Setelah mengikuti Undangan dari Departemen PAKZ, Viona bergegas pulang kerumah menggunakan sebuah mobil milik keluarganya yang masih bisa digunakan. Di perjalanan pulang dia dikejutkan oleh satu Zombie dengan pakaian Aneh dan itu berbeda dan dibelakangnya Zombie itu diikuti oleh segerombol Zombie lainnya yang memiliki wajah seram. Viona bingung harus berbuat apa?

Sampai dirasa, Zombie itu menunjukan badannya sisi pintu mobil. Karena takut, Viona segera menancap gas mobil untuk menghindar dan meninggalkan Zombie tadi.

Satu Minggu telah berlalu. Viona menjadi bagian anggota PAKZ sebuah uji coba. Atau bisa dikatakan PAKZ memilih anggota yang cocok dengan tes DNA untuk dipasangkan dengan Zombie yang bisa diselamatkan dengan cara 'Ikatan Takdir/ Perkawinan'.

Pada malam hari Viona dikejutkan Zombie itu lagi, yang pernah menghentikan dia dijalan. Zombie itu entah mengapa memiliki tatapan aneh dan tanpa diketahui oleh Viona. Zombie itulah yang akan menjadi Takdir baginya.

Bullets were fired out one after another, each and every gun aimed towards the heads of the zombie horde. They were excitedly killing the zombies, but then they saw the two Mutant Zombie Bosses.


Shocked seeing such a monster, one of the soldiers then shouted, "What is that!?", this caused the blonde woman's expression to turn solemn. She then aimed her omen recon sniper rifle and aimed towards the giant zombie. With a red flaring light coming out of the barrel, she pulled the trigger. The bullet flew faster than an ordinary bullet and arrived in just a couple of milliseconds!


The bullet reached the Mutant Zombie Boss and made a slight burn on it causing it to roar. It then looked angrily towards the blonde-haired woman.


The mutant zombie that she hit was the one that Mark shot two times with the Enlaim. After getting shot by the blonde-haired woman with the flying bullet, it then shined lightly. Unexpectedly so, it even smiled. This shocked the woman, 'a zombie can smile?', she thought in her head.


Lance, on the other hand, seeing the Mutant Boss Zombie shine, looked at the exhausted Mark with anxious eyes, " Mark, it's changed, it's no longer a Mutant Zombie Boss but a Mutant Zombie Knight!"


Mark then, looked at Lance confused with weary eyes, "Mutant Zombie Knight?", Lance then nodded as he said, " Yeah, it's evolution, it evolved from a Mutant Zombie Boss to Mutant Zombie Knight."


"No one knows this, but zombies can evolve. A normal zombie can evolve to either a mutant zombie or a zombie citizen. Mutant zombies and zombie citizens have different evolution, with the former stronger."


Mark then, as if understanding nodded. He then looked towards the previous Mutant Zombie Boss. As he stared at it, a sudden light appeared upon his eyes, and with a solemn expression, he looked at Lance and said, "Lance, I need you to use this spell on me."

Now the blonde woman's face was very dark, her cold eyes stared towards the giant zombie that now grew even bigger than before. Previously, it couldn't even dodge the bullet that the blonde woman shot, now it didn't even dodge it, it caught it.


The Mutant Zombie Knight then grinned evil as it shot out the bullets that were shot to him towards the men and women at the frontlines and killed them. This angered the blonde woman to a whole new level, but she could do nothing about it.


As the blonde woman was about to shoot, she heard a gunshot, she then stared at the place on where it came from and saw Mark. Her eyes then widened as if seeing someone familiar, she then shouted, "I know you!"


Mark paid no heed as he looked towards the Mutant Zombie Knight with killing intent, the giant zombie then turned towards Mark as it aimed the one bullet it had left towards Mark. It then grinned widely and shot the bullet using its hand.


Mark just stared at it whilst saying, "Giurantes", and shot the bullet. Unexpectedly, it clashed with the bullet that the giant zombie shot and caused an uproar. The blonde woman looked at him with shock in her face, 'That accuracy! it's certainly him!'.


Mark then aimed towards the eye of the Mutant Zombie Knight whilst saying, "Piercus! Enlaim Srarel!", with a slight pull, the bullet flew towards the giant zombie. It then felt danger from the bullet and tried to block it with its one remaining hand. However, the results were bad for it. The hand that the giant zombie used to block the bullet exploded, leaving it with no hands left.


