be damn grateful to me and actually pay attention to her!" He had been neglectful lately, always running off on business trips and meetings with the elders. I didn't need empathic powers to see how depressed Rose had been.
"I will be, please save her!" He actually got on his knees in front of me. That was a bit of a shock but it was a start to a show of gratitude. Everyone else was debating about what I should do. As if I wasn't in the room.
With a deep sigh, I whistled loudly. It was 7:45 p.m. and Rose was running out of time. "Everyone, out! I'm going to do it. Don't come in until I tell you. Otherwise, you might cause three deaths. My shadows will call you back in. I'll need something large to eat to replenish my strength afterwards, so be ready. Now go." I breathed deeply as everyone left, assuring Ferina that she would not be responsible for anything if things didn't go right. "Okay, let's do this." I slashed deeply into my wrist and drew a circle of blood on Rose's forehead. Next, I opened her mouth a little and dripped some blood in. "Don't swallow, Rose. Trust me." She nodded. "Okay, now close your eyes and meditate. This will allow for me to do what I need. I need you to trust me and not panic. I will enter your body as a spirit and begin the difficult part. Just relax and find your inner sanctuary." Rose nodded again so I sat beside her and began meditating. I let my meditation disembody my spirit and drifted into Rose's body. I felt her unease and gently assured her that her and the baby would be fine. I began to chant a mantra of unified harmony, counting each one. I had to recite it 275 times for it to be successful. I made a mental tally each time to keep track.
It was hard to keep track of the numbers but I could tell it worked when I felt everything Rose did. As painful as childbirth was, I kept my concentration. Our souls had linked, meaning so far everything was going smoothly. I was in her body and she was drifting, like it was meant to be. I focused all of my attention on my life span, cutting it in half twice to divide between Rose and her baby girl. I kept mentally reciting the mantra until I felt the physical aspect of life span splitting take effect. It felt as though part of my heart was torn off. Keeping focused so heavily that I was aware of the Queen's breathing, I finished the mantra. I no longer felt labor pains and knew our souls had successfully unlinked. I whispered another mantra, calling Rose's soul back to her body. As I left Rose's body, I sang yet another mantra to ensure that I had all of my spirit, Rose had all of hers ad the baby had all of her soul. Both of us whole and back in our own bodies, I opened my eyes. My vision was blurry and my eyes stung. I looked at my watch. It was 11:43 now. Damn, that had taken nearly 4 hours. But things like that can't be rushed. That ritual, in essence, stops time for the people in the ritual. I looked to Rose. "Are you awake?" My voice was so light, I was surprised she heard me. I was Nyxie, and I was in Hell with the queen I had just (hopefully) saved. I had to be sure I still had memory.
"I am…And dizzy…"
"Do you know where we are?"
"We're in Hell, I'm giving birth and you just saved two lives."
"Good, that's great." Conscious memory of ourselves and where we were meant it had gone perfectly. I let a shadow slither out and fell to the floor. I was so weak. Luckily, a peryton was brought to me. I ate everything, even the bones.
"Did it work? Rose, are you with me?" Lucifer, in tears, took her hand as Ferina and Elysium returned to helping birth the little princess.
"I am….Thanks to Nyxie…I don't know what we'd have done if she wasn't here."
"We are truly indebted to you, Princess," Len bowed his head.
"Nicely done," Salax chuckled.
I could only wave a hand from the floor, exhausted. I guess they had gotten Erys and filled him in on what was going on while I was doing the ritual. "Now love, the floor is no place for a princess," he picked me up. "You need rest. I'll take you to your room."
"Okay…" I felt like a limp noodle as he carried me to my room. Erys kicked open every door in his way, making me laugh. "And thus why no demon knows how to knock," I teased.
He kicked open my door and laid me down on my bed. "You just rest now, love. You've no idea just how much what you've done means to all of Hell."
I smiled and turned over as he kissed my head. Before he left, I told Erys to wash away the blood circle with salt and fresh water. I could rest easy knowing that Rose and her new baby would be safe.

"Whoever said one person can't make a difference was wrong."

