The Holy Emperor and Luo Shiyu had almost reached their limits. Finally, they managed to finish eating their ice pops as soon as they could. 
They felt as if they had died more than ten times. The worst part was that every time, they had to keep a calm face to conceal their true feelings.

After a moment, he bit his tongue and asked with a low voice, "May I know what event you're referring to?"
Li Nianfan said, "Something like the Lunar New Year festival the other day. I want to bring Daji out to have some fun."
He was bored staying at home all the time. Since he was here, he thought he should explore the Immortal Realm, especially now that he had Daji. They should both go and see the outside world.
"This…"
The Holy Emperor's forehead was already covered in sweat. He was too dumb! He still had no idea what the expert was implying. What did he mean by an event like the Lunar New Year festival?

Luo Shiyu and the Holy Emperor stared at the small box with red eyes.
Linxian Palace! Qin Manyun! Oh, how skilled were they to be favored by the expert! 
The Linxian Palace cultivated the Insights of Music, so a music sheet from the expert was probably more precious to them than the highest grade of any of their own cultivational items!

The Holy Emperor sighed. "I thought so, too. Sigh, if only we can understand the expert's words quicker, we would have become his favorite."
Luo Shiyu said, "Father, what we have to do now is to complete the task the expert gave us."
"You're right. To make sure nothing goes wrong, I'll go with you to the Linxian Palace." The Holy Emperor nodded. Instantly, the both of them turned into light and flew straight to the Linxian Palace.
Although they knew that the music sheet was a great treasure, they did not have any thought of owning it, not even the slightest curiosity to open it.

Luo Shiyu and the Holy Emperor landed outside the Linxian Palace. After passing on the message, someone came out instantly to invite them into the main hall where Qin Manyun welcomed them.
Qin Manyun smiled. "Greetings to the Holy Emperor, Shiyu. Long time no see."
Luo Shiyu said, "Sister Manyun, we came on behalf of Mr. Li to hand you something."
'Mr. Li?'
Qin Manyun's eyes lit up. She asked hastily, "What did Mr. Li ask you to hand me? Did he say anything?"
"Mr. Li said it's a music sheet," Luo Shiyu said.
"Could it be the music sheet to 'Ambush'?" Qin Manyun's breathing quickened. Her beautiful eyes looked right into Luo Shiyu's. "Show it to me right away!"
Recently, she had been residing in the Linxian Palace. The tune of 'Ambush' would be ringing in her head, on a loop. However, she did not dare to ask the expert for the music sheet. 
Before the Sect Master went into retreat, he warned her not to misbehave. So, she could not visit the expert out of the blue to get the music sheet. Thus, she had been waiting silently, waiting for the right timing to visit Li Nianfan.
Who would have thought that the expert would ask them to bring it to her! How shocking!
As Luo Shiyu took out the small box, she asked curiously, "Sister Manyun, how did you do it? What made Mr. Li send this to you?"
"Of course, it wasn't me. It was my teacher!"
Qin Manyun smiled and continued, "Since Mr. Li's an expert, his every word contains deeper implications. My teacher would analyze every word of his until he fully understood its deeper implications, to ensure he fully understood everything the expert asked him to do so that he wouldn't miss a thing. Perhaps that's why Mr. Li is pleased."
"I knew it!" The Holy Emperor sighed. A brain was a useful thing. Knowledge could indeed change one's fate!
Luo Shiyu nodded and handed the small box to Qin Manyun.
Qin Manyun's face lit up with a faint blush. She opened the box in anticipation.

Inside the box laid a cotton sheet. She unfolded it. Printed on it was the music score of 'Ambush'!
Pheww…
Qin Manyun took in a sharp breath as her beautiful eyes skimmed through the music sheet. Her breathing quickened as a big grin appeared on her lips.