It then screeched in pain as it looked at Mark with hatred in its eyes. Mark then commanded the blonde woman, " Tell your soldiers to continue shooting the zombies, and you shoot the other giant zombie over there."


Hearing that command, the blonde woman nodded. She felt that the grey-haired man knew what he was doing and proceeded to command the soldiers on her side.


They then started to massacre the zombies and the forces of the zombies became thinner and thinner. The blonde woman then aimed towards the Mutant Zombie Boss, or the "Giant Zombie", is what they love to call it, with the flaming bullets.


It didn't suffer a lot since she hit it in the eyes and in just a span of a few minutes, it fell down to the ground, dead, smashing some of the zombies behind it.


Mark then got serious as he aimed towards the eyes of the Mutant Zombie Knight as he ran around. Mark then pulled the trigger whilst shouting, " Ingail! Piercus Enlaim Srarel!", and light spew out of the barrel of the gun Mark was holding.


The light then turned into pure white light as he pulled the trigger and was sent towards the Mutant Zombie Knight. The Mutant Zombie Knight then flared as dark miasma came from it, it then murmured in its breath slowly, "Sratran Diabricus"


The bullet that was completely shining and the black miasma collided and was stuck in midair. Mark then gritted his teeth as he shot once again, "Ingail! Piercus Enlaim Srarel!", blood then flowed from his mouth as the bullet was sent out.


The Mutant Zombie Knight's eyes then showed panic the black miasma slowly dispersed. Seeing that it still had time to dodge, it tried to, but then, it didn't realize that the miasma has already disintegrated and its head was pierced by the two bullets. It then fell down to the ground.


Mark then vomited blood as he collapsed unto the ground and the blonde woman carried him towards the gate, the soldiers also followed as they went inside this fortress type of city.

Earlier. Lance then looked at Mark with a solemn expression. He then said, " I can use this spell to you Mark, but after I use this spell, you can only use three spells, if you exceed that, you'll be more than exhausted, you'll be heavily injured."



Mark just nodded as he said, "I know, do it, if we're a bit late, they'll die. If I'm not extremely weak this time, I wouldn't have to resort to this."


Lance then just nodded as he placed his palm on Mark's forehead and chanted, "Dialente, Reisteria, Iampliar!", His hand then glowed as Mark's body also glowed in a similar fashion emitting a yellow light.


As if he was no longer exhausted, Mark stood up with shining eyes. He then walked towards the gate and asked the soldiers to open it for him and walked out as he pulled the trigger on his gun.

Mark slowly opened his eyes as pain spread throughout his whole body. He then saw a black-haired woman with quite a peculiar eye color, a mixture of red and orange and she had a mole under her eye that made her look even more stunning. She then looked at Mark who was waking up and grinned like a badass woman.


Mark then at down as he rubbed his eyes whilst looking at the black-haired woman. He saw that she had two buttons on her military uniform open which exposed some of her bountiful tits. And what's more, she didn't wear anything underneath 


She saw Mark staring at her intently and laughed, she then said, "Hello, Lieutenant Colonel, Mark Creed, I'm Charlotte Jäger, nice to meet you."


Mark then knew who she was, "You're the top Combat Medic huh?", As soon as the black-haired woman, no, Charlotte, heard that, she laughed loudly saying, " Yeah."


Before they could continue their conversation, someone barged in. It was a brown-haired woman with red eyes that could cause someone who stared at it to feel the abyss. Mark then said surprised, "Lieutenant Colonel Irina Yahontov", but before he could continue he was shocked by what she did.

As the morning rises, the world is starting to crumble as some man-eating man rose from the shadows.

Humanity started to come to extinction and death is everywhere. The apocalypse has come, death is inevitable. All you could do now is to fight for your life, you must plunder and kill to survive.

BANG! BANG!

Several gunshots were released in succession. Mark prioritized shooting those who moved very close to each other before dealing with the single ones. Sometimes he would need to dodge as the zombies pounced on him while he was reloading, after all, the shotgun's chamber can only hold five shells at maximum at the same time. There are also times that he needed to dodge as he attempted to shoot making his accuracy suffer in the process.