"I'm sorry!" Nyx sounded like she was crying. "I tried to stop it!"
"Well you didn't try hard enough, it happened anyway!"
Len leaned in close. "Seems she's getting it, too."
"I can't explain this! It's like my brain just shuts off except to him!"
A loud snap and a shriek echoed dully. "You're more mature than that! Better than that!"
Another loud snap, now followed by a deep wolf's growl. "You didn't have to fucking hit me, you old fucking bat!"
"Someone has to knock some sense into you!" It sounded like Kali hit her again.
The walls shook a little following a loud crash. "Keep your hands off of me!"
There was some shuffling. "Keep your hands off of the snake. You've no idea the fire you're playing with."
"I've played with fire and lived. I can handle myself." More shuffling. "I SAID DON'T TOUCH ME!" Now glass broke and there was a fading shriek. Len and Salax jumped back from the door. Nyxie stormed out, growling and wiping blood from her claws and face. The two looked into her room and saw it was a mess.

At the moment she was about to turn and throw herself at him Tianlong Yun entered inside the room and grabbed her by the waist and whispered in her ear,
Tianlong Yun:"You can't hold yourself back anymore, little snakey?" Making Hui Xi Yin really mad, just like she thought this guy had known everything from the beginning and was playing with her.
She was at a disadvantage right now and as a prideful snake she didn't want to lower herself even though the one in front of her had a nobler bloodline than her. Well she didn't know he was a legendary Dragon.
According to what she knew the Dragons had disappeared from this world many eons ago and the best approach to a Dragon nowadays was beings like her, snakes that had cultivated to become a flood Dragon or something similar.
She was the only one that through thousands of years had been able to become a low Dragon. Her cultivation at the moment if we could compare it to the normal system was at half step at the Great Ascension border but she had always been afraid to take that last step and go beyond this planet.
But that wasn't the question here, the most important question was that she was being put down by a little boy still wet behind his ears, that was trying to take advantage of her, and that damn bloodline of hers was becoming even more active like finding its long lost Ancestor.
There was also something even weirder and vexing she couldn't tell this guy's cultivation level, it was truly vexing because she didn't know how to behave with him. Tianlong Yun didn't see her expression but could tell what she was thinking and whispered again in her ear,
Tianlong Yun:"Curious about me aren't you little snakey? Well since you are half-step to Great Ascension level it must be really vexing and terrifying for you to see someone mysterious isn't it snakey?"
This time when he said snakey he blew a little hot breath in her ear, making Hui Xi Yin tremble from the excitement and she was hardly holding her desires to jump over him and make love like crazy.
But after the trembling excitement left she finally could process his words and learn that he knew her cultivation level but she didn't know a thing about him.
It wasn't that Tianlong Yun learned of her cultivation through his spiritual sense, no he wasn't that good at it yet, but combining the knowledge of her aura and what he learned through his spirit sense and through his experience he came to such a conclusion.
Hui Xi Yin feeling threatened and also not wanting to lose to this guy, turned around and fell together with Tianlong Yun down to the floor. With her on top of him in a cowgirl position, she had saddled him over his waist.
Just as she was about to question him she thought maybe this wasn't the best idea because she could feel something big and strong under her perky butt. And since she had been so excited until now her panties were drenched and her sensing was through the roof.
She was attacked by that sensation since the moment she saddled on top of him, what the hell was going on here, why was she so wet and excited near this fellow? Did he use some kind of poison or something?
Tianlon Yun noticing her situation forcibly held himself from laughing and said with a bad smile on his face,