The Valkyries congregated at Tess's New York apartment. Tess was stroking the piano keys, going through some passages of an upcoming piece she and the girls were going to play next month. Perfectionism was one of Tess's less appealing qualities since in her view of the world, doing things well enough was not even remotely acceptable. Tess had over time relentlessly obsessed over the details of each note in a music score and how it was supposed to be played, and had guided the group to enhance their skills so they could play their instruments on a par with professional musicians. This was accomplished by hiring music teachers, working hard, engaging in endless practice, their progress propelled by her sheer determination.
Carmen was the group's soprano and was studying the score of Vocalise, a short and sublime composition of Rachmaninoff. Claudine had just flown in from Paris and was tuning up her violin along with Yasmin, who was using a viola. Alice had arrived from Nigeria with her cello. Galina Kutuzova, who played the second violin, was late. She finally rang the doorbell, and Tess's daughter Aara let her in.
Galina was a jack of all trades. A skilled pilot hailing from Russia, she got involved in the team's military activities, but her primary job was database administrator in the company's IT department. She approached her assembled colleagues with a stack of thin tablet computers in her arms, detecting that the girls looked slightly annoyed by her tardiness. Over the years, they had all bought into Tess's fetish for punctuality.
Galina put down the machines and went back to the front door to pick up her violin case. She placed it down on her chair and stood in front of her colleagues. Wearing her trademark jumper outfit, she was tall, blonde and confident, looking like the epitome of the Russian athlete.
"I'm sorry to be late guys, but I had to get these little boxes set up for us."
Claudine was impatient. "In case you didn't know, Galina," we are here to rehearse, not play with computers."
Galina did not react to Claudine's catty comment.
"Let me ask you a question. What do you hate about our gigs?"
Yasmin set her viola down. "I thought we all enjoyed playing music together."
"Yes, we do," Galina said, "But you always complain about the sheet music taking up a lot of luggage when we play in several different cities."
"Amen to that," Tess said.
"Well, I came across a solution," Galina said. "Please get rid of your sheet music and put these little babies on your easels."
As soon as the group complied, Galina asked them to push a button on the small computers to turn them on.
Tess, Carmen, and Aara came closer to see what the fuss was all about. A music score appeared on each laptop, displaying the various parts of Ernest Chausson's Piano Quintet, the composition the group was going to play in a few weeks.
"That's cool, Carmen said. Each one of you has your individual parts. It looks like the real thing. It's even the same size of the sheet music."
Claudine now was interested. "How do you turn the page?"
Galina took some gizmos out of a box.
"No problem ladies. Here are wireless pedals. Just tap and voilà, the page turns."
Aara, the tech-savvy teenager, understood the implications of what she was seeing.
"This is neat. You don't need to lug the scores with you anymore. They are all preloaded on the computer."
"Precisely," Galina said. "Now you access all the sheet music you will ever need in one thin tablet. You are liberated."
Yasmin found a problem. "But I like to annotate my sheet music."
Galina passed around small pencil-like sticks. "These electronic pens allow you to get rid of your pencils. You can even save several marked versions of the music in various colors."
"Galina, this is great," Tess said. "We will use our paper sheet music tonight, but I can see putting the new computers to good use next time."
Galina, proud of herself, sweetened the pot.
"By the way, now you can download whatever sheet music you need, including a subscription to several scholarly collections providing the original annotated scores from composers and performance editions from other artists. This can help answer most questions of interpretation."
The women applauded Galina, who accepted the accolade with a short curtsy.
In the evening, the Valkyries had an opportunity to play a concert with a student orchestra that in spite of its name was excellent. Tess had worked hard coaching the girls to perform an unusual work by an American composer, Benjamin Lees, his Concerto for String Quartet and Orchestra. There was no part for Tess's piano, but on the program, she was listed as the group's leader. She had spent a lot of time helping the girls to learn the complex piece, and now she was looking forward to sitting in the audience and enjoying the concert.
The four women walked on stage, all wearing stunning evening gowns lent to them by several couturiers. The Valkyries were known not only for their music making but their clothes as well. Purists scorned the practice, but the audiences loved to anticipate the fashion statements of the beautiful musicians.
The orchestra started playing. After a perpetual-motion movement, the solo quartet entered as a body, with a short, questioning theme. Alice's cello had a brief solo, marked quiet yet restless. Orchestral tutti passages re-introduced the opening chord pattern, this time with the addition of pounding tympani.
Tess was listening carefully, satisfied that her girls had got into the spirit of the music. The finale of the piece was launched by brass fanfares followed by rapid figures from the solo quartet, and the music went back to the perpetual motion feel of the opening. The music swept the listeners along on a wave of virtuosic sound culminating in a fortissimo final chord.
Sitting in a private box, a handsome and elegant fortyish man with a neatly trimmed beard watched with great interest. This was the third time he had attended concerts by the Valkyries.
The audience demanded an encore, so the girls played Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings. Their excellent, sensitive playing of the somber, sublime music was evidence of the progress the women had made. It was also a validation of Tess's efforts to transform the players into a professional group. The Valkyries Ensemble had come a long way since they started two years ago.
They were now polished, thoughtful, much more virtuosic and popular, often playing to full houses. Few would believe that these beautiful women had a day job as warriors committed to creating a better world.