Dodging the zombies attack is hard but not impossible. From what he observed, their attack patterns are linear, like pouncing or grabbing. One only needed to calm down and catch the movements of their feet and hands and one would be able to dodge their attacks. Unless he is totally outnumbered, forced into a corner or become careless, he can deal with this much.

If a zombie pounced from his right or left, he would jump backwards. If the zombie lunged in front, he would do a large sidestep to the left or right. That is how he dealt with the attacks. 

BANG!

'Hmm?'

Mark was forced to jump back two zombies attacked from his right and in front almost at the same time. He shot the one in front as it was the second one to attack but the shot did not manage to hit its head and instead, the zombie's right shoulder was blown off. Its right arm flew to the back creating a bloody mess on the floor.

Then he saw it.

'So it's really like this huh?'

This isn't the first time he noticed it, he saw the similar situation when he shot the three zombies in order to save the college girls earlier.

The zombie that had its shoulder blown off staggered backwards howling before falling down on its back and started trashing on the floor splattering his blood everywhere.
This zombie can still feel pain!

In curiosity, he did not hesitate and shot the zombie that just lunged at him at its chest creating a bloody mess of broken ribs, pieces of it lungs, arteries and heart splattered on the floor. The zombie then fell with its body twitching for a bit before slumping down with devoid of any movements.

'It died?'

Mark looked at it incredulously before jumping back once more evading another attack.
BANG!

He blew up the zombie's head away. Then he saw the zombie that is trashing on floor due to its missing shoulder stop moving.

'The other one died of blood loss?'

Anyone would think of that if they saw the amount of blood on the floor soaking the zombie without its arm. 

Seeing that the two died due to their sever injuries, Mark stopped on solely targeting the zombies' heads which was a harder target to aim at and included the zombies' chests or abdomens. Of course, when there is a good chance of blowing the zombies' heads off, then he would do so.
BANG!

"Three left!"

He muttered as he shot another zombie on its stomach and left it trashing on the floor like an earthworm poured with a pinch of salt.

BANG! BANG!

Two more zombies with burst chests fell to the floor and started thrashing around creating more collages of thorn flesh and blood. It was a very disgusting scene.

CLANK!

Mark tried shooting the last approaching zombie but he was met a metallic sound as the last shell was already shot from his shotgun. The zombie lunged at him and he can only dodge as he tried to reach for a shell in his belt bag.

His evasion was successful and the zombie fell with force on the floor hitting a green colored plastic trashcan spilling all the garbage on the floor. When Mark saw this, an idea hit him and he quickly picked up the trashcan. 

As the zombie tried to stand up, it felt some force squeezing its face and its view suddenly turned black. It felt its prey is still around but it can't see anything and thus, it started to dash forward while swinging its arms madly.

While the zombie ran away, Mark looked at the zombie incredulously. A zombie with a trashcan covering this head while running fast and crazily swinging its arms trying to catch air really looked ridiculous. Still, he was quite surprised at first. When he put the trashcan on its head Mark was standing in front of it but instead of turning passive like he thought it would be, it actually dashed towards him making him dodge in panic. After he dodged though, the zombie did not stop and continued running away back to the direction where it came from.

The last zombie ran away and Mark did not have any notion of chasing it as it is going the opposite direction they are going to. He turned around and saw the others are already several stores away from him. He looked at the bodies zombies with smashed faces and heads on the floor left behind by them and he can help but commend the ability of that girl.

CRASH!

With that loud sound of glass crashing down, anyone would turn to look by reflex and so does Mark. When he saw what caused the sound, he had a complicated expression on his face. Several stores away, a shop selling perfumes had its glass walls broken and buried under the pieces of broken glass, a zombie with a trashcan on its head was trashing on the floor trying to get up. Funny enough, the trashcan was still on its head and did not fall of after crashing on the glass wall. Well, it would be really hard to remove the trashcan that it was forced to wear as it can barely fit its head.

Then, Mark was stupefied, not because of the trashcan zombie but because the bodies of some of the zombies he just killed started twitching and slowly stood up. And he realized that those who stood up once more are those whose heads, no, rather, the brains are still intact.

"I messed up."

When he saw that zombie who died because of the fatal injury it had on its chest, he thought that these zombies might be similar to the green flu infected in some video game series. Fast, strong and can be killed by normal means of killing. To think he that was mistaken. It was a good lesson for him. Don't treat real life as some kind of game though he still thinks that the crappiest game of all is reality.