This hateful fellow was taking advantage  of the situation and torturing her, just who was this guy? Thinking like this she managed to keep her sanity and asked in a threatening tone,
Hui Xi Yin:"Stop making fun of me and tell me who you are hateful fellow." She was really forcing herself not to lose control of the situation.
Tianlong Yun could see her difficult position and in a calm and collected voice said,
Tianlong Yun:"Don't you know that before asking for the other person's name you should introduce yourself snakey? That's basic etiquette." He had a disappointed look on his face at the end of the sentence as if his hopes were broken.
This stupid, hateful, scoundrel fellow was purposely playing with her and he even dared to pretend to be disappointed at her lack of etiquette as if he was her husband or something.
But she couldn't say this or he might get angry and do something bad to her, she didn't know him. It was clear that the situation was against her. She had to come to a compromise if she wanted to escape this situation.
Furthermore her position was high so she didn't really care even if he found out so she said,
Hui Xi Yin:"My name is Hui Xi Yin, I am one of the guardians of China. I am here because I felt something happen here 2 or 3 weeks ago and came to investigate it."
Tianlong Yun was stunned at this time this was really something he had never thought, to think he had attracted this much attention from the first day he arrived in here, it must have been the oath. All those with even a little a bit of dragon blood could feel and testify when a dragon made an oath.
Wait since she said she was one of the Guardians, then that means there are other people with strength similar to her, here in this planet. Furthermore she specified that she was one of the guardians of China which means that other countries have too.
Not that it was surprising after all there is a status quo in this planet at the moment and since a country has these guardians the others must have them too, furthermore there are so many different cultivation methods and systems under the heavens.
But he was woken up from his reverie feeling Hui Xi Yin try to accommodate herself better over his waist, but as much as she moved that much closer the head of his dragon was approaching her secret cave.
Truly ironic she was trying to escape but in fact was getting even deeper into this. Tianlong Yun thinking about her strength, power and position and seeing her cute expressions was even more decided to make this snakey his woman, so he said with a honest expression,
Tianlong Yun:"Hello Snakey, I am Tianlong Yun an Imperial Dragon and probably the reason of your investigation." After saying this even Hui Xi Yin got clarity for some moments and stopped moving.
Hui Xi Yin was now in a trance of sorts, she couldn't believe what she was hearing. Dragon? He said he was a Dragon? And an Imperial one at that? Didn't that mean that somewhere here in this world there existed an Empire of Dragons?
But why hadn't anyone seen them? Where were they right now? Where was the Empire they had built?
Tianlong Yun could understand from her shocked look that she had been dumbfounded and understanding her line of thought he continued to say,
Tianlong Yun:"Gather yourself Snakey, the Draconic Empire is not in this planet and not even this world. It lies beyond this world, in the Immortal world." He was trying to make her gather herself but his words just caused her even more shock.
The Immortal world it really existed and there was also a Draconic Empire there and probably there was still more knowledge about the cultivation. There was still way beyond the Great Ascension Boundary.
Hui Xi Yin was truly shocked right now but who wouldn't be if it was in her place, but what made the situation funnier was that her love honey was flowing faster and she was becoming even more excited by the second.
It took a little time for her to regain control of herself, but weirdly she didn't doubt any of the words Tianlong Yun had said until now perhaps it was because of that intense pressure she had been feeling until now.
Regaining control of herself she was really happy because she finally found someone to help her go beyond this world and let go of her fears, and she said excitedly,
Hui Xi Yin:"When are you going to return there, can you take me with you?" She was so happy that she didn't understand for a moment what her words implied and when she thought about it her face took a red shade.
After all she was still a virgin even though she had lived for thousands of years, she had never found someone special and strong at the same time. She couldn't wait to become a woman, and Tianlong Yun couldn't wait to make her his.
But it was impossible at the moment so he said,
Tianlong Yun:"Well if you want to come with me when I leave, you will have to make a contract with me. Furthermore if you promise to become my woman and make it a soul contract I will even tell you all the truth about me."
Hui Xi Yin was startled of course she started to like this guy and furthermore she had been in heat in front of him which according to her clans customs should be done only with their husband, so this was a good way out but wait…

The next day, the imperial family of the capital city gathered together. The king of this continent in Desolate Kingdom was wearing a bright smile. His status was supreme, and he had long known the Azure Dragon Clan was a turncoat. While he couldn't provide the necessary proof to wipe them out, Sin had made a meritorious service. The Azure Dragon Clan lost their trump card legion, 9,000 professed fighters died. They lost over 75 million gold coins in wealth between equipment, manuals, blacksmith prints, pills, paintings, canvases and so on. 