But there was something very memorable about the movie that caught Kaylee's attention.
Kaylee didn't know the movie's plot story because she closed her eyes every time there was a scene that was so gory.
But the soundtrack on a scene so intrigued her that she couldn't help but memorize it. The music made her as if she was attending a concert rather than in the cinema with her friends.
When her friends discussed how horrified they were or what their comments wanted to be nauseous considering the violent scenes that were so sadistic, Kaylee recalled the musical melody that caught her attention.
The contents of the soundtrack only lasted less than a minute, but it was enough for her to remember. She was a music prodigy, after all. Kaylee still remembered the song's melody and chords until now as if it were her daily song.
Unfortunately, she never listened to the song wholly because it didn't exist on the internet or any Black Moon album.
And now… she's had the chance to see all of her all-time favorite songs! Kaylee was eager to bring this music sheet home and play it on the piano.

How come Declan Black has Black Moon's music sheet?
Kaylee glanced at Declan, who still had a flat face towards her.
"You… How can you hold Black Moon's music sheet? I've been looking everywhere and asking other musicians, but I can't find it. How did you find it?"

Still in the library, more than half the day had passed but Ye Qingxuan was still empty handed. He had found no clues at all! He had looked through every record and file related to the Royal Academy of Music. The pile towered beside him.
"Collection of Personnel Files at the Royal Academy of Music," courses and schedules of the different schools, records of school anniversary celebrations, summary of announcements, staff lists of each school, pictures of large-scale ceremonies, newspaper interviews about the Academy, the salaries for each year. There were even lists of the classrooms and dorms…
 Ye Qingxuan had read through all of it from noon to mid-afternoon! He had a more holistic understanding of all four schools and sixteen majors, but it did not matter at all. He had not found anything that he had wanted, and accidentally learned too much about what he did not care about. In order not to miss any details, he had even held his nose and read through Sydney’s autobiography! But in the end, all he got was the amazing adventures of the stupid man’s youths, but they were probably made up.
Moon Chant, Ye Lanzhou, Ye Qingxuan’s father…He seemed to have never existed. He had disappeared from every record and memory in the world. If Ye Qingxuan did not remember him, would he be entirely forgotten?

After reading the last book, Ye Qingxuan had lost all hope. He collapsed onto the pile of books, sinking into a gray state. There was no sign of any Easterner in any of the records! He shot up from the ground, finally having realized something. "That’s right. The sign-in sheet…every public lecture would have included the professor’s signatures! Otherwise, it would be impossible to calculate their salaries!" The best thing was that those useless pieces of paper counted as lecture material and would be collected by the library.
"Sign-in sheet! Sign-in sheet!" Ye Qingxuan chanted like a lunatic as he started searching through the shelves. But after a long while, he was still empty-handed. He could not find it.

He sighed in despair, trying to resist the urge to slam his head against the shelf. When he looked into the surging darkness, his eyes lit up. He might not know but…they would know! If they knew where the personnel files were, then what Dominic called ‘little things,’ raised in the library, would know the place like the back of their hand.
"Hey, anybody here?" Ye Qingxuan looked around and raised his hand. "Does anyone know where the sign-in sheets from the Royal Academy of Music nineteen years ago are?"
"…" As if a group of people were staring coldly at him, no answer came from the darkness.
"Come on, I know you’re listening! Help me out!" Ye Qingxuan’s expression was still genuine. "Don’t be like this. What if we make a deal?"
The darkness remained silent.
"Hey, if I can help you with anything, I’ll be glad to do it!" Ye Qingxuan raised his voice. "At least consider it! Friend, I’m the concertmaster…why don’t we make a deal? People should help each other! There’s a saying from the East that goes, ‘everyone works for me and I work for everyone.’ Can’t you at least give me a hint?"
A long time passed before a voice said, "Marble." The soft voice that came from behind Ye Qingxuan was like a little girl’s.

The darkness surged and there were soft sounds, as if the beasts were discussing amongst themselves. After a while, the dust hand raised two fingers. "One hundred. Every kind."
Ignoring the fact that they did not know how to count, Ye Qingxuan nodded quickly. "Great! It’s a deal!"
There was the soft sound again, then the dust hand rose slowly, pointing at Ye Qingxuan. "Promise?"
Ye Qingxuan raised his own hand and gave it a high five. "I promise." Of course, the high five was silent. The dust hand dissipated, leaving no trace behind. And then boom!
The floor under Ye Qingxuan suddenly cracked open and collapsed, a hole appeared. There was a sharp cry and then the youth was gone.