Then he noticed something else with gave him a clearer idea of what is happening making his eyes light up. He immediately shot back to rejoin the group and left the zombies that just stood up.

It was just a normal morning but it was unknown to many that the apocalypse already started.

The origin was not determined but the infected started to appear after a cosmic event happened just outside of the Earth’s atmosphere.

The people and animals turned into man-eating mutants and zombies while some of the lucky ones gained superhuman abilities. Every living creature that had not "turned" started to evolve as the whole world was affected by the Mutagen.

However, it seemed that Earth also had its hidden side that humans would discover in a very uncanny way.

And was Mutagen the last of it?

Unfortunately, not.

Follow Mark, an Otaku, a Gamer, and a Shut-in that got trapped in the middle of the apocalypse due to an uncanny reason. Using his unconventional thinking, knowledge, and abilities, how far can he go in surviving the apocalypse filled with zombies, mutated beings, and dangerous people as a survivor in a world that was changing for the worse.

Mark looked at the roadblock in front of him with his arms on the steering wheel while having a tired expression on his face. He was in the same position thinking of ways to cross this blockade for the last 10 minutes. He couldn't just ram his jeep into the cars, which would create too much noise for him. 

He still had a long way to go, and if he took a detour, his journey would only become longer. He found no other ways as this was on a bridge with a deep river below him.

"Now I have to take a whole 1-hour detour for this. By the time I reach home, I would not be able to do anything." mumbling to himself, Mark let out a tired sigh. 

After a few more minutes of consideration, Mark slowly reversed the jeep and went in a new direction. He had to go 10 kilometers far to take another road to his home, due to the long river he had to cross. He cursed the once ruling city committee for such awful design and continued to drive.. 

He looked at the river as he drove and found it cleaner than before. Probably due to no industrial activity happening upstream. But even this clean water would eventually become dirty because of the present situation. Continuing on the road, Mark felt a strange feeling coming from the small patch of trees on the other side of the road.

He eventually ignored it and continued. After another hour of slow driving, he reached the next bridge and noticed it had only a few zombies in it. He got down with the gun in his hand as he wanted to get the feel of wielding a gun once more. Previously, just like his swordsmanship, his gun yielding was also very good. He could hit 7 out of 10 bullseyes. But never tried on moving targets.

Slowly taking a deep breath, he looked at the zombie near to him, after taking a good aim he shot. He aimed the bullet for the head, but it hit the shoulder and the zombie turned towards him and screeched, gaining the attention of the other 5 zombies near it. 

Getting ready once again, he shot one more at the zombie, this time right at the end. He turned towards the next zombie and shot, missing it once again. He quickly shot once again and hit the head, his time making it fall down. 

The other 4 zombies got nearer as he went back to gain some more distance and shot the zombie nearest. This time he could one-shot it and looked at the other three zombies quickly shooting them too. He wasted one more bullet in the process, but he felt satisfied enough. 

After observing, all of them are dead. He got back into the jeep before slowly crossing the bridge. He tried to shoot zombies while he drove but missed a lot and hence stopped for a time when he had more bullets to spare. After crossing the bridge, he continued towards his house and this time there were no more blockades. 

He could finally enter his street and slowly drove to the rundown building he lived in. He parked the car in an alleyway opposite to the building and slowly got off. He was worried about the guns and other stuff with in the car so he carefully hid the car. Taking 3 magazines with him making 60 rounds, he kept them inside his pockets and went across the street checking out for any zombies.

Reaching the entrance, he opened the door slowly and noticed only one zombie. It was the lazy cleaner who used to work in the building. Noticing her turned into a zombie, Mark did not feel any different. She slowly aimed and took the shot right at her head. Her body fell down as the bullet went across her brain and embedded into a wall.

He closed the door and went towards the stairs. There wasn't any electricity in the building and could only take the stairs. His house was on the 3rd floor, so he quickly made his way. He did not encounter any zombie on his way and finally could reach the 3rd floor. 

He turned towards the corridor and noticed a zombie. It was his loud and irritating neighbor. He felt good seeing a bastard like him turned into a zombie. He used to supply drugs to the local students and get them to work for him too. Always felt disgusted towards him and killed him in one shot. Kicking his body once, he continued towards his apartment. 