The Dragon King walked into the hall, his eyes were bloodshot. A purple baleful aura was wrapped around the Dragon King. Seeing the relaxed and pleased look on the Kings face, his fury snapped. "Why the fuck do you so look pleased! Are you not taking into consideration the merit my clan holds here!?"

The King raised his hand. "I am taking that into consideration, that's why I sent out over 20 experts. But I would also like to ask you, are you not taking into consideration your fury may hide other things?" The King looked questioningly into the Dragon Kings eyes, sending shivers down his spine.

"I am furious because I lost my son, 9,000 professed warriors, 75 million plus gold coins. Our food and drink storages have been contaminated with poison, over 750,000 innocent people are on their death beds. And you dare ask whether my fury is hiding something else? Who the fuck do YOU think you are!?"

The Kings eyes became sharp. "You had best change your attitude you little fucking serpent. Do you believe that I will not put you over my lap and spank your ass black and blue!?" The King raised from his throne, appearing in front of the Dragon King. Grabbing the Dragon Kings head, the King smashed it down into the marbled floor. The entire palace trembled, and the earth outside had spider web cracks spread out 20 kilometers.

"Don't you ever fucking challenge me you again you little bitch ass serpent!" The King rose dusting his hands before spitting on the Dragon King.

"Now get the fuck out of my palace before I give you something to bitch about!" The Kings voice boomed like thunder, every single being in the capital city heard their kings thunderous bellow. 

The King disparagingly kicked the Dragon King in the face, launching him flying out of his palace. The Dragon King was like a cannon ball, he flew through many buildings along the way collapsing them. Finally he crashed through his clans gates, flying through the main hall leaving a deep indentation on a reinforced Iron door. The Dragon King spit out blood, all of his bones made sharp snapping noises. Weakly sliding down the reinforced door, blood was forming in a pool underneath the Dragon King.

The Kings voice was once again heard throughout the capital city. "All whose properties were damaged may come to me for their collateral, I will send out engineers and mechanics to fix the mess the Dragon King created. The Azure Dragon Clan is exempt from receiving this collateral."

Sin the creator of all this chaos was peacefully cultivating, none of the Kings ruckus had managed to disturb him. After 13 hours of non stop cultivation, only a third of the Phoenix, Wolf and Vermilion scales had formed. Sin wasn't disappointed, but he was getting a headache on how to further progress. 

He could pop pills, turning them into pure energy to form more scales. However, there is a fine line between progression, and crippling your foundation. Sin washed up before getting into a new change of clothes, he was going to make his way to Icarus' shop. He earned a bounty of black smith techniques, manuals, blue prints, and equipment last night from his plundering. Considering Icarus was the personal blacksmith of the Vermilion Bird Clan, Sin wouldn't be stingy with the payment. 

Half the reason being without the equipment Icarus forged for him last night, without asking any questions. Sin had a favorable opinion of Icarus, and his success was hugely placed on the quality of the equipment.

After arriving at Icarus' shop, Sin noticed 20 hidden forces. Without showing any reaction on his face, Sin walked up to the counter and rang a bell. Icarus came out bare chested oozing sweat, as he was squirting a bottle of water into his mouth.

"Good day mister how may I help you?"

Sin made direct eye contact, and motioned them to the side before drawing the number 20 on the desk with a question mark. 

Icarus simply raised his eye brows in question, just as he was about to look over where Sins eyes pointed. Sin raised his finger and smashed it down over top the glass, pointing at a dagger. 

"I would like to buy this dagger. When I was out last with my mercenary team, my main dagger got snapped in half by a Mountain Troll."

Icarus nodded his head, pulling out the dagger from inside the glass counter. Sin was drawing words on the glass. "Do not make any sudden movements idiot!"

Sin payed the 150 gold coins, while also secretly flipping a storage ring full to the brim with exquisite materials, hundreds of thousands of gold coins, blacksmith manuals, blue prints, anvils, hammers and so forth. When Sin was making his leave, a man dressed in full black reached his hand out grabbing Sin by the shoulder.

