I am also pleased that a woman likes my stories. I always write from the male perspective (because that's the only perspective I know!!) and I am glad that my writings can connect with women who may read them.

In answer to your question, no I don't know Bella Swan. I wrote about her as I find her attractive, not only physically, but also her attitude, her bubbly good nature and her wonderful talent as an actor. I only know her from her appearance in 'Twilight Saga' and the interviews she did for the movie. 

I always try to write my stories with a little romance, or at least with the characters having a real connection. I don't know about you, but I always want to have a connection with someone before going further. This must make me a bit of a romantic at heart huh?

This story was a bit of a fill in for me. I was, or actually am, writing another story and I got 'stuck'. I was struggling with it and wanted to clear my head. So I decided to write this story.

There will be other couples and sometimes they will be from different series. An example would be Momo from KnB and Hinata from Haikyuu (it's an example, they WON'T be together, sorry Hinata but Momo is too hot for you)
 
Some chapters won't have anything to do with the mc and will focus on the other characters.
 
I am a huge fan of Akikan's stories, whether they are from another author and just translated, I don't care to be honest: I enjoy the stories themselves.
 
So this fanfiction will be similar, just that there will be no harem (multiple pairings instead) and no Tokyo bay (not in this story at least).
 
The updates: No idea, I could stop updating for weeks just as I can upload on a daily basis for a certain period, depends on 3 things:
My mood
My inspiration
How much time I have available (have to work)

UPDATES will be when I can and when I feel like it, so if you can't wait, just put it in your library, read it next year and shut up. It should have quite a lot of chapters by then. 

This story is inspired by Akikan's two huge fanfictions. So there will be similarities. But no harem and no Tokyo Bay.

Sam would let matter escalate as much it would be and would not interfere at all if Lisa could not complete critical stories on time. The performance cycle for current FY(1) is about to happen in three months time, he would not have to worry about her outcome. All higher ups will be aware about her "poor 

performance" by then so he will watch her getting fired from company without opening his mouth in talent discussion meeting. 

Mark and Ray had already asked Sean to assign critical stories to Lisa. Lisa was shocked when she found out that she has to work on stories which are time bound and are not her forte. She immediately setup meeting with Mark and Ray. Currently, they were all in meeting room for this discussion. 

" Mark and Ray , I am assigned with these two stories that are too difficult to complete in current iteration but those are time bound. If I do not complete on time then entire release schedule will be in jeopardy. I want to raise this concern with you now itself so that Team would be aware about potential delays in delivering these stories. I am new to this kind of work. Is not Christine good into developing such integrations? Can we assign these stories to her? " 

Ray and Mark looked at each other. They want to open Lisa's brain and see what is inside. Ray thought he was really dumb person before that he supported this girl. Thank god, Sam is not taking revenge on him. 

Can't she understand that she is being assigned with this work because someone want to catch her red handed for avoiding work and want to showcase her poor performance? 

" Lisa, I think you have forgotten that Christine is now at on-site and she will get stories assigned by Sam. Does not he know that she is good in integrating two systems? These are not the only stories that are critical and time bound for this release. Should we ask Sam to assign you Christine's stories? Her Stories might be more difficult than this. She will gladly take your stories. You have always made excuses whenever Ray asked you to work overtime or for weekend work. Almost everyone in this project is working outside working hours and we are understanding towards them when anyone could not do so for particular weekend or day. Tell me when did you worked after 6 in the evening. Appraisal cycle is approaching in few months time. Do you want people to put fingers on your performance? I would not be able to save you if someone has to point out your shortcomings and quality of work that you delivered. Don't blame me later that I did not warn you about this. Ray, I have people waiting for me in my another meeting. You discuss with her on her issues." 

Mark did not hold back his harsh words and was very straight forward in expressing his views. He knew Sam would not be soft towards Lisa and would take decision once Christine goes to Country N. Mark left the conference room to attend other meeting. 

"Lisa, If you do not complete this work per expectation of leadership then I would not be able to defend you in talent discussion. Sam has all negative points against you. I would suggest you to start searching the job outside and try to work hard in our project for the time being to avoid any escalations against you in these 2- months." 

"Ray, Is Sam behind these stories assignments to me? These past few days, I was wondering why I have been assigned with these stories. You would never allow Sean to do it. Sam is taking his revenge on me because I had slapped Christine that day. So, all those rumours in our bay are true. Sam was a force behind Christine's on-site trip. I should have realised that before. He has his weaknesses too, If he takes action against me for not completing stories then I will also expose his own hidden motive." 

"Lisa, Mark and I cannot take any action against him. Do you have any proof of his misdoings? Christine is a senior resource in the project and rightfully, it was her turn for the on-site role this time. However, you have not done much work in the project and have misused your position as a senior resource for last few months. He had always ignored your mistakes and I overlooked it as well. Even if you get fired from this company , you still have a chance to apply for a position in other IT companies. If you still insist on fighting with him head on then you have to fight alone. I am afraid that I won't be able to help you much. I have told you what I have to say. It's up to you how you want to proceed from here on." 

Ray left conference room and only Lisa was in the meeting room. Lisa's tears were threatening to fall from her eyes. Like most of other girls in CreativeWork, she had huge crush on Sam. She had called him on his work number couple of times in last two days but he refused to answer her calls. She thought that he would be sympathetic towards her and may request to change her story assignments but he did not even bother to answer her calls. She had to setup this meeting as her last resort. If he has all evidences against Lisa, would he let her go just because she thought of sharing Christine's photos with him. 

Sam had investigated Christine's friend when he had first heard of him on his phone call with Christine.That person was in relationship with other girl. However, Christine does not know about his girlfriend and interestingly, that guy also had plans to establish romantic relationship with Christine. Sam would never allow that to happen in this lifetime. Lisa would invite trouble if she voluntarily decides to interfere between Christine and Sam.