Taking out the key, he slowly opened the door and closed it behind. He looked at his ever messy room and first wanted some air. He opened his curtains and the windows to get some nice air. The time was still 5 and only an hour until the sun went down. 

"THE END IS HERE"

The only sentence which made sense in the situation Mark was in. Trying to take the easy way out from all the horrors of his life Mark Blaze encountered the eruption of Zombies. The fight for survival has started. Would Mark be able to survive while facing his dark past he wanted to get away from or would he lose everything once again?

"I don't even know where to begin."

With how huge the Dragon Zombie was, it didn't feel real. As a test, I aimed my crossbow at its eye… No, they had already rotted away into oblivion! That meant the effect of my Evil Eyes would be halved. Furthermore, since it was undead, the charm wouldn't work on it either. There was no chance to use all the weapons I honed through grinding the 65th floor.

[Guooooooooo!]

"Kuk, it's coming!"

For a zombie so big, the Dragon Zombie charged towards me with an incredible speed. I hurriedly soared into the air and dodged its charge. However, when it smashed into the wall, a countless number of bone spears shot out of the walls toward me.

"What!?"

Shocked, I twisted my body in the air. However, with how many there were, it was impossible to dodge them all.

"Ruyue!"

[Un!]

Thousands of ice crystals formed around my armor, blocking the bone spears. Even so, a few managed to break through the ice, damaging me. I could feel a considerable amount of mana flowing into me. it meant that although this Dragon Zombie was undead, it possessed an enormous amount of mana.

"Eat this!"

I consecutively fired dozens of bolts brimming with lightning. Thanks to its huge body, the bolts hit their mark without any resistance and crackled with lightning. Even so, they didn't seem to affect the Dragon Zombie too much.

"Kuk, there goes my bolt spamming plan."

Without hesitation, I swapped my weapon. At that moment, the Dragon Zombie roared. 'Your roars won't work!' was what I wanted to shout, but contrary to my expectations, terrifying bone spears pierced through its rotted skin and shot out of its body similar to when it hit the wall before.

[Guooooooooooo!]

"This bastard…!'

It was like a machine gun endlessly firing bullets. With how many bone spears it was shooting out, it was difficult to even get near it. However, the crossbow bolts had little to no effect, and it was impossible to tell how long it would take to kill it with just the power of my elementals. Just like always, I had to take part in this fight by close combat.

I grabbed one of the thick bone spears that shot towards me. With Chaotic Spear in one hand and the bone spear in the other, I charged forward. Of course, I didn't forget to activate Divine Speed.

[Guooooooo!]

"Uraaaaaaaaaaah!"

All the bone spears seemed to be traveling slowly. Using the spears in my hands, I hit them away like a headless chicken. What was a mere 3 second period felt like 30 seconds as I closed the distance between me and the Dragon Zombie?

"Eat this. Heroic Strike!"

By sending the aura-filled bone spear in my hand flying, I obliterated the clump of bone spears in my path. Then, holding onto the Chaotic Spear with both hands, I shot towards the Dragon Zombie's neck. Even though it didn't have any eyes, it managed to detect me, as it opened its mouth to swallow me whole. Hmph! I stabbed my spear into its nose bridge and let the gathered energy detonate.

[Critical Hit!]

"Come on, even a critical hit can't cut off a bit of its flesh!?"

[Kuaaaaang!]

"Ruyue!"

As I was expecting, it shot out a large bone spear from the attacked area. Honestly, it looked like a dragon, but it really was a damn cactus! I quickly pulled my spear out and drew forth Ruyue's power. When the bone spear was close to piercing my chest, the freezing energy made it flinch, and I safely escaped using this opportunity. A moment later, the giant bone spear passed by my head and shredded through the air.

[Guoooooooooooooo!]

Immediately afterward, the Dragon Zombie charged! Though I knew what would happen when it hit a wall, I had no choice but to get out of its way. After all, I couldn't take a charge from its 200-meter long body!

"Ruyue, barrier! Sharana, strengthen it!'

[Got it!]

[Yes, Master!]

I distanced myself from the walls as much as possible and ordered my elementals to create a barrier around me. Then, I was troubled over what to do. Should I continue?

"No, I'll die if I do."