"We would like you to come by the office with us for a while." The mans voice was demanding, Sin didn't give two shits. But nonetheless he complied.

"Lead the way."

Sin raised his hands out in front of him. "Let me save you some time."

The man cuffed Sin and they made their way back their 'office.'

Sin was sitting in a interrogation room, there was 1 bright light shining directly at him. Across from him was a notable man, he had a head full of white hair, a black beard, meticulous brown eyes, and was puffing a cigar that had to be full of the Marry Jane.        

To his right side was the Dragon King, who after receiving the Kings fury and beating. Was wrapped head to toe like a mummy, but there was enough room left open for his eyes and mouth.

Sin was staring at both men with a smile on his face.

"Good weather today isn't it?" Sin tried to break the silence.

The detective looked at Sin with piercing eyes.

"We have witnesses saying you bought various poisons, traps and deadly equipment yesterday. Care to give us some information on what it was bought for?"

Sin had unwavering eyes. "I was restocking supplies for my comrades in arms, while all of them were too worried about dipping their sticks. I was too busy worrying about being well prepared for our next bounty hunt." 

The detective didn't see any awkwardness in Sins eyes, and the Dragon King beside was emitting a baleful energy.

"Your old man Sirius's successor aren't you!?"

Sin decided he would 'take notice' of the Dragon King, which further infuriated the already boiling man.

"Now it's all coming back to me, Sirius told me one of his good friends snakey snake had a rueful temperament. He wasn't wrong, just looking at you makes me want to turn you into dragon fin soup." Sin replied back stunning both men.

"Last night my clan was raided by a group of well trained assassins. My son was killed, we lost over 75 million gold coins worth of wealth. Our food and water storages are contaminated, crop fields burned, over 1,000,000 are now laying on their death beds! You wouldn't happen to know anything about that would you wise guy?"

Sin shrugged his shoulders. "I couldn't tell you anything about it, this is news to my ears."

The Dragon King slammed his hand down. "Bullshit!"

Sins eyes turned deadly, and a chilling killing intent erupted out of his body. All the men on guard outside of the reinforced walls shivered, some fell to the ground holding their necks, as if it had just been slit by a dagger.

"Take that tone with me one more mother fucking time you little bitch ass serpent!" Sins bellow shook the entire room, deafening everyone within 450 meters of the interrogation room. 

The detective pulled out his sword, placing it on Sins neck. "Easy now, I don't want any accidents to happen here."

Sin pulled his neck back, biting the sword in half. Chewing the metal before swallowing it in front of the detective. "Your right, I don't want any unfortunate accidents to happen to you detective." Sin spat back.

The detective became fearful of Sin.

"I would like to look inside of your ring of holding." The detective said.

Sin was all smiles with a hint of embarrassment. "Go ahead and look all you want, I'm not sure you will like what you find though." Sin slid his ring of holding over to the detective. 

"Don't let snakey snake touch it though. I don't want my belongings to becomes dirty." Sin said smiling widely.

The detective looked in, and he had a shocked expression. He started mourning to himself.

Chicks with dicks, guys with tits, reverse cowgirl, all dogs go to heaven, Pinocchio and the lying boner, stuffing hot fresh muffins, midnight park parade and so forth.

The detective looked up with at Sin with a beet red face. 

"Told you, you may not like what you find." Sin shrugged smiling widely.

Pulling out a pad and paper, the detective started Questioning Sin.

"Name?"

"Sin"

"Age?"

"23"

"Fears?"

"Hearing Kiryu-Chan!! from below or above me."

"Occupation?"

"Yakuza"

The detective looked up, before asking his next question.

"What do you do for a living?"

"I run a orphanage in Okinawa."

"What are your hobbies?"

A huge stage had come out of nowhere, Sin stood in the middle with closed eyes getting into the right mind set.

Sin pulled out a karaoke microphone, his Mana formed a disco ball in mid air flashing various lights. Sins face got all emotional before he started singing.

"Dame da ne. Dame yo dame na no yo. Anta ga suki de sukisugite. Dore dake tsuyoi osake demo. Yugamanai omoide ga baka mitai!" (1) 🎵🎵🎵       [I swear if no one gets this reference after such a perfect setup.]