Screaming, Ye Qingxuan fell into the darkness. Quickly, he landed with a thud on a giant pile of something. Dust flew and swirled in the air, choking him. Light from some unknown source illuminated the underground room.
Ye Qingxuan climbed up from the pile of notebooks with difficulty. He looked around in shock, realizing that he seemed to be in a landfill. In the vast underground square, there were piles and piles of books. The tattered records had been tossed there, forgotten for years until a giant hole appeared in the corner of the wall.
A pile of books tumbled down like garbage. Formless power rose from the dust and hands formed by dust quickly organized the fallen notebooks. They were organized into squares even before they could land on the ground. From a bird’s point of view, the useless papers and records looked as if they had been organized purposefully by some kind of power. They were like puzzle pieces in the hands of a child, built into the shape of a castle, city walls, fortresses, plazas…
Ye Qingxuan had fallen in the "pool" in the center of the "castle," splashed by the flying dust and papers. Within the countless flying dust particles, a tiny shadow appeared in the dust. It looked down at Ye Qingxuan and threw a heavy book at him. Then, it disappeared.
A faint voice floated in the air. "Remember marble."

Since my illness, I haven't played anyone, a guitar or even a piano.

I touch the keys of it and a sound from each key comes out provoking in me a feeling of appeasement and a sensation of sitting down and playing. I try to play like on the sheet of music for a while but seems it is incomplete so I start back.

I try to mix my compositions with the composition of the sheet of music I took. It sounds nice!. My fingers are been caught off and it as if I can't control them anymore, my mind and soul are literally gone just to listen to the Melody. My fingers do not obey me anymore they are just touching at the piano keys to send out a good melody. A smile grows larger and larger on my face and my ears like what they hear. Chills invade my body and my heart is full of satisfaction, yes it has been a long time!


I finish playing and look once more at the piano, my fingers are a little bit hot but my smile can't go from my face until the door opens.


" Tiara? Is it you playing?" Said Ariana who just came in.

Akatsuki scan the music sheets..it's was the original sheet from the N.Naomi when does she buy this music sheets. Especially there's the signature of N.Naomi in there.

Akatsuki we're speechless about the music sheet.. he noticed that mostly of Nao's music were from N.Naomi.. Maybe that's the reason why Nao doesn't want to gave up it.

he's still remember what Nao saying to her..but it's painful in his chest that make him grab his clothes and crumble it.

meanwhile with Nao, she's was too happy that make everyone at her household feel so weird and different when their young lady smiling like this. it's a good thing that their young lady smiling like the past.

she never smiling like that's again after her mother decreased and her father forbids her to play any music instruments. the contrast between both of them were different..

maybe their fate were twisted their with the fated that they must past by. However without Nao knowing...her father arranged marriage her for future with his friend son of millionaire too.

"hah?!no I don't want to married with a guy that I don't know?!" Nao raising her voice into her men who're she calling her father 

Nao doesn't want to married with that unknowns guy..so she decided to be clinched.. she runaway without bringing her phone. she only brought her unifrom and clothes that's all not forgotten her violin.

luckily, at that time Akatsuki were wearing his hoodie and brought some food from convince store for somehow he live alone since he enroll to the school.. there he saw Nao we're squatting and patting the cat's head that Akatsuki always give food to the cat.

"Nao what are you doing..it's raining and why are you wet..you should bring your umbrella next time" Akatsuki lend the umbrella to Nao..

Nao we're just silent about that. Akatsuki just sighed and he ask Nao if she want to stay over at his house with the cat. Akatsuki can taking care it..Nao just nodded to him.

"sorry if my apartment were small" Akatsuki said while opening the door and Nao let the cat walk at Akatsuki's apartment.

Akatsuki ask Nao for shower herself and he will give Nao his clothes since Nao doesn't bring her clothes with her.maybe It's the cliches that the daughter of rich people runaway.

Akatsuki forgot that Nao we're showering and he open the door without knocking and there both of them went into surprised...and of course Nao mad and throw the soap to Akatsuki

"Sorry" Akatsuki said while closing the door.

however he having an nosebleed that every guys would dream to saw an women's body..Nao body were an hourglass figure type that many guys that crazy for Nao.

with Nao, she's was blushing really mad that Akatsuki just saw her naked in there. She's okay with her father and her brother but that's only when she's kids and baby now she already teenager who are ashamed that people see her naked body.

she's just take the clothes that Akatsuki gave.. it's was the hoodie .. she can sense that hoodie were long and large to her small body

the tension at air we're so awkward that only can heard sound of cat mewling. but then the cat we're having an dirty and evil mind to Nao and Akatsuki. the cat accidentally push Akatsuki slippers and he slip into Nao..on top of Nao.it's more awkward that the cat made for them..