The Heroic Strike just now had a good amount of my mana and was even a critical hit. Ordinary Floor Masters would have lost half of their health with that attack. However, that bastard didn't even flinch! Damn! Plus, I would be in trouble the moment I was hit by even a single bone spear. Could this battle get any more unfair?

"Everyone would have taken out their god's true names here and still died."

However, I wouldn't die. I had two god's true names! Plus, I had…

"Alright, I'll show you my full strength, you goddamned lizard!"

I frantically dodged the bone spears that broke through the ice barrier as I shot my body upward. Soon, this huge space's ceiling was in my view. Though I didn't know what material it was made of, there wasn't even a scratch even with all the bone spears that struck it.

"Found it."

The special large-sized bone spear it shot out when I attacked it before! I flew up and grabbed it. Then, I moved Peika, who was inside the Chaotic Spear, to the bone spear. The Dragon Zombie was watching me with its hollow eyes. It then flapped its rotting wings. It was trying to fly!

"Huu… Gigant Time!"

The already big bone spear became a hundred meters long. The weight in my hand caused me to groan, but it was still acceptable.

"Ruyue, materialize into human form! Hold that guy!'

[Un!]

After leaving my armor and materializing into the form of a beast girl, Ruyue drew a silver trajectory as she shot toward the Dragon Zombie. I barely steadied myself in the air and examined the Dragon Zombie. The bone spear was still skewering it and erupting out with Zeus' divine power. With how the spear was sticking out from its mouth, it really did look like a kabob skewer.

However, even with a giant spear penetrating it, the Giant Zombie Dragon only let out pained screams as it flapped its wings to fly up. To think it was still alive… it really did have a zombie-like life force. Wait, it really was a zombie! Damn!

"Haa, haa… Kuk, this feeling."

[Devourer activates! Choose a target!]

With my HP hitting 10%, Devourer activated. I was thankful Sacrifice left 10% of my HP. Otherwise, Diehard would have undoubtedly aviated.

That said, I didn't think this Dragon Zombie could withstand the attack that crushed the Power Basilisk. Not to mention, it was even stronger than before. Though there were other explorers attacking the Power Basilisk, even taking that into account, this bastard was stronger than the Power Basilisk! How is that fair!?

My HP was at 10%. Although I gulped down a Health Potion, my HP only went up slowly. It seemed the recovery was being hindered by Devourer's effect. It was as if it was telling me not to play any tricks. I clicked my tongue and held up the Chaotic Spear. Then, gathering up the overflowing mana within me, I formed a whirlpool of chaos flames.

"Desire Thorn, Sacrifice."

I activated the other two skills my armor, Pure Black Desire, had. The former increased the power of charge type attacks by 50% and helped me regain HP, while the latter doubled a skill's power in exchange for making me take 25% of the damage. Since Devourer was also active, Pure Black Desire's abilities were in full effect.

[Guoooooo!]

[Hmph!]

The demonic energy balls flew toward me. Peika harrumphed and burned them up with her lightning. I also charged as I shouted.

"Kuaaaaaaa!"

[You activated Frozen Roar! All enemies on the battlefield freeze in place. All allies temporarily become super-armored and all abilities are increased by 50%. Your chance of landing critical hit doubles when fighting enemies affected by Frozen Roar.]

"If you're alive after this, then I'll call you Hyung-nim!"

The Twin-headed Ogre's Tattoos on my arms let out a bright red glow as if they were on fire. Once per day, increasing close-ranged attack skill's damage by 50%! It went without saying that charge type skills were close-ranged skills.

"Eat this! Wind King's Rage!"

I shot down towards the Dragon Zombie. As there were no trash monsters between us, I charged in full throttle. Focusing the enormous wind and lightning energy at the tip of my spear, I thrust forward.

"Haaaaa… Kuk!"

Immediately before my spear stabbed it, a bone spear struck my chest. Although it didn't penetrate my armor, the enormous shock devoured what little HP I had left. I couldn't believe it still had bones to shoot out!

"I'm not dead yet, fucker!"

Although I thought I would die for a second, Diehard activated soundly and raised my HP back up. With how low my HP was, there was no way I would've charged head-on without insurance.

Although Devourer tried to hinder Diehard recovery, my HP was thankfully going up. Although my charge's momentum was cut short, I continued forward and stabbed my spear in the Dragon Zombie's head. At the same time, Desire Thorn and Devourer's effect activated. Black energy left the screaming Dragon Zombie's body to become absorbed by me, but dissipated due to Sacrifice's penalty.