The Dragon King punched the Mana disco ball, and stage into various lights. Slamming his hands on the table once again, the Dragon King bellowed "WOULD YOU STOP FUCKING AROUND!?"

Sin stood up throwing his chair, just barely missing the Dragon Kings head. "Interrupt my story again Reggie. See what happens!"           [Hellsing Abridged]

The detective took a long time to settle things down. 

Then he began asking more questions.

"What is your connection to the Vermilion Bird Clan?"

Sin answered without missing a beat. "Allies of the Wolf God Clan."

"How long have you been staying there?"

"For 11 days"

The Dragon Kings face twitched, 11 days ago was when Glaze and his group were severely defeated. Putting two and two together, the Dragon King shouted.  "He's the one who raided my clan last night! He is the only one who has the ability to wipe out my forces!"

Sins face was as calm as can be. "And what proof do you have? Do you have any of my blood, prints, did you personally see me last night? Do you dare to swear an oath on your life, that you are not spouting a mouth full of bullshit!?"

The Dragon King was stumped, he didn't dare make any oaths. But this didn't stop steam from billowing out of his ears.

"That's what I thought you bitch ass serpent!" Sin further added salt to the wound, with a great big no fucks given smile on his face. He felt like a true bad ass from those cultivation novels, no face shall be given!   [Oh, wait a moment.]

Seeing as this was going nowhere, with the lack of proof, and frayed nerves the detective sent Sin away. Just as Sin was about to leave, he looked back at the Dragon King. "You put the dick in detective!"

Then he looked over to the detective himself. "You should consider a job change sir, snakey snake here does the job better than you do. Sadly, his tactics don't work on a innocent person."

Sin walked out and looked at all the men that had fear in their eyes. "Sorry about my little outburst earlier, snakey snake in there really knows how to piss someone off!" Sin laughed loudly leaving the 'office' with his chest pumped up.

All the men had started laughing thunderously hearing Sins comment. Some of the smarter ones, however, knew they were best not rocking that boat right now.

Sin made his way back to the Vermilion Bird Clan, when he arrived back Reiya and Ariya were waiting anxiously at the front gates. Only they knew the truth, they feared Sin would crack like a egg under pressure.

When Sin came into sight, Reiya was the first to run out to Sin. Seeing this unfold Sin put up a barrier of Mana around him. "Easy now girl, there's no need for concern."

Ariya seeing this wasn't pleased, but as she once said before. It is up to the younger generation to sort things out. Nonetheless she also strode forward. "You look rather comfortable for someone who just went through interrogations."

Sin laughed wildly "They call that interrogation? I nearly fell asleep. If it wasn't for snakey snake i'd be dead asleep in there. The chairs were rather comfortable, and they had a nice big desk I could rest my head on. It felt pretty damn luxurious compared to what I have been in many times."

Ariya was finally put to ease, this man in front of her was becoming more mysterious. Nothing seemed to challenge him, he had self respect without arrogance like most do. 

Sin asked a question that had been weighing on his mind. "Matriarch Ariya are there any forbidden zones near the capital city? I need something to push me beyond my limits."

Ariya was thoughtful considering the time remaining until foreign forced invaded. "The king will be opening up the Grand Warrior Trials in 4 days from now. All of the accepted 'King' or 'Queen' of each clan is welcome to partake."

Sin had excitement flash in his eyes, he now had a prime chance to kill the Dragon King within the trials. So far he only clipped the wings, he had yet to rip the heart out of the Dragon.

Seeing the excitement in Sins eyes, Ariya couldn't help but smile saying. "Truly it seems like wherever you go, chaos is going to follow suit."

"Reiya go to the ancestral hall and get my battle armour and weapon. It has been 80 years too long since I enjoyed a good bloodbath!"

Sin smiled giving his hand out in front of himself. "Are you ready to create some big chaos with little ol me?"

Ariya clasped hands with Sin. "Let's make it big enough to rock the foundations of our continent!"

Ariyas heart fluttered with excitement for the first time in 80 years. Who would know what kind of devastation she would finally unleash? It has been far too long, since the once known Killing Blade of the capital city has stayed tame

December 25th 2019, among a cheerful time of the year, family and loved ones gather to celebrate the holidays. 

Squad leader Sin of the Blood Dragon Mercenary Team, receives a call from his brother in arms Zen. The love of Sin's life had been struck by a car in a hit and run. She was rushed to the hospital and died during operation.

Stricken by grief, rage, helplessness and sorrow. Sin gets drunk the night of his lovers death. Upon scrolling through investigation reports on the internet, a pop-up appears on Sin's screen asking.  

 "Would you traverse the path of kings, bloodshed and war to save your loved one's life?"

Clicking on the "Yes" button another display appears in front of Sin's eyes "You will now be transported to the Desolate Kingdom. Good luck, don't die before you saved your loved one's soul."

Thus begins the journey of Sin, a Mercenary Team Leader travels through time and space. Entering into a land influenced by cultivation, and rpg-elements. Where "Might makes right, and the weak shall kneel" To save his lovers life, how many corpses will be left behind?

"In our future, only the two of us among the six masters are alive," said Cassandra, the master of the heart who came from the future. "The rest of the crystals are still finding their new masters, but even so they would be too premature to fight the battles we face."
The current masters of the earth were taken aback. In the history of all elements of the earth, four deaths of masters would probably the most tragic. The realize the severity of the situation in the coming future.
"Someone is disturbing peace, traveling in-between time and space. Only the sword from Venus is equipped to take down this enemy - "
"Who is the enemy? How does this enemy even look like?" Amanda asked, eager to end the meeting. She needed to get back to Trinity Bay as soon as possible.
The expression on Cassandra's face turned miserable. She then revealed, "Unfortunately. We don't know."
"Then how do you know that the Venusian sword is the answer?" Taara asked, this time around.
"It's because it is one of the most powerful swords in the universe." This time, it was Khalid who answered, the master of time and space form the future.
"Everyone. From what I have researched, this sword is indeed very capable. One Venusian king used it to eliminate its enemies attacking their world in the year 1900s," explained Abasi. "Only that there came about an internal dispute within the royal family holding the said weapon, leading to its lost in over several decades."
"Correct," said Khalid. "I expected this much of you, Abasi." Turning to everyone, Khalid said, "There are many stories about how the sword was stolen from its rightful owner."
"It was said that his brother took it and they fought in space. The sword was eventually lost during the struggle."
"I've also heard a story that the brother of the king purposely wanted to bring it to earth, but lost along the way."
"Thus, what we are trying to say is. It is very important that you find it. It's for the sake of our future," said Cassandra.
"We don't have much time," Khalid revealed. "We will be back again to tell you more. For now, we rely on you to find the sword."
Not a moment too soon, Khalid and Cassandra disappeared before their eyes, traveling into a void and returning to their own time.
The current masters were left at awe following the revelation of such a sword's importance.
"You should have called me, Abasi," said Brody, the master of the earth. "I would have been able to feel its presence from the earth... If it were under the earth."
"Well, at that time, Trisha and I did not know what to expect or believe," said Abasi. "It was only after the eruption of the White Island that I ask Zaman, the spirit of my crystal to look back in the past and find out about the sword."
"Also, we still doubted the possibility of traveling through time over decades. As far as we know, it has not yet been done," Trisha added.
"Currently, I am only able to travel back in time within a period of one week -  previous masters were able to achieve only days back of traveling through time," Abasi explained while looking into everyone's eyes.
"However, what's important is to get this sword. Thus, we'll pass on this important task to Brody and Taara for now," said Trisha.
Turning to Amanda, Trisaha added, "I need you and Abasi to send a half-bodied snake back to its world."
Amanda quickly sneered and said, "Ah, no thank you. I hate snakes."
"I'll teach you how to open gates to another world," said Abasi. He purposely cut her off, knowing she was interested in this part of his power.