As I gasped for breath, I examined the Dragon Zombie, hoping it would scatter into particles of light.

It roared. Lumps of flesh sprung up from its body like boiling water. It was trying to spit something out. In a panic, I shouted.

"Just die already! Crimson Roar!"

In the next moment, everything within my sight turned red. The Dragon Zombie's roar and my shout both became flames. In this space, only flames existed.

With that, it was over.

Then, holding onto the Chaotic Spear with both hands, I shot towards the Dragon Zombie's neck. Even though it didn't have any eyes, it managed to detect me, as it opened its mouth to swallow me whole. Hmph! I stabbed my spear into its nose bridge and let the gathered energy detonate.

"Come on, even a critical hit can't cut off a bit of its flesh!?"

As I was expecting, it shot out a large bone spear from the attacked area. Honestly, it looked like a dragon, but it really was a damn cactus! I quickly pulled my spear out and drew forth Ruyue's power. When the bone spear was close to piercing my chest, the freezing energy made it flinch, and I safely escaped using this opportunity. A moment later, the giant bone spear passed by my head and shredded through the air.

Immediately afterwards, the Dragon Zombie charged! Though I knew what would happen when it hit a wall, I had no choice but to get out of its way. After all, I couldn't take a charge from its 200 meter long body!

"F*** this did I bring the whole game together with me here in this world with the monsters?  Am I the reason for the darkness and the monsters?  Or did they bring me here to help them kill all those monsters?....  I'm just a gamer I'm not a real life warrior" Sky said while shaking his head and feeling emotional.  He tried to calm himself and take a look at the system.  He thought of opening the system then suddenly a transparent screen was shown only to him.

Luckily for him he's working in a weapon shop. He prayed for the soul of his boss looking at the headless body.  She was a good boss, she took my past self even though he's weak. He covered the body and head with a cloth.  He don't have the time to bury her properly,  the situation is already desperate. He went to the weapons and chose to get a short bow and arrows,  a small buckler for protection and a good sword. He also took a small bag of water and bread and some gold coins hoping it still have some value.  He decided to venture outside and try to kill monsters if he can to increase his strength. Sky went outside and saw the darkness and the red moon. Even though it wad dark and there was no sun,  the moon still gave enough light outside. The shop was located in the village not far from the kingdom. He could see that chaos plagued the area. Sky was looking if someone was still alive besides him in the village. Walking pass the houses he heard a sound going near him.  The zombie that killed his boss was walking towards him looking hungry and ready to take a bite out of him.  Sky prepared his sword taking a made up stance that he saw from the movies.  The zombie tried to get a hold him, Sky dodges quickly and he swings his sword with all his strength towards the zombies feet. He managed to cut the left leg that made the zombie out of balanced. When the zombie fell to the ground, Sky quickly went for the kill and sliced the zombies head. 
"Zombie (C)  killed earned +20 experience" 
It seems that the zombie he killed was a higher class than his boss.
After killing the zombie Sky continued to walk through the village. In one of the houses he saw a whole family full of zombies together with the zombie like the other one that he killed.  The difference in the zombies  was their color, the weaker zombie(D) is like the color of a human but looked like a zombie while stronger zombie(C) have the color of green. 
Sky feels pity for the whole family that's been turned into zombies. Thinking that killing them would be the only solution to end their misery and let them pass on peacefully to the other life, if there is another life in this world. 
Sky took out his bow and arrow planning to shoot them in the head,  hoping to hit the target and do some damage to it.  Carefully he placed the arrow into the bow and took aim while hiding near the house. He shot the arrow and luckily hit the head of the mother zombie killing it. 
He was very lucky for his first shot,  he shot his arrows to the zombies,  some of his arrows missed the mark. But the zombies due to their low IQ have no idea how to respond to the arrows. The whole family of 5 zombies was killed by Sky leaving only the green zombie. 
Sky shot 3 arrows to the green zombie but it seems that its too weak to directly kill the zombie so he rushed to the zombie while its turning its back on him and sliced the head of the green zombie away. "Good thing that the zombies are dumb and slow like in the game or else I'm screwed. " Sky knows that with his strength and speed being weak it will be hard for him if the zombie was agile.