Amanda's eyes grew wide. While she hated snakes, she figured it was the best way to get to Christopher's world. Thus she said, "Fine. Where is the snake?"
"It's in Vietnam, the largest mountain river cave," said Abasi. "Let's go while other tourists have not yet arrived in the mountains."
"Others?" She asked before disappearing with Abasi.
Only when they had reappeared in the world's largest cave did she get an answer from Abasi. He said, "There were three of them that camped out here last night. They are all dead."
"How can you say that casually?" She asked while looking around at the humongous cave entrance where remnants of the tents were visible and bloodstains scattered around.
"Dying trying to explore this cave is common," he said. "One can easily fall repelling into its debts."
"Let's go. It will take us roughly a day or two to search the entire cave - "
"Wwwwhhhhaaat?" Amanda protested. Now, she was stuck to exploring the mountain river cave.
"This cave is over 500 feet wide and 96.4 feet high, Amanda. Spending more than a day is a possibility," Abasi revealed while beginning to trek.
"Oh, snakey -snakey! Come out, come out wherever you are!" Amanda began to call, knowing she would be trapped there for much longer if the snake is not found.
Amanda flew from one section to another inside the cave while being cautious not to burn anything since the cave practically few forests from within. Abasi, on the other hand, jumped between spaces.
They took in between breaks while they searched with Abasi bringing them food at the same time, Amanda getting information about how to open gates to another world.
It utterly took them a full day to locate the half-man snake. Amanda estimated the snake to be 40-feet long, with a trunk nearly a meter wide. It had black-colored scaley skin with half of its body shaped into a man. It was found hibernating in the coolest and highest part of the cave after having eaten three human lives. It was slightly submerged in water.
"Wow, that is a huge one. I was somewhat hoping I was going to kill a snake," remarked Amanda, seeing its scaled body rolled like a rope.
"Well, in order for us to send it back, we'll need to wake it," said Ababsi.
"What? Wake it? Are you crazy?" Protested Amanda.
Abasi shook his head and said, "The gate to another world doesn't move. We are going to have either push it to the entrance or lure it."
"Now, let's practice what you have learned and see if you can open the gate," said Abasi while looking at her. "Call on the spirit of the green crystal and remember the words you need to ask."
"And as a last reminder, we can only exchange crystals for fifteen minutes max. Beyond that is deadly," said Abasi before he raised his hand in front of Amanda.
Amanda did the same, raising her palm and revealing the power. In order to switch crystals with Abasi, she said, "Zaman, this is the master of the red crystal, calling upon you now. Lend me your powers."
Abasi said the same words, except, he asked for the powers of the Fiena, the spirit of the red crystal.
In seconds the two masters exchanged their powers and the color of their second skin reflected their new strength. It was then when Amanda instructed the spirit of the green crystal to open the gate for the world she sought.
Speaking only in her mind, she said, "Zaman, the spirit of time and space. Open a gate to Pelagy where a battle is taking place."

(COMPLETED) Amanda was getting too hot, literally, and only the master of water could cool her down. Unfortunately, he was missing in action.

He reached for her cheeks and caressed them with both his hands before he leaned over for a kiss.

Amanda's heart fluttered, seeing his lips inches from her. She gulped and said to herself, 'I might as well splurge.'

I suddenly woke up as my eyes opened.

"huh? W-where am I?!!" 
 
No wait a minute d-did my voice just sound like an awoo~?.... 

I slowly looked down at my hands 
And that was when I realised I had cute white furry little paws that made me think of kittens.... I can't be a cat right Do they want me kill a god as a cat.

Okay you know what maybe I'm just assuming stuff and so I looked around my surrounding and I saw that I was in a freaking crystal cave all alone I saw a water puddle A few meters away from me so I got up to walk there 

I clumsily stood up as it was my first time in this body and I had to get used to this and so I tried walking towards the water so I could see my reflection it was a slow progress of walking but I did it after the first step I kept doing better and when I reached the water puddle I looked at my reflection to see a gorgeous white baby fox with dazzling gold eyes 

Holy f*ck im Cuter than a Kitten!! 

But will being cute help me kill a god? Mayb-
